進院日靈燦監院領段對廷公翔高式公三護法請J40nB494_p0561c05上堂:「天寧震嘉聲大覺重開生面人傑地靈即J40nB494_p0561c06且置點鐵成金事若何?」師云:「俊快手腳。」進云:「與麼則J40nB494_p0561c07從前汗馬無人識秪要重論蓋代功。」師云:「失口道著。」J40nB494_p0561c08進云:「東風一夕來上苑移得瓊花到雉城。」師云:「三千J40nB494_p0561c09里外。」:「黃檗得臨濟千載下父子聯芳大覺接興化J40nB494_p0561c10七百祀弟兄媲美既登父兄堂搆請展從上家風。」J40nB494_p0561c11便打僧禮拜起:「還當得麼?」師云:「猶嫌少在。」:「孤峻J40nB494_p0561c12處請師一接。」師便打進云:「恁麼則當陽有路無私曲J40nB494_p0561c13正令全提絕古今也。」師又打乃云:「廣大覺場人天雲J40nB494_p0561c14山僧承乏而來且道舉揚箇甚麼即得若也說佛J40nB494_p0561c15說法乃是諸方用剩底土苴更或論性論心亦為禪J40nB494_p0561c16和不食底餿飯何則蓋本分事上絕不容這些骨董J40nB494_p0561c17而今兄弟們聞箇聞聲悟道見色明心便擬向落J40nB494_p0561c18花啼鳥霽月光風上東覷西捕縱饒捕得早是八尺J40nB494_p0561c19丈二釘釘在你眼裏了也豈不聞:『心是根法是塵J40nB494_p0561c20兩種猶如鏡上痕塵盡垢除光始現心法雙忘性即J40nB494_p0561c21。』永嘉老雖道得十成若到我臨濟門下正好買草J40nB494_p0561c22鞋行腳諸仁若善參詳堪報不報之恩共助無為之J40nB494_p0561c23且啟後承先一句又作麼生道?」揮拂子:「目擊普J40nB494_p0561c24天飛化雨一花開遍少林春。」:「昔日法燈和尚示眾J40nB494_p0561c25:『山僧本欲深棲岩竇隱遯過時只緣先師有未了J40nB494_p0561c26公案今日特來為伊了卻。』時有僧出問:『如何是未了J40nB494_p0561c27公案?』法燈云:『祖禰不了殃及兒孫。』僧云:『過在甚麼處?』J40nB494_p0561c28法燈云:『過在我殃及你。』」師云:「法燈老漢三年不違父J40nB494_p0561c29可謂孝矣但殃及平人是為一短山僧亦本欲深J40nB494_p0561c30棲岩竇隱遯過時只緣先師有未了公案特來為伊J40nB494_p0562a01了卻或有僧出問:『如何是未了公案?』只向道:『驗在目J40nB494_p0562a02。』他若知休識咎自然兩不相妨豈不克全先美哉?」J40nB494_p0562a03遂顧左右:「久立眾慈伏惟珍重。」下座

菖蒲庵恒濟上座領眾道友請上堂僧問:「簷前雨滴J40nB494_p0563a03分明歷歷打破乾坤當下心息未審古人悟箇甚麼?」J40nB494_p0563a04師云:「春雨一滴滑如油。」進云:「恁麼則無邊剎海自他J40nB494_p0563a05不隔於毫端十世古今始終不離于當念。」師云:「且道J40nB494_p0563a06三草二木發生也未?」進云:「大眾證明。」師云:「且過一邊。」J40nB494_p0563a07:「天地同根萬物一體因甚麼驢頭不對馬嘴?」師云J40nB494_p0563a08是你杜撰見解。」進云:「統三界以為家作四生之依怙J40nB494_p0563a09忽然三界焚燒向甚麼處安身立命?」師云:「向上座頂J40nB494_p0563a10門上安身立命。」進云:「擊碎驪龍明月珠敲出鳳凰五J40nB494_p0563a11色髓。」師云:「未在。」:「大事未明如喪考妣大事明亦J40nB494_p0563a12如喪考妣未審和尚如何指示?」師云:「吾嘗於此切。」J40nB494_p0563a13:「龍袖拂開全體現象王行處絕狐蹤。」師云:「莫是上J40nB494_p0563a14座見處麼?」僧便喝師云:「好喝再喝看。」僧無語師云:「J40nB494_p0563a15有先鋒且無殿後。」乃云:「一口吞盡三世諸佛底雖飽J40nB494_p0563a16無力一氣轉出一大藏教底堪作甚麼要得機機挾J40nB494_p0563a17語語通途苟非捏聚今世威音作一道而行那能J40nB494_p0563a18合眾德為一德合眾心為一心所以此事如布長蛇J40nB494_p0563a19陣相似擊首尾應擊尾首應方於唱教門中有些些J40nB494_p0563a20光彩其或句滯則嶽立摩空源迷則雲橫遍野斯蓋J40nB494_p0563a21學處不玄閨閣中物捨不得終成滲漏諸仁盡是遶J40nB494_p0563a22四天下行腳者各各具有一雙烏律律底眼睛且道J40nB494_p0563a23破羅籠碎窠臼畢竟是甚麼人方有如是作略?」良久J40nB494_p0563a24:「不逢錯節盤根處怎見補天煉石心?」便下座

傳宗禪人領掘港慈悅尼禪士請上堂。「一笑契拈花J40nB494_p0563a26之機迦葉開眼著賊三拳償喫棒之旨臨濟平地喫J40nB494_p0563a27大丈夫秉慧劍般若鋒兮金剛焰廣陵管內敢有J40nB494_p0563a28一人向前吐一吐氣不得為宗門手腳誰云大唐國J40nB494_p0563a29裏無禪師哉今日寡固不可以敵眾弱固不可以敵J40nB494_p0563a30不妨按下雲頭與諸仁平實相見。」驀拈拄杖卓一J40nB494_p0563b01:「即此便是解脫場是真實相與凡聖為依作眾J40nB494_p0563b02法之本善平等機者不消到末山見主人半面定知J40nB494_p0563b03非男女相不然枯木巖前差路多莫謂山僧不曾道J40nB494_p0563b04破好。」便下座

生公蓮社二大士復領眾信請上堂:「聞得和尚上J40nB494_p0563b06堂打點問頭不及來到曲彔床前一句總不記得J40nB494_p0563b07和尚荅話。」師云:「大好一問。」僧便拂袖歸眾師云:「因甚J40nB494_p0563b08進語不來?」進云:「何不領話?」師打:「猶虧一半。」:「三日J40nB494_p0563b09三日後臨濟眼裏有筋過關未過關黃龍舌頭J40nB494_p0563b10無骨於見不及處請師一接。」師便打進云:「固知棒下J40nB494_p0563b11全提旨怎柰臨機不讓師?」師云:「且喜今日打著一箇。」J40nB494_p0563b12進云:「若然則掀倒禪床去也。」師云:「你試下手看。」進云J40nB494_p0563b13且放過一著。」師又打僧出呈坐具:「惟此一事實J40nB494_p0563b14二則非真非真即不問如何是此一事?」師豎拂子J40nB494_p0563b15我恁麼早是二事也。」進云:「千年桃核裏原是舊時仁。」J40nB494_p0563b16師云:「十萬八千未是遠。」進云:「出頭天外看誰是我般J40nB494_p0563b17?」師云:「鼓粥飯氣。」進云:「自有傍觀者。」師便打:「德山J40nB494_p0563b18臨濟喝去此二途請師別道。」師云:「沒者閒家具。」J40nB494_p0563b19:「情知老漢慣用此機。」師云:「今日被侍者勘破。」僧禮J40nB494_p0563b20:「某甲罪過。」師便打:「大覺堂開重施展曲唱無J40nB494_p0563b21私不二機如何是不二機?」師豎拂子云:「且道是一是J40nB494_p0563b22?」進云:「莫瞞昧人好。」師連棒打出乃舉:「昔日臨濟會J40nB494_p0563b23下有同參二上座相問云:『離卻中下二機請兄道一J40nB494_p0563b24句子。』一云:『擬問則失。』一云:『與麼則禮拜老兄去也。』J40nB494_p0563b25:『者賊。』臨濟聞之陞座云:『要會臨濟賓主句問取堂J40nB494_p0563b26中二禪客。』」師云:「看這兩箇偷心不除底漢恁麼相見J40nB494_p0563b27指望要光揚先德啟迪後昆大似螢火爇須彌山J40nB494_p0563b28不能得夫沙門者具三千威儀八萬細行苟進退不J40nB494_p0563b29以其禮烏足以登大雅之堂看他二人始則以欺J40nB494_p0563b30則以詐一味詭道交兵為臨濟者不能輔之以正J40nB494_p0563c01文之以美名曰會賓主句老漢肘臂終不外曲也J40nB494_p0563c02如大覺二同學今日相見彼既無問此亦無荅雖無J40nB494_p0563c03問無荅而目擊道存矣如是豈不超出臨濟當時一J40nB494_p0563c04頭地哉伶俐禪和若能辨得許伊與他同參且道參J40nB494_p0563c05甚麼人?」遂大喝一喝下座

一木禪人領泰山海月中禪廣福地藏五寺耆宿請J40nB494_p0563c07上堂。「參玄上士若以一知一解而為極則天下宗師J40nB494_p0563c08未必盡是尸位素餐者據說佛具正遍知善逝世間J40nB494_p0563c09一等是箇知解且道與諸上座是同是別若道是J40nB494_p0563c10佛具三十二相八十種好諸人曾具幾種相好來J40nB494_p0563c11若道是別佛云:『一切眾生具有如來智慧德相。』金口J40nB494_p0563c12所宣不可盡成虛誕有通得此難者山僧捏須彌盧J40nB494_p0563c13作枚餬餅普請諸山碩德共作一筵為汝助喜任是J40nB494_p0563c14深沙神努眼舜若多攢眉只賞他箇熱不睬更有甚J40nB494_p0563c15登泰山小天下者而不雲山海月都拋卻所以古人J40nB494_p0563c16:『若少一法不名滿足菩提。』且作麼生道得一句中J40nB494_p0563c17大覺之禪廣檀那之福去?」驀豎拂子:「地藏菩薩來J40nB494_p0563c18若不得他明珠一晃你者一隊瞌睡漢春夢幾時J40nB494_p0563c19?」便下座

晚參師落堂云:「有疑出問。」良久無人出復云:「禪和怕J40nB494_p0563c21底出問令我一場氣悶若教據令而行一人好與一J40nB494_p0563c22。」遂以竹篦旋風打散

石港場西賓上座同元良章居士請上堂僧問:「新蛙J40nB494_p0563c24聲似鼓幽鳥語如簧祗如不落五音一曲請師唱出。」J40nB494_p0563c25師便喝進云:「一句曲含千古韻萬重雲散月來初。」J40nB494_p0563c26:「幾箇是知音?」進云:「北斗藏身雖有語出群消息許J40nB494_p0563c27誰聞?」師云:「上座不妨試通看。」僧便喝師云:「落在山僧J40nB494_p0563c28圈繢裏。」乃云:「塵劫來段不思議事昭昭然只在目前J40nB494_p0563c29應眼時似千日舒光應耳時如千雷震響大丈夫兒J40nB494_p0563c30本分手腳若解與麼踢翻大海拳倒須彌也不為分J40nB494_p0564a01不解與麼未免俯首低眉受他繩床上老榾檛底J40nB494_p0564a02處分座中有箇不孤行腳眼底鼓起精神向桃花浪J40nB494_p0564a03裏一躍而去傍觀者自然喝采尚肯曝腮龍門即今J40nB494_p0564a04還有如是人麼若有山僧不妨以風雷相助。」遂大喝J40nB494_p0564a05一喝下座

西方靈和尚率監院默惺默隱暨洪樸庵護法請上J40nB494_p0564a07:「葉落歸根千樹桃花呈舊面兄呼弟應剎竿倒J40nB494_p0564a08卻又重扶應時及節請師一句。」師云:「不可謂伊不曾J40nB494_p0564a09見先師來。」進云:「三春果滿菩提樹一夜花開世界香。」J40nB494_p0564a10師云:「伯氏吹壎仲氏吹箎又作麼生?」進云:「大眾側耳。」J40nB494_p0564a11師云:「且道是五音是六律?」僧便喝師云:「太煞唐突。」J40nB494_p0564a12昔日阿難問迦葉曰:『師兄世尊傳金襴袈裟外別傳J40nB494_p0564a13箇甚麼?』迦葉召阿難阿難應諾迦葉云:『倒卻門前剎J40nB494_p0564a14竿著。』」乃云:「本固者枝必茂源深者流必長看他從佛J40nB494_p0564a15口生從法化生底尚不能壎箎合奏琴瑟均調其於J40nB494_p0564a16雁行伯仲之間生疏極矣只緣起初一腳不曾到底J40nB494_p0564a17為閨閣中軟煖絆著若不得迦葉師兄頂門眼正J40nB494_p0564a18後符靈那能褫嫁時衣於當下古稱此事如貓能J40nB494_p0564a19虎善起屍不其然耶靈章法弟深諳此意茲者念J40nB494_p0564a20疇昔之好特特一葦東來請陞此座然既是家裏人J40nB494_p0564a21大覺不合以客氣相待諸人要知金襴外別傳箇一J40nB494_p0564a22件事麼早被西方和尚一肩擔荷了也且道門前剎J40nB494_p0564a23竿還是扶起好放倒好要別端倪不妨就明眼人前J40nB494_p0564a24決擇。」便下座

說沙彌戒日范簡夫公和二護法請上堂:「戒堅心J40nB494_p0564a26月圓此是初學分上事秪如出格衲僧合作麼生行J40nB494_p0564a27?」師云:「撲破缽盂來相見。」:「古人云:『五戒不持人天J40nB494_p0564a28路絕。』忽有箇遇佛殺佛遇祖殺祖底和尚作麼生相J40nB494_p0564a29?」師云:「只恐你下不得這副手。」進云:「人天眾前且放J40nB494_p0564a30過一著。」師打:「我者裏放不過。」乃云:「積行菩薩要得J40nB494_p0564b01理事俱圓福慧兼備若不踏著自本有田地那能J40nB494_p0564b02披忍辱鎧坐法空座以不懈怠心而為四眾說法J40nB494_p0564b03人要識本有田地麼?」拈拄杖卓一下:「恒沙諸佛J40nB494_p0564b04下祖師莫不皆向這裏轉大法輪彈指則珠迴玉轉J40nB494_p0564b05聲咳則電掣雷轟那待手摩日月背負乾坤而後稱J40nB494_p0564b06功德法財方乃成就所以南岳讓祖云:『一切萬法皆J40nB494_p0564b07從心生心無所生法無能住若達心地所作無礙。』J40nB494_p0564b08值大覺說戒之日且作麼生說箇無礙底道理記得J40nB494_p0564b09契經云:『猶如護明珠。』會此許你入佛無J40nB494_p0564b10祖師云:『缽盂裏撒尿淨瓶裏吐唾。』會此許你入J40nB494_p0564b11魔無礙了得此二種無礙是則名為真入佛位之子J40nB494_p0564b12山僧恁麼舉揚你現前兩行兄弟還肯不肯?」良久J40nB494_p0564b13我孤你猶可你負我太煞。」便下座
