禮萬佛上堂拈香白椎竟師云:「從前一字尚嫌多J39nB471_p0969c25今遍界是藤蘿融通識得真三昧正打旁敲唱哩歌。」J39nB471_p0969c26:「白玉辦齋迎和尚陞座說個甚麼?」師云:「人不回心J39nB471_p0969c27草木知春。」進云:「佛說三種人難度是那三種?」師云:「J39nB471_p0969c28大才高酗酒惡八苦交煎抱佛腳。」進云:「屠兒最惡J39nB471_p0969c29甚放下刀云成佛?」師云:「為汝放不下世人放得下J39nB471_p0969c30一不成佛。」:「十方諸佛雲來集和尚如何相待?」師云J39nB471_p0970a01一心五體投地。」進云:「禮與不禮如何?」師云:「禮則互相J39nB471_p0970a02不禮獨稱尊。」乃云:「山僧今若獨稱尊草長堂前數J39nB471_p0970a03尺深放下就時猶尚未和泥合水約人心未入門時J39nB471_p0970a04觀動靜進堂三日察原因相機就世設方權莫教J39nB471_p0970a05鈍頑以作難若將中下一齊利萬佛堂開結普緣J39nB471_p0970a06奮超生脫苦志勇力同登般若船念佛一聲隨口應J39nB471_p0970a07禮佛一頭就首還如月千江連浪穩似鏡懸空照醜J39nB471_p0970a08。」舉杖示眾云:「見麼十方諸佛諸大菩薩雲集在山J39nB471_p0970a09僧拄杖頭豫先知寶光設大勝會恭請證盟道場J39nB471_p0970a10依方位次第而坐凡有希求必獲如意且問大眾J39nB471_p0970a11箇甚麼?」眾無答師示偈云:「梁皇曾白西胡禪建寺供J39nB471_p0970a12僧廣結緣造像諷經功有未答云實實枉徒然所以J39nB471_p0970a13古人出言太直硬無融化故此武帝不理在山僧分J39nB471_p0970a14中則不然若問福功有也無洪福齊天難證菩他若J39nB471_p0970a15問求菩一字驀頭一棒辨精粗。」

上堂師云:「四喝若雷操祖業八棒如電整宗風豺狼J39nB471_p0970a17狡兔夥群隊野干狂猿村市充佛法不親覲王法J39nB471_p0970a18眼不明貪嗔通此等眾生無法救三塗地獄何時空J39nB471_p0970a19剛強暴惡無忠信逆霸橫行任自兇絫積如山毫不J39nB471_p0970a20埋頭喫飯等待終故此世尊未出雪山觀此末世J39nB471_p0970a21眾生暴惡難調化我寧不說法尋念過去佛幸傍帝J39nB471_p0970a22釋三請利生法揚四十九年三百餘會止教一箇半J39nB471_p0970a23。」顧視左右云:「識麼若不識聽山僧頌出一箇隱山J39nB471_p0970a24待慈氏華門內更別天日半持衣缽利群生換姓改J39nB471_p0970a25名人不識鼻祖來指破爛紙錢不值。」下座

上堂:「世尊四十九年未道者一字因甚麼教滿龍J39nB471_p0970a27?」師云:「未曾開口週沙界剛纔擬議振大千。」進云:「J39nB471_p0970a28門有三句在那一句得妙?」師云:「字字中間都有妙J39nB471_p0970a29明一點難通竅。」進云:「明了時如何?」師云:「虛空無形貌。」J39nB471_p0970a30:「天垂寶蓋地湧金蓮是甚麼人境界?」師云:「紫微出J39nB471_p0970b01現眾星拱真人擬動百靈隨。」:「涅槃生死等空花時J39nB471_p0970b02如何?」師云:「事從妄有夢猶想生。」進云:「無夢無想時如J39nB471_p0970b03?」師云:「吸乾水無月擊破鏡有形。」:「如何是寶光境?」J39nB471_p0970b04師云:「天牙永受人天供八角樓高迎八風。」進云:「如何J39nB471_p0970b05是境中人?」師云:「晏寂如山靜說法似雷鳴。」進云:「和尚J39nB471_p0970b06登寶華王座四眾圍繞以何祥瑞利益人天?」師云:「J39nB471_p0970b07藤舉時六種動白拂揮處五花飛。」進云:「還有向上事J39nB471_p0970b08也無?」師云:「澄清絕點無二乘覿面不親枉勞神。」乃云J39nB471_p0970b09覿面不道有無古人一句絕精粗因眾善禮躬請J39nB471_p0970b10拈出將來作話圖且道是那一句?《法華:『若人有福J39nB471_p0970b11曾供養佛我昔曾供養今後還親近。』今朝朱善人誘J39nB471_p0970b12引五十三位正合先古五十三賢同日發心修行J39nB471_p0970b13日證無上菩提今此者夥英雄毫傑莫不是那般應J39nB471_p0970b14同至萬佛堂中營齋上供為求福耶為求無上菩J39nB471_p0970b15提耶若求無上菩提向古人句中更續兩句以證心J39nB471_p0970b16若人有福何用浮塵空碌碌曾供養佛識得自心J39nB471_p0970b17毫不屈人人有箇光明臺向外馳求內埋沒欲乞當J39nB471_p0970b18來真佛田慳囊打破供諸賢救饑拔苦濟貧之遍界J39nB471_p0970b19黃金步有蓮賀賀造化全同上金剛般若船。」

上堂:「世尊未離兜率降皇宮實為何事?」師云:「J39nB471_p0970b21正路撥慧眼。」進云:「脫胎七步指天地是何道理?」師云J39nB471_p0970b22未開生藥舖豫先挂招牌。」進云:「世尊與和尚是同是J39nB471_p0970b23?」師云:「任伊卜度都綱含潤。」:「若有一法毘盧墮入J39nB471_p0970b24毒海若離一法普賢失其境界有無即不問戒與禪J39nB471_p0970b25是同是別?」師云:「水出崑崙雨降虛空萬派千流盡歸J39nB471_p0970b26海中。」進云:「釋迦老人如何自稱獨尊?」師云:「成都豈有J39nB471_p0970b27兩箇寶光?」進云:「和尚今日千秋四眾雲集道箇甚麼?」J39nB471_p0970b28師云:「百年三萬七千日返復原來是者漢。」進云:「如是J39nB471_p0970b29則和尚壽量同虛空。」師云:「山海虛空同劫盡智光寶J39nB471_p0970b30燈永長明。」:「千山起舞賀壽域萬派江聲祝聖恩J39nB471_p0970c01城緇素臨筵慶壽星一句如何明?」師云:「壽星品中問J39nB471_p0970c02彌勒千光王時有觀音。」進云:「恁麼則慈雲普覆大地J39nB471_p0970c03霑恩。」師云:「知恩不忘稱俊傑忘義失倫豈呼人?」進云J39nB471_p0970c04破戒比丘不墮地獄清淨梵行不入涅槃是何意?」J39nB471_p0970c05:「只因打不知痛罵不知羞頑鐵堅鋼劫火無憂。」J39nB471_p0970c06:「一句迥超威音外象王行步絕狐蹤如何?」師云:「J39nB471_p0970c07不言而自聖佛不威而自尊。」:「飯王太子指上指下J39nB471_p0970c08寶光和尚說東說西即此二義是同是別?」師云:「佛法J39nB471_p0970c09無二權實多方。」進云:「昔世尊張弓四十九年只射一J39nB471_p0970c10今和尚拋鉤四十九日能釣幾何?」師云:「不是鯨鱗J39nB471_p0970c11豈上鉤?」乃云:「日月辰星天地眼風雲雷雨乾坤機J39nB471_p0970c12為動靜情同妙花果放收物共威萬般難離格子眼J39nB471_p0970c13一塵不立以何依世間難得無心士剛到無心落依J39nB471_p0970c14平生不作有無用豈與人天辨是非前三十年成J39nB471_p0970c15滯頓後三十年弄玄虛如今此七十四宜當退步J39nB471_p0970c16逸山居雖然如是者莖拄杖必須也要尋箇交代是J39nB471_p0970c17。」舉起拄杖云:「萬佛堂中有承當得者麼?」靜融禪人J39nB471_p0970c18近座展禮:「昔蒙和尚披剃此段大事因緣敢不承J39nB471_p0970c19?」師以源流拂子袈裟拄杖一併交代:「昔日釋迦J39nB471_p0970c20世尊將正法眼藏百萬人天之中交與迦葉為初祖J39nB471_p0970c21西天二十八代菩提達磨至此土遞相傳授而至渠J39nB471_p0970c22儂正七十世源流符印法王座上憑眾付授於汝J39nB471_p0970c23當傾心盡力行道流傳正印勿令斷續珍重。」

上堂:「飯百阿羅含不如飯一阿羅漢有甚差別?」J39nB471_p0970c25:「雞肚不知鴨事。」進云:「飯千阿羅漢不如飯一無心J39nB471_p0970c26道人有甚奇特?」師舉杖:「且道者是有心是無心?」J39nB471_p0970c27無語師云:「不識奇特磚石頑鐵。」乃云:「說者奇特果奇J39nB471_p0970c28三世諸佛難摩測去來無跡亦無蹤呼遺如風遠J39nB471_p0970c29近徹大包天地細微塵方圓長短厚寬窄世間無物J39nB471_p0970c30可能比知機煖飽暑寒熱有眼不見耳不聞大悲千J39nB471_p0971a01手尚難得天地得之分陰陽志士得之識皂白諸佛J39nB471_p0971a02得之利群生菩薩得之超三劫眾生得之脫苦海J39nB471_p0971a03人得之出火宅。」揮拂:「試問大眾得的是箇甚麼J39nB471_p0971a04山僧不說眾難曉指點分明慢艸草日逐返觀念J39nB471_p0971a05佛誰東方日出震居卯。」以拄杖一卓下座

上堂師云:「直指門庭法不多一言之下定干戈尋常J39nB471_p0971a07識得無文句大千沙界盡包羅。」舉杖示眾:「見麼?」J39nB471_p0971a08:「聞麼若向者裏見得真聞得清欲飲西江水J39nB471_p0971a09星帶月吞雖然如是,《金剛:『凡有相皆虛妄。』且道向J39nB471_p0971a10甚麼處見聞聲若雷電若閃速起速滅何處見聞?」J39nB471_p0971a11舉杖:「向者裏見而不見聞而未聞即是辦齋居士J39nB471_p0971a12真受用諦聽不睹不聞真福田當空杲日獨優然J39nB471_p0971a13圓鏡裏誰加點唯有寶光喚作禪。」拽杖下座

諷華嚴上堂:「佛未出世祖未西來戒實有耶無耶?」J39nB471_p0971a15師舉杖:「者是有是無?」進云:「有無即不會。」師云:「有無J39nB471_p0971a16不識成佛。」進云:「蒙師受記。」師云:「莫效釋老在處J39nB471_p0971a17弄巧後有達磨一旦盡掃。」乃云:「看起達磨單板禪J39nB471_p0971a18山豈不受熬煎為人活潑如秋月方應方兮圓應圓J39nB471_p0971a19閒暇思量無一事安具過夏諷華嚴禪能直指菩提J39nB471_p0971a20經乃人間良福田到底看來沒一字信知鼻祖不J39nB471_p0971a21虛傳。」舉杖示眾:「者裏是有字耶無字耶若向者裏J39nB471_p0971a22會得字字慧燈開覺路行行苦海渡人船者裏不會J39nB471_p0971a23金鋀不辨囫圇混墨煤未分黑漫漫今朝是我無說J39nB471_p0971a24居士都剛含潤智能宰官居士留住寶光辦齋堅請J39nB471_p0971a25上堂不敢輕易提持無言句之文章暫作有形象之J39nB471_p0971a26佛事且道如何為有相佛事諷誦行持非分外數墨J39nB471_p0971a27尋行點畫清謾道釘樁搖櫓漢聖人原不礙聲聞。」J39nB471_p0971a28:「有文有學號儒賢無字無言名曰禪出水青龍J39nB471_p0971a29須仗水入山白虎靠由山涇渭河邊看的確方來趨J39nB471_p0971a30進寶光壇黃河九曲天生就設便門庭難得關。」

佛誕上堂問答繁未錄師云:「佛曾兜率發慈心愍念J39nB471_p0971b02眾生業海深降入皇宮為太子雪山六載證金身西J39nB471_p0971b03天說法千年後東土漢君感夢欽五里一菴千里寺J39nB471_p0971b04晨朝朔望祝皇恩一人有慶萬民樂四海無風百物J39nB471_p0971b05普願含情開正眼脫離三界輪迴坑一聞千悟超J39nB471_p0971b06無上劫火到時不受驚此是如來一轉化威音那畔J39nB471_p0971b07尚難陳分身無量恒沙界焉得具同此日生?《法華經J39nB471_p0971b08中佛云:『吾從無量劫成佛分身十方世界教化眾生J39nB471_p0971b09處處名姓不同。』若論此語年年佛生之年月月佛生J39nB471_p0971b10之月日日佛生之日時時佛生之時。」揮拂,「且道者是J39nB471_p0971b11甚麼時正是世間廣種福田之時況且J39nB471_p0971b12當今親奉三寶大小尊官敬賢愛民宜各傾心向善J39nB471_p0971b13力修行以體聖人之德方酬遺教之恩且道如何是J39nB471_p0971b14報恩一句經宣無字接三有法說有心利四生彈指J39nB471_p0971b15超空劫外剎那不覺恒沙春。」下座

上堂師云:「入廛垂手蓋緣播揚祖師演一乘之旨趣J39nB471_p0971b17權實並行無非導利眾生出三界之正因邪歸正J39nB471_p0971b18龍變化凡轉聖仙佛翻身涇渭江邊分清濁選佛堂J39nB471_p0971b19中窺假真今朝是我王居士辦金牛香齋烹趙州茗J39nB471_p0971b20供佛飯聖眾請陞堂山僧到此只好說箇世法平J39nB471_p0971b21大眾凝神諦聽。」師良久提起拄杖一卓:「聽麼J39nB471_p0971b22僧思忖揣摩一番病從口入禍從口出不如不開口J39nB471_p0971b23為妙承此信心只得歡喜納受惟者笑的一聲始得。」J39nB471_p0971b24呵呵下座

上堂師云:「多聞強識未為賢廊下賡題得自然陸地J39nB471_p0971b26打車求轍快磚磨鏡照無生顏縱橫窮通三藏十二J39nB471_p0971b27部之奧旨貫通九經十數今古之玄文到頭難免三J39nB471_p0971b28大劫之苦辛必須斷除塵沙細惑之肴訛參進透骨J39nB471_p0971b29徹髓之精微趨入無上甚深之直門方能超過三世J39nB471_p0971b30諸佛說不到之受用。」舉杖示眾:「惟有者箇道理通J39nB471_p0971c01天徹地縱橫無礙有無俱不立迷悟兩頭除因甚麼J39nB471_p0971c02前人道個有物先天地無形本寂寥所以古人拈起J39nB471_p0971c03即是取來必真胸含有箇悟字無處不辦今人開尸J39nB471_p0971c04便錯動念乖真堅隔執箇迷字不肯直下承當若以J39nB471_p0971c05山僧論之只教隨緣消舊業切莫造新殃雖然如是J39nB471_p0971c06惟恐打在無事甲裏是必要箇把柄在手始得若無J39nB471_p0971c07把柄如大海孤舟一日狂風大作無方爬岸必遭沉J39nB471_p0971c08溺之患幸我釋迦如來廣大慈悲權實兩立頓漸雙J39nB471_p0971c09先持淨戒以煉基平後載道如豎搭。」正受戒竟J39nB471_p0971c10示一頌曰:「持戒觀心心不動六根清淨道基全定能J39nB471_p0971c11發慧慧開性見性明心成佛源。」一卓下座

寶光禮萬佛竟上堂。「瓊樓閣上瑞雲靉說法堂前結J39nB471_p0973a22五彩諸佛菩薩眾會時寶蓮艷艷布西海忽然平地J39nB471_p0973a23變黃金纓絡雨花遍界洒感動無非一點心珍饈天J39nB471_p0973a24賜不須擺眾口同音稱禮讚多生愆咎盡消解又能J39nB471_p0973a25種下菩提種佛性現成豈外買諸佛護生若J39nB471_p0973a26生聞法如娘奶二足神全教十方八德調和化四海J39nB471_p0973a27從今不捉者條蛇任世貴高永不采。」下座

上堂:「老僧佛法無偏私如日高懸月映溪情與無J39nB471_p0973b13情同化日世間出世共玄機如如一點通三教湛湛J39nB471_p0973b14兩行合九師直教人人惺惺著煙塵拂盡得光輝J39nB471_p0973b15來四眾弟子想是翻身枕子墮驚惺夢中人誠來法J39nB471_p0973b16會中剃髮出家受戒而求出身者麼是則雖是出家J39nB471_p0973b17容易受戒恐難何也受戒容易信心長遠守戒難J39nB471_p0973b18:『出家不受戒遇便行憊懶地獄由爾去法門從此J39nB471_p0973b19。』汝實誠心向上出班剃落。」傳衣竟復云:「出家受戒J39nB471_p0973b20成僧須效古人行處行八萬行中勤點檢三千儀J39nB471_p0973b21裏牢拴繩心猿走出無方意馬溜韁何處尋地獄J39nB471_p0973b22天堂隨業轉九幽十類任機輪若還放逸不收斂J39nB471_p0973b23爾今朝入法門聽得老僧真切語牢牢記在肺肝心J39nB471_p0973b24功完行滿知端的步步黃金豈讓人?」下座
