指法座:「陽春高唱和者寥寥巴里興歌同聲濟濟J36nB369_p0929c21山僧今日也是隨風轉調去也。」乃陞座J36nB369_p0929c22王臣檀護香畢復拈曰:「春風裏未許生根烈日中不J36nB369_p0929c23容長蔓秘藏則市客驚疑衒耀則時人怪笑第三回J36nB369_p0929c24拈出專為J36nB369_p0929c25傳曹洞正宗二十八世前住武林報恩寺愚菴老和J36nB369_p0929c26以酬法乳。」遂斂衣趺坐天寧和尚白椎曰:「法筵龍J36nB369_p0929c27象眾當觀第一義。」師曰:「好箇第一義被天寧和尚一J36nB369_p0929c28椎擊得粉碎如有補綴虛空底妙手出來相見看。」問荅不錄J36nB369_p0929c29乃云:「五十年前我雲門師翁於福城東大塔廟處說J36nB369_p0929c30一切佛光明照耀法門時有一句子狼藉在鴛鴦湖J36nB369_p0930a01角里街頭光踰日月聲蓋古今未見有盡心撈摸J36nB369_p0930a02竭力丕承致使風磨雲拭艸蔽苔封山僧操山陰夜J36nB369_p0930a03拽檇李孤笻受命而赴觸熱而來秖要求一箇向J36nB369_p0930a04石頭路上踏得著時雖在熱熝熝時自然遍體清涼J36nB369_p0930a05或到冷冰冰地管取通身和暖自然皇風一片道合J36nB369_p0930a06君臣澤被萬方情無背向當為稱慶道:『雲門猶有好J36nB369_p0930a07兒孫在。』如其所止猶在本處此時天氣炎熱姑待後J36nB369_p0930a08五日看。」

復舉:「青原思和尚因僧問:『如何是佛法大意?』原云J36nB369_p0930a10陵米作麼價?』」師云:「轉大人劫前之步弘先民格外之J36nB369_p0930a11青原老祖可謂垂衣裳而治千載一時爭奈者僧J36nB369_p0930a12志在竊祿猶然門外趑趄要知廬陵米價太遠在J36nB369_p0930a13日設有問新東塔:『如何是佛法大意?』但向他道:『暑澹J36nB369_p0930a14東皋三伏雨涼生北牖一天風。』」結椎下座

當晚小參。「秦山鏡水箇閒人白鳥青猿意始親彤管J36nB369_p0930a16忽傳天外命重來鬧市強橫身固知高提祖印弘闡J36nB369_p0930a17宗猷須積功於微塵數劫能應身於恆河沙界動靜J36nB369_p0930a18去來等皓月流空光分眾水卷舒出沒同白雲出岫J36nB369_p0930a19影遍千山或住囂塵大剎或居葑蔀茅堂事事廓劫J36nB369_p0930a20外真機法法揚箇中妙旨要他類也類他不齊混也J36nB369_p0930a21混他不得所以家聲浩大門庭不致寂寥山僧道德J36nB369_p0930a22既乏純全施為絕無巧妙秖學得箇雕蟲小技將對J36nB369_p0930a23大眾試之。」遂豎拂子,「新玉板舊犀椎木人拍手野老J36nB369_p0930a24掀眉短長任意縱橫吹卓一下此般風韻少人知。」

復舉:「石霜因僧問:『真身還出世也無?』霜曰:『不出世。』J36nB369_p0930a26:『爭奈真身何?』霜曰:『琉璃瓶子口。』」師曰:「石霜玉壺中J36nB369_p0930a27高歌夜月閬苑裏坐嘯春風被者僧輕輕一拶便乃J36nB369_p0930a28逐煙火於人間望僊山若天上雖然要見石霜也大J36nB369_p0930a29何故石女驚回夢月明在畫樓。」

上堂。「爍石流金通身白汗短巷長街周行踏遍接官J36nB369_p0930b01亭深為攢眉奚家橋甚生憂患福城寶塔誠迷津蘭J36nB369_p0930b02櫂實暗室明燈肯作蹶泥委蚹山僧今晚提持向上J36nB369_p0930b03風規要與諸仁同一心眼同一受用大家策起眉毛J36nB369_p0930b04。」遂擊拂子,「以此得入乘雲不用覓丹梯。」

上堂。「默無為以養志墮在孤峰頂上語大暢而隨流J36nB369_p0930b06落在鬧市街頭若謂語默雙遣神龍困於寒潭如曰J36nB369_p0930b07語默全彰彩鳳縈於金網山僧有箇倜儻句舉似大J36nB369_p0930b08。」拍禪床,「世間樂事千般美爭似清閒一味高?」

上堂:「盤山曰:『諸禪德可中學道似地擎山不知山J36nB369_p0930b10之孤峻如石含玉不知玉之無瑕若如此者是真出J36nB369_p0930b11。』」師曰:「盤山恁麼道有過秦山者或顧瞻於留連J36nB369_p0930b12懷楚壁者或矜持於利害其或如是出家誠謂生死J36nB369_p0930b13流浪大眾且道盤山是東塔是有檢點得出實不枉J36nB369_p0930b14披法服如辯不得浮雲知逆旅白日莫蹉跎。」

顯聖埽塔眾請上堂。「若耶溪把斷要津涓滴不流J36nB369_p0930c11爐峰橫亙太虛群山落翠行如來慈摧怨破敵以平J36nB369_p0930c12等慧陶聖鑄凡喝水成冰法法森嚴蒸砂作飯人人J36nB369_p0930c13可飽非堂頭法兄安能大暢宗猷光斯盛業惟我愚J36nB369_p0930c14菴先老人有一段真實事誠切醒人掉在雲門路上J36nB369_p0930c15未見有據實商量今到祖翁家裏對家裏人纔好分J36nB369_p0930c16。」豎拂子,「從上推此最為尊貴幾多人紛錯如織J36nB369_p0930c17古路兮匪遙傾素懷兮促膝。」擊拂子,「此事分明試甄J36nB369_p0930c18。」

上堂。「入院纔方半年出門忽經四月歸來細問短長J36nB369_p0930c20靡不眉毛撕結所需日用艱難債負連催累逼偏愛J36nB369_p0930c21相聚過冬要合舊規古轍般般手裏撮空事事水中J36nB369_p0930c22撈月因斯徹底思量露盡生平醜拙惟有大段關心J36nB369_p0930c23可對諸仁直說翻身脫落枕頭切莫驚人叫屈!」

上堂。「商量打七七期已畢蚤起晏眠費盡勞力人人J36nB369_p0930c29有箇本來面究竟不識其實要識也不難。」擲拂子,「J36nB369_p0930c30愧不堪言宋人遇周客。」

請監寺知事知浴侍者上堂。「祖胤繁時能長能久J36nB369_p0931a02猷奕世無塞無壅所賴同心一德者堪任其重克耐J36nB369_p0931a03其艱上下謙和高低響應譬如寶印當空重重顯妙J36nB369_p0931a04金梭夜織文彩縱橫不循名則名飛剎海無求譽J36nB369_p0931a05譽藹江湖豈似趙州在東廝頭呼喚文遠臭氣薰蒸J36nB369_p0931a06設要褫剝一切人鶻臭布衫俾伊襟期裂破脫體風J36nB369_p0931a07必須入水乃見長人有者道:『此箇事業談則容易J36nB369_p0931a08行實煩難。』據山僧看來也無易也無難弟兄努力忘J36nB369_p0931a09疲猒自有春風上畫欄。」

除夜小參。「三三一九四四十六恁麼道人人謂從曠J36nB369_p0931a11劫來底事極是分明毫無錯謬見聞覺知天真而妙J36nB369_p0931a12穿衣喫飯不用思惟坐無為床飲太平酒其為歡喜J36nB369_p0931a13無量及乎道三三不是一九四四亦非十六箇箇手J36nB369_p0931a14腳忙亂意識紛馳蓋因瓢笠孤征雲山萬里艸鞋底J36nB369_p0931a15不曾踏著正脈見人說是亦以為是見人說非亦以J36nB369_p0931a16為非故到臘月三十日顛倒迷昧觸緒憂愁向來貪J36nB369_p0931a17得小利如今大事不成也然則山僧有箇方便是也J36nB369_p0931a18無歡喜不是也無憂愁又恐諸人不肯聽信看拄杖J36nB369_p0931a19出來善能和會。」拈拄杖卓一下:「一言以蔽。」

復舉:「長蘆真歇了和尚曰:『處處覓不得只有一處不J36nB369_p0931a21覓自得且道是那一處?』良久曰:『賊身已露。』」師曰:「長蘆J36nB369_p0931a22老祖揄揚劫外家風可謂舉逸民欲使天下歸心J36nB369_p0931a23究竟那一處猶屬茫然不能指示大眾要知那一處J36nB369_p0931a24鯨音一吼驚回夢牆角梅花總是春。」

上元上堂。「纔見賀新年倏忽元宵節多時不說禪J36nB369_p0931a26頭硬似鐵可怪然燈佛誘人向光影中鷹頭鶻腦東J36nB369_p0931a27湧西沒長者探頭太過短者視之不及山僧素所醞J36nB369_p0931a28藉底被伊盡情漏洩且道漏洩箇甚麼鬧市笙歌夜J36nB369_p0931a29畫堂月一檐若是知音者吾今不再三。」喝一喝

上堂。「天地日月萬物性情古無變異今亦不差可怪J36nB369_p0931b20當年胡達摩萬里重溟九年面壁好與三十棒且道J36nB369_p0931b21過在甚麼處?」良久曰:「雨息天無際風高樹有聲。」

上堂:「仰山因僧問:『法身還解說法也無?』仰曰:『我說J36nB369_p0931c11不得別有一人說得。』僧曰:『說得底人在甚麼處?』仰推J36nB369_p0931c12出枕子溈山曰:『寂子用劍刃上事。』」師曰:「調高韻古J36nB369_p0931c13出胸襟洋洋之美無可為喻若是劍刃上事仰山直J36nB369_p0931c14是未在或有問山僧:『法身還解說法否?』亦曰:『我說不J36nB369_p0931c15別有一人說得。』『說得底人在甚麼處?』但曰:『五以天J36nB369_p0931c16下讓漢風所以高世。』」

上堂。「正直捨方便但說無上道。」卓拄杖,「菩薩聞是法J36nB369_p0931c18疑網皆已除秖如角里街頭紅塵四合雙溪橋下綠J36nB369_p0931c19水長流酒樓上歌聲宛轉肉店中笑語從容既無委J36nB369_p0931c20自不疑惑現前大眾如何堪任?」擲拄杖,「達人大觀J36nB369_p0931c21馳驟合度。」

晚參拈拄杖:「者箇說有執筌失旨者箇言無懷寶J36nB369_p0931c23迷邦若要眾德以之繁廣諸門由是圓通有藉大眾J36nB369_p0931c24出來道一句。」良久:「道廣逢人少村醪見客多。」

尼道真恆修祝師壽請上堂。「如今者世尊從生及出J36nB369_p0931c26得道轉法輪亦以方便說者些艸料非圖造次J36nB369_p0931c27鹿情性大小不同愚智程途短長有異我看黃面老J36nB369_p0931c28漢注意設心如是而已山僧則不然從生至出家令J36nB369_p0931c29年五十水際山巔煙雲開斂春寒夏熱時令不違J36nB369_p0931c30來喫飯倦則高眠雖示種種大垂平等別無長處J36nB369_p0932a01可慶何可讚獨有發憤奮起者一櫂修途不憚驚濤J36nB369_p0932a02險阻直抵福城要觀格外繁華劫前黼黻豈可以佛J36nB369_p0932a03法當人情?」遂豎拂子:「唯此一事實餘二則非真。」

尼智聞薦母請上堂。「綠暗紅稀鳥啼深樹堂閣洞開J36nB369_p0932a05曾無障礙利根猛達之人橫身直入則眼所見足所J36nB369_p0932a06種種諸法悉是本有處眾生而業海遷流生死相J36nB369_p0932a07也不曾遺失一毫在諸佛而法身圓滿妙用無窮J36nB369_p0932a08也不曾增益一釐東塔尋常有一張大口也解談天J36nB369_p0932a09說地謾漢欺胡如今秖堪挂壁敢復有所指示有箇J36nB369_p0932a10尼智聞適才問曰:『我母死了燒了還在裏許受用也J36nB369_p0932a11?』山僧但拊掌大笑曰:『真人面前莫說假話。』」
