示眾。「欲研究躬大事因緣當在缺限世界事事虛J36nB369_p0963b05要知虛浮不實境上或好或惡皆可以觸發靈機J36nB369_p0963b06但令胸次坦蕩心地潔淨世間應為者為之應棄者J36nB369_p0963b07棄之七縱八橫左右逢源於話頭上切切提撕辦一J36nB369_p0963b08片久長心以悟為期不得多憂多慮求其速悟蓋多J36nB369_p0963b09憂多慮之念乃窒塞心地障蔽道眼轉求轉遠也J36nB369_p0963b10在話頭上拌命挨拶意識途窮生死路絕是謂歸家J36nB369_p0963b11之時是為穩坐之處到此時節胸中種種疑滯如赫J36nB369_p0963b12日爍輕冰古人種種差別如暴風卷危葉所以解心J36nB369_p0963b13上執縛洗心上濁垢斬心上稠林斷心上生死果然J36nB369_p0963b14恁麼去亦無執縛底道理頭頭本地風光處處自J36nB369_p0963b15面目日用施為如水上葫蘆不捺而圓活也到者箇J36nB369_p0963b16境界猶啞子得夢說與人不得舉似人不得好惡自J36nB369_p0963b17若更有所重則為鬼窟生涯野狐涎唾況此事如J36nB369_p0963b18白日裏遇物一見便知真實別人惑我不得或謂有J36nB369_p0963b19奇特事商量有秘密傳授將他捶得爛熟深深掘箇J36nB369_p0963b20窖坑埋之免得在世間造妖捏怪鼓惑後人也衲子J36nB369_p0963b21家圓顱方服世間極為尊貴出世間最為正氣若不J36nB369_p0963b22以生死大事討箇分曉枉向閻浮國裏行一轉到末J36nB369_p0963b23稍頭欠下許多業債不知到何劫中纔得清楚是故J36nB369_p0963b24學此道者立箇決定志志若不決定如聽杓卜聲相J36nB369_p0963b25見人說指東則走過東見人說指西則走過西J36nB369_p0963b26有決定志則虛浮不實境上立定腳跟拏定主宰J36nB369_p0963b27不與之為冤為對輥出輥入也願諸仁發精進力J36nB369_p0963b28猛烈志必到桶大事明為期限縱有八萬四千J36nB369_p0963b29魔王在汝六根門頭俟候僉來惱汝不得其便抑且J36nB369_p0963b30般若上無孤負人底道理能留心在上邊做得純熟J36nB369_p0963c01或今生不能成就種子下得深遠眼光落地時不致J36nB369_p0963c02被惡緣流入異趣翻箇身轉來換箇殼漏子觸著鼓J36nB369_p0963c03自然省力定是成辦亦不是別人努力珍重。」

岊菴知茶請示眾。「若論向上一事聖人不增一絲J36nB369_p0963c05夫不減一點及至問著十人有五雙不知下落且道J36nB369_p0963c06過在甚麼處譬如人人屋簷下有一片田四至畝步J36nB369_p0963c07元是清楚底只為年代深遠世界變遷從無始劫來J36nB369_p0963c08業主每更佃戶頻換虛文空約以訛傳訛以致同業J36nB369_p0963c09相纏合離成化無有了日釋迦老子道:『我是開天闢J36nB369_p0963c10地第一箇聖帝明皇。』既欲教育四生師範三界則遙J36nB369_p0963c11鄙窮陬肥田瘠地莫非皇土豈可隨他邊疆混亂J36nB369_p0963c12實相欺必須丈量一番然後豪貴不致隱匿細民免J36nB369_p0963c13當空役纔好多寡分明貧富均溥即便頒一道詔書J36nB369_p0963c14遍告於天下曰:『汝等當知一切眾生從無始來生死J36nB369_p0963c15相續皆由不知常住真心性淨明體用諸妄想此想J36nB369_p0963c16不真故有輪轉汝今欲研無上菩提真發明性應當J36nB369_p0963c17直心酬我所問十方如來同一道故出離生死皆以J36nB369_p0963c18直心心言直故如是乃至終始地位中間永無諸委J36nB369_p0963c19曲相。』欽命西天四七東土二三諸祖為量田弓手J36nB369_p0963c20祖道:『我既遵奉慈旨量田自然至公無私不敢作弊J36nB369_p0963c21但你們若有匿名虛號隱田漏稅當要詳明上司J36nB369_p0963c22查深究。』故達磨曰:『我觀東土有大乘根器堪傳法印J36nB369_p0963c23特地航海而來埽除知解洗蕩殘妖不立文字直指J36nB369_p0963c24人心見性成佛也從上老宿乃是造冊小書唯把量J36nB369_p0963c25訖之田依畝數字號編造一箇弓口冊亦不敢增減J36nB369_p0963c26釐毫絲忽此一片田輥圓底應著其土名謂大圓鏡J36nB369_p0963c27南至五陰山北至六賊田東至無明大路西至煩惱J36nB369_p0963c28官河故曰我宗無語句亦無一法與人此事原是本J36nB369_p0963c29有底蓋為久遠劫來迷失了不肯認真照管如今四J36nB369_p0963c30至畝步清楚了土名田樣分明了虛名差號J36nB369_p0964a01改正了寄田躲役推出了縱有種種麤惡境界現J36nB369_p0964a02心不怕怖種種勝妙境界現前亦不驚異。』即動疏J36nB369_p0964a03覆旨云:『如是大解脫法與佛說一大藏教無異無別J36nB369_p0964a04無前無後無古無今無少無剩。』所以釋迦老子准其J36nB369_p0964a05批旨下曰:『吾今為汝保任此事終不虛也。』大眾J36nB369_p0964a06畢竟那箇是業主?」良久:「今夜是知茶設茶。」

示眾。「做工夫看箇話頭如發兵討賊知賊所在J36nB369_p0964a08當要急急追上不可逗留遲緩行住坐臥穿衣喫飯J36nB369_p0964a09屙矢放尿處語言酬對處潛緝密捕忽然獲著也J36nB369_p0964a10且道賊是那箇?」驀扭住一僧:「莫是你麼?」僧罔措師將J36nB369_p0964a11一推:「卻是瞌睡漢。」

結制知浴請示眾。「望仙橋把斷要津南來也不得J36nB369_p0964a13往也不得芙蓉岸高張銕網進前亦無能退後亦無J36nB369_p0964a14果是作得主宰立定腳跟底漢去住也如是寒暑J36nB369_p0964a15也如是安危也如是苦樂也如是乃至上天堂入地J36nB369_p0964a16喫辣棒受惡罵一切皆如是行一事則揚劫外嘉J36nB369_p0964a17出一言則凜寰中風致斯為參學事畢到家時節J36nB369_p0964a18設或礙膺物不消躬事未辦趁色力強壯事業J36nB369_p0964a19可為之際不必別求方便秖要放下身心真為生死J36nB369_p0964a20將箇話頭置於胸次橫在目前如千尋銕壁東也撞J36nB369_p0964a21西也撞不管春去秋來不論晝長夜短不分是非得J36nB369_p0964a22不計枯淡豐盈不較迷悟遲速忽然將鐵壁撞穿J36nB369_p0964a23敢保馳求永息坐享太平到此田地雖謂向浴鍋裏J36nB369_p0964a24全身獨露入水見長人究竟將來只可博些瓜子J36nB369_p0964a25炒豆棗子腐乾條糕燒餅喫喫要與向上一事相應J36nB369_p0964a26須如僧問藥山曰:『學人有疑請師決。』山曰:『待上堂時J36nB369_p0964a27來與你決。』至晚上堂眾集山曰:『今日要決疑底僧在J36nB369_p0964a28甚麼處?』僧出眾而立山下禪床把住:『大眾者僧有J36nB369_p0964a29。』便與一推卻歸方丈。」師曰:「藥山老漢將墻壁戶牖J36nB369_p0964a30一齊打開了也能向裏許拌命挨入便是大光明藏J36nB369_p0964b01便是大解脫場如若正信不堅纖疑未盡歲月送迎J36nB369_p0964b02無了日莫教孤負好春光。」

小參:「藥山久不陞堂院主白曰:『大眾久思示誨。』J36nB369_p0964b05:『打鐘著。』眾纔集山便下座歸方丈主隨後曰:『和尚J36nB369_p0964b06既許為眾說法為甚一言不措?』山曰:『經有經師論有J36nB369_p0964b07論師爭怪得老僧?』」師曰:「藥山老子駿步不拘鷹揚無J36nB369_p0964b08廬陵米上高騰時價石頭路裏獨擅風流其尊特J36nB369_p0964b09稱雄可謂無敵於天下被箇院主輕輕一言慫恿便J36nB369_p0964b10爾隨他調度和泥合水究竟院主不滿其欲大眾有J36nB369_p0964b11失其望資聖則不如是或院主白曰:『大眾久思示誨。』J36nB369_p0964b12也不論根之大小一雨普潤也不定法之半滿珠玉J36nB369_p0964b13齊傾直令箇箇習漏頓除全身荷負院主自無絮語J36nB369_p0964b14憎嫌然復有隨後曰:『和尚今日所說是甚麼法?』又將J36nB369_p0964b15何酬對?」良久:「山僧今日勞倦請西堂為汝說罷。」

小參。「激揚諸佛說不到底事提持諸祖行不盡底令J36nB369_p0964b17須是君臣道合賓主氣和敲唱雙行更無回互且什J36nB369_p0964b18麼人而明如是事不見昔日洞山與密師伯遊山次J36nB369_p0964b19忽見白兔從艸中跳過密曰:『俊哉!』山曰:『作麼生?』密曰J36nB369_p0964b20大似白衣拜相。』山曰:『老老大大作者箇語話。』密曰:『J36nB369_p0964b21又作麼生?』山曰:『積代簪纓暫時落魄。』」師曰:「者箇公案J36nB369_p0964b22是何意旨作何理論田地穩密底見恁麼舉便知無J36nB369_p0964b23量劫來事悉在掌握之中毫無隱晦流浪日久底聞J36nB369_p0964b24恁麼事繁疑窒塞迷悶重增豈能湊泊得來若白衣J36nB369_p0964b25拜相處會得即與古人音容相接律呂相諧提封九J36nB369_p0964b26撫育四生若積代簪纓處會得獨闢繼往開來之J36nB369_p0964b27要路佇觀地平天成之雍熙雖然如是分明曉了J36nB369_p0964b28僧分上秖得一半那一半到明日為汝注破。」

請刈禾小參。「若論此事到相應處驗於田事自無差J36nB369_p0964b30先要般若種子剔揀潔淨無明稗草不容混雜J36nB369_p0964c01大白牛將祖翁田地深耕淺耖以待心苗培養春就J36nB369_p0964c02群栽秋來等穫中間根本未壯欲習初乾諸子紛譁J36nB369_p0964c03三車並運才與如來法流水接加功機務分任得宜J36nB369_p0964c04智力耘耡勤勞不猒真如莖榦挺特標奇智慧英華J36nB369_p0964c05開敷擢秀驀地境風搖蕩惟恐嘉穗揉傷忽朝法雨J36nB369_p0964c06所滋且喜焦芽載茂有如是操持有如是保任成熟J36nB369_p0964c07有望損益無憂更藉大眾勇猛爭先艱辛莫避箇箇J36nB369_p0964c08奮求珠之心人人懷得寶之念不動而運顆顆登妙J36nB369_p0964c09覺之場不行斯到粒粒入真空之藏者邊那畔斬斷J36nB369_p0964c10淆訛山前屋後不致狼藉到此時節萬行高流纔好J36nB369_p0964c11忘功罷業五湖衲子須憑任意飽參雖然恁麼提撕J36nB369_p0964c12猶是化門展演畢竟如何得與此事相應?」良久:「J36nB369_p0964c13朝田阪裏子細好商量。」

謝刈禾小參:「地藏問修山主曰:『從甚處來?』主曰:『J36nB369_p0964c15方來。』藏曰:『南方近日佛法如何?』主曰:『商量浩浩。』地藏J36nB369_p0964c16:『爭如我者裏栽田博飯?』主曰:『爭柰三界何?』藏曰:『J36nB369_p0964c17甚麼作三界?』」師曰:「地藏雖則行上治之政弘至醇之J36nB369_p0964c18猶未達於民情也殊不知人人為此一片田地J36nB369_p0964c19曠劫來備嘗辛苦布種不潔雜穢充繁農務不時J36nB369_p0964c20蕪遍野喫飯不知飯香飲茶不知茶味腳板為之走J36nB369_p0964c21穿筋骨為之磨斷雨多恐其沉淪水少憂其乾燥J36nB369_p0964c22寒則慮根株矬小過熱則愁莖葉焦枯至於青黃未J36nB369_p0964c23決之際其將有成若不寬心蓄養速要暴富登場J36nB369_p0964c24與秀而不實者同一患也斯藉眾力盡勿猒勞時候J36nB369_p0964c25不違秋收不待商量浩浩自然大事圓成秖有J36nB369_p0964c26一人常在田頭地後不離禁殿重闈大眾還識得他J36nB369_p0964c27?」良久,「幾乎錯下名言。」

愚菴老宿大椿尼對靈小參。「生而無生天龍伸出瘦J36nB369_p0964c29滅而不滅菴主豎起空拳玉笛橫吹彩鳳鳴鐵船J36nB369_p0964c30同泛明湖月恁麼語話是齒不關風情存向背。」J36nB369_p0965a01拂子。「殊不知此一片田地常住妙明周圓不變求其J36nB369_p0965a02去來生死迷悟了無所得不謂煩惱是垢濁不謂菩J36nB369_p0965a03提惟清淨不謂生死有分別不謂涅槃恒寂靜若是J36nB369_p0965a04過量人能在翻身一擲抹過大千逆順境上莫可遷J36nB369_p0965a05憎愛關頭不為障蔽隨緣作主到處稱尊惟大椿J36nB369_p0965a06老宿夙具金剛正眼解脫法門處處開拓操持般若J36nB369_p0965a07靈鋒輪轉根株塵塵斬斷蓋有大慈攝化同事之願J36nB369_p0965a08現於柔順如幻色相之身撫育明俊如瑾之瑛唯德J36nB369_p0965a09有鄰如蘭之馥入世間法如蓮花在水而於一切皆J36nB369_p0965a10無染著勵出世道如松柏擎霄而於一切無所疲猒J36nB369_p0965a11以不思議力故以不可壞力故若威嚴若慈藹若熙J36nB369_p0965a12若愛語令樂見者發深信心以如是行而作佛事J36nB369_p0965a13攪澄不異磨涅不痕是故將欲與世長揖之時奮然J36nB369_p0965a14超然是去非去政不待假力於無手之人也因有如J36nB369_p0965a15是風標故有如是奇特誠非世間言語而歎所盡J36nB369_p0965a16我老人於有為界中示無為法而不滅壞有為之性J36nB369_p0965a17於無為界中示有為法而不分別無為之相能以善J36nB369_p0965a18巧方便演出無量差別音聲為一切眾生之母說慈J36nB369_p0965a19善之法為一切眾生之子說至孝之道與一切癡翳J36nB369_p0965a20眾生作大智慧導師與一切窮露眾生作寶莊嚴樓J36nB369_p0965a21範上座到者裏意想不得分疏不下擬將一滴之J36nB369_p0965a22水欲增大海波瀾非謂不知量也貴要大家知有J36nB369_p0965a23如何是知有底事秋林一夜雨生涼黛抹千山倩曉J36nB369_p0965a24珍重歸源時節好風飄錦帶藕花香。」

滄溟和尚請為母對靈小參。「劫外淵猷無二無別J36nB369_p0965b28豐家法至極至尊織蒲屨於水邊無人酬價提宏綱J36nB369_p0965b29於鬧市有法歸宗將五位以鋪張隨三根而闡妙J36nB369_p0965b30流遶檻紅樹當門機機回互法法交羅調不相合J36nB369_p0965c01我知音刀劈不開始稱母子東塔受法姪滿公之請J36nB369_p0965c02為徐母智日安人要說箇蜜齊中邊之甜火等古今J36nB369_p0965c03之熱但安人金剛種子夙結成般若靈苗今亦增J36nB369_p0965c04世間出世事理兼到身前身後徹底光輝詳而驗J36nB369_p0965c05其滿公孝意深衷敦本扶末可為證矣更要山僧J36nB369_p0965c06說箇甚麼若謂一切法不生一切法不滅者邊那邊J36nB369_p0965c07隨緣飲啄天宮淨土任意逍遙猶是世諦儀文總不J36nB369_p0965c08若生也不道死也不道且道安人在甚麼處雨餘遠J36nB369_p0965c09浦歸漁艇月映蘆汀白鷺眠。」

陳雷生薦室請小參。「萬里長空獨鴈鳴千嵒落木動J36nB369_p0965c11秋聲涅槃堂奧無門限一任優游自在行是故靈光J36nB369_p0965c12不昧萬古徽猷入此門來莫存知解此雖是信口說J36nB369_p0965c13信步行總要人親到自故家田地。」豎拂子。「秖者箇J36nB369_p0965c14是謂一味平等法門佛祖謂之寂靜妙常眾生謂之J36nB369_p0965c15生死根塵東方謂之妙喜世界西方謂之極樂家鄉J36nB369_p0965c16三界萬法靡不圓攝所以張孺人據此法門事姑嫜J36nB369_p0965c17以孝穆鄰里以敬撫憐赤子逆順施為慈仁播美J36nB369_p0965c18德標奇醒大夢於長夜消無明於曠劫當知五漏幻J36nB369_p0965c19軀即是金剛正體於中求其聖凡男女生死去來了J36nB369_p0965c20不可得既然如是還見他立地處麼金地花鋪青靄J36nB369_p0965c21寶池月映碧天高。」

大慶院具之尼對靈小參。「生從何來千尋井底飛塵J36nB369_p0965c23死從何去十字街頭猛虎踞者裏見得諦當無量J36nB369_p0965c24劫來根深固蒂生死輪迴一翻翻轉乃知諸緣未遇J36nB369_p0965c25之先來實不來四大分離之後去實不去修絕異同J36nB369_p0965c26證無差別摧壞一切憎愛大山安住平等真常妙樂J36nB369_p0965c27正眼未開者喜怒哀樂異端競起僧俗男女各立門J36nB369_p0965c28苦猒娑婆欣樂安養念慮遷流紛然無緒取捨變J36nB369_p0965c29化奔逸不休使自家一片潔白田地上荊棘叢生J36nB369_p0965c30藤纏繞轉見昏迷愈加沉墜惟具之菴主於諸法性J36nB369_p0966a01通達明了成就廣大總持三昧故到末梢頭上如象J36nB369_p0966a02王擺脫枷鎖自在遊行雖然若到祖師門下猶欠一J36nB369_p0966a03著在。」豎拂子:「誰是生誰是死四壁寒香雪色濃心知J36nB369_p0966a04不在喃喃語。」

空明菴德章尼對靈小參。「風生碧落雨滴青松好鳥J36nB369_p0966a06和鳴圓音無盡谿邊石女塞斷耳根嶺上鐵牛拽回J36nB369_p0966a07鼻孔威音那畔風光塵塵顯露空劫前面目歷歷J36nB369_p0966a08全彰者裏悟去髻中寶元是現成衣裏珠從來具足J36nB369_p0966a09不起思惟精操萬行匪移跬步參遍百城一切處放J36nB369_p0966a10光動地一切處妙用神通入生死流不被生死之所J36nB369_p0966a11淪沒踞涅槃岸不為涅槃之所留連雖然檢點將來J36nB369_p0966a12猶未是向上一路。」以拂子畫○相曰:「此名金剛圈J36nB369_p0966a13謂大圓鏡冥萬化真機顯千門德相微細包容廣大J36nB369_p0966a14悉備所以淨土娑婆諸佛眾生僧俗男女尊卑貴賤J36nB369_p0966a15有情無情人非人等總在裏許若帝網垂珠重重交J36nB369_p0966a16猶秋空片月處處騰輝恁麼則淨土穢土乃是一J36nB369_p0966a17男身女身會無二相又何必往無垢世界轉換形J36nB369_p0966a18正覺始成強生節目?」!「夜半海門紅日上碧蓮池J36nB369_p0966a19畔訪知音。」
