當晚小參。「秦山鏡水之東蒿壩曹江之西有一古剎J36nB369_p0943c13位在其中天下傳聞咸知是雲門湛和尚為重興之J36nB369_p0943c14元祖也然欲識得其中青山拱峙綠水匯流松舞虯J36nB369_p0943c15竹拖鳳尾佛燈偕碧落爭輝法鼓與潮音交響J36nB369_p0943c16須親到俯視仰瞻則自然一一明了不是道聽途言J36nB369_p0943c17以當生平果是親履實踐過來底則諸人躬大事J36nB369_p0943c18因緣圓證無疑山僧跋涉艱辛銷歸有地若是芳草J36nB369_p0943c19天涯伶俜海角悠悠泛泛志無決定者。」驀豎拂子J36nB369_p0943c20若人於現前能信如是法亦即成正覺為說無畏法J36nB369_p0943c21予福予緣俱所不逮仰護法檀越推獎以誠勤舊執J36nB369_p0943c22事翊贊以力四眾咸集法筵諸山適臨嘉會山僧敢J36nB369_p0943c23復蘊藉而不闡揚特為諸人宣洩去也。」乃擊拂子一J36nB369_p0943c24復舉:「雲門示眾曰:『佛法大殺有只是舌頭短。』復自J36nB369_p0943c25:『長也。』」師曰:「雲門徒誇口舌短長以為宏略非有確J36nB369_p0943c26然不易之理天童覺曰:『雲門大師自起自倒要且車J36nB369_p0943c27不橫推理無曲斷。』此亦循理以全其制厲俗以敦舊J36nB369_p0943c28不必取焉山僧近離鴛渚以赴天華身雖勞倦J36nB369_p0943c29不短長佛法毫無半點但有一偈舉似大眾祖翁舊J36nB369_p0943c30業昭天下古佛鴻猷播域中欲唱陽春高曲調大家J36nB369_p0944a01手眼放玲瓏。」

上堂。「冰霜千里犯風雨四時經不向板橋顧望即從J36nB369_p0944a06茅店徘徊沒量大人到者裏未免抑志狐疑不得暢J36nB369_p0944a07懷慶快有奮迅自在底作麼生?」良久顧左右曰:「若無J36nB369_p0944a08射虎力徒說李將軍。」

上堂。「藥不必以參苓為貴治病者佳言不必以嘉言J36nB369_p0944a10稱尊適時者善。」拈起拄杖:「窮東極西知深識淺J36nB369_p0944a11起膏肓能超生死以此為天下式其痼疾未瘳者出J36nB369_p0944a12我為汝分曉。」良久卓拄杖:「吾技窮矣聽汝所長。」

白雲鄰木和尚至上堂拈拄杖曰:「此箇門中離言說J36nB369_p0944a14離名字相無有變異不可破壞在知有者視之如J36nB369_p0944a15開藏取寶剖蚌得珠光彩陸離如意自在大暢尊貴J36nB369_p0944a16之猷永離貧窮之苦若不知此事之人無明熏染J36nB369_p0944a17死飄沉隨緣流轉無斷絕時那知有大知識心量廣J36nB369_p0944a18深妙難測施平等慈作不請友汝等諸人若心有J36nB369_p0944a19餘疑當乘時咨決。」卓拄杖曰:「莫言見了渾無事自古J36nB369_p0944a20懷思別後多。」

上堂。「趙州有四門曾無障礙天下人深入者最少J36nB369_p0944a22華惟一路本絕高低天下人親到者不多且道深入J36nB369_p0944a23趙州門親到天華路畢竟是甚麼人?」拍案一下:「J36nB369_p0944a24言無滲漏高坐看浮沉。」

上堂。「三飧粥飯公案現成二時普請文彩全彰到諸J36nB369_p0944a26人根前要你向父母未生前道來大似白鳥下灘J36nB369_p0944a27沙有跡閉門接上上機其柰空懷千古意欲贈竟無J36nB369_p0944a28。」卓拄杖一下:「拄杖子為通事了也知音底出來J36nB369_p0944a29露箇消息。」良久復卓拄杖:「上下攸同父子不借。」

結制小參。「頭戴篛笠腳繫草鞋陰晴變異而非驚J36nB369_p0944b01暑推遷而不顧周遊吳地春色盈眸循歷越山秋光J36nB369_p0944b02溢目但隨好景淹留不覺霜花染鬢路逢達道者逼J36nB369_p0944b03拶將來諸子奇言百家異說一點也用不著大似販J36nB369_p0944b04私鹽漢撞見巡鹽官捕露出闡提形狀拈起異類淆J36nB369_p0944b05進前無能退後不得大家相聚到天華要尋箇和J36nB369_p0944b06事頭兒汝等果是奮志不同心相體信山僧自有箇J36nB369_p0944b07方便可以解交故沽些曹山酒煮些金牛飯做些雲J36nB369_p0944b08門餅烹些趙州茶發頭一發頭說明了。」顧左右曰J36nB369_p0944b09若是那個事過些日子與汝斟酌。」

復舉:「黃龍機禪師偈:『蕭然獨處意沉吟誰信無絃發J36nB369_p0944b11妙音終日法堂唯靜坐更無人問本來心。』」師曰:「黃龍J36nB369_p0944b12欲砥江流將洗時習冷面冰心知音者少雖因艱難J36nB369_p0944b13致感尚有富家驕態天華這裏八字無[必-心]兩手撮空J36nB369_p0944b14權分諸道機應千差非是將死貓頭急以求售竊願J36nB369_p0944b15與諸仁共樂太平亦有偈曰聽厭寒蛩秋夜吟敢將J36nB369_p0944b16一曲唱威音放開捏聚渾無事秪要深知此日心。」

結制上堂兼謝商淨珺尼智授法衣齋。「有一人在千J36nB369_p0944b18人萬人中不背一人不向一人你道此人具何面目J36nB369_p0944b19大眾洞山老祖將九重密旨特為宣傳了也喚醒諸J36nB369_p0944b20子沈酣大夢令入聖賢所由正門馳求頓歇皆使知J36nB369_p0944b21轉換由人獨尊在我這邊那畔施設隨緣商音羽J36nB369_p0944b22韻唱和克諧臺山婆展石火之機鳥道一千里劉鐵J36nB369_p0944b23磨閃電光之眼白雲幾萬重更說甚麼玉線暗穿J36nB369_p0944b24針密度聯絡將來始成片段如未到者般田地且從J36nB369_p0944b25聖僧前問箇訊向長連床上晝三夜三東輥西輥J36nB369_p0944b26到聖凡情盡處白汗通身時那箇人縱不能見識得J36nB369_p0944b27面目也好。」卓拄杖下座

晚參:「青原思和尚問六祖:『當何所務即不落階級?』J36nB369_p0944b29祖曰:『曾作甚麼來?』思曰:『聖諦亦不為。』祖曰:『落何階級?』J36nB369_p0944b30思曰:『聖諦尚不為何階級之有?』祖深器之。」師曰:「行劫J36nB369_p0944c01前禮樂振向上紀綱眷意實隆許身甚切此是青原J36nB369_p0944c02輕車熟路但惜六祖欠了一著山僧若在待道:『聖諦J36nB369_p0944c03尚不為何階級之有?』但曰:『有一人未全肯諾在。』如下J36nB369_p0944c04得此一語管取青原別有機輪自然七祖門風愈加J36nB369_p0944c05廣大當時既因循今日豈可潦草?」良久:「大眾珍J36nB369_p0944c06歸堂喫茶。」

上堂。「正直捨方便但說無上道自其異者而視之J36nB369_p0944c08途盡異以一法入一切法以一切法入一法自其同J36nB369_p0944c09者而視之萬物皆同我者裏不如是。」拈起拄杖曰:「J36nB369_p0944c10有拄杖子與你拄杖子你無拄杖子奪你拄杖子J36nB369_p0944c11道恁麼是不恁麼是?」良久曰:「無人知此意令我憶芭J36nB369_p0944c12。」遂擲下拄杖

上堂拈拄杖曰:「一大藏教不詮除此更無方便悟此J36nB369_p0944c14成聖迷此為凡正偏無異開合皆宜山僧不得此J36nB369_p0944c15以穿佛祖鼻孔諸人不得此未能慶快生平然則此J36nB369_p0944c16箇喚作甚麼。」卓一下曰:「石女腰邊裁兔角萬事無過J36nB369_p0944c17此事真。」

上堂:「石頭遷禪師因道悟問:『如何是佛法大意?』J36nB369_p0944c19:『不得不知。』悟曰:『向上更有轉處也無?』頭曰:『長空不J36nB369_p0944c20礙白雲飛。』」師曰:「道悟與麼問石頭與麼答可謂宮中J36nB369_p0944c21令肅閫外威嚴父子機投君臣道合龍潭師之而有J36nB369_p0944c22德山祖之而無慊若是佛法大意何曾動著山僧J36nB369_p0944c23平居無事大眾傾誠渴慕豈可不盡心力?」豎拂子曰J36nB369_p0944c24向後去切莫道秖者箇便是。」

上堂:「萬法歸一一歸何處?」師曰:「此心耿耿誰能道?」J36nB369_p0944c26:「趙州道我在青州做領布衫重七斤又作麼生?」J36nB369_p0944c27:「自古知音不易知。」乃曰:「拖死屍底自不玲瓏生生J36nB369_p0944c28埋怨父母未生前人人有箇本來面處處逢渠都言J36nB369_p0944c29不見萬法歸一一歸何處眼大心雄者知其方便J36nB369_p0944c30笑老趙州齒不關風眼花撩亂卻道我在青州做領J36nB369_p0945a01布衫重七斤寥寥天地放不著邊岸無夢無想處躲J36nB369_p0945a02東抵西捱全無轉變不是心不是佛不是物我知J36nB369_p0945a03你憤極智窮終是難辨一口氣不來死了燒了一箇J36nB369_p0945a04主人公本無位次豈落階漸更嫌太殺尊貴是者老J36nB369_p0945a05漢因想喫飯穿衣日用現成公案試問諸人薦不薦J36nB369_p0945a06金烏飛上玉闌干蝦蟆跳入廣寒殿。」

上堂。「七日以前要你近前來你又不肯七日以後J36nB369_p0945a08你退後去你又不甘到今日不前不後奮激不J36nB369_p0945a09進之慮無新功退之恐失故步正如病人患隔日瘧J36nB369_p0945a10寒一回熱一回未得輕安山僧有一轉語要鎖從上J36nB369_p0945a11佛祖咽喉使天下衲僧活脫自在你道是那一轉語?」J36nB369_p0945a12良久曰:「沙裏無油麥中有麵。」

上堂:「僧問玄沙:『如何是學人自?』沙曰:『是你自。』J36nB369_p0945a14雲門曰:『沒量大人向語脈裏轉卻。』有僧問:『如何是學J36nB369_p0945a15人自?』即曰:『忽然路上有人喚衲僧齋你也隨例得J36nB369_p0945a16飯喫。』」師曰:「玄沙雲門垂手接人極省氣力最為神妙J36nB369_p0945a17只恐者僧兩腳未曾踏著實地仍被生死波浪之所J36nB369_p0945a18飄流無有了日有僧問山僧:『如何是學人自?』但曰J36nB369_p0945a19入海泥牛奔似電。』者裏悟去始好開大口說大話J36nB369_p0945a20日邊路宜振步年少場任相羊!」

上堂。「頭頭得妙法法無差。」驀顧左右:「今朝有一鄉J36nB369_p0945a22人趕東關市左顧右盻並無好貨看得箇三腳貓中J36nB369_p0945a23買將歸去放下來一看恰是泰戲之山有獸曰䍶J36nB369_p0945a24其狀如羊一角一目目在耳後遂高聲大叫:『阿㖿J36nB369_p0945a25阿㖿!』被山僧拄杖子聽見劈頭一棒:『你是鄉下村J36nB369_p0945a26見箇甚麼也敢大驚小怪他有箇出身句子倒也J36nB369_p0945a27道得好舉似大眾。』」卓拄杖:「茫茫天下虛尋覓此物J36nB369_p0945a28元來本現成。」

上堂。「但了本覺一心步步入圓常之路若逐無明散J36nB369_p0945a30塵塵成生死之輪。」豎拂子曰:「此是本覺一心那箇J36nB369_p0945b01是無明散意?」擊拂子曰:「此是無明散意那箇是本覺J36nB369_p0945b02一心渭水不逢垂釣叟首陽應笑采薇人。」

上堂:「雲門問僧:『甚處來?』:『江西。』門曰:『江西一隊老J36nB369_p0945b04漢寐語住也未?』僧無對。」師曰:「雲門秪要垂衣禁殿J36nB369_p0945b05鼓邊庭折衝妙算未為十全喜得者僧無侵疆略地J36nB369_p0945b06之意乃使韶陽邦國寧泰大眾且道山僧恁麼道J36nB369_p0945b07在何處彼過研窮留念切自知長短舊來無。」

上堂。「市聲浩浩風冷颼颼雞啼白晝犬吠黃昏一一J36nB369_p0945b09與諸人示向上路了也得箇入處底有三十棒領去J36nB369_p0945b10山門外自打未得入頭者二六時中上來下去有迴J36nB369_p0945b11避無迴避。」喝一喝曰:「。」

上堂。「事到二七推車撞壁無憂尋憂平地掘溝佛殿J36nB369_p0945b13與山門計較來沒得說僧堂與廚庫商量底碗脫丘J36nB369_p0945b14露柱言其實不會燈籠則滿肚虛浮四天王多分擎J36nB369_p0945b15拳豎指憨布袋一味笑不斷頭獨有天華拄杖子J36nB369_p0945b16識時務心心要截斷眾流乃犯眾而出曰:『你者一隊J36nB369_p0945b17瞌睡漢攢眉合眼著甚來繇。』」卓拄杖曰:「者回去也J36nB369_p0945b18下還將放下休。」

俞伯英請上堂。「世間有剛正路頭唯真本雄才最易J36nB369_p0945b20履踐出世有省力法門唯大器上根不難信入。」以拂J36nB369_p0945b21子畫一畫,「秖要於中分析得來正偏兼到殺活並行J36nB369_p0945b22橫也豎也經之緯之該今徹古遍界盈空利益於人J36nB369_p0945b23孜孜無倦克究於切切不忘既銷真俗之名豈存J36nB369_p0945b24彼此之相是知一切聖賢原無板定底格式所謂禮J36nB369_p0945b25之用和為貴先王之道斯為美然則向上秘訣不消J36nB369_p0945b26一捏為甚如此霜染多紅樹山藏秖白雲。」

上堂:「愚菴盂和尚晚參次有僧出禮拜:『求和尚J36nB369_p0945b28開示。』愚菴曰:『與我移燈臺過來。』僧移過愚菴便喝。」J36nB369_p0945b29:「愚菴老人稟直方剛大之氣向雲門路上唱出新J36nB369_p0945b30豐曲調驚得聰者聵明者盲語者瘖行者跛故往往J36nB369_p0945c01為醉人所推罵即如者僧江西湖南走得倦了欲討J36nB369_p0945c02個安逸所在將養身心轉使得他手忙腳亂無所適J36nB369_p0945c03可不吞聲而含恨設有求天華開示又作麼生?」J36nB369_p0945c04:「今朝天晚了來日來與你說。」

上堂。「南泉斬貓兒天之未喪斯文也趙州戴草鞋J36nB369_p0945c06知安劉者必勃矣有般孟浪漢眼裏未辨青黃路頭J36nB369_p0945c07不知遠近便道此心即堯舜之心所事乃聖賢之事J36nB369_p0945c08秖可半信是言半疑是跡。」拈起拄杖曰:「苟得此意J36nB369_p0945c09古今而不失。」

因雪上堂:「洛浦問青峰:『甚處去來?』峰曰:『掃雪來。』J36nB369_p0945c11:『雪深多少?』峰曰:『樹上總是。』浦曰:『得即得向後去住J36nB369_p0945c12個雪窟定矣。』」師曰:「洛浦精神滿腹到者裏憨來憨殺J36nB369_p0945c13青峰錦繡撐腸到者裏朴來朴殺人總向雪窟裏J36nB369_p0945c14坐著如今雪漫漫地有者謂豐年呈瑞有者言好境J36nB369_p0945c15成吟也不見人掃也不問深多少但聽得人互相歎J36nB369_p0945c16迭為褒美:『好雪片片不落別處。』你道落在甚麼J36nB369_p0945c17?」良久以拂子指雪日看

上堂。「願一切眾生與我無異釋迦老子作如是言J36nB369_p0945c19要結識天下好漢為相罵底對頭作相打底敵手J36nB369_p0945c20柰罕遇其人山僧連日來氣悶也要尋箇鬧頭燥皮J36nB369_p0945c21一燥皮不知誰是好手?」良久顧左右:「量你者些頑J36nB369_p0945c22到者裏也不敢出手。」拽拄杖打趁下座

上堂:「溈山侍百丈入山作務次丈曰:『將得火來麼?』J36nB369_p0945c24山曰:『將得來。』丈曰:『在甚麼處?』山於地上拈一莖柴J36nB369_p0945c25兩吹度與丈丈曰:『如蟲禦木。』」師曰:「但凡天下事視之J36nB369_p0945c26難見不敢談論百丈以後語有漏逗故天下人得而J36nB369_p0945c27議之致累溈山臧否逆順無從定矣天華結制來J36nB369_p0945c28三七日內外安泰上下交歡並無餘事相累。」高聲曰J36nB369_p0945c29大眾久立伏惟珍重。」

上堂。「同共一法中而不得此事釋迦老子既說是同J36nB369_p0946a01又言不得惑亂人不少好與三十棒要會一法麼?」J36nB369_p0946a02拂子曰:「者裏是欲知此事麼?」擊拂子曰:「者裏是若是J36nB369_p0946a03通人分上眼裏也是耳裏也是寤時也是寐時也是J36nB369_p0946a04不然更資一路去也。」乃擲拂子曰:「汝若不取後必憂J36nB369_p0946a05。」

冬至小參。「陰極陽生枯木上花枝挺秀否極泰來J36nB369_p0946a07水裏蝦蟆活跳空劫以前轉身不坐千年床榻今世J36nB369_p0946a08路頭移步踏開萬丈門庭村北村南歡言相慶人來J36nB369_p0946a09人往和氣藹然雖則如是消長任時精粗由故我J36nB369_p0946a10衲僧家腳下無私眼中無翳甚麼處不是分明甚麼J36nB369_p0946a11處不是自豈肯以勢推移隨他調度更須知老釋J36nB369_p0946a12迦道:『我昔所誓願今者滿足化一切眾生皆令入J36nB369_p0946a13佛道。』恁麼則諸人冰霜苦志煙水勞心成佛利生從J36nB369_p0946a14此成就如有不信也不得怨悵別人!」

復舉:「僧問黃龍:『晦機和尚急切相投請師通信。』龍曰J36nB369_p0946a16火燒裙帶香。』」師曰:「問者若饑渴之思飲嚼答者憑霄J36nB369_p0946a17漢以待攀躋縱使沒量大底到者裏甚處湊泊何以J36nB369_p0946a18解憂果要者邊那畔放曠隨緣山僧不妨通箇音信。」J36nB369_p0946a19良久曰:「歌舞自來忘帝力精神無限在梅花。」
