J27nB193_p0254b04元旦上堂。師云:「乾坤再造,佛祖重興。陶鎔德重,雨露J27nB193_p0254b05恩深;林泉倍慶,草木增榮。新日月,循環世界三千;舊J27nB193_p0254b06家風,羅列峰巒十二。長舌溪聲演不傳之玅旨,淨身J27nB193_p0254b07山色裏無位之真人,且喜道泰時清,常從面門出入,J27nB193_p0254b08眉懸瑞彩,觸處圓明;頂放祥光,全彰秀麗。嚴凍解於J27nB193_p0254b09寒潭,鱗龍踴躍春波裏;輕煙開於古路,凡聖交參。法J27nB193_p0254b10苑中一團和氣,萬劫同春。恭祝聖人無量壽,村歌社J27nB193_p0254b11舞樂昇平。山僧聊祝如是,未審諸人同音讚頌又且J27nB193_p0254b12如何?」良久云:「但願皇風成一片,不知何處是封疆。」下J27nB193_p0254b13座。
J27nB193_p0254b14元宵上堂。師云:「剔起心燈,炤徹世間無別法;揭開慧J27nB193_p0254b15月,頓明那畔本來人。幸值天回泰運,喜逢節屆良辰,J27nB193_p0254b16燈月交輝,主賓同慶。共登萬福之堂,門門現瑞彩;重J27nB193_p0254b17闡單傳之道,葉葉永流芳。紫氣氤氳,坐臥長春國裏;J27nB193_p0254b18祥光燦爛,優游不夜天中。千古燈王如來,一會儼然J27nB193_p0254b19未散。正當此際,植福延壽,福無有涯,壽不可量。所謂J27nB193_p0254b20一粒光明種,拈來種福田,靈根開般若,結果遍三千。J27nB193_p0254b21山僧慶讚已竟。汝等各各嘴頭打濕,未審眉端還覺J27nB193_p0254b22光彩也無?如覺,自能輝天鑑地。其或未然,何妨再三J27nB193_p0254b23挑剔。」豎拂子云:「還見麼?撥著當陽一線道,門頭戶底J27nB193_p0254b24盡風光。」下座。
J27nB193_p0254b25解制上堂。問:「選佛場今朝揭曉,人天眼大轉法輪,透J27nB193_p0254b26網金鱗甚處作鉤?」師云:「動地驚天祗一毫。」進云:「忽然J27nB193_p0254b27傾湫倒嶽時如何?」師云:「上鉤來也。」進云:「和尚門庭廣J27nB193_p0254b28大。學人這裏,擎拳即是?合掌即是?」師云:「隨汝顛倒。」僧J27nB193_p0254b29拜云:「向來罔費推移力,此際中流自在行。」師云:「腦後J27nB193_p0254b30還須一槌。」乃云:「儘日騎牛不識牛,坐馳萬里覓無休,J27nB193_p0254c01誰知牛在形山上,嘯月團雲不計秋。若也直下見得,J27nB193_p0254c02馳求永息,省得許多途程。動轉施為,盡是自家田地,J27nB193_p0254c03終不犯人苗稼。汝等自結制以來,行住坐臥、折旋俯J27nB193_p0254c04仰、屙屎放尿、拈匙舉筯,何曾離得寸步。至于今日,拆J27nB193_p0254c05散眉毛、打開布袋、畫斷牢關、劈破保社,東去西去,又J27nB193_p0254c06何曾少得些子。腳下有據,自然十字縱橫;頂門眼開,J27nB193_p0254c07必也七通八達。處處綠楊堪繫馬,家家有路透長安。J27nB193_p0254c08無一草不含香潔,無一花不帶春容,無一水不招日J27nB193_p0254c09月,無一山不堆白雲,剎剎塵塵心心念念盡是家珍,J27nB193_p0254c10為甚麼不肯承當?山僧今日大開一路,急須薦取。」良J27nB193_p0254c11久云:「把手將他行不去,惟人自肯乃方親。」下座。
J27nB193_p0254c12師到南禪寺,請上堂。問:「諸佛世尊為一大事因緣出J27nB193_p0254c13現於世,三千七百祖師也為一大事因緣出現於世,J27nB193_p0254c14和尚今日為甚出現於世?」師豎拂子云:「為闍黎不薦。」J27nB193_p0254c15進云:「如何是大事因緣?」師云:「道過了也。」進云:「謝和尚J27nB193_p0254c16答話。」師云:「謾到河頭誇綠水,雲收一帶好青山。」進云:J27nB193_p0254c17「男兒自有沖天志,不向他人行處行。」師云:「腳跟下好J27nB193_p0254c18與三十棒。」乃云:「茲者碧池、定隱二上人,同正覺菴主J27nB193_p0254c19請轉法輪,以曉未悟。若論轉法輪,上人二六時中動J27nB193_p0254c20轉施為,不假他力,轉卻了也,多少親切。要山僧轉個J27nB193_p0254c21甚麼?其次,上人時時發廣大心、行菩薩行,雲水來依、J27nB193_p0254c22禽魚有賴,令此方人人俱成長者之高風,水鳥、雲林J27nB193_p0254c23處處共演摩訶之玅旨,為汝諸人轉卻了也。更要山J27nB193_p0254c24僧轉個甚麼?雖然如是,聊敘一偈,以遂來意。踏得未J27nB193_p0254c25生一著先,何妨寄錫在南禪。霏霏法雨春三月,兩道J27nB193_p0254c26眉毛濕半邊。諸人還知麼?且道那半邊為甚麼打不J27nB193_p0254c27濕?為復是法雨不均?為復是眉毛有異?吾人於此倜J27nB193_p0254c28儻分明,便抓著山僧癢處,正好在此水月場中、空花J27nB193_p0254c29界內,拈兔角杖,敲出虛空骨髓;以龜毛拂,點破佛祖J27nB193_p0254c30心腸。有時對一說、倒一說,還我宗門有妙訣;有時獅J27nB193_p0255a01子吼、野干鳴,要汝諸人具眼睛。具眼衲僧不受瞞,尋J27nB193_p0255a02常劍氣現眉間,無根亂統俱藏隱,突出單傳第一班。J27nB193_p0255a03無根亂統且置,且道如何是單傳第一班?」卓拄杖云:J27nB193_p0255a04「會麼?千峰勢倒嶽邊止,萬派聲歸海上消。」下座。
J27nB193_p0255a05南禪寺請上堂。問:「清淨本然,云何忽生山河大地?」師J27nB193_p0255a06云:「無端突出。」進云:「瓦解春霜去。」便禮拜。師打云:「清淨J27nB193_p0255a07本然,云何忽生大地?」僧無語。問:「此心不在內、不在外、J27nB193_p0255a08不在中間,在何處?」師云:「速退速退。」僧云:「如何是心?」師J27nB193_p0255a09打云:「在內在外在中間?」僧無語,師又打。僧禮拜云:「應J27nB193_p0255a10無所住。」師云:「未夢見在。」乃云:「心佛眾生,三無差別。賢J27nB193_p0255a11愚不肖,本無同異。無端不覺,瞥起一念,生人我見,起J27nB193_p0255a12貪嗔癡。繇貪嗔癡,作種種業,流浪四生,輪迴三界。從J27nB193_p0255a13迷至迷,無有休息。僅有碧池上座,體佛祖之教、興慈J27nB193_p0255a14悲之心、以生靈之命為命、以禽魚之樂為樂,鳩諸善J27nB193_p0255a15信放生為事。仍斂淨財卜築義塚,收諸骷髏藏於一J27nB193_p0255a16處,庶無霜月暴露之事,亦無悲風淒雨之懷。春秋祭J27nB193_p0255a17掃猶己之親,更請山僧說法度脫彼魂而後已。余聞J27nB193_p0255a18髑髏前神光萬里,微塵裏法界三千,佛佛祖祖坐微J27nB193_p0255a19塵裏,轉大法輪度脫眾生。山僧今日在髑髏上演大J27nB193_p0255a20般若,令四生九有脫諸塵累,頓超清淨之域。所謂一J27nB193_p0255a21心不生萬法無咎,一念回機便同本得。迷一念,悟一J27nB193_p0255a22念,反覆迷悟如掣電,一聲㘞地震乾坤,幽顯靈聰俱J27nB193_p0255a23已薦。此乃是山僧獨拔超薦之旨。且道見義而為一J27nB193_p0255a24句作麼生道?」良久云:「長天雨散雲收後,明月何曾離J27nB193_p0255a25碧池。」下座。
J27nB193_p0255a26師誕日結制上堂。西堂問:「紅爐煉出擎天骨則不問,J27nB193_p0255a27祖印還須過量人事若何?」師云:「殺活縱橫無罣礙。」進J27nB193_p0255a28云:「恁麼則縱橫乾坤,炤用臨時去也。」師打云:「是炤是J27nB193_p0255a29用?」堂喝,師云:「再喝看。」堂云:「驚群須是英靈漢,敵勝還J27nB193_p0255a30他獅子兒。」師云:「賊過後張弓。」乃云:「天地為爐,一火鑄J27nB193_p0255b01成生鐵漢,須彌作壽,孤光返炤本來人。離言離說超J27nB193_p0255b02群象,無慮無思絕點塵,不是渠儂賣靜潔,都緣默契J27nB193_p0255b03自天真。諸人還會麼?山僧竟日敲空作響,要覓知音;J27nB193_p0255b04指葉為金,惟憐赤子。全副熱腸懸橐籥,半開冷眼對J27nB193_p0255b05晴陰,這回揭盡迷雲夢,獨露寒潭一片心。這裏有個J27nB193_p0255b06受用處、有個敗闕處,若也簡點得出,慶讚有分。其或J27nB193_p0255b07未然,山僧自己簡責,免使將來怪笑。然則生鐵漢子,J27nB193_p0255b08最初不合打在紅爐中入首,惹得通身紅爛。又向寒J27nB193_p0255b09潭裏出身,凍得七花八裂。雖然冷煖自知,怎奈寒溫J27nB193_p0255b10之氣未除,要與須彌同壽、滄海共福,詎可得乎?福壽J27nB193_p0255b11雖則有虧,道德必也未備,那堪受人慶讚?正好攔腮J27nB193_p0255b12扯下,爛槌一頓,益見黃檗門下有個燥辣衲僧。摠與J27nB193_p0255b13麼糢糊而去,大似冷水浸冬瓜,大家相淈𣸩,有甚麼J27nB193_p0255b14清頭?慶讚且止,今日開期為人一句作麼生道?」維那J27nB193_p0255b15云:「黃檗連根苦。」師云:「烈燄光中開隻眼,舉頭誰是熱J27nB193_p0255b16心人。」下座。
J27nB193_p0255b17諸居士為師祝壽請上堂。維那問:「踏盡洞山無寸草,J27nB193_p0255b18卻還黃檗種青松。還有為人分也無?」師云:「瑞草千年J27nB193_p0255b19秀。」進云:「恁麼則功不浪施去也。」師云:「千差一掌擎。」進J27nB193_p0255b20云:「知音說與知音聽。」師云:「又被風吹別調中。」那轉身,J27nB193_p0255b21師便打。問:「學人單刀直進,又是雪上加霜。和尚拈椎J27nB193_p0255b22豎拂,難免一番親切。作麼生是親切句?」師云:「一刀兩J27nB193_p0255b23段。」僧拂具云:「看破了也。」師云:「太平本是將軍定。」僧歸J27nB193_p0255b24位,師云:「不許將軍見太平。」乃云:「眉毛插漢鼻遼空,佛J27nB193_p0255b25祖都來立下風,獨踞巖頭忘歲月,不知身在白雲中。J27nB193_p0255b26究竟本無壽者相,人天何處祝華封?諸人會麼?無所J27nB193_p0255b27壽處而壽,是謂仁壽;空諸身時為身,乃名法身。仁壽J27nB193_p0255b28法身,體之即神。八風吹而不動,四相豈可遷移?格外J27nB193_p0255b29真風浩蕩,寰中靈氣藹然。不萌枝上聯芳秀,無影樹J27nB193_p0255b30頭萬劫春,團圞圍繞金僊子,共祝蓮花國裏人。諸人J27nB193_p0255c01還信得及麼?如信得及,便是金剛種草。其或未然,山J27nB193_p0255c02僧再垂方便為汝點出。」豎拂子云:「會麼?急薦取,莫狐J27nB193_p0255c03疑,這漢繇來不自欺。掇轉面門開兩眼,千山萬水繞J27nB193_p0255c04須彌。」下座。
J27nB193_p0255c05上堂。師云:「揀魔辨異,還他正眼圓明;打雨敲風,突出J27nB193_p0255c06天心朗耀。昭昭乎一念未萌之先,晃晃焉全該群動J27nB193_p0255c07之後。心眼通達,洞徹十虛,如印印空,如印印泥,如印J27nB193_p0255c08印水,頭頭無差,印印不異。無差故,八萬塵勞盡是菩J27nB193_p0255c09提之路;不異也,三千剎海無非解脫之場。舉一步,步J27nB193_p0255c10步全彰;行一言,言言見諦。所謂言而信,不若不言而J27nB193_p0255c11信;令而行,不若不令而行。不令而行,推之以誠;不言J27nB193_p0255c12而信,鎮之以靜。一心圓極,收放自如,放行則瓦礫生J27nB193_p0255c13輝,把住則黃金失色。且道如今放行即是?把住即是?」J27nB193_p0255c14維那云:「切忌打雨敲風。」師云:「單提楖栗橫三界,打統J27nB193_p0255c15乾坤共一家。」下座。
J27nB193_p0255c16上堂。師云:「撐持世界,還須生鐵身心;建立法幢,全在J27nB193_p0255c17金剛眼目。眼目烜赫圓明,身心骨力俱備。舉一事,事J27nB193_p0255c18事週隆;應一機,機機活潑。百煉了無異色,千磨愈見J27nB193_p0255c19光輝。卓立塵勞之中,永為今古標格;縱橫宇宙之內,J27nB193_p0255c20長作人天模範。可隱可顯、能剛能柔,皆因眼目圓明、J27nB193_p0255c21骨力俱備之驗。是以天無骨力,不能成其高明;地無J27nB193_p0255c22骨力,不能終其博厚。山無骨力,將恐崩裂;海無骨力,J27nB193_p0255c23將恐枯竭。人無骨力,難以自立;物無骨力,不成品器。J27nB193_p0255c24乃至一草一木、一塵一剎,若無骨力維持,則當下消J27nB193_p0255c25殞盡淨無餘。而況撐持世界、建立法幢,無有骨力而J27nB193_p0255c26能成立者乎?所謂貧莫貧于無見識,賤莫賤于無骨J27nB193_p0255c27力。骨力既無,日常東倒西歪,隨業升沉,遠墮四生六J27nB193_p0255c28道,近遭八難三途,必也無疑矣。我此會中個個英靈,J27nB193_p0255c29決不墜在此數。且道:如水無筋骨,能負萬斛舟;虛空J27nB193_p0255c30無堅質,能含一切物。又作麼生消釋?山僧到這裏目J27nB193_p0256a01瞪口呿,無言可說、無理可伸。未知眾等如何融會?」維J27nB193_p0256a02那云:「橫身當宇宙,遍界沒遮欄。」師云:「有無夢幻俱拋J27nB193_p0256a03卻,始信空生大覺中。」下座。
J27nB193_p0256a04立慧門首座,秉拂上堂。師云:「種春風,鋤明月,一钁生J27nB193_p0256a05涯;烹綠水,飽青松,半瓢活計。處閒居而獨樂,臨廣眾J27nB193_p0256a06以渾然,可藏可行、無固無必。法王座畔,曾翻掣電之J27nB193_p0256a07機;獅子巖前,慣弄險崖之句。隨時豐儉,信手拈來,了J27nB193_p0256a08曩劫之塵緣,圓一心之玅果。未出幽谷,已全捉象之J27nB193_p0256a09威;既充法筵,須展遼天之志。禪林得其表帥,吾道借J27nB193_p0256a10以增輝,為綱為領,井井有條,利己利人,言言合轍。可J27nB193_p0256a11作人天眼目,堪提佛祖綱宗。如燈傳燈,燈燈不昧,似J27nB193_p0256a12鏡對鏡,鏡鏡圓明。炤用臨時,展托胸中,日月主賓,際J27nB193_p0256a13會卷舒。格外乾坤,龍象蹴踏,非驢所堪;苟稱其職,道J27nB193_p0256a14不虛行。山僧聊啟如斯,未審眾慈轉請助揚何如?諸J27nB193_p0256a15人會麼?兩輪互炤經天地,一座巍然亙古今。」下座。
J27nB193_p0256a16保嗣請上堂。士問:「生滅不斷,多生恐怖,向甚麼處安身?」J27nB193_p0256a17師豎拄杖云:「會麼?」士禮拜。師云:「家山增秀氣,密室轉J27nB193_p0256a18風光。」乃云:「善來佛子自皈依,深信靈苗長淨泥。萬福J27nB193_p0256a19堂前甘露洒,開花結子正當時。諸人會麼?茲者曾居J27nB193_p0256a20士請轉法輪,以固金剛種子,用資般若靈苗。若論般J27nB193_p0256a21若靈苗、金剛種子,人人本具、個個不無,反求諸己,靡J27nB193_p0256a22所不備。所謂萬物皆備於我,惟我能生萬物。惟冀善J27nB193_p0256a23人時時返炤、念念回光,忽若心花頓發,便與太虛同J27nB193_p0256a24體,日月並明,能為萬象之主,不逐四時凋零,而後潤J27nB193_p0256a25之雨露、長以和風,炤之慧日、覆以慈雲,庶物物各得J27nB193_p0256a26增長,人人福慧圓明,優缽花開一片,菩提子結三千。J27nB193_p0256a27苟能如是,耀後光前必也無疑。只如應時納祐一段J27nB193_p0256a28話略,又作麼生道?也大奇!也大奇!生來傲骨迥南枝。J27nB193_p0256a29微風隱隱遞香信,百萬人天一貫之,惟有老僧無巴J27nB193_p0256a30鼻,撐天拄地兩莖眉。」下座。
J27nB193_p0256b01臘八上堂。師云:「棄卻王宮入雪山,僊丰道骨自幽閒。J27nB193_p0256b02六年已了千生夢,忽悟明星出世間。諸人還會麼?看J27nB193_p0256b03這老子富有四海、貴為人君,象馬七珍、國城妻子靡J27nB193_p0256b04所不備,忽覺無常,一旦棄如敝屣,直入雪山修行六J27nB193_p0256b05載,功圓果滿,睹星悟道,便云:『奇哉!奇哉!一切眾生具J27nB193_p0256b06有如來智慧德相,皆因妄想執著,不能證得。』嗣後說J27nB193_p0256b07法四十九年,談經三百餘會,道滿天下,教流萬世。傳J27nB193_p0256b08其道,奉其教,如麻似粟。至於普天之下,在在處處,若J27nB193_p0256b09僧若俗、若男若女、若長若幼,咸知此日是這老子成J27nB193_p0256b10道之日,奉之如大神,敬之如君父。設若當時受萬乘J27nB193_p0256b11之尊榮,貪五欲之快樂,安有今日風光之事耶?所謂J27nB193_p0256b12大人具大見,大智慕大事,成大志,滿大願,直欲個個J27nB193_p0256b13成佛而後已。吾人既有智慧德相與佛無二,喜怒哀J27nB193_p0256b14樂與佛無二,慈悲喜捨與佛無二,菩提涅槃與佛無J27nB193_p0256b15二,行住坐臥與佛無二,豈可不學而修之、力而行之?J27nB193_p0256b16不至老子田地,是自暴自棄也。汝諸人試返炤看,當J27nB193_p0256b17體清淨、當體圓明、當體具足,與這老子相去多少?不J27nB193_p0256b18但我今獨達了,恒沙諸佛體皆同,脫有憤氣衲僧出J27nB193_p0256b19來道:『將謂黃檗多少奇特。今日與麼說話,大似座主J27nB193_p0256b20奴相似,未免傍觀者哂。』山僧亦不著忙,亦不氣急,徐J27nB193_p0256b21徐向他道:『此時清平世界,不許攙行奪市。』敢保這僧J27nB193_p0256b22心平氣和,瓦解冰消。未知諸人意下如何?還會麼?一J27nB193_p0256b23處平,處處平,無勞日午打三更。自從頓悟明星後,引J27nB193_p0256b24得兒孫一路行。」下座。
J27nB193_p0256b25上堂。師云:「那畔風光世莫聞,本無一物可呈君。喚回J27nB193_p0256b26午夢數聲鳥,題破青山幾片雲。擬作心知還逗漏,若J27nB193_p0256b27將境會更紛紜。兩途弗涉超情謂,地覆天翻永不渾。J27nB193_p0256b28諸人若到這個地位,則生死去來,於中無動,興亡得J27nB193_p0256b29喪,不干其懷。亙古虛圓,淨潔一腔,洞徹靈明,鐵圍不J27nB193_p0256b30能匿其輝,穹蒼不能覆其體,萬象不能隱其真,塵勞J27nB193_p0256c01不能易其性,圓陀陀,活潑潑,如珠在盤,不撥自轉,如J27nB193_p0256c02鳥遊空,所向無礙。心境緣他不得,豈虛名幻相而能J27nB193_p0256c03籠絡者哉?只如善人離榕城上黃檗,步步踏實地,處J27nB193_p0256c04處沒蹤跡,全身與麼來,全身與麼去,又何曾罣礙?把J27nB193_p0256c05手將他行不去,惟人自肯乃方親。且道茲者相見與J27nB193_p0256c06龍泉相見相去幾何?」良久云:「面面峰巒爭拱翠,滿頭J27nB193_p0256c07白雪愈風光。」下座。
J27nB193_p0256c08薦慈請上堂。問:養「育劬勞則不問,薦親一句作麼生J27nB193_p0256c09道?」師云:「了無一物獻尊堂。」進云:「恁麼則與林道婆相J27nB193_p0256c10見去也。」師云:「未是報恩者。」僧禮拜,師便打。問:「正睡之J27nB193_p0256c11中,無夢無想,主在甚麼處?」師舉拂云:「不是闍黎不拈J27nB193_p0256c12出。」僧禮拜起。師云:「八十翁翁入場屋,真誠不是小兒J27nB193_p0256c13戲。」乃云:「茲者良炤禪人請山僧舉揚個事,以薦慈親J27nB193_p0256c14林氏。然林氏秉佛遺教三十餘年,淨修梵行,又能成J27nB193_p0256c15子出家,慈風布於閭閻。而子辭親學道,廿有餘載,戒J27nB193_p0256c16潔圓明,一心無別。亦能喻母之道,奉母以法,庶母臨J27nB193_p0256c17終吉祥而逝。孝行塞乎天地,不待薦拔,必也往生。更J27nB193_p0256c18要山僧舉揚為薦,成得甚麼邊事?雖然如是,聊舉數J27nB193_p0256c19言,以慰孝念之誠。伏惟諦聽!死盡偷心,徹見人生之J27nB193_p0256c20大本;昭回正念,頓明孝道之深恩。欲酬至德,貴在還J27nB193_p0256c21源;圖報劬勞,急須返炤。搆得源頭無異處,曩劫冤親J27nB193_p0256c22一坦平。了知炤體自功圓,多生恩愛俱解脫。如是資J27nB193_p0256c23身,草屋石床常快樂,如是薦親,天堂佛國恣優游。山J27nB193_p0256c24僧舉揚已竟。且道還薦得林氏也未?」良久云:「一片慈J27nB193_p0256c25雲歸巖谷,滿林荊棘放蓮花。」下座。
J27nB193_p0256c26元旦上堂。師云:「金輪影動,煥然宇宙重光;玉闕令行,J27nB193_p0256c27倏爾山川並秀。鶯鳴谷口,大暢玄風;梅放南枝,聊舒J27nB193_p0256c28素志。摸著衲僧巴鼻,一番提起一番新;揭開佛祖爪J27nB193_p0256c29牙,幾度拈來幾度覺。三千剎海遶須彌,十二峰巒捧J27nB193_p0256c30殿閣,潦潦倒倒,磊磊落落。匡徒共祝昇平,同證大圓J27nB193_p0257a01滿覺。山僧與麼舉揚,還當得新年頭佛法也無?諸人J27nB193_p0257a02會麼?偶爾枝頭開隻眼,始知傲骨占春先。」下座。
J27nB193_p0257a03解制上堂。師云:「拆散眉毛,十字縱橫無罣礙;大開眼J27nB193_p0257a04目,三千剎海盡風光。單提楖栗,活潑如龍;緊捎草鞋,J27nB193_p0257a05威獰若虎。踏著最初行履處,一道坦平;返觀那畔本J27nB193_p0257a06來人,渾身慶快。幸值元宵美景,喜逢賜福良辰。燈月J27nB193_p0257a07交輝,柳花間錯,凡聖同遊不夜之衢,人天共樂長春J27nB193_p0257a08之苑。極樂一會,儼然未散。而我格外衲僧,眉毛解散、J27nB193_p0257a09保社打開,東去西去則不無,切忌青天下躲跟,不許J27nB193_p0257a10暗地裏著腳。且道離此二途,畢竟向甚麼處去?」一僧J27nB193_p0257a11便出。師云:「明暗兩途俱踢脫,橫挑日月遶須彌。」下座。
J27nB193_p0257a12結夏上堂。西堂虛白問:「烹金琢玉,作者鉗鎚,煆聖煉J27nB193_p0257a13凡,尋常妙用。只如超宗越格漢子,作麼生相為?」師云:J27nB193_p0257a14「一隻眼睛明似日。」進云:「恁麼則各出手眼去也。」師云:J27nB193_p0257a15「半邊鼻孔吼如雷。」堂喝,師云:「再喝看。」進云:「請和尚別J27nB193_p0257a16道將來。」師便喝。問:「結卻袋口,收拾群牛,常住田地,教J27nB193_p0257a17阿誰耕?」師一棒,云:「會麼?」進云:「恁麼則拽脫鼻頭,拖泥J27nB193_p0257a18帶水去也。」師云:「腳跟下好與三十棒。」進云:「今朝風月J27nB193_p0257a19愈光新。」師云:「不知痛癢漢。」進云:「不勞更加鞭。」師云:「放J27nB193_p0257a20過一著。」乃云:「黃檗大開選佛場,成群踢踏不尋常,觸J27nB193_p0257a21翻鼻孔遼雲漢,惹得天花滿院香。諸人還覺也未?如J27nB193_p0257a22覺,則言外知歸,句中有響,五蘊六根即時解脫,三身J27nB193_p0257a23四智覿體圓明,自然啐啄同時,必也縱橫合轍。或發J27nB193_p0257a24大機之用,鐵額魂消,或顯大用之機,狸奴膽喪。如天J27nB193_p0257a25普蓋,似地普擎,浩浩蕩蕩,不可得而名言;烈烈轟轟,J27nB193_p0257a26豈能追其影跡?妙入斯門,成佛匪離於當念;若失其J27nB193_p0257a27旨,修因尤滯於多途。途多踏草不死,念當直下成功,J27nB193_p0257a28是以悟迷遲速,日劫相倍矣。茲者休夏安居之晨,衲J27nB193_p0257a29僧聚會之際,且道從何門而入,以進佛祖之堂?」豎杖J27nB193_p0257a30云:「一條拄杖眾人扶,閣在虛空有若無,幾度滄桑渾J27nB193_p0257b01不改,翻然卓立在吾廬。吾人于此見得徹、作得主,信J27nB193_p0257b02手拈來,活潑如龍;有時撐天拄地,有時殺活縱橫;有J27nB193_p0257b03時度馬度驢,有時一棒不作一棒用。山僧與麼舉揚,J27nB193_p0257b04垂應機宜則不無。只如這一條拄杖,從甚麼處得來?」J27nB193_p0257b05維那云:「放下好。」西堂豎拳云:「見麼?」師云:「沒來繇,沒來J27nB193_p0257b06繇,自舉自揚自放收。威音那畔挑風月,直至于今賣J27nB193_p0257b07不休。」下座。
J27nB193_p0257b08端午上堂。云:「今朝五月端陽,個事如何舉揚?各各密J27nB193_p0257b09移一步,便到佛祖家鄉。脫若於此薦得,可稱無事道J27nB193_p0257b10人;其或未然,山僧露些爪牙,與諸人共知。」豎拂子云:J27nB193_p0257b11「會麼?虛之以中,包羅萬有,不宰其功;致之以誠,博載J27nB193_p0257b12群生,不矜其能。故道大於虛空,不與虛空而爭;道德J27nB193_p0257b13廣於法界,不與法界而爭德。言遍于天下,不與天下J27nB193_p0257b14而爭言;行週於四海,不與四海而爭行。是以善道者J27nB193_p0257b15無方,善德者無形,善言者不華,善行者無跡,故能道J27nB193_p0257b16德言行廣大周遍於天下者,豈非至虛誠善無爭之J27nB193_p0257b17驗歟?茲者端陽節屆,四海五湖徒爭勝負,業識茫茫J27nB193_p0257b18無有休息,欲其世界安樂無事,詎可得乎?且道即今J27nB193_p0257b19以何法力挽回業識,坐享昇平?還會麼?炤見本來無J27nB193_p0257b20一物,有何夢事可為爭?吾人各具如斯眼,世界身心J27nB193_p0257b21盡坦平。」下座。
J27nB193_p0257b22費和尚誕日上堂。師云:「檗岫千年翠,寒潭徹底清,舉J27nB193_p0257b23頭天外看,大地坦然平。諸人會麼?山僧自入師室,一J27nB193_p0257b24空如掃,雖然無物可獻尊前,信手拈來不妨恰好。萬J27nB193_p0257b25般施設摠虛花,惟有此心長可保。茲乃本師壽誕之J27nB193_p0257b26晨,僅有惟永禪人修齋獻供,請轉法輪,可謂一槌兩J27nB193_p0257b27當,倍增福田。若論沒面目衲僧,天龍恭敬,不以為喜。J27nB193_p0257b28日嘗孤迥迥,峭巍巍,逍遙於廣漠之野,優游於萬仞J27nB193_p0257b29之巔。嘲風弄月,展演神通;覆雨翻雲,全彰妙用。雖居J27nB193_p0257b30人天界內,不為人天之所羅籠;示現凡聖場中,不為J27nB193_p0257c01凡聖之所留礙。一段天真,孤明烜赫,千古萬古,永為J27nB193_p0257c02標格。山僧今日借花獻佛,且道還當得祝壽章句也J27nB193_p0257c03無?」良久云:「推出峰巒聊作供,空王笑納萬斯年。」下座。
J27nB193_p0257c04結制上堂。師云:「高提慧燈,破千年之暗室;重振爐鞴,J27nB193_p0257c05顯百煉之純剛。得入三昧火裏,頓消業識茫茫。返炤J27nB193_p0257c06便登覺岸,翻身即是家鄉。一點靈然透徹,百千世界J27nB193_p0257c07風光。乾坤老我滿頭雪,天上人間沒處藏。若也於此J27nB193_p0257c08見得,可與半面之交。其或未然,山僧再添柴炭,重新J27nB193_p0257c09煆煉去也。具足聖人法,聖人不會;具足凡夫法,凡夫J27nB193_p0257c10不知。凡夫若知,即同聖人;聖人若會,即同凡夫。凡夫J27nB193_p0257c11聖人,各各具足,喚作聖人也得,喚作凡夫也得。然則J27nB193_p0257c12凡不自凡,因聖以名凡;聖不自聖,對凡而說聖。聖名J27nB193_p0257c13凡號即是虛聲,殊相劣形無非幻色。幻色虛聲,豈有J27nB193_p0257c14定名?一摠平懷,法法成辦。只如沒面目真人,三頭六J27nB193_p0257c15臂漢子,一齊俱到,又作麼生煆他?向者裏道一句看。」J27nB193_p0257c16一僧云:「一鎚百雜碎。」又僧云:「團團原不費鉗鎚。」師卓J27nB193_p0257c17拄杖云:「百怪千妖都一串,紅爐點雪大家看。」下座。
J27nB193_p0257c18師誕日,允寧陳居士請上堂。師云:「異氣騰空,必有其J27nB193_p0257c19人應世;瑞光映座,果然好友臨筵,洞壑倍增勝麗,林J27nB193_p0257c20巒愈見輝煌。碧落現彩霞之慶,綠陰呈翠錦之祥。萬J27nB193_p0257c21福堂中,人天圍遶,如雲捧日;紫微峰畔,猿鳥獻花,若J27nB193_p0257c22供金仙。三千年蟠桃一會,五九度正果全彰。瘦骨稜J27nB193_p0257c23稜,處處撐天拄地;貧眸炯炯,時時耀古騰今。滄桑改J27nB193_p0257c24變,覿體純真,宇宙渾淪,一心不昧。有時自讚自揚自J27nB193_p0257c25抬,三十三天之頂不以為高;有時自貶自駁自抑,一J27nB193_p0257c26十八獄之中不以為卑。磊磊落落,任彼呼馬呼牛;顛J27nB193_p0257c27顛狂狂,知他是凡是聖?前劫波生而不生,後劫波滅J27nB193_p0257c28而不滅。不滅不生,金石流而弗渝;不生不滅,刀兵動J27nB193_p0257c29以無傷。大哉堅固元辰,廣博悠久無疆。要且無人證J27nB193_p0257c30據,不妨自己舉揚。山僧聊舉如是,未知諸人唱和如J27nB193_p0258a01何?試道看。」眾俱荅已,師云:「只得一半。山僧自圓去也。J27nB193_p0258a02一念淨超億萬秋,何勞海屋又添籌。天翁贈我兩眉J27nB193_p0258a03雪,惹得人間祝未休。」下座。
J27nB193_p0258a04冬至上堂。師云:「天地無全功,誰是全功者?聖人無全J27nB193_p0258a05能,誰是全能者?廣包天地人,惟有虛空也。空生大覺J27nB193_p0258a06中,全能難描寫。循環眉睫間,消長腳跟下,一氣含萬J27nB193_p0258a07靈,片心無可把。錯過百千生,不知身是假,忙忙無所J27nB193_p0258a08歸,笑殺王大姐。問予事如何?白棒驀頭打,鮮血濺梵J27nB193_p0258a09天。渾身赤洒洒,予愧莫可藏,混入大般若,喜逢一陽J27nB193_p0258a10生。」豎拂云:「聊申些素雅,山僧應時應節了也。若也會J27nB193_p0258a11得,便知陰消陽長去處,不妨東湧西沒,南升北降,生J27nB193_p0258a12死去來,無可不可。其或未然,石筍再抽條,碓嘴又生J27nB193_p0258a13花,曲垂來,宜去也。天能蓋而不能載,地能載而不能J27nB193_p0258a14蓋,是天地無全功也。聖人能教人為善,不能使人而J27nB193_p0258a15必善,是聖人無全能也。若夫改天命,奪神功,參化育,J27nB193_p0258a16補元氣,惟全人者能之。如有其人,吾將師之以教吾J27nB193_p0258a17之全能也,吾將天下人師之以教天下人之全能也。J27nB193_p0258a18如無,不若自全其全,自能其能。」豎拄杖云:「豎窮三際——」J27nB193_p0258a19按拄杖云:「橫遍十方,理無不周,事無不備,法無不圓,J27nB193_p0258a20機無不被。所謂萬物皆備於我,惟我能生萬物,惟我J27nB193_p0258a21能長萬物,惟我能壞萬物,惟我能滅萬物。生長壞滅J27nB193_p0258a22皆備於我,豈全功全能不備於我耶?然則能無所能,J27nB193_p0258a23法法頭頭無減增;全無所全,塵塵剎剎自成完。我無J27nB193_p0258a24所我,放去收來盡恰好。功無所功,本來無始亦無終。J27nB193_p0258a25橫該豎抹,無往不全。山僧今日所舉,不惟與釋迦老J27nB193_p0258a26子出氣一番,亦與東土聖賢出氣一番,亦與天地萬J27nB193_p0258a27物森羅萬象出氣一番。是以全功無棄物,全能無棄J27nB193_p0258a28人。舉頭天外看,孰是不全人?功能消長且置。且道佛J27nB193_p0258a29祖向上一著,陰陽未判已先之事作麼批判?」良久云:J27nB193_p0258a30「一榻橫眠三界外,翻身磕破太虛空」。下座。
J27nB193_p0258b01性溫請上堂。師云:「人人本自天真佛,動轉施為覺未J27nB193_p0258b02曾,當念圓明超法界,即心頓悟繼傳燈。花開香國分J27nB193_p0258b03千葉,子結蓮臺上九層,一會儼然真極樂,當軒大座J27nB193_p0258b04貴先登。諸人還見麼?西天、東土摶作一塊,彌陀、釋迦J27nB193_p0258b05都盧一座,諸上善人俱會一處。所謂天下無二道,古J27nB193_p0258b06今沒兩人。無二道,天地同根矣;沒兩人,萬物一體矣。J27nB193_p0258b07同根一體,清淨如洗;一體同根,惟吾獨尊。團團圍繞J27nB193_p0258b08金僊子,若個師僧解報恩?茲者披剃佛子,請陞此座,J27nB193_p0258b09為作證明。夫出家者,是大丈夫之事,非將相之所能J27nB193_p0258b10為。須秉金剛王寶劍,無明煩惱執著妄想,一斷一切J27nB193_p0258b11皆斷,生死大事直下須明,一明一切皆明。舉揚正法,J27nB193_p0258b12用報佛恩,崇修大道,以酬師德。事上也周密,接下也J27nB193_p0258b13溫和,臨事也決斷,見利也爭讓。慈悲喜捨,戒潔謙恭,J27nB193_p0258b14揚人之美,成人之德,難行而行,難忍而忍,慎終如始,J27nB193_p0258b15弗忘斯道,以成出家之志,則不辜今日之囑也。只如J27nB193_p0258b16即今披剃,直下證明一句作麼生道?金刀一展塵勞J27nB193_p0258b17盡,般若靈明亙古今。」下座。
J27nB193_p0258b18上堂。師云:「這漢繇來不自欺,逢人卓朔兩莖眉。如今J27nB193_p0258b19老大無思算,坐斷人間十二時。十二時既斷,今古一J27nB193_p0258b20日矣,死生一致矣,事理一貫矣,物我一如矣。然則一J27nB193_p0258b21非一,上下四維無等匹,老胡殿上對梁王,口不開風J27nB193_p0258b22道不識,後代兒孫不丈夫,承虛接響太浪籍。或狂或J27nB193_p0258b23狷或糢糊,愈掃愈多愈不息。既然不息,聊舉幾則因J27nB193_p0258b24緣。以定今古眼目。馬簸箕,一口吸盡西江水,滿腹魚J27nB193_p0258b25龍。雖吞得西江,不能吐出西江,久則作怪無疑。跛足J27nB193_p0258b26雲門,北斗裏藏身,客星犯帝座,欲隱彌露,大似靈龜J27nB193_p0258b27曳尾,自取喪身之兆。王老師,誑嚇兩堂,斬卻貓兒,痛J27nB193_p0258b28快不妨痛快。雖有殺人之刀,而無活人之劍,一切死J27nB193_p0258b29人活不得。諗老戴個草鞋,略露鋒芒,只救得一半。七J27nB193_p0258b30百甲子老趙州,年古成精,使得十二時辰,混亂天經、J27nB193_p0258c01誑惑人事,得罪于天,無所禱也。山僧今日將四個老J27nB193_p0258c02古錐,據款批判,曉諭禪林。倘有傍不甘的,進前道:『黃J27nB193_p0258c03檗坐斷十二時辰聻?』殊不知正是復太古之真風,補J27nB193_p0258c04未生之元氣。其理也備,其利也溥,只宜密契,不許卜J27nB193_p0258c05度。而今總掛萬福堂前,一任諸方貶駁。若無勘驗龍J27nB193_p0258c06蛇眼,難以承當佛祖機。」下座。
J27nB193_p0258c07上堂。師云:「心聰即得三摩地,烏用山僧再舉揚。南日J27nB193_p0258c08雲開沙界朗,普天恩大卻難量。量天須是沒量人,一J27nB193_p0258c09毫頭上契天真。南辰北斗俱翻卻,始證本來淨法身。J27nB193_p0258c10所謂淨法界身,本無出沒,大悲願力,示現受生。生即J27nB193_p0258c11無生,滅即無滅,無滅無生,任運騰騰。無生無滅,去來J27nB193_p0258c12皎潔,覿體現前,孤明歷歷。污染他不得,蓋覆他不得,J27nB193_p0258c13移換他不得,收拾他不得。如驪珠獨耀于滄海,似桂J27nB193_p0258c14輪孤朗于碧天。悟之者,可作人天眼目,堪傳佛祖真J27nB193_p0258c15燈。如未,山僧重新挑剔,令汝各各法眼圓明。海國善J27nB193_p0258c16人,有賓有主,有禮有樂;山林老衲,無事無為,無黨無J27nB193_p0258c17偏;信手拈來,頭頭恰好;等閒放去,法法全彰。會則山J27nB193_p0258c18海渾然一體;不然,覿面又隔千江。然則山是山,海是J27nB193_p0258c19海,處處風光溢目;主是主,賓是賓,人人卓立軒昂。萬J27nB193_p0258c20福堂前,龍象濟濟;五雲峰畔,雲水茫茫。通身無影象,J27nB193_p0258c21遍界不曾藏。即心即佛即物,萬古碧潭空界月;非心J27nB193_p0258c22非佛非物,掃清天地一林霜。不是心,不是佛,不是物,J27nB193_p0258c23喜得定南針子在,任他車轉亦何妨?還見定南針麼?」J27nB193_p0258c24豎一指云:「勘破這些關捩子,一毫頭上定乾坤。」下座。
J27nB193_p0258c25上堂。師云:「一葉親承,肯隨曲澗長流水;萬金易卻,難J27nB193_p0258c26捨孤山幾片雲。雲伴孤山添秀氣,水行曲澗愈增狂。J27nB193_p0258c27苟能入流忘所,所入既忘,動靜二相了然不生。見色J27nB193_p0258c28明心,心境圓融,無住心光,豁然獨露。非獨露,莫顯不J27nB193_p0258c29生之相;非不生,難明獨露之心。獨露之心即是真心,J27nB193_p0258c30不生之相無非實相。實相真心,亙古亙今,金石流而J27nB193_p0259a01弗渝,劫火燒以長存。西來直指,惟指此心;東土相傳,J27nB193_p0259a02惟傳此相。眾生迷此心故,輪迴不息;智者悟此心故,J27nB193_p0259a03即時解脫。所謂只此心心心是佛,十方世界最靈物,J27nB193_p0259a04於中徹悟盡無餘,妙用神通從此出。茲者孤山心光J27nB193_p0259a05禪者請陞此座,不覺逗漏心法如此。若論祖佛頂𩕳J27nB193_p0259a06上一著子,千聖無啟口處,山僧亦不敢露個元字腳。J27nB193_p0259a07何故?真金自有真金價,終不和沙賣與人。」下座。
J27nB193_p0259a08上堂。師云:「大地悠悠古到今,人情道義兩浮沉。亂離J27nB193_p0259a09顛沛渾如舊,不負當年儒佛心。諸人還知儒佛心麼?J27nB193_p0259a10悟則事同一家,不悟則萬別千差。衲僧貴在眼正,君J27nB193_p0259a11子妙于固窮。若非顛沛,焉知固窮之真實?苟不亂離,J27nB193_p0259a12爭見正眼之圓明?一處圓明,處處圓明,無有不圓明J27nB193_p0259a13之者;一處真切,處處真切,無有不真切之者。一人發J27nB193_p0259a14真歸源,十方世界悉皆消殞,一日克己復禮,則天下J27nB193_p0259a15莫不歸仁,豈非圓明真切之證驗歟?看這釋迦老子J27nB193_p0259a16舍王宮,直入雪山六載,飢寒其心,何等真切?夜半睹J27nB193_p0259a17星悟道,便云:『奇哉!奇哉!一切眾生具有如來智慧德J27nB193_p0259a18相。』眼目何等圓明。不合道個『皆因妄想執著,不能證J27nB193_p0259a19得。』未得一切圓明,受駁奚辭?那更亂扯葛藤四十九J27nB193_p0259a20年,蔓延娑婆世界,無人截斷,至于今日,無有休息。惜J27nB193_p0259a21乎山僧不與同時,若與同時,待者老子道個『奇哉!』輕J27nB193_p0259a22輕向他道:『本是自家滯貨,何奇之有?』敢保這老子心J27nB193_p0259a23平氣和,穩坐山堂,鎮之以中,不言而信,不令而行,豈J27nB193_p0259a24不綽綽然有餘裕哉?益見煆賢煉聖之功,超師越佛J27nB193_p0259a25之作,成仁成德之美,無為無事之樂,不亦盡善盡美J27nB193_p0259a26也歟?茲者吳居士特特入山請法,且道如何話會?雖J27nB193_p0259a27是昔時舊面目,這回相見愈相親,愧無一物堪為供,J27nB193_p0259a28推出雲山待故人。」下座。
J27nB193_p0259a29戒子請上堂。師云:「萬行莊嚴素法身,心心不昧本來J27nB193_p0259a30人,自他普利功圓滿,直證毘盧一性真。諸人會麼?於J27nB193_p0259b01此薦得,當下妙用非同小小,如未,山僧再垂方便,擴J27nB193_p0259b02充菩薩之心,令證菩提之果。菩薩非菩薩,是名菩薩,J27nB193_p0259b03故園搖落不堪聞,雪後枝頭春又發。凡夫非凡夫,是J27nB193_p0259b04名凡夫,踏遍天涯無覓處,歸來依舊在吾廬。聖名凡J27nB193_p0259b05號俱拈卻,天上人間不可模。所謂名不得,狀不得,不J27nB193_p0259b06可得中這麼得。苟能密契個中旨,廣大神通焉可測?J27nB193_p0259b07便能豎一毫,光遍十方;興一言,教流四海;舉一步,行J27nB193_p0259b08遍塵沙;拈一物,全彰大地。心心圓明,念念圓明,頭頭J27nB193_p0259b09圓明,法法圓明。如珠在盤,不撥自轉;水銀墮地,大小J27nB193_p0259b10皆圓。其戒香也,普熏法界;其戒光也,明如日月;其戒J27nB193_p0259b11相也,周匝娑婆;其戒德也,重如山岳。如是信解,如是J27nB193_p0259b12奉持,如是護念,如是證悟,同入毘盧性海,共登般若J27nB193_p0259b13玄門。茲者菩薩圓滿之期,各各知恩有地。且道報本J27nB193_p0259b14酬恩一句作麼生?將此身心奉塵剎,是則名為報佛J27nB193_p0259b15恩。」下座。
J27nB193_p0259b16上堂。師云:「天寒人寒,滴水滴凍。梅雪爭妍,花落風送。J27nB193_p0259b17穿過今時,眼睛逗漏。威音鼻孔,玉葉中藏神;渾身香J27nB193_p0259b18潔,冰凌上走馬。大地心寒,一身潔一切身俱潔,一處J27nB193_p0259b19寒一切處皆寒。遍界花開方寸裏,普天冰結玉毫頭。J27nB193_p0259b20不是一番寒徹骨,怎得梅花撲鼻香。諸人會麼,山僧J27nB193_p0259b21今日打個淨潔毬子,展些寒冰三昧,以酬龍華禪信。J27nB193_p0259b22還有徹骨徹髓漢子,共相證明者麼?」良久云:「喜得冽J27nB193_p0259b23風堅傲骨,不隨霜月落前溪。」下座。
J27nB193_p0259b24元旦上堂。師云:「尊道重賢,坐致一人,無量壽興言布J27nB193_p0259b25德,立回萬派盡朝宗。兵氣化為和氣,冽風轉作東風,J27nB193_p0259b26冰河凍解,大地咸春。人人享泰來之福,物物含生意J27nB193_p0259b27之恩。妙哉乾元!功無浪施。不言而信,不令而行,不怒J27nB193_p0259b28而威,不為而成。蕩蕩巍巍,名不可得,綿綿密密,體之J27nB193_p0259b29即神。諸人還會麼?豁開戶牖乾坤廓,剔起眉稜一斬J27nB193_p0259b30新。」下座。
J27nB193_p0259c01解制上堂。師云:「解散眉毛,通身是眼,打翻鼻孔,大地J27nB193_p0259c02咸春。人人歌太平之福,個個樂無為之天。舉足步步J27nB193_p0259c03如意,抬眸法法圓成,處處綠楊堪繫馬,家家有路透J27nB193_p0259c04長安,橫挑日月閒之遶,天上人間莫可藏。聊剔心燈J27nB193_p0259c05懸巨剎,孤光一道炤扶桑。諸人還見麼?茲者人天納J27nB193_p0259c06慶之晨,釋子分燈之際,略敘數言,以壯行程,人情佛J27nB193_p0259c07事,兩得周足。只如沒面目漢子,羅籠不肯住,呼喚不J27nB193_p0259c08回頭,且道如何奉送?驀直去,自惺惺,回頭轉腦得人J27nB193_p0259c09擒。麈尾風馳九萬里,棒頭迸出玉麒麟。」下座。
J27nB193_p0259c10立鳳山也嬾首座,秉拂上堂。師云:「碧落無瑕,嘗喜金J27nB193_p0259c11輪出現;青林有色,果然丹鳳來儀。五彩文明,足徵足J27nB193_p0259c12法;九苞德備,堪證堪憑。昔時妙契乎機先,今日奇逢J27nB193_p0259c13於意外。師資道重,一回相見一回親;賓主氣和,一度J27nB193_p0259c14閒談一度切。要明親切事,還他親切人;欲顯遼天機,J27nB193_p0259c15須是遼天漢。料揀言言不異,敲推句句無差。見與師J27nB193_p0259c16齊,恰好平分半座;智超眾外,何妨出手全提?使普天J27nB193_p0259c17之下,共八斯門;令沙界之中,同登此室。地靈人傑,可J27nB193_p0259c18起卷席之風;道泰時清,堪闡無多之旨。龍驤雲起,虎J27nB193_p0259c19嘯風生。名位相稱,堪任其勞。一舉山山齊點首,千江J27nB193_p0259c20萬派盡朝宗。」下座。
J27nB193_p0259c21結制,知浴良迪、覺融,領普賢、普恩設齋,請上堂。師云:J27nB193_p0259c22「重開爐鞴振風規,烈焰亙天孰敢窺?縱有銅頭鐵額J27nB193_p0259c23漢,也須腦後著鉗鎚。可有與麼人,正好朝打三千,暮J27nB193_p0259c24打八百。愈煆愈見光輝,愈煉愈加烜赫。使正法眼藏J27nB193_p0259c25當下圓明,令涅槃妙心即時淨潔。無妄想執著之病,J27nB193_p0259c26無偏小所知之愚。圓陀陀,活潑潑。赤洒洒,峭巍巍。天J27nB193_p0259c27上人間,更有誰與奪?縱橫無罣礙,卷舒炤用自臨時。J27nB193_p0259c28得到與麼田地,參學事畢,如未,山僧舉箇現成公案,J27nB193_p0259c29以慰來機。昔日臨濟陞座,兩堂首座一齊下喝。僧問:J27nB193_p0259c30『兩堂下喝,還有賓主也無?』濟云:『賓主歷然。』諸人還會J27nB193_p0260a01麼?兩虎之下,獸難容蹄;兩刃之間,人難容足。苟能於J27nB193_p0260a02此插得隻腳,可為瞎驢種草,堪接黃檗宗枝。其或未J27nB193_p0260a03然,山僧自插自斷去也。者三箇老古錐,各各好與三J27nB193_p0260a04十大棒,趁向他方世界之外。敢保此處,而今而後,海J27nB193_p0260a05晏河清,無有蛟龍為殃為祟。然則黃檗今日陞座,兩J27nB193_p0260a06堂首座俱不下喝,且道還有賓主也無?會麼?寂然不J27nB193_p0260a07動,感而遂通。無賓主句輕拈出,磕著心空及第歸。」下J27nB193_p0260a08座。
J27nB193_p0260a09岱山學公為師慶誕,請上堂。師云:「人人俱有摩天志,J27nB193_p0260a10誰肯活埋淺草中。觸著現成鐵楖栗,自然兩翼起清J27nB193_p0260a11風。諸人還會麼?良馬見鞭影而行,鳳皇聞韶音而至。J27nB193_p0260a12一念還源,疊疊祖山增秀色;剎那返本,溫溫丈室愈J27nB193_p0260a13風光。得到者箇田地,不染一塵,塵塵具足,豁開格外J27nB193_p0260a14眼睛。圓明如鏡,鏡鏡全彰,萬別千差難逃至鑑,千差J27nB193_p0260a15萬別總歸一致。一亦無有,脫體風流。三世諸佛列代J27nB193_p0260a16祖師,盡向者裏出入。出於機,入於機,出入分明不自J27nB193_p0260a17欺。來無相,去無相,來去去來無兩樣。吾人日用常如J27nB193_p0260a18斯,世出世間為標榜。茲者岱山學公,不遠千里而來,J27nB193_p0260a19特申慶誕,可謂知源得本,恩歸有地。山僧所愧無法J27nB193_p0260a20為酬,只將現成絡索推出,以塞來命。且道還恰當也J27nB193_p0260a21無?眼底溪山千古翠,胸中流出四時春。」下座。
J27nB193_p0260a22師六旬誕日,鰲江諸居士請上堂。云:「滴水福滄海,點J27nB193_p0260a23塵壽泰山,豁開正法眼,萬古剎那間。於此薦得,今昔J27nB193_p0260a24同時,我人一致,壽天窮通,奚憂奚樂?榮枯得失,自在J27nB193_p0260a25自繇。是以金石流而不渝,劫火燒以長存。不然,未免J27nB193_p0260a26與世浮沉,隨時消長了也。花甲重週,十二峰巒增拱J27nB193_p0260a27翠;元辰初度,無邊剎海競添籌。大座當軒,人天環繞,J27nB193_p0260a28一靈境內,凡聖交參。祝延無位真人,須是大心長者。J27nB193_p0260a29羅漢掛紅霞,通身富貴;紫微現瑞彩,特地風光。梅噴J27nB193_p0260a30先春,承九淵之德澤。松濤晚景,起萬福之嘉聲。鶴永J27nB193_p0260b01歲。龜長年,蟠桃結果壽三千。山也峻,石也堅,潭澄竹J27nB193_p0260b02秀自天然。一念無生無量壽,圓明皎潔威音前。雖然J27nB193_p0260b03未放揚州鶴,也勝腰纏十萬錢。山僧今日臉皮放下,J27nB193_p0260b04碓嘴開花,自讚自祝,自不覺羞。未審諸人同聲相應J27nB193_p0260b05又且如何?」首座云:「有意氣時添意氣,不風光處卻風J27nB193_p0260b06光。」師云:「滿座文星臨影瘦,一林紫氣間龐眉。」下座。
J27nB193_p0260b07立木菴首座,秉拂上堂。師云:「火焰裏迸出些兒,烜赫J27nB193_p0260b08千秋,見者眼瞎、聞者耳聾、觸著則喪身失命。非文非J27nB193_p0260b09字、非佛非心,將空塞空、以毒攻毒,從胸中流出,不妨J27nB193_p0260b10蓋天蓋地,可作人天眼目,堪起佛祖綱宗。所謂見與J27nB193_p0260b11師齊,減師半德;智過于師,方堪傳授。然則授無所受,J27nB193_p0260b12受受無窮;傳無所傳,傳傳不已。人人俱有出世之心,J27nB193_p0260b13箇箇不無超師之智。也須毛羽豐、爪牙備,頭角成,風J27nB193_p0260b14雲至。要行便行,要起便起,聊興一念週沙界,奚啻鵬J27nB193_p0260b15搏九萬里。見與師齊且置,智超于師一句作麼生道?J27nB193_p0260b16老僧舌短不能說,問取堂中首座瑫。」下座。
J27nB193_p0260b17元旦祝聖上堂。師云:「山前瑞氣靄村村,想是人間春J27nB193_p0260b18到門,玉闕令行週法界,金輪影現耀乾坤。坐靈得意J27nB193_p0260b19承天澤,草木含輝仰聖恩,瘦骨雖埋深雪裏,也伸幾J27nB193_p0260b20點壽皇尊。山僧祝聖已竟,且道新年頭佛法如何?年J27nB193_p0260b21新月新日又新,拈來原不惹纖塵。山童亦解新新意,J27nB193_p0260b22一炮如雷醒夢人。如醒也,聲色堆頭開隻眼,大千何J27nB193_p0260b23處不通津?其或未然,花紅柳綠鶯聲美,卻被風吹別J27nB193_p0260b24調中。」下座。
J27nB193_p0260b25解制上堂。師云:「一花開五葉,葉葉永流芳,點火傳千J27nB193_p0260b26燈,燈燈常燦爛。眉毛解散,遍野禎祥;鼻孔通風,渾身J27nB193_p0260b27慶快。八萬四千法門,不離當念,無邊剎境妙用,只在J27nB193_p0260b28毫端。於一毫端上翻身,百億毫端出現;於一念光中J27nB193_p0260b29打徹,百億念中圓明。非自非他,隱顯莫測;即心即佛,J27nB193_p0260b30與奪自繇。解結本自同源,聚散了無蹤跡。苟能於此J27nB193_p0260c01把得住,放得開,作得主,撲得滅;山僧兩手分付,一任J27nB193_p0260c02東去西去,敢保著著有據;其或未然,不得動著,腳跟J27nB193_p0260c03紅線如未斷,鐵壁銀山在眼前。未徹且止,只如今日J27nB193_p0260c04保社打開,超脫衲僧如何奉送?杖頭杲日開禪徑,麈J27nB193_p0260c05尾春風壯客程。」下座。
J27nB193_p0260c06唯欽禪人領眾居士設齋,請上堂。師云:「一脈清談古J27nB193_p0260c07到今,幾回煙鎖冷沉吟。于今掃卻淨如洗,獨露寒潭J27nB193_p0260c08一片心。還知寒潭片心麼?靈明洞澈,萬古徽猷;真淨J27nB193_p0260c09圓通,千秋亙赫。祖佛證此,成菩提之妙果;菩薩修此,J27nB193_p0260c10嚴萬行之正因。人天明此,積十善之福基;凡愚昧此,J27nB193_p0260c11作三途之苦本。今日幸逢沒面目琦上座一棒串過,J27nB193_p0260c12撩向九霄之外,直令現前空蕩蕩、赤洒洒、圓陀陀、活J27nB193_p0260c13潑潑,名不得、狀不得。吾人于此徹悟,掣得便行,堪立J27nB193_p0260c14千峰之頂,呵佛罵祖也得,抑揚宗教也得,褒貶人天J27nB193_p0260c15也得,持提生靈也得。為伊識得向上一著,殺活縱橫J27nB193_p0260c16與奪無礙,順行逆行無可不可;其或不然,切不得動J27nB193_p0260c17著,直須向自己腳跟下返炤看是甚麼?忽若磕著山J27nB193_p0260c18僧棒頭,不妨為汝證據。是事姑置,且道今朝齋主虔J27nB193_p0260c19誠請法,覿體應酬一句作麼生道?杖頭點出金剛眼,J27nB193_p0260c20引得人天一路行。」下座。
