J27nB193_p0234c04上堂。僧問:「今日和尚親到圭峰,如何是圭峰境?」師云:J27nB193_p0234c05「四野青黃。」進云:「如何是境中人?」師云:「兩兩三三舊路J27nB193_p0234c06行。」進云:「人境且置,向上一竅又作麼生?」師云:「腦後掛J27nB193_p0234c07金鎚。」僧一喝便拜,師云:「再喝看。」僧無語,師云:「莫弄虛。」J27nB193_p0234c08乃云:「諸方今日結夏,安居平等性智。黃檗不循舊例,J27nB193_p0234c09隨處作浪興波。等是釋迦兒孫,為甚麼各各施設不J27nB193_p0234c10同?不見道:『世人住處我不住,世人行處我不行。不是J27nB193_p0234c11與人難共住,大都緇素要分明。』若向這裏搆著毫芒,J27nB193_p0234c12出得諸方保社,亦乃抓著山僧癢處。如未,權立數條,J27nB193_p0234c13與眾兄弟共相履踐。第一不得孤峰獨宿;第二不得J27nB193_p0234c14平地穩坐;第三不得拖人落水;第四不得腳踏兩船;J27nB193_p0234c15第五不得虛空中釘橛;第六不得鬼窟裏作活。不墮J27nB193_p0234c16六種圈繢,便是超群種草。可謂獅子兒眾隨後,三歲J27nB193_p0234c17便能大哮吼。若是野干逐法王,百年妖怪休開口。」下J27nB193_p0234c18座。
J27nB193_p0234c19求懺悔,請上堂。僧問:「如何是觸目菩提。」師云:「山花開J27nB193_p0234c20似錦。」進云:「畢竟作麼生是縱橫無礙處?」師云:「滿地是J27nB193_p0234c21殘紅。」僧禮拜,師云:「花在甚麼處?」僧無語,師便打。問:「覓J27nB193_p0234c22心懺罪了不可得。和尚集眾陞堂,福慧作麼生道?」師J27nB193_p0234c23云:「燈籠懸露柱。」進云:「恁麼月到天心白,波歸海上清。」J27nB193_p0234c24師云:「少逢穿耳客。」乃云:「十五日已前,片雲捧九日。十J27nB193_p0234c25五日已後,一水瀉千江。正當十五日,薰風自南來,殿J27nB193_p0234c26閣生微涼,古佛舌頭短,衲僧鼻孔長。若向箇裏瞥地,J27nB193_p0234c27邁古超今、耀後光先、業障報障瓦解冰消、自冤他冤J27nB193_p0234c28豁然永息。且道承誰功能如是靈驗?夢裏明明有六J27nB193_p0234c29趣,覺後空空無大千。」下座。
J27nB193_p0234c30師到延福寺,請上堂。僧問:「不問九日山頂人,如何是J27nB193_p0235a01金雞橋上客?」師云:「去去!來來。」進云:「恁麼滿溪流水洪。」J27nB193_p0235a02師云:「未在,更道看。」僧喝,師云:「秪得一橛。」問:「今日堂開J27nB193_p0235a03延福,龍象雲集,且道西來祖意如何示人?」師云:「門前J27nB193_p0235a04大案山。」進云:「恁麼則頭頭顯露,物物全彰。」師打云:「更J27nB193_p0235a05須一棒。」乃云:「昨日在圭峰寺裏,有一則夢話未圓。今J27nB193_p0235a06到延福,不可別作生涯。不妨與眾兄弟圓卻,免使三J27nB193_p0235a07十年後向山僧頭上安頭。沒田耕,沒書讀,也無業累J27nB193_p0235a08也無福。倦時倒臥仰蒼蒼,突出虛空一大幅。黃頭碧J27nB193_p0235a09眼無摩娑,魔外人天休側目。有時井底風雷鳴,倏爾J27nB193_p0235a10山頭九日曝。雨濛濛,花簇簇,道存奚用黃金屋?寥寥J27nB193_p0235a11四壁沒周遮,天上人間惟我獨。且道山僧與麼道,還J27nB193_p0235a12圓得夢話也未?」喝一喝,下座。
J27nB193_p0235a13過泉州平山寺主人請上堂。僧問:「春日融融瑞氣濃,J27nB193_p0235a14滿懷佳興上平峰。人天四眾慇懃請,不吝慈悲闡正J27nB193_p0235a15宗。如何是正宗底意?」師打云:「棒頭有眼明如日。」進云:J27nB193_p0235a16「還有向上事也無?」師云:「要識真金火裏看。」進云:「松風J27nB193_p0235a17昨夜連聲吼,吹落桃花滿院紅。」師云:「閑言語。」問:「天地J27nB193_p0235a18同根,萬物一體。如何是同根一體?」師豎拄杖云:「總被J27nB193_p0235a19拄杖吞卻了也。」進云:「離卻同根一體事如何?」師云:「汝J27nB193_p0235a20須速拜。」僧禮拜,師云:「自倒還自起。」乃云:「大機不器,圓J27nB193_p0235a21應無方,總三界以為家,羅四生為一子。有時高高峰J27nB193_p0235a22頂立,平之有餘;有時深深海底行,觀之不足。在天非J27nB193_p0235a23天,在人非人,在聖非聖,在凡非凡;能天能人,能凡能J27nB193_p0235a24聖,非天人凡聖之所能哉!今日狹路相逢,卻被平山J27nB193_p0235a25主人一拶,直得無言可說,無理可伸。」豎拂云:「秪得流J27nB193_p0235a26露這些。大眾還會麼?若會,不妨途中受用;如未,山僧J27nB193_p0235a27與汝點破。平山一座彌今古,八面威風總不干。」下座。
J27nB193_p0235a28佛誕上堂。師云:「釋迦老子纔出娘胎,便云:『天上天下J27nB193_p0235a29唯吾獨尊。』汝等諸人三十五十,髮白齒黃,不明獨尊J27nB193_p0235a30之旨,忝其苗裔,得無愧乎?諸禪人會麼?釋迦老子即J27nB193_p0235b01今在汝諸人面門出入,同一眼見、同一耳聞、同一心J27nB193_p0235b02覺、同一智知,所謂天下無二道,古今沒兩人。若能如J27nB193_p0235b03是會,萬物自平沉。且道:雲門一棒打殺餵狗子喫,又J27nB193_p0235b04作麼生?」一僧便出,師云:「好手手中誇好手,紅蓮心裏J27nB193_p0235b05中紅蓮。」下座。
J27nB193_p0235b06結制上堂。師云:「遼空橫劍戟,誑唬蒼天平。地畫牢關,J27nB193_p0235b07明瞞赤子,說玄說要,污己心田,行棒行喝,損人鼻孔。J27nB193_p0235b08長期短制繫驢橛,怪語異言爛葛藤。驀地打開寶藏、J27nB193_p0235b09掀翻滯貨,到這裏總用不著。且道今日開期結制以J27nB193_p0235b10何法為人?」良久云:「洗清天地渾無物,一曲陽春隔塢J27nB193_p0235b11聞。」下座。
J27nB193_p0235b12上堂。云:「祥雲圍繞處,日午正三更。會得箇中意,金烏J27nB193_p0235b13徹夜明。正當與麼時,君臣合道、賓主同途。岸上蹄踏J27nB193_p0235b14蹄,水中嘴對嘴。兩角無欄棬,縱橫沒欠虧。以此壽人,J27nB193_p0235b15壽不可量;以此福人,福滿恒沙。山僧與麼舉揚,大似J27nB193_p0235b16官馬相駁、惡水廝澆,未免旁觀者哂。大眾哂則不無,J27nB193_p0235b17秪如麗寰上人推一座羅山以壽黃檗,且道合當何J27nB193_p0235b18物以為酬謝?試問諸人代一轉語看。」僧便喝。又僧云:J27nB193_p0235b19「一人有慶。」又云:「一家有事百家忙。」師云:「各得一半。」良J27nB193_p0235b20久豎拂子云:「會麼?相知不用多杯酒,一盞清茶也醉J27nB193_p0235b21人。」下座。
J27nB193_p0235b22上堂。問:「天上天下,唯我獨尊即不問。目顧四方,周行J27nB193_p0235b23七步,請師說破。」師云:「流露半邊鼻孔。」進云:「相逢盡說J27nB193_p0235b24相知話,誰人心與佛心同?」師云:「切忌再昂藏。」問:「㘞地J27nB193_p0235b25一聲則不問,未出母胎時如何?」師云:「壁立萬仞。」進云:J27nB193_p0235b26「出胎後如何?」師云:「七花八裂。」進云:「一段靈光亙古今,J27nB193_p0235b27通身不掛一莖紗。」師打云:「截作兩段。」僧擬議,師云:「和J27nB193_p0235b28擔擔去。」乃云:「祖師西來,秪求一個不惑的,接佛慧命。J27nB193_p0235b29現前大眾還有不惑的麼?請出與黃檗拄杖子相見。」J27nB193_p0235b30僧云:「早已七花八裂去也。」師云:「一釣便上。更有麼?如J27nB193_p0235c01無,山僧打草去也。萬福堂前,一池風月,五雲峰畔,半J27nB193_p0235c02幅溪山。拈弄一任拈弄,擎展一任擎展。然不得作境J27nB193_p0235c03會,亦不得作心知。畢竟作麼生會?若是猛利獅子,一J27nB193_p0235c04咬便斷,更不周繇者也。脫或如何若何,鷂子過新羅。J27nB193_p0235c05山僧三十年前錯為境會,三十年後誤作心知。正當J27nB193_p0235c06今日,描也描不成,畫也畫不就,秪可自怡悅,那堪持J27nB193_p0235c07贈君?未審現前大眾分上又作麼生?」良久云:「不須更J27nB193_p0235c08誦南山語,展向堂前仔細看。」下座。
J27nB193_p0235c09師誕上堂。師云:「五十年來,半夕之頃,東拋西擲,百無J27nB193_p0235c10所成,錯腳踏翻泥水,萬別千差坦平。倦則橫眠竹榻,J27nB193_p0235c11夢回一枕溪聲,毛頭逗漏些子,迸出滿座文星,爍破J27nB193_p0235c12魔外肝膽,光輝佛祖門庭。正當此際,慶快平生則不J27nB193_p0235c13無,秪如人天共本、凡聖同元一句作麼生道?心地不J27nB193_p0235c14生閒草木,滿林荊棘放蓮花。」下座。
J27nB193_p0235c15顯密戒子請上堂。云:「善射者,箭不虛發;善言者,語無J27nB193_p0235c16偏枯。箭不虛發,箭箭中的;語無偏枯,句句歸宗。所謂J27nB193_p0235c17言行相顧,乃稱君子;福慧圓明,名之曰佛。若能心心J27nB193_p0235c18如是,念念如是,塵塵如是,法法如是,便與佛祖不別,J27nB193_p0235c19奚用三祗鍊心、百劫鍊性而後為得哉?茲顯密禪人J27nB193_p0235c20親余數年,總領殿事,今將告成。窺其行門,無忝古人。J27nB193_p0235c21惜乎!慧眼未圓,不能洞徹今古,未免借余光明,爍破J27nB193_p0235c22諸人面門去也。」驀豎拂云:「不喚拂子,喚作甚麼?若識J27nB193_p0235c23得這一毫頭,便能用得一毫頭。用得一毫頭,便能拈J27nB193_p0235c24卻一毫頭。拈卻一毫頭,則不被一毫頭所礙。如是祝J27nB193_p0235c25君親,則天長地久。如是壽師友,則海闊天高。」放下拂J27nB193_p0235c26子云:「即今又向甚處去?也?能顯能密能仁子,當收當J27nB193_p0235c27放在當人。」下座。
J27nB193_p0235c28上堂。云:「古人道:『佛之一字,吾不喜聞。』大似洗清寰宇,J27nB193_p0235c29潔己賣俏。要且無人著價,仔細看來,元是膽小。莫道J27nB193_p0235c30佛之一宇,乃至山字水字、草字木字、牛字馬字、雞字J27nB193_p0236a01犬字,日日聞時時聞,有甚麼過?大小祖師今日被不J27nB193_p0236a02肖分身碎剮,懸在三家村裏萬木梢頭賤賣了也。還J27nB193_p0236a03有買者進前商量看。」西堂云:「不值半文錢。」師云:「多半J27nB193_p0236a04太過。」堂便喝。師云:「少分不及。不如山僧自買去也。東J27nB193_p0236a05家賣貴,西家賣賤。八兩猶來半斤,千賒不如一現。」下J27nB193_p0236a06座。
J27nB193_p0236a07冬至上堂。云:「格外家風別,寰中氣象奇,橫拈鐵楖栗,J27nB193_p0236a08直下一貫之。諸人還會麼?時節到來,葉葉枝枝皆挺J27nB193_p0236a09秀;因緣出現,頭頭法法露全彰。秪這拄杖子,自古至J27nB193_p0236a10今,未曾增一些子、未曾減一些子。穿過千佛鼻孔,透J27nB193_p0236a11漏萬物根源則不無。秪如不涉陰陽寒暑、不落凡聖J27nB193_p0236a12窠臼又作麼生?」良久云:「今日懶倦不能向汝道,且待J27nB193_p0236a13明朝。」下座。
J27nB193_p0236a14上堂。云:「聞聲悟道,見色明心。觀世音菩薩將錢買胡J27nB193_p0236a15餅,放下卻是饅頭。正抓著山僧癢處。未審諸人分上J27nB193_p0236a16又作麼生?」眾無語。師云:「千說不如一見,千言不如一J27nB193_p0236a17悟。見悟透徹,當下了然;言說多端,展轉逗漏。所以道:J27nB193_p0236a18在悟而不在言,言多與道轉遠。且道即今見者是誰?J27nB193_p0236a19悟者是誰?言者是誰?說者是誰?秪如不言不說不見J27nB193_p0236a20不悟者又是誰?」良久云:「若不聽流水,還應過別山。」下J27nB193_p0236a21座。
J27nB193_p0236a22佛成道日上堂。云:「雲收午夜,星燦長天,坐斷今古,一J27nB193_p0236a23會儼然。悟明眾生俱皆德相,洞達父母未生根元,情J27nB193_p0236a24與無情俱成正覺,法及非法咸證真嘗。釋迦老子若J27nB193_p0236a25不棄萬乘之尊榮,受六年之飢凍,焉有這一段風光J27nB193_p0236a26耶?雖然,悟則不無,爭奈落第二門頭。若論第一門頭,J27nB193_p0236a27三世諸佛口掛壁上,歷代祖師鑽刺不入。且道作麼J27nB193_p0236a28生判斷去?」時有僧便出堂。師云:「即今休去便休去,若J27nB193_p0236a29覓了時無了時。」下座。
J27nB193_p0236a30薦師請上堂。云:「智明自不惑,能守師道存,義斷情忘J27nB193_p0236b01處,是名真報恩。秪此一偈,有權有實、有頓有漸,事上J27nB193_p0236b02也合、理上也合。若也會得,報恩已竟、薦拔已竟。脫或J27nB193_p0236b03未然,再潑惡水污瀆恒公面門去也。然公生平操履,J27nB193_p0236b04端若泰山、潔如冰雪,扇起仁慈之風、挽回淳朴之道,J27nB193_p0236b05轉請三代知識而不倦、輔弼千古叢林以無虞。其德J27nB193_p0236b06也重、其願也深、其心也大、其利也普,若非夙植德本,J27nB193_p0236b07安能如是耶?且道:葉落歸根,來時無口。又作麼生?」僧J27nB193_p0236b08云:「鐵蛇橫古路。」師云:「紅輪出沒元依舊,無限青山空J27nB193_p0236b09對愁。」下座。
J27nB193_p0236b10元旦上堂。云:「王言如絲,其出如綸。等閒拈一毫頭,家J27nB193_p0236b11隆國泰;信口道一句子,草偃風行。人間天上,共沐恩J27nB193_p0236b12光;此界他方,均鋾至化。是以在天天中之聖,在人人J27nB193_p0236b13中之尊,在物物中之貴,在法法中之王。且道在衲僧J27nB193_p0236b14分上成得甚麼?」豎拂子云:「會麼?為瑞為祥彌法界,如J27nB193_p0236b15雲如雨覆三千。」下座。
J27nB193_p0236b16解制上堂。師云:「山谷家風雖節儉,禪林禮樂恣優游,J27nB193_p0236b17放開線道通霄漢,把住源頭不放流。此乃是山僧尋J27nB193_p0236b18嘗用的。未審諸禪人分上又作麼生?若也會得,推不J27nB193_p0236b19出戶、拽不入門,人人腳跟下自有一段風光可樂,決J27nB193_p0236b20不向他家齏甕裏淹殺。如未,須向這裏決擇,切忌東J27nB193_p0236b21去西去游游漾漾,如水流破布處處掛著,敢保驢年J27nB193_p0236b22未有自繇獨脫分。客冬諸禪人不遠千里而來相從,J27nB193_p0236b23今日解開眉毛,處處分身。山僧聊伸一言奉送,唯冀J27nB193_p0236b24禪人各各諦聽。胸留一法水難消,珍重闍黎莫亂描,J27nB193_p0236b25空手而來空手去,橫行直撞赤條條。」下座。
J27nB193_p0236b26為永安、無所、曇域三耆舊入塔上堂。云:「三身藏一處,J27nB193_p0236b27直下明明有可據;一處現三身,鼎立何曾隔一塵?三J27nB193_p0236b28即一兮一即三,主伴重重為指南。拈卻三兮去卻一,J27nB193_p0236b29上下四維無等匹。若人於此悟端倪,摩訶般若波羅J27nB193_p0236b30蜜。山僧與麼舉揚,還薦得三位耆舊也無?若也薦得,J27nB193_p0236c01毘盧頂上橫行,癩狗腳下翻身,凡聖收他不得,人天J27nB193_p0236c02豈可名模?是為超生越死,自繇自在,入淨入染,無可J27nB193_p0236c03不可。如未,山僧掇轉耆舊半邊鼻孔,汝等諸人急須J27nB193_p0236c04著眼。」驀豎拂子云:「且道是三是一?」僧便喝,師云:「半是J27nB193_p0236c05思君半恨君。」下座。
J27nB193_p0236c06師至福廬,請上堂。問:「諸佛出世,為一大事因緣,和尚J27nB193_p0236c07出世,為著甚麼?」師云:「目富千峰翠。」進云:「如何是奪人J27nB193_p0236c08不奪境?」師云:「擉瞎眼睛光宇宙。」進云:「如何是奪境不J27nB193_p0236c09奪人?」師云:「踏翻世界露全身。」進云:「如何是人境兩俱J27nB193_p0236c10奪?」師云:「燒卻花街三百里,無限風流一旦灰。」進云:「如J27nB193_p0236c11何是人境俱不奪?」師云:「且喜今朝天色暖,山南山北J27nB193_p0236c12樂高歌。」僧禮拜,師云:「人境向上,何不再問?」僧擬進,師J27nB193_p0236c13云:「且退。」乃云:「一入天門事事奇,瓊樓玉殿映靈芝,玲J27nB193_p0236c14瓏怪石雲鑽急,窈窕懸崖客上遲。念念歸根無別法,J27nB193_p0236c15頭頭普露阿誰知?自從識得娘生面,豈肯隨人向外J27nB193_p0236c16馳?諸禪德!既不向外馳,秪如山僧離黃檗入福廬,訪J27nB193_p0236c17靈巖、遊西山,於中林巒間錯,人境交參,一一歷遍,無J27nB193_p0236c18不了然。且道是向外馳?不是向外馳?若道是向外馳,J27nB193_p0236c19本來無一物,安有可觀之相?若道不是向外馳,心包J27nB193_p0236c20太虛空,無有能包之者。到這裏有箇淆訛處,請問諸J27nB193_p0236c21人定奪看。如定奪得,許汝觀山翫水,不為分外;定奪J27nB193_p0236c22不得,盡是向外之遶,未免山靈所笑。」眾無語。師云:「難J27nB193_p0236c23難!踏斷千峰歸去也,白雲仍舊占青山。」下座。
J27nB193_p0236c24結制上堂。問:「等閒瞎卻娘生眼,萬里雲關一睹通。今J27nB193_p0236c25朝結制開爐冶,還有加功處也無?」師打云:「迸出一輪J27nB193_p0236c26紅。」進云:「當陽踢破灰烈燄,翻身慶讚法中王。」師云:「再J27nB193_p0236c27道看。」進云:「黃檗花開香遍界,不動巍巍自久長。」師云:J27nB193_p0236c28「閒言語。」乃云:「今朝㘞地,大開爐鞴,凡來聖來,千差一J27nB193_p0236c29致。苟明一致,則江上君子、林間野人、白牯狸奴、泥豬J27nB193_p0236c30癩狗,一一圓明,一一具足,不費鉗鎚,便與從上老古J27nB193_p0237a01錐無別無異。為甚如此?秪為識得一,萬事畢,歷代聖J27nB193_p0237a02賢從此出,等閒拋在糞堆頭,信手拈來無不吉。雖然J27nB193_p0237a03如是,秪明其一,不明其二。殊不知一有多種,二無兩J27nB193_p0237a04般。苟執一,太浪籍,百怪千妖從此入。急須當道打桃J27nB193_p0237a05符,吾奉老君如令敕。諸上座!且道適纔為人好?即今J27nB193_p0237a06為人好?」良久云:「偶爾草頭垂雨露,倏然山頂起風雷。」J27nB193_p0237a07下座。
J27nB193_p0237a08上堂。問:「諸祖門庭即不問,如何是臨濟家風?」師打云:J27nB193_p0237a09「一棒一條痕。」進云:「如何是一喝金剛王寶劍?」師云:「斬J27nB193_p0237a10斷闍黎。」進云:「如何是一喝踞地獅子?」師云:「逼塞乾坤。」J27nB193_p0237a11進云:「如何是一喝不作一喝用?」師云:「一任疑著。」進云:J27nB193_p0237a12「如何是一喝探竿影草?」師云:「知汝是行腳僧。」進云:「四J27nB193_p0237a13喝已蒙師指示,向上宗乘事若何?」師云:「放汝三十棒。」J27nB193_p0237a14乃云:「未舉先知,省得許多鹽醬;頻敲不會,徒勞一片J27nB193_p0237a15熱心。那許興問酬荅,驢事未去,馬事到來,眼睛被人J27nB193_p0237a16換了,舌頭被人翻卻,猶自不知。諸禪人!佛法無多子,J27nB193_p0237a17久長難得人,經行及坐臥,嘗在於其中。更無第二人,J27nB193_p0237a18亦無第二法。為甚麼不會?大千沙界海中漚,一切聖J27nB193_p0237a19賢如電拂。先知箇甚麼?衲僧行履,霜天皎月,獨露丹J27nB193_p0237a20心,雪嶺孤松,全彰妙體。正眼看來,猶滯半途。且道如J27nB193_p0237a21何是歸家一句?」良久云:「真不會時無不會,果先知處J27nB193_p0237a22有何知?」下座。
J27nB193_p0237a23上堂。師云:「都緣幻化虛生滅,誰諳靈明亙古今?點破J27nB193_p0237a24霜花成慧果,一輪杲日正天心。正當恁麼時,若凡若J27nB193_p0237a25聖、若僧若俗、若淨若染,都盧是個清淨大圓覺相。於J27nB193_p0237a26中覓其業性如芥子許,了不可得。苟能於此覷破,懺J27nB193_p0237a27悔已竟,是為赫日消冰、紅爐點雪,罪花永謝、福德圓J27nB193_p0237a28融。有時瓊樓玉殿裏安身,有時瑞草靈苗上著腳,在J27nB193_p0237a29彼在此無不自繇,於國於家莫非慶快。然則慶快一J27nB193_p0237a30任慶快,受用不妨受用。且道即今懺罪延生一句作J27nB193_p0237b01麼生道?青山高古長蒼翠,慧性圓明燭太虛。」下座。
J27nB193_p0237b02上堂。云:「茲因純如禪人,為鼓思王檀越請山僧陞座,J27nB193_p0237b03舉揚佛事,用作追修薦拔之功,以酬四事供養之德。J27nB193_p0237b04若論佛事,禪人未舉念時,舉揚了也,薦拔了也。若信J27nB193_p0237b05得及,知恩有地;其或未然,不免放一線道,應箇時節J27nB193_p0237b06去也。」豎拂子云:「陽昇陰降,不離者箇風光;死去生來,J27nB193_p0237b07不離者箇面目。天地以此為根本,萬物以此為發生。J27nB193_p0237b08佛祖以此流傳慧命,衲僧以此卓立乾坤。過往先亡J27nB193_p0237b09以此超昇蓮界,現存眷屬以此福蔭兒孫。乃至四生J27nB193_p0237b10六道,殊相劣形,莫不以此安身立命。雖然如是,秪舉J27nB193_p0237b11得一半,那一半又作麼生?」放下拂子云:「一念回機,八J27nB193_p0237b12萬塵勞頓息;剎那省覺,無量妙義全彰。非全彰,莫顯J27nB193_p0237b13頓息之力,非頓息,安知全彰之旨?須知全彰處,正是J27nB193_p0237b14頓息時候;頓息時候,正是全彰處所。元無二致,豈有J27nB193_p0237b15兩般?如是則鼓思居士,昔日生未嘗生,即今死未嘗J27nB193_p0237b16死,生未嘗生,日午正三更;死未嘗死,夜半日頭紅。若J27nB193_p0237b17能如是會,端坐碧蓮中,此乃是薦拔話略。且道應時J27nB193_p0237b18超脫一句作麼生道?」良久,拍禪床云:「會麼?直指覺靈J27nB193_p0237b19歸去路,天回地轉兩眉春。」下座。
J27nB193_p0237b20上堂。師舉:「古德云:『夫參學者,一人所在也須到,半人J27nB193_p0237b21所在也須到,無人所在也須到。』未免探頭太過,勞而J27nB193_p0237b22無功,大似貪觀天上月,失卻掌中橈。黃檗則不然,一J27nB193_p0237b23人所在也不到,半人所在也不到,無人所在也不到。J27nB193_p0237b24不是黃檗不占地步,其奈盡乾坤大地,一切有情無J27nB193_p0237b25情,都在黃檗一毛孔中流出,無勞再勘。汝等諸人還J27nB193_p0237b26信得及麼?未出茅廬天下定,南征北討太忙生。」下座。
J27nB193_p0237b27上堂。師云:「茲者東金寺妙藏耆舊,為乃母陳氏,請山J27nB193_p0237b28僧陞座說法,用作報恩薦拔之功。若論薦拔,父母未J27nB193_p0237b29生已前薦拔已竟,那更山僧東語西話用作薦拔,未J27nB193_p0237b30免明眼者笑。雖然如是,又記得昔日那吒太子析肉J27nB193_p0237c01還母、析骨還父,然後現本身,運大神力,為父母說法。J27nB193_p0237c02大眾!骨肉既析,身口也無,現箇甚麼?又將甚麼說法?J27nB193_p0237c03於此薦得,罔極之恩可報,劬勞之德已酬。如或未然,J27nB193_p0237c04山僧為伊點破,令他子母兩得相見,骨肉依舊團圓。」J27nB193_p0237c05乃豎拂子云:「會麼?急薦取!莫咨嗟,回光處處是娘家。J27nB193_p0237c06一毛頭上翻身轉,一一毛頭渾不差。」卓拄杖,下座。
J27nB193_p0237c07上堂。師云:「知解禪深坑可畏,鬼窟道險隘莫行,顢頇J27nB193_p0237c08說誤人休聽,擔板漢扁小勿從。乃至消釋玄要、配合J27nB193_p0237c09經書,種種俱是魔外生涯。汝等諸人好心出家,正因J27nB193_p0237c10行腳,切不可隨邪逐惡趁入者個群隊,甘為魔黨種J27nB193_p0237c11族,永劫沉淪。甚可哀哉。殊不知到者裏,無道可道、無J27nB193_p0237c12禪可學,搬柴運石,磊磊落落,東去西去,無適無莫。會J27nB193_p0237c13則直下慶快,不會切忌卜度。大眾會麼?尋嘗一味乾J27nB193_p0237c14蘿蔔,疑殺閻浮幾萬人。」下座。
J27nB193_p0237c15上堂。問:「指天指地即不問,雪嶺修行意若何?」師云:「凍J27nB193_p0237c16殺闍黎。」進云:「恁麼則忽睹明星去也。」師云:「莫眼花。」僧J27nB193_p0237c17便喝,師云:「熱碗鳴聲。」乃云:「黃閣重綸不住,甘為雪嶺J27nB193_p0237c18埋頭,忽然眼中著屑,敗闕當作風流。好諸大德!山僧J27nB193_p0237c19舉揚了也,還有見不平的,請出為者老子雪屈。如無,J27nB193_p0237c20山僧重新批判去。夜半睹星,悟則不無,正眼看來,元J27nB193_p0237c21是自家滯貨,有甚麼奇特?惜乎山僧不與同時,若與J27nB193_p0237c22同時,好與三十大棒,令者老子口也無開處。」顧視大J27nB193_p0237c23眾云:「會麼?舉頭天外看,誰是報恩人?」下座。
J27nB193_p0237c24戒子請上堂。師云。「善來佛子,大戒已圓。竭力弘持,是J27nB193_p0237c25為菩薩。切不可有名而無實、多華而不果,以了故事,J27nB193_p0237c26於戒何益乎。須知菩薩之智明如杲日,無幽不燭。菩J27nB193_p0237c27薩之心厚如大地,靡所不載。菩薩之行高如泰山,八J27nB193_p0237c28方景仰。菩薩之願深如滄海,百川普納。菩薩之戒淨J27nB193_p0237c29如滿月,內外明徹。菩薩之威嚴如冰雪,表裏凝淨。菩J27nB193_p0237c30薩之相潤如春膏,無物不被。菩薩之性量等虛空,包J27nB193_p0238a01羅萬象。無理不周、無事不備,無機不利、無法不圓。苟J27nB193_p0238a02能如是信解、如是行持、如是證入、如是擴充,直下便J27nB193_p0238a03與文殊普賢把手共行,毘盧遮那同堂合座。真為大J27nB193_p0238a04丈夫,能事已畢,真為最上乘之種草也。更有一事一J27nB193_p0238a05發與諸人說破。」豎拂子云:「昨日忘卻的,今朝豎起時。J27nB193_p0238a06且道是戒耶?非戒耶。還假修證也無?還曾污染也無?J27nB193_p0238a07會麼?等閒拈出金剛眼,個個毘盧頂上行。」下座。
J27nB193_p0238a08追薦請上堂。師云:「十五日已前,眉開一線天;十五日J27nB193_p0238a09已後,鼻孔漸漏逗。正當十五日,前後俱屏息,迸出一J27nB193_p0238a10輪紅,洗面摸著鼻。雖然能太近,要且人難識,施為動J27nB193_p0238a11靜總現成,堪笑茫茫向外覓。正當與麼時,是汝諸人J27nB193_p0238a12安身立命處?是汝諸人喪身失命處?若也會得,殺活J27nB193_p0238a13全彰,存亡兩益,歷劫冤親一坦平,多生父母俱超畢。J27nB193_p0238a14山僧與麼道,還薦得劉氏慈嚴也未?昨夜霜風徹骨J27nB193_p0238a15寒,枝頭逗漏真消息。」下座。
J27nB193_p0238a16大佛開光上堂。師云:「清淨妙法身,能作大佛事。口放J27nB193_p0238a17百千光,攝化善男女。感彼曾心空,金帶雙手與。能捨J27nB193_p0238a18其難捨,真為轉物主。涵清同性善,復充如來使。錦上J27nB193_p0238a19又添花,紫磨重金鏤。萬福相莊嚴,大家在裏許。大家J27nB193_p0238a20既在裏許,則自作自受、自莊自嚴,不著佛法僧求、不J27nB193_p0238a21圖人天勝報。如是莊嚴,是名無相莊嚴;如是作者,是J27nB193_p0238a22名無作妙用。山僧與麼舉揚,也是因功慶賞、即事稱J27nB193_p0238a23人,功不浪施,福歸有地。秪如今日開佛知見、點佛慧J27nB193_p0238a24眼,又作麼生道?」以拂子向空點一點云:「會麼?苟明者J27nB193_p0238a25箇天真佛,動轉施為嘗放光。」下座。
J27nB193_p0238a26歲旦上堂。云:「尊崇大道,兵氣漸消;克己歸仁,干戈永J27nB193_p0238a27息。恩光臨於泉石,德澤布於塵寰,人人同樂明聖之J27nB193_p0238a28天,個個共享太平之福。所以道:『一念無為,十方坐斷;J27nB193_p0238a29一人有慶,兆民賴之。』而我林下野人如何報荅?老來J27nB193_p0238a30莽鹵無思算,托出乾坤一斬新。」下座。
J27nB193_p0238b01解制上堂。師云:「腳下閒雲盡,天開十二峰。頭頭現瑞J27nB193_p0238b02彩,面面展春容。聽法頑山石,投機活水龍。興波不作J27nB193_p0238b03浪,在處振綱宗。若有與麼人,則佛祖命脈堪傳,人天J27nB193_p0238b04福田有賴。如無,山僧入泥入水,撈摝魚蝦去也。黃檗J27nB193_p0238b05尋嘗把住漆桶,水泄不通。直饒德山、臨濟當前,不許J27nB193_p0238b06咳嗽一聲。今日打破牢關、放開線道、任汝諸人𨁝跳。J27nB193_p0238b07大似三個驢兒殿上行、一群水牯漫山走、渾身流露J27nB193_p0238b08沒遮藏、觸著個個如雷吼。若也直下承當,秪明半邊,J27nB193_p0238b09鼻孔總未見得。切不可動著,動著未免犯人苗稼、損J27nB193_p0238b10人田地。磕著沒面目老漢,仍舊驀鼻將來,朝打八百、J27nB193_p0238b11暮打三千。縱有萬倍酬償,亦不放伊。何故?這裏重犯J27nB193_p0238b12即不可。諸人還會麼?一不作,二不休,鼻頭繩斷始風J27nB193_p0238b13流。可憐無限癡男子,儘日騎牛不識牛。」下座。
J27nB193_p0238b14佛誕上堂。一僧拂具便出,師云:「少賣弄。」問:「未出母胎J27nB193_p0238b15度人畢,即今突出待何人?」師云:「通身是,遍身是。」乃云:J27nB193_p0238b16「未離兜率,已降王宮。未出母胎,度人已畢。向這裏薦J27nB193_p0238b17得,便與山僧拄杖子共條合命、同氣連枝。有時喚作J27nB193_p0238b18丈六金身也得,有時喚作一條拄杖也得。所謂無二J27nB193_p0238b19無二分,無別無斷故。如是壽,聖人天長地久;如是澤,J27nB193_p0238b20咸生恒沙普被。其或未然,向毘藍園裏右脅降生,九J27nB193_p0238b21龍吐水沐金軀,千葉寶蓮捧雙足,目顧四方,週行七J27nB193_p0238b22步,指天指地云『天上天下唯吾獨尊』處薦得,已落第J27nB193_p0238b23二門了也。正眼看來,秪做得拄杖子通事舍人。所以J27nB193_p0238b24雲門老漢一棒打殺餵狗子喫,貴圖天下太平。雲門J27nB193_p0238b25雖握肘後靈箭,大似賊過後張弓,未免勞而無功。仔J27nB193_p0238b26細簡點將來,也秪是拄杖子的先鋒。乃至西天東土J27nB193_p0238b27天下老和尚,年年此日各各賣弄這一著子以為報J27nB193_p0238b28恩。殊不知,養子不及父,家門一世衰。縱有奇言玅語,J27nB193_p0238b29也秪是拄杖子切腳。更有三家村裏流俗阿師,不知J27nB193_p0238b30好惡,被這箇節目使得七顛八倒,至於彌勒下生也J27nB193_p0238c01無有休歇,帶累釋迦老子不為不少。山僧今日與麼J27nB193_p0238c02告報,現前大眾同音讚揚。且道當得慶誕也未?扶得J27nB193_p0238c03拄杖子也未?大眾會麼?轟轟雷雨青山下?又與青山J27nB193_p0238c04隔一溪。」下座。
J27nB193_p0238c05薦嚴請上堂。孝子問:「劬勞未報痛難追,養送雖勤屬J27nB193_p0238c06有為,格外報恩猶未薦,且將魂帛就鉗鎚。如何是親J27nB193_p0238c07蒙煆煉?」師云:「脫下孝帛向汝道。」進云:「恁麼則息息相J27nB193_p0238c08通無向背,去來生死不差移。還有格外事也無?」師云:J27nB193_p0238c09「即今是甚麼?」進云:「某甲擔荷去也。」師便打,乃云:「時當J27nB193_p0238c10自恣,節屆中元,僅有程氏昆仲,特特進山修齋,以資J27nB193_p0238c11冥福請法而薦先嚴,入至善之堂、伸大孝之道。如是J27nB193_p0238c12報恩,盡善盡美。更要山僧開兩片皮,當得甚麼?雖然,J27nB193_p0238c13事無一向,聊敘數言,以慰來意之誠。家珍久秘在形J27nB193_p0238c14山,驀爾相逢不等閒,閃爍電光輝宇內,縱橫劍氣現J27nB193_p0238c15眉間。心存向背雲開合,道契真如日往還,一缽和羅J27nB193_p0238c16天外供,口門噇破未嘗關。諸禪人!口門既破,未免鼓J27nB193_p0238c17粥飯氣,與大眾共相咬嚼。所謂一牛打欄,眾牛喫草,J27nB193_p0238c18張三欠債,李四還錢。意在言外,玅乎機先,觸著毫釐,J27nB193_p0238c19萬法俱全。悟者頭頭解脫,迷之處處牽纏。以此追遠,J27nB193_p0238c20塞乎天地;以此資冥,三途一致。以此自度,念念如意,J27nB193_p0238c21以此度人,無往不利。山僧與麼舉薦,大似落水拖人,J27nB193_p0238c22還有岸頭出手,共相扶持者麼?」僧拂坐具云:「騰騰信J27nB193_p0238c23步超空去,鼻孔依然搭上唇。」師云:「蓮葉貯水。」遂卓拄J27nB193_p0238c24杖云:「全憑者箇木上座,幽顯親疏一貫之。」下座。
J27nB193_p0238c25薦慈請上堂。師云:「人生重大本,報德乃稱賢。不追本J27nB193_p0238c26來處,子道亦徒然。萬類人最貴,百行孝為先。罔極恩J27nB193_p0238c27難雪,反覆不成眠。直入檗山裏,匍匐老僧前,乞法薦J27nB193_p0238c28慈氏,孝念塞乎天。止止不須說,我法玅難言。轉請木J27nB193_p0238c29上座,殷勤為汝宣。卓立窮三際,橫該遍大千。渾身正J27nB193_p0238c30法眼,一擊徹根源。放去頭頭現,挑來個個圓。頓悟根J27nB193_p0239a01源者,覿體坐金蓮。不惟慈已薦,恒沙母度完。山僧超J27nB193_p0239a02拔已竟,未知諸人助薦何如?」維那云:「惹得悲風動地J27nB193_p0239a03生。」師云:「棺材頭哭有親兒。」下座。
