J39nB450_p0485c05師云:「這箇門中凡有斬不斷的葛藤,都向者裏一刀J39nB450_p0485c06兩斷,免得左扯右拽、傷鋒犯手,而帶水拖泥未得根J39nB450_p0485c07源,所謂十箇五雙依舊當面錯過,致使亡家失業甘J39nB450_p0485c08受伶俜。山僧所以向本地風光中指出人人腳跟下J39nB450_p0485c09真實受用,便見草偃風行、渠成水到,龍吟雲起、虎嘯J39nB450_p0485c10風生,直教箇箇歸家穩坐、種田博飯,本分生涯也未J39nB450_p0485c11免來喫老僧痛棒有分。何故?歸元性無二,方便有多J39nB450_p0485c12門。」喝一喝,云:「珍重。」
J39nB450_p0485c13有霞宋居士請小參。師云:「山不在高,有禪則名;水不J39nB450_p0485c14在深,有龍則靈。是知禪也,乃三世諸佛說不盡、一大J39nB450_p0485c15藏教宣不及,通身是口也只道得一半、渾身是舌也J39nB450_p0485c16只道得一邊,所以勞我黃面老人四十九年分星劈J39nB450_p0485c17兩、橫說豎說,不免費盡婆心,攛起鐵牛,豈教眠於死J39nB450_p0485c18水?故爾放曠不耕空劫地,暮天何用牧歌催?只要人J39nB450_p0485c19人當下明白、個個向上悟入,把這三世諸佛說不盡J39nB450_p0485c20底一腳踏翻、一大藏宣不及底一刀截斷,免得末後J39nB450_p0485c21拈花,猶如羅公照鏡、老不識羞,何待迦葉破顏?正是J39nB450_p0485c22把髻投衙,自做冤家,不是相罵饒你接嘴、相唾饒你J39nB450_p0485c23潑水,今日喚作垂鉤下釣、明日喚作無事生風,只教J39nB450_p0485c24諸人饑來喫飯、倦來打眠,切莫胡思亂想,道不是心、J39nB450_p0485c25不是佛、不是物,淨裸裸絕承當、赤灑灑無可把,是何J39nB450_p0485c26人分上事?便謂禪也不在參、道也不在悟,不可作他J39nB450_p0485c27這般見解,此是黃楊木禪,非真參實悟之禪也。故曰:J39nB450_p0485c28能變化、吐風雷者,非龍而何?是知龍也,能大能小,能J39nB450_p0485c29隱能升。大則攫霧挐雲,翻江攪海;小則埋頭伏爪,隱J39nB450_p0485c30芥藏身。隱則伏於秋潭之內,升則飛騰宇宙之間,此J39nB450_p0486a01龍之靈物也。所謂三世諸佛因之而轉法輪,歷代祖J39nB450_p0486a02師承之而開正眼,不但天倚之而蓋,地由之而載,聖J39nB450_p0486a03人任之而治萬方、清四海,君子即之而沛仁澤、發正J39nB450_p0486a04慧,諸仁日用而不知者,所以悖之而日遠矣。今日有J39nB450_p0486a05霞宋居士深信此事,特來束山請山僧陞座,發揚此J39nB450_p0486a06段光明,欲令三世諸佛說也說得、一大藏教宣也宣J39nB450_p0486a07得及,不滯兩頭,不墮中道,騰騰任運,任運騰騰,活鱍J39nB450_p0486a08鱍無拘束,圓陀陀無回互。臨濟徹之,用棒用喝;雲門J39nB450_p0486a09悟之,說普說露;法眼證之,指人指物;溈仰得之,分體J39nB450_p0486a10分用;曹洞信之,立君立臣。在老僧分上又作麼生?莫J39nB450_p0486a11把是非來辯我,浮生穿鑿不相干。」喝一喝。
J39nB450_p0486a12小參。僧問:「如何是仰之彌高?」師云:「抬頭看。」進云:「如何J39nB450_p0486a13是鑽之彌堅?」師云:「著力看。」進云:「不仰不鑽時如何?」師J39nB450_p0486a14云:「立地死漢。」僧一喝,師云:「又仰鑽也。」問:「終日喫飯,未J39nB450_p0486a15咬一粒;終日經行,未踏寸地。畢竟在什麼處?」師云:「當J39nB450_p0486a16面爇瞞。」進云:「還我三十年腳步錢。」師云:「踏破草鞋也J39nB450_p0486a17未?」師乃云:「還丹一粒,點鐵成金;至理一言,轉凡成聖。J39nB450_p0486a18多言數窮,不如守中。恍兮惚兮,其中有物;杳兮冥兮,J39nB450_p0486a19其中有靈。是還丹者麼?到者裏也沒交涉。巖頭、雪峰J39nB450_p0486a20唱末後句,洞山、龍牙明殺活機,是至理者麼?到者裏J39nB450_p0486a21亦沒交涉。既沒交涉,喚作佛,頭上安頭;喚作法,無繩J39nB450_p0486a22自縛。祖師巴鼻是抱贓叫屈,向上機關是揚聲止響。J39nB450_p0486a23總不恁麼時,畢竟如何?他家自有通霄路,不向時人J39nB450_p0486a24行處行。」
J39nB450_p0486a25小參。僧問:「獅子出窟時如何?」師云:「驚天動地。」進云:「未J39nB450_p0486a26出窟時如何?」師云:「誰敢近前?」問:「如何是真實供養?」師J39nB450_p0486a27云:「昔年闍黎。」進云:「末後如何?」師云:「今日老僧。」乃云:「封J39nB450_p0486a28卻拄杖頭,不打皮下無血性漢;結卻布袋口,要知箇J39nB450_p0486a29裏攝諸權。赤眼撞著火柴頭,利害之中更利害,冤家J39nB450_p0486a30共聚頭,相逢容易得,端的為人難,不妨頭上更安頭,J39nB450_p0486b01須知向上一路,千聖到來不傳。山僧如此註腳,且道J39nB450_p0486b02還有高峰轉身吐氣句也無?若有,是那句?若無,老僧J39nB450_p0486b03自道去也。者裏無封拄杖頭,過河須渡水,入海探蛟J39nB450_p0486b04龍;未結布袋頭,打開無揀擇,一一是家珍。且喜赤眼J39nB450_p0486b05撞著火柴頭,君行楊柳岸,我宿渡沙頭。嗄!本來無一J39nB450_p0486b06物,切忌眼生花,一任冤家共聚頭,團圞共說無生話。」J39nB450_p0486b07喝一喝,卓拄杖歸方丈。
J39nB450_p0486b08小參。僧問:「山河大地是衲僧巴鼻,和尚巴鼻在什麼J39nB450_p0486b09處?」師云:「只許闍黎知,不許闍黎會。」進云:「蒼天,蒼天。」師J39nB450_p0486b10云:「怨得阿誰?」乃云:「若道有形雖偽,棄之則功行難成;J39nB450_p0486b11若不明衣線下事,未曾親到故鄉田地。一旦棄著有J39nB450_p0486b12為功行,如無目人不見山河大地、一切人物,欲登萬J39nB450_p0486b13仞之上求見無邊世界,終不能見。何也?蓋為不曾向J39nB450_p0486b14長連床上喫苦磨煉,實在工夫打破向上關捩子,掀J39nB450_p0486b15翻漆桶。如何得知本來面目?安身立命處也。欲望無J39nB450_p0486b16為境界,無為雖真,擬之則聖果難證,不擬之則聖果J39nB450_p0486b17圓明。直下了然頓悟,如明眼人便見杲日當空,照徹J39nB450_p0486b18百千萬億世界,不惟窮盡十方如來清淨微塵國土J39nB450_p0486b19如在目前,始知心、佛、眾生三無差別,有何間隔?一地J39nB450_p0486b20具足一切地,非色、非心、非行業,彈指圓成八萬門,剎J39nB450_p0486b21那滅卻三祗劫。正當恁麼時,頓超本有一句作麼道?J39nB450_p0486b22不假纖毫修學心,無相光中大自在。」
J39nB450_p0486b23小參。問:「父母未生前,如何是我本來面目?」師云:「描不J39nB450_p0486b24成,畫不就。」師乃云:「一番拈起,突出難辨;一度直指,畫J39nB450_p0486b25蛇添足。若是大用現前,不存軌則,能殺、能活,能縱、能J39nB450_p0486b26奪。不見南泉提起貓兒,正是當面錯過;趙州頭戴艸J39nB450_p0486b27鞋,可憐略較些子。所以,攪動三江,魚龍顯躍;掀翻五J39nB450_p0486b28嶽,佛祖攢眉。擬議思量,劈脊便棒,轉身吐氣,墮坑落J39nB450_p0486b29塹,莫待晴天霹靂、旱地雷聲。到這裏,若立一塵,家國J39nB450_p0486b30興盛;不立一塵,衣錦還鄉。諸仁者!何不向本地風光J39nB450_p0486c01薦取?何故?縱橫無礙,獨步大方。」卓杖,退座。
J39nB450_p0486c02卓爾悅眾生辰,請小參。僧問:「昔日世尊初生,一手指J39nB450_p0486c03天、一手指地,且道有何奇特?」師云:「日出紅似錦。」進云:J39nB450_p0486c04「恁麼則百花叢裏過,片葉不沾身。」師云:「未是神通妙J39nB450_p0486c05用。」乃云:「參禪一著了生死,頓悟圓明徹自己,那覺推J39nB450_p0486c06遷日月長,分明壽量亦無比。大眾會麼?卓爾悅眾今J39nB450_p0486c07朝生辰,以南山作壽算未足較其高,以東海為福量J39nB450_p0486c08不足言其大,更於奇特中顯奇特、殊勝中倍殊勝,猶J39nB450_p0486c09未稱其盡善盡美。若效得那吒太子剖肉還母、析骨J39nB450_p0486c10還父,然後現其本身為父母說法,且道說箇什麼法?J39nB450_p0486c11老僧與伊一一指出:香水海中為寶筏,蓮花世界現J39nB450_p0486c12全身。」喝一喝。
J39nB450_p0486c13小參。僧問:「凡有言句已落典章,如何是向上事?」師打,J39nB450_p0486c14云:「雨過寒光澹。」問:「行棒行喝舊茶飯,舉古舉今爛葛J39nB450_p0486c15藤,兩堂雲水作麼生款待?」師打,云:「猶來爾不薦。」問:「風J39nB450_p0486c16行芳草偃,鳥噪百花香,滿天甘露雨,普潤得清涼,猶J39nB450_p0486c17是化外事。者箇生死關頭,即今向什麼處透脫?」師云:J39nB450_p0486c18「腳跟下薦取。」問:「虎以肉為食,因甚不噉其子?」師云:「是J39nB450_p0486c19親難滅。」乃云:「山中冷淡寂寥寥,惟有衲僧苦志高,抱J39nB450_p0486c20道終朝無別事,相逢林下把門敲。所以道:參禪學道J39nB450_p0486c21如敲門瓦子,不論有意思、無意思逐管敲,忽然敲進J39nB450_p0486c22門來,擲下瓦子,始信生死大事從此了畢,方能大休J39nB450_p0486c23大歇,到安樂田地,不疑即佛即祖,與天下老和尚同J39nB450_p0486c24一鼻孔出氣,始識千紅萬紫,露出本地風光,九陌十J39nB450_p0486c25衢享樂無窮受用。」珍重。
J39nB450_p0486c26小參。僧問:「向上一路,千聖不傳,為什麼不傳?」師云:「把J39nB450_p0486c27手牽人行不得。」進云:「達磨西來,為人心切,未審將何J39nB450_p0486c28示人?」師云:「指山鳥飛,指水魚行。」進云:「只如盡大地作J39nB450_p0486c29爐、艸木為香,拈即是?不拈即是?」師云:「看你分疏不下。」J39nB450_p0486c30進云:「棒喝拈向一邊,和尚又作麼生?」師即舉起拄杖,J39nB450_p0487a01僧作怕勢,師云:「不識好惡。」乃云:「浮生天地間,天地為J39nB450_p0487a02戲場,大夢忽驚人,榮華早已醒。青松留耳畔,白日遊J39nB450_p0487a03山頂,脫略乾坤外,杖頭行處穩。」舉:「李聃博云:『吾生何J39nB450_p0487a04以晚?泥洹亦何早?不見釋迦文,心中常懊惱。』據李聃J39nB450_p0487a05博也是傷今感古、見賢思齊,大似貪觀天上月,失卻J39nB450_p0487a06手中珠。萬壽正眼看來以為不然,或有傍不甘的出J39nB450_p0487a07來問:『吾生何以晚?』即向他道:『先聖後聖,其揆一也。』倘J39nB450_p0487a08若擬議,驀頭便棒。何故?男兒自有翀天志,不向他人J39nB450_p0487a09行處行。若向者裏會得,遠問近對,萬世如今;直下會J39nB450_p0487a10得,一見一切見、一悟一切悟;其或未能,鶴有九皋難J39nB450_p0487a11翥翼,馬無千里謾追風。」
J39nB450_p0487a12解制,小參。「大眾!若向這裏會去,從來一鼎而分三足,J39nB450_p0487a13一物之中看是甚物,勿謂揆出寒灰一火星,光燄翀J39nB450_p0487a14天地。大約著實理會將來,生天、生地、生人、生物,四相、J39nB450_p0487a15五形、八卦、萬類,都從此處發生。若未得,莫謂儒曰窮J39nB450_p0487a16理盡性、釋曰明心見性、道曰修真養性,如此說話,大J39nB450_p0487a17似好肉剜瘡、虛空掘洞。爾諸人向什麼處會得?莫不J39nB450_p0487a18爐中有火休添炭,灶下無柴且著薪,然後修身、齊家、J39nB450_p0487a19治國、平天下,都是這箇消息。若恁麼會得,正好來喫J39nB450_p0487a20山僧一頓痛棒。何故?正令已行天下遍,將軍閫外絕J39nB450_p0487a21煙塵。」
J39nB450_p0487a22重陽李居士請小參。士問:「九日登高,腳跟下事作麼J39nB450_p0487a23生?」師打,云:「一句曲含千古韻。」進云:「看來此調少人知。」J39nB450_p0487a24師云:「萬重青嶂月來初。」士拂袖退,師云:「也須頂門上J39nB450_p0487a25著眼。」問:「此日重陽節,大地菊花開,重陽菊花即不問,J39nB450_p0487a26大檀越到來作麼生款待?」師云:「和盤托出。」進云:「正是J39nB450_p0487a27天下太平。」師云:「大家讚歎。」師乃云:「重陽九日偶陞堂,J39nB450_p0487a28一段真風為舉揚,惹得虛空開口笑,而今特地共商J39nB450_p0487a29量。且道商量箇什麼?」驀拈拄杖,卓一卓,云:「惟此一事J39nB450_p0487a30實,餘二則非真。今日李居士特請山僧陞座,舉揚宗J39nB450_p0487b01門向上一著,豈不超出古人?所以道:東勝神洲打鼓,J39nB450_p0487b02南贍部洲上堂。橫說豎說,是惟此一事實麼?到者裏J39nB450_p0487b03略較些子,莫不是十方薄伽梵,一路涅槃門?」以拄杖J39nB450_p0487b04劃一劃,云:「路在者裏,是惟此一事實麼?到這裏略較J39nB450_p0487b05些子。莫不是拄杖子𨁝跳上三十三天,觸著帝釋鼻J39nB450_p0487b06孔,東海鯉魚打一棒,雨似盆傾?此是惟此一事實麼?J39nB450_p0487b07到這裏略較些子。莫不是臨濟三玄三要八字打開,J39nB450_p0487b08曹洞五位君臣一筆判下?是惟此一事實麼?到這裏J39nB450_p0487b09略較些子。」復拈拄杖,卓一卓,云:「若能於此識得惟此J39nB450_p0487b10一事實,便不疑汾陽云:三玄三要事難分,無一不是,J39nB450_p0487b11有什麼難處?得意忘言道易親,何須頭上安頭一句?J39nB450_p0487b12明明該萬象,物物淨法身,重陽九日菊花新。還知一J39nB450_p0487b13事實麼?淵明過訪後,千古謾傷情。」喝一喝,歸方丈。

J39nB450_p0487b15正吾沈居士請普說。師云:「此事雖是人人本有,個個J39nB450_p0487b16不無,蓋因無始劫來塵埋習染,將自己一段受用拋J39nB450_p0487b17向他方世界,竟不有見幾人回頭轉腦向本地風光,J39nB450_p0487b18得箇真實安樂。所以輪迴六道,故有生死。於苦海中J39nB450_p0487b19去去來來,改頭換面,以四大為實,以五蘊為堅固,貪J39nB450_p0487b20著世樂,無有休息。故我佛世尊興大慈悲,從兜率天J39nB450_p0487b21降入皇宮,以至出胎,略露一線,於諸人通箇消息,周J39nB450_p0487b22行七步,目顧四方云:『天上天下,惟吾獨尊。』此是最初J39nB450_p0487b23一著也。然後向伽耶山六年苦行,日食一麻一麥,以J39nB450_p0487b24續慧命。是則難行能行,難忍能忍。至於菩提樹下,感J39nB450_p0487b25帝釋刈草敷座,降伏魔力,使諸外道亦能杜口。然而J39nB450_p0487b26夜睹明星,而心地豁然大悟,便歎云:『奇哉!奇哉!一切J39nB450_p0487b27眾生皆有如來智慧德相,但以妄想執著而不能得J39nB450_p0487b28證。』此事諸人分上不曾欠少,則有時而昏然其本體J39nB450_p0487b29之明。是則以似,似則未是。何也?不上高山,不顯平地,J39nB450_p0487b30只要人人頂門具眼、腦後見腮,始知圓滿菩提,歸無J39nB450_p0487c01所得。《法華經》云:『惟此一事實,餘二則非真。』故於波羅J39nB450_p0487c02奈國鹿野苑中三轉十二法輪,直得於他阿若憍陳J39nB450_p0487c03如五百人等於無事上生事,無枝上生枝,打些夢裏J39nB450_p0487c04葛藤,便說頓、漸二教。故有四果、四向、十住、十行、十信、J39nB450_p0487c05十回向、十聖、三賢、等覺、妙覺,皆一大時教,隨宜說法。J39nB450_p0487c06通而言之,不出於三藏十二部之初機也;該而括之,J39nB450_p0487c07又不過於靈山會上世尊拈花、迦葉微笑,此時百萬J39nB450_p0487c08人天悉皆罔措。故世尊云:『吾有正法眼藏、涅槃妙心,J39nB450_p0487c09付囑飲光,廣令流布,無令斷絕。』此是末後一著也。至J39nB450_p0487c10於西天二十八位老古錐,都以本分草料接人,並不J39nB450_p0487c11提起三祗鍊性、百劫調心,只在汝等當下瞥地,如冰J39nB450_p0487c12消瓦解、似丹鳳沖霄,來去自由、縱橫無礙,千聖呼喚J39nB450_p0487c13不回、萬人羅籠不住,得大安樂、得大自在,便是出格J39nB450_p0487c14人物,所有一切財寶由汝受用,亦不作父想、亦不作J39nB450_p0487c15子想,從劫至劫了無向背。及至東土歷代祖師為人J39nB450_p0487c16赤心片片,如臨濟之用喝、德山之用棒、普化之搖鈴、J39nB450_p0487c17秘魔之擎權、石鞏之架箭、雪峰之輥毬、趙州之喫茶、J39nB450_p0487c18睦州之擔板、曹山之顛酒、金牛之香飯、雲門之胡餅、J39nB450_p0487c19子胡之看狗,此皆是發大機、顯大用,於諸人面前撒J39nB450_p0487c20土拋沙,必欲要一箇半箇挺身向前、單刀直入,不問J39nB450_p0487c21如何若何,不是今日如此、明日如彼,向人口角頭討J39nB450_p0487c22些涕唾喫,於他家冊子上記言記句,滿滿築了一肚J39nB450_p0487c23皮,謂之得禪得道,逢人便弄虛頭,究竟己躬下事何J39nB450_p0487c24嘗擺脫?猶恐生死關捩不破,悔何所及?豈不聞張拙J39nB450_p0487c25秀才初參石霜,霜云:『秀才貴姓?』云:『姓張名拙。』霜云:『覓J39nB450_p0487c26巧了不可得,拙自何來?』拙於言下有省,便述偈曰:『光J39nB450_p0487c27明寂照遍河沙,凡聖含靈共我家。一念不生全體現,J39nB450_p0487c28六根纔動被雲遮。斷除妄想重增病,趣向真如亦是J39nB450_p0487c29邪。隨順世緣無罣礙,涅槃生死總空花。』又不聞陸亙J39nB450_p0487c30大夫一日見南泉便問云:『弟子家中有一瓶,內養一J39nB450_p0488a01隻鵝。一日鵝長滿,瓶欲出,鵝不可。損我瓶,壞我鵝。請J39nB450_p0488a02問和尚如何得出?』泉放聲叫云:『陸亙大夫。』夫應諾。泉J39nB450_p0488a03云:『鵝出瓶矣。』大夫從此悟入。復不聞龐蘊居士初見J39nB450_p0488a04馬祖便問云:『不與萬法為侶者是什麼人?』祖云:『待汝J39nB450_p0488a05一口吸盡西江水,便向汝道。』蘊從茲開豁,遂呈偈云:J39nB450_p0488a06『有男不婚,有女不嫁。大家團圞頭,共說無生話。』此便J39nB450_p0488a07是汝在家人實為生死,不辭勞苦,參見善知識,發明J39nB450_p0488a08大事,得入湛然心體,於六根門頭放光動地,便見本J39nB450_p0488a09來面目,在聖不增,處凡不減,即煩惱而得菩提,即散J39nB450_p0488a10亂而證真如。到者裏,山河大地從此發生,日月星辰J39nB450_p0488a11從此運轉,森羅萬象從茲出現,四生六道從茲長養。J39nB450_p0488a12故曰:在天而天,在人而人,在君為君,在臣為臣,在父J39nB450_p0488a13為父,在子是子,在夫婦乃夫婦,在昆朋作昆朋,在道J39nB450_p0488a14德成道德,在仁義成仁義,在禮智信以禮智信,在蠻J39nB450_p0488a15貊邦以蠻貊邦。故不移易一系,毫不隔別一軌則也。J39nB450_p0488a16老子曰:『上士聞道,勤而行之;中士聞道,若存若忘;下J39nB450_p0488a17士聞道,大笑之不笑。』仲尼曰:『見善如不及,見不善如J39nB450_p0488a18探湯。』然則三教聖人一出頭來,總是要人克己復禮,J39nB450_p0488a19始得腳跟點地,鼻孔遼天,不是倚墻傍戶,鑽人故紙,J39nB450_p0488a20下筆成文,寫得攢花簇錦,如水月文章,終無靠實。以J39nB450_p0488a21至臨命終時,手忙腳亂,作不得主張,便道聖賢門路J39nB450_p0488a22也無好處,蓋為不曾親履實踐,所謂差之毫釐,失之J39nB450_p0488a23千里。故我本師和尚不捨一塵而轉大法輪,不取一J39nB450_p0488a24毛端而現諸佛國土,單單直以一味棒喝接物利生,J39nB450_p0488a25斷除學人命根,掃盡凡聖知見,仍立燄冶紅爐,使十J39nB450_p0488a26方來者都向此中千鎔百煉,箇箇銅頭鐵額,如龍若J39nB450_p0488a27虎,目機銖兩,一聞千悟,得大總持,得大辯才,豈是以J39nB450_p0488a28盲修瞎,作鬼窟活計,觀心住靜,念佛往生,而當生平J39nB450_p0488a29大事者乎?故六祖曰:『東方人造罪,念佛往西方;西方J39nB450_p0488a30人造罪,念佛求生何國?迷人不了自心,所以願東願J39nB450_p0488b01西;悟人在處一般,隨其心淨則佛土淨。』經云:『隨所住J39nB450_p0488b02處常安樂。』此則山僧露頭露面、吐心吐膽與你諸人J39nB450_p0488b03道出,莫向死句下求,必須活句下會,永劫不忘。是以J39nB450_p0488b04向上一路,千聖不傳,盡在十二時中穿衣喫飯處、迎J39nB450_p0488b05賓待客處、一怒一笑處、一行一坐處、屙屎放尿處、抱J39nB450_p0488b06子弄孫處、語默動靜處、修身齊家處,無不承此這箇J39nB450_p0488b07威力恩光,應機施設,逢緣了達。若曰雲淡佇,出沒太J39nB450_p0488b08虛之心;青蘿夤緣,直上寒松之頂。如斯薦得,百千法J39nB450_p0488b09門不離方寸,河沙妙德總在心源。其或未然,各人照J39nB450_p0488b10顧自家眉毛,切莫向沉潭死水裏浸殺,必欲在洪波J39nB450_p0488b11浩渺、白浪滔天處安身立命,作箇神通遊戲三昧,說J39nB450_p0488b12也得,不說也得,豈肯教人二十年苦參話頭,如守株J39nB450_p0488b13待兔、漁父棲巢者哉?大眾勿勞久立,珍重。」
J39nB450_p0488b14瞿公李護法請普說。師云:「在處法幢,不管風幡之論;J39nB450_p0488b15隨方寶所,可通雲水而來。堂額施設,創自馬祖之標;J39nB450_p0488b16規矩今行,始言大智之範。海內之者,無不尊崇道德;J39nB450_p0488b17天下之人,誰不敬其禪風?列剎鼎望,年來各擅嘉聲;J39nB450_p0488b18祖庭秋晚,歲久致成冷落。有志之士,潸然何處熏陶?J39nB450_p0488b19學道之人,不得叢林棲泊。光陰易過,徒然白首蹉跎;J39nB450_p0488b20歲月忽遷,可惜青春荏苒。一生世業茫茫,孰問▆▆?J39nB450_p0488b21半世辛勤碌碌,沉於西畔。葉落歸根,想是來時有路;J39nB450_p0488b22生死長夜,發明不可無門。性命關頭,未曾漆桶掀翻;J39nB450_p0488b23蒲團活計,依舊塵埃堆起。志墮偏枯,都談禪道無靈;J39nB450_p0488b24心邪狂見,各逞奇言異術。或習詩書,爭取名利之場;J39nB450_p0488b25或為清客,圖寫山水之畫。遂使法門無人整頓頹綱,J39nB450_p0488b26抑得兄弟大家匡扶祖道。移風易俗,名傳萬世清高;J39nB450_p0488b27入聖超凡,聲播千秋大雅。觀光上國,幸值J39nB450_p0488b28皇風永扇;護持法門,安然帝道遐昌。以此功勛,上報J39nB450_p0488b29四恩三有;盡將殊勝,普酬信念檀那。惟願各出手眼,J39nB450_p0488b30不忘靈山付囑;或現宰官,都來此處聚頭。心空及第,J39nB450_p0488c01猶如衣錦還鄉;悟徹淵源,便是場開選佛。天上天下,J39nB450_p0488c02惟佛超然獨尊;世出世間,只有此門最上。余一丁不J39nB450_p0488c03識,強與諸方爭風;百事不知,挽回諸佛妙道。慎勿錯J39nB450_p0488c04過,花費眼前日子;宜當努力,工夫要在綿密。鶯啼綠J39nB450_p0488c05柳,一段春光不少;晚照紅樓,萬里煙景何多?珍重!」
茶話
J39nB450_p0488c07清宇程居士請茶話。師云:「第一喫茶不用巧,當陽指J39nB450_p0488c08示莫忘了,疑情決處是知音,究竟來時誰欠少?剔起J39nB450_p0488c09眉毛仔細看,休於眼下成顛倒,饒君生死盡掀翻,到J39nB450_p0488c10底還他大徹好。嘯月吟風沒覆藏,落花滿地當人掃,J39nB450_p0488c11從茲截斷腳跟頭,免向他家門上討。咄!」
J39nB450_p0488c12示眾。云:「一番茶話絕疑猜,只為諸人眼未開;一口西J39nB450_p0488c13江都吸盡,何須臨濟喝如雷?若也薦得,當陽拋出,祖J39nB450_p0488c14佛從來共知;覿面相逢,見聞向此不隔。一切眾生本J39nB450_p0488c15具,千聖無以等階。赤灑灑,了然直下承當;淨裸裸,箇J39nB450_p0488c16裏更無回互。會得,即天上人間撥著便冰消瓦解;如J39nB450_p0488c17其未能,曉月飛來千樹裏,山河猶隔數峰西。」
J39nB450_p0488c18除夕,茶話。「一年三百六十日,看看撞到今宵畢,說禪J39nB450_p0488c19禪又不知,說道道又不識,只這不知不識處,乃是人J39nB450_p0488c20人本有之根源、箇箇不無之消息,然而往往有不快J39nB450_p0488c21漆桶者,蓋謂工夫不曾徹法源底,故爾十個有五雙,J39nB450_p0488c22依舊當面錯過。何故?只為分明急返,令所得遲。幸值J39nB450_p0488c23今宵臘月三十日到來,汝等從頭不曾打筭花甲明J39nB450_p0488c24白,所以處處甘受熱瞞,故老僧不吝口角,偶拈一示:J39nB450_p0488c25頻添花甲臘言周,冷淡家風得自由,懶貼桃符隨世J39nB450_p0488c26樂,為拈竹篦示高流。漫燒榾柮酬寒夜,不傚諸方宰J39nB450_p0488c27白牛,細剪蘭蒿光燦爛,明朝又是一年頭。」
J39nB450_p0488c28歸一監院請茶話。師云:「參禪了脫死生奇,幾度嚴霜J39nB450_p0488c29徹骨時,不是寒巖枯木發,春風吹出杏花枝。若也會J39nB450_p0488c30得,乾坤吐其正氣,宇宙增其光輝,萬紫千紅篆不雕J39nB450_p0489a01之心印,七黃八白演不說之妙門,穿透諸人鼻孔,裂J39nB450_p0489a02破娘生面皮,物物圓明,頭頭顯露,爍爍山桃似火,絲J39nB450_p0489a03絲溪柳拖金,日暖風和,鶯啼燕語,所以不離普光殿,J39nB450_p0489a04不出菩提場,一一超聲越色,明明獨露家風。且道是J39nB450_p0489a05阿誰境界?」良久,云:「有信風雷催出蟄,無言桃李自成J39nB450_p0489a06蹊。」
J39nB450_p0489a07道永周總戎護法請茶話。師云:「一番拈出一番新,一J39nB450_p0489a08度用來一度親,今夜飽飧無剩物,人人喫著甚奇珍。J39nB450_p0489a09且道那裏是甚奇珍處?」以果舉示云:「大眾!於斯明得,J39nB450_p0489a10便知周大護法人山設茶請山僧說茶話的落處;於J39nB450_p0489a11斯未明,老僧向本分話中聊通一線,以奉竭誠自道J39nB450_p0489a12去也。若是有福之人修福,若大海之納百川而長長J39nB450_p0489a13不斷;如是以善之人修善,如高山之通萬壑而巍巍J39nB450_p0489a14更增。不惟積功勛於桂子蘭孫,以為改換門庭、光宗J39nB450_p0489a15耀祖。然雖如是,未免與諸人通箇消息。昔日洞山問J39nB450_p0489a16一僧:『世間何物最苦?』僧云:『三途地獄最苦。』山云:『不然。J39nB450_p0489a17若不明此衣線下一段大事,是名最苦。』拈云:洞山老J39nB450_p0489a18漢只知推物為本,不知元本故物,致令此僧只見其J39nB450_p0489a19苦、不見其樂。若在老僧門下,好與劈脊便棒,使他通J39nB450_p0489a20身快活,脫卻鶻臭布衫。不見頌云:三途地獄有多般,J39nB450_p0489a21鐵柱銅床未足酸,珍重古人親切語,袈裟之下莫顢J39nB450_p0489a22頇。若能透徹此案,便是閻羅老子殿前一本赦書。然J39nB450_p0489a23雖如是,且道老僧是肯伊耶?不肯伊耶?速道,速道。」眾J39nB450_p0489a24無對,師拽拄杖歸方丈。
J39nB450_p0489a25眾請茶話。師云:「長連床上嘴盧都,擊碎疑團一物無,J39nB450_p0489a26鐵脊豎枯禪有定,金風體露月輪孤。心通三際超方J39nB450_p0489a27便,悟徹一乘向上圖,每把茶甌隨啜飲,逢人莫道絕J39nB450_p0489a28親疏。」
J39nB450_p0489a29張道靈、宋道行二居士請茶話。師指燈云:「明燈相對J39nB450_p0489a30照堂前,人物許多卻自然,今夜此中如會得,人人悟J39nB450_p0489b01徹此根源。若也悟徹,一處明去,千處百處光輝;一言J39nB450_p0489b02通時,千言萬言透脫。不惟三世諸佛於此轉大法輪,J39nB450_p0489b03歷代祖師於此傳其心印,天下田庫奴於此開堂說J39nB450_p0489b04法,老僧今夜於此說些茶話,以為現成受用,一任飽J39nB450_p0489b05飧,免得皆為鈍滯而成畫餅。且道:古今是同?是別?若J39nB450_p0489b06道是同,達磨不來東土,二祖不往西天,人人壁立萬J39nB450_p0489b07仞,箇箇常光現前;若道是別,太湖三萬六千傾,月在J39nB450_p0489b08波心說向誰?參。」
J39nB450_p0489b09眾善士請茶話。師云:「寒風昨夜下天河,滿月江山白J39nB450_p0489b10玉珂,六出奇花天上落,千層瑞氣嶺頭多。盧仝七碗J39nB450_p0489b11猶增興,趙老三杯遣睡魔,莫道老僧開正眼,金刀剪J39nB450_p0489b12碎布藤蘿。」
