J37nB388_p0461c04度僧,請上堂。問:「深入雪山即不問,金刀斷髮事如何?」J37nB388_p0461c05師云:「金回冶色。」進云:「即今請法如何指示?」師云:「若是J37nB388_p0461c06陶淵明,攢眉便歸去。」進云:「與麼則人人本得去也。」師J37nB388_p0461c07云:「阿誰欠少?」問:「一子出家,九族升天,因甚目連母墮J37nB388_p0461c08地獄?」師云:「莫謗古人好。」進云:「未審麻三斤、乾矢橛還J37nB388_p0461c09出脫得也無?」師云:「淨地上不許放屙。」乃云:「踏碓傳衣,J37nB388_p0461c10夜半只得其體、不得其用;堂前鏟艸,知機只得其用、J37nB388_p0461c11不得其體。若也體用雙兼、染淨一致,說甚我猶昔人J37nB388_p0461c12非昔人,何異迷頭而認影?秪如全體作用似虎靠山J37nB388_p0461c13又作麼生?鹽車累驥足,千里謾追風,欲展摩霄翅,迴J37nB388_p0461c14光鳥出籠。」
J37nB388_p0461c15晚參。「聲色非惡,見聞豈騃?神通妙用,運水搬柴,一一J37nB388_p0461c16通途合轍,不須造作安排。不安排,多少龍睛鶻眼,甘J37nB388_p0461c17心徒自活埋。莫有不在此限者麼?」眾不出,乃云:「露柱J37nB388_p0461c18穿靴南嶽去,燈籠戴帽上天台。」噓一噓。
J37nB388_p0461c19佛像圓成,請上堂。問:「樹凋葉落即不問,體露真常事J37nB388_p0461c20若何?」師云:「風吹石臼念摩訶。」進云:「不以色見聲求,未J37nB388_p0461c21審光明如何指示?」師云:「淨地不生閑艸木。」乃云:「生死J37nB388_p0461c22海中有佛則不迷生死,只得其體、不得其用;生死海J37nB388_p0461c23中無佛則無生死,只得其用、不得其體。若是體用一J37nB388_p0461c24致、權實雙彰,拈一莖艸作丈六金身,便見百福莊嚴、J37nB388_p0461c25相好具足,今者澤公居士是其人也。作麼生是他施J37nB388_p0461c26受之處?休將度量人天果,永佩金剛最勝身。」
J37nB388_p0461c27結制,永隆先長老退院還山,請上堂。問:「新開鑪韝,別J37nB388_p0461c28展鉗錘,鍛煉聖凡即不問,萬靈仰賴事如何?」師云:「昨J37nB388_p0461c29夜三更半,石人鬥禮拜。」進云:「處處綠楊堪繫馬,家家J37nB388_p0461c30門首透長安。且道長安在什麼處?」師云:「腳頭腳底。」進J37nB388_p0462a01云:「恁麼則四海浪遊客,歸家罷問程。」師云:「冬行春令。」J37nB388_p0462a02僧云:「謝師答話。」師云:「聽事不真,喚鐘作甕。」乃云:「一不J37nB388_p0462a03做,二不休,收得安南服,猶懸塞北憂。神鼎拄杖子見J37nB388_p0462a04義勇為,分身百億,奇勳大建,曲奏凱旋,喜得狼煙息,J37nB388_p0462a05弓槊壁上懸也。汝等諸人因甚又抑逼山僧作麼?然J37nB388_p0462a06雖如是,莫嫌負屈藏頭角,好聽春雷換甲鱗。」
J37nB388_p0462a07小參。「如雞抱卵,煖氣相接始成鶵;如貓捕鼠,心眼不J37nB388_p0462a08專徒費力。心眼專,煖氣接,子啐母啄時,恣餐爪下食。J37nB388_p0462a09設遇掉頭不顧,猶挂脣舌,畢竟如何?癡人面前說夢J37nB388_p0462a10不得。」
J37nB388_p0462a11晚參。「敲空有響,擊木無聲,耳聽終難會,眼聞始得親,J37nB388_p0462a12領取鉤頭意,莫認定盤星。星即且置,還有識鉤頭意J37nB388_p0462a13者麼?」眾不出,師云:「八兩元來是半觔。」
J37nB388_p0462a14冬至,上堂。問:「群陰剝盡,一氣潛回,以何為驗?」師云:「兔J37nB388_p0462a15角長三尺。」進云:「冰河燄發,枯木花生,為是陰去也?陽J37nB388_p0462a16回耶?」師云:「添得時人眼裏花。」進云:「更有一人道:『陰亦J37nB388_p0462a17不去,陽亦不回。』和尚以為何如?」師云:「蝦跳不出斗。」進J37nB388_p0462a18云:「秖如朕兆未分以前又作麼生?」師云:「鷂子過新羅。」J37nB388_p0462a19進云:「與麼一氣不言含有象,萬靈何處謝無私?」師云:J37nB388_p0462a20「承言者喪,滯句者迷。」問:「乾峰上堂云:『舉一不得舉二,J37nB388_p0462a21放過一著落在第二。』意旨如何?」師劈頭便棒。進云:「雲J37nB388_p0462a22門出眾云:『昨日有人從天台來,卻往徑山去。』是何道J37nB388_p0462a23理?」師云:「孟八郎漢。」進云:「乾峰云:『吩咐典座來日不得J37nB388_p0462a24普請。』還端的也無?」師云:「已遲八刻。」乃云:「一陽已發生,J37nB388_p0462a25從今便數九,九九八十一,蝦跳不出斗。榜揭僧堂前,J37nB388_p0462a26指點離窠臼,誰知癡鈍流,枷上重添杻?是豈老婆心?J37nB388_p0462a27垂慈成漏逗,打鎖與敲枷,山僧仍縮手。更問如何若J37nB388_p0462a28何,且待諸人知羞識醜。」
J37nB388_p0462a29入新方丈,授權書記衣拂,上堂。「居天下之廣居,阿誰J37nB388_p0462a30無分?正諲祖之正位,傍若無人。行不傳之大道,平等J37nB388_p0462b01分付。大眾!既是不傳,又分付箇甚麼?克紹厥家英俊J37nB388_p0462b02子,豈同門外之遊人?」
J37nB388_p0462b03臘八,上堂。「正覺山前一段義,囫圇無縫遭狼藉,只知J37nB388_p0462b04曲屈為群生,詎料而今成特地?午夜明星特地、智慧J37nB388_p0462b05德相特地、妄想執著特地,忽有道:『即今神鼎聻?』山僧J37nB388_p0462b06今日失利。」
J37nB388_p0462b07托缽歸,晚參。「山僧前日失利,擬待今朝拔本,誰知鹵J37nB388_p0462b08莽禪和,各各擔雪填井?秪知倒捋虎鬚,將謂關門不J37nB388_p0462b09謹,直饒滿載歸來,各與三頓苕柄。且道:是賞?是罰?待J37nB388_p0462b10山門前石蝦蟆解語,卻向你道。」
J37nB388_p0462b11易九有文學施造本山大佛二尊,金像成兼大殿上J37nB388_p0462b12梁,上堂。「優填假目連神通,只造得三十一相。梁武以J37nB388_p0462b13僧繇妙手,難描寶誌真儀。斯皆以思惟心測度如來J37nB388_p0462b14圓覺色相境界,如將螢火熱須彌山,終不能得。爭似J37nB388_p0462b15我大檀居士不資餘力,隨念而成二大如來,巍然出J37nB388_p0462b16現,相好具足,金碧交輝,儼然多寶迦文分座說法華J37nB388_p0462b17時也。直得字義炳然,人天莫測,恭敬圍繞者咸謂希J37nB388_p0462b18有。世尊苟非五百授記之數,焉能運此檀度神奇?又J37nB388_p0462b19非優填、梁武所能跂及。雖然,未可以人天小果而擬J37nB388_p0462b20之也。且道他極則在甚麼處?傳家權作修身本,法海J37nB388_p0462b21塵塵作棟梁。」
J37nB388_p0462b22除夕,小參。「北禪分歲,烹露地白牛;今時叢林,畫葫蘆J37nB388_p0462b23炤樣。只知飯飽弄箸,逐惡隨邪,那辨義出豐年,儉生J37nB388_p0462b24不孝?今我者裏白牛、泥牛、溈山牯牛、老子青牛,隊隊J37nB388_p0462b25頭角崢嶸,各各水足艸足。雖然,爭奈鼻孔盡屬他人?J37nB388_p0462b26莫有不甘者麼?今朝臘月三十,切忌東觸西觸。」
J37nB388_p0462b27元旦,上堂。「新年佛法有,鏡清曾失利;新年佛法無,明J37nB388_p0462b28教亦失利。亦無亦有,非有非無,別有機用,總在半途。」J37nB388_p0462b29橫按拄杖,云:「三箇童兒抱花鼓,莫來攔我毬門路。」
J37nB388_p0462b30解制,上堂。「痛棒熱喝,曲盡婆心。敲開象骨新髓,拶得J37nB388_p0462c01獰獅血淋。寒山撫掌不歇,衲僧有理難伸。前途設遇J37nB388_p0462c02杜撰,巡官把住驢腳,莫道神鼎辜負。咄!咄!切忌抱贓J37nB388_p0462c03叫屈。」
J37nB388_p0462c04小參。「炎蒸酷烈,赤日如焚,晝夜靡寧,可勝煎逼?更傳J37nB388_p0462c05烽煙四起,遍地甲兵,便見石鞏張弓、慈明按劍、道吾J37nB388_p0462c06舞笏、秘魔擎杈,互興定亂之謀,不免為太平奸賊。神J37nB388_p0462c07鼎坐致太平,其奈諸子幼稚無知,耽戀火宅,嬉戲不J37nB388_p0462c08求出離,記得有問寒暑到來甚處迴避,向鑊湯爐炭J37nB388_p0462c09裏迴避,利刀割肉渾閑事,毒口傷人恨爭消?」
J37nB388_p0462c10師至龍牙,舉紺眉和尚繼席,請上堂。問:「祖席重輝即J37nB388_p0462c11不問,作家相見事如何?」師云:「汝不是其人。」進云:「昨夜J37nB388_p0462c12山頭金鳳舞,今朝杲日麗天輝。」師云:「切忌牽枝引蔓。」J37nB388_p0462c13進云:「如何是汾陽三訣?」師云:「山僧一訣也無。」進云:「百J37nB388_p0462c14丈香爐作禮,撞倒釋迦又作麼生?」師云:「我王庫內無J37nB388_p0462c15如是刀。」進云:「與麼則三賢十聖途中客,大座誰能辨J37nB388_p0462c16主人?」師一喝,乃云:「牛眠法座,夢感金湯,始信叢林有J37nB388_p0462c17主;把住驢腳,父業子承,也須弟應兄呼。從來靖退小J37nB388_p0462c18節,當期大事因緣,況此名勝祖庭,豈容魔得其便?今J37nB388_p0462c19則法雷已震,猊座重敷,昂昂頭角崢嶸,一一金聲玉J37nB388_p0462c20振,不用赤旛旗布,武略文韜,自然殄滅妖氛,波旬遁J37nB388_p0462c21跡。譬如獅子筋琴,撫之則眾音絕響;如塗毒鼓,擊之J37nB388_p0462c22遠近聞者皆喪。設有問:『神鼎如斯三昧因何致得?』又J37nB388_p0462c23作麼生?還委悉麼?我堂頭法弟曾親見先師來,各各J37nB388_p0462c24翹勤問取。」
J37nB388_p0462c25小參。「開爐之始,法令之初,烈燄不容蚊泊,紅爐豈鑄J37nB388_p0462c26囊錐?人人有滄海之珠,一鎚粉碎;各各抱荊山之玉,J37nB388_p0462c27奚堪汙目?諸方只貴富有餘,神鼎直教窮徹骨。為甚J37nB388_p0462c28如此?若非換骨洗腸,爭見超宗異目?咄!」
J37nB388_p0462c29上堂。問:「結制開爐,煆凡煉聖,古人樹下安居,向甚麼J37nB388_p0462c30處結制?」師云:「眼上更栽眉。」進云:「祖師西來,直指單傳,J37nB388_p0463a01如何是的的大意?」師打,云:「喫得棒也未?」進云:「和尚不J37nB388_p0463a02要壓良為賤。」師云:「也不辜負你。」進云:「大意已蒙師指J37nB388_p0463a03示,如何是父母未生前底事?」師云:「何得當面諱卻?」進J37nB388_p0463a04云:「天上無雙月,凡間只一師。」師云:「承言者喪,滯句者J37nB388_p0463a05迷。」問:「乾矢橛、柏樹子拈向一邊,化外來賓如何相見?」J37nB388_p0463a06師卓拄杖。進云:「打鼓弄琵琶,風流出當家,秪如沒絃J37nB388_p0463a07琴、無腔曲作麼彈唱?」師云:「罕遇知音。」僧擬議,師便打,J37nB388_p0463a08乃云:「一向鬧浩浩,臨濟、德山應接不暇;一向靜悄悄,J37nB388_p0463a09面壁老胡了無合煞。鬧浩浩處靜悄悄,大海宜乎折J37nB388_p0463a10箸攪;靜悄悄處鬧浩浩,古廟香爐漏逗了。漏逗了,如J37nB388_p0463a11何曉?體取無生無不生,莫徒門外打之遶。」
J37nB388_p0463a12晚參。「終日拈香擇火,不知身是道場,是即了沒交涉;J37nB388_p0463a13終日拈香擇火,不知真箇道場,將謂多少奇特;終日J37nB388_p0463a14拈香擇火,不知拈香擇火。我今為汝保任此事,終不J37nB388_p0463a15虛也。」卓拄杖,云:「見之不取,思之千里。」
J37nB388_p0463a16晚參。「揚眉瞬目,著甚來由?不許夜行,投明須到,三度J37nB388_p0463a17六十,打折驢腰。雖然負屈含冤,且喜皮膚脫落。曾經J37nB388_p0463a18巴峽猿啼處,銕石人聞也斷腸。」
J37nB388_p0463a19小參。「日午金烏,何處尋覓?撞著道伴交肩過。一生參J37nB388_p0463a20學事畢,拄杖不在,苕帚柄聊與三十。殘羹餿飯,阿誰J37nB388_p0463a21肯喫?堪笑堪憐,抑抑逼逼,餓殺不知其幾。餓不殺,逢J37nB388_p0463a22人任索撩天價。」
J37nB388_p0463a23冬至,上堂。問:「燄發冰河即不問,條抽石筍事如何?」師J37nB388_p0463a24云:「眼裏瞳人吹尺八。」進云:「洞山掇退果桌,慈明揭榜J37nB388_p0463a25僧堂,又作麼生?」師云:「罕逢穿耳客,多見刻舟人。」進云:J37nB388_p0463a26「月頭賣被買牛,月尾賣牛買被,者頭水牯牛不屬貴J37nB388_p0463a27賤,因甚買來賣去?」師云:「大丈夫兒合自由。」進云:「與麼J37nB388_p0463a28則四稜踏地,頭角崢嶸去也。」師云:「一任𨁝跳。」問:「空劫J37nB388_p0463a29已前,本無名相,如何是金剛正眼?」師卓拄杖,云:「會麼?」J37nB388_p0463a30進云:「生緣已後,萬物齊彰,如何是真如大道?」師云:「山J37nB388_p0463b01僧從不捏目生花。」乃云:「冬到寒食時,一百單五日,靈J37nB388_p0463b02明本有底,歷劫曾何異?慚愧老嵩山,長年只面壁,賺J37nB388_p0463b03他逐塊流,錯會西來秘,不錯會濟濟,瞎驢趁大隊。」
J37nB388_p0463b04佛成道,上堂。問:「未離兜率,已降王宮;未出母胎,度人J37nB388_p0463b05已畢。因甚有道可成?」師云:「十八、十九,癡人夜走。」進云:J37nB388_p0463b06「秪如巖頭道:『德山未會末後句。』此理如何?」師云:「咬人J37nB388_p0463b07屎橛,不是好狗。」乃云:「明星豁盡三祗功,大象那遊兔J37nB388_p0463b08徑中?幸有一雙清白眼,何堪話柄妄流通?雖然,正覺J37nB388_p0463b09山前,如水歸水;現前一會,似空合空。諸仁若也尚留J37nB388_p0463b10觀聽……」驀豎拂子,云:「錦上鋪花又一重。」
J37nB388_p0463b11除夕,小參。「末後一句始到牢關,到得亦須透得,直饒J37nB388_p0463b12到得透得,敢保老兄未徹。大眾!且道淆訛在甚麼處?J37nB388_p0463b13金輪天子同,艸店家風別,無智人前莫說,照顧頭破J37nB388_p0463b14額裂。」
J37nB388_p0463b15元旦,上堂。問:「舊歲已去,新歲又來。未審衲僧門下還J37nB388_p0463b16有新舊也無?」師云:「靈龜無卦兆,空殼不勞鑽。」進云:「恁J37nB388_p0463b17麼則綿綿一段無今昔,迥出威音那畔春?」師云:「重說J37nB388_p0463b18偈言。」問:「涅槃心易曉,差別智難明。如何是易曉涅槃J37nB388_p0463b19心?」師云:「太平無象。」進云:「如何是難明差別智?」師云:「足J37nB388_p0463b20下無私。」僧云:「與麼則鼓腹謳歌去也。」師云:「好與三十J37nB388_p0463b21棒。」乃云:「一人有慶,時清道泰。桃符神革故鼎新,金剛J37nB388_p0463b22與泥人揩背。擦穿無量妙門,現出百千三昧。直得真J37nB388_p0463b23俗混融,何止兩彩一賽?湯德銘於日新,禹聞善言則J37nB388_p0463b24拜。林下道人何所為?數聲清磬是非外。」
J37nB388_p0463b25元宵,立春,小參。「春風一夜來,花開世界起。」驀豎拂子,J37nB388_p0463b26云:「看,看!花開也,世尊拈底、五葉分底、南泉指底、靈雲J37nB388_p0463b27悟底總在者裏。於斯明得,不用五彩畫牛頭、黃金為J37nB388_p0463b28點額,鞭起溈山者一頭,耕轉劫初田地,便見雷動中J37nB388_p0463b29天、雲行雨施,普天同慶、五穀豐登,管絃沸、月頻宣,和J37nB388_p0463b30氣靄然、燈火燒空,奪盡夜寒之色。好時節,迦葉門風J37nB388_p0463c01渾漏洩。」擊拂子,下座。
J37nB388_p0463c02解冬,上堂。問:「聖制告圓即不問,如何是平常無生句?」J37nB388_p0463c03師云:「石長無根樹。」進云:「如何是玅玄無私句?」師云:「山J37nB388_p0463c04藏不動雲。」進云:「如何是體明無盡句?」師云:「拄杖長七J37nB388_p0463c05尺。」進云:「且道此三句明甚麼邊事?」師打,云:「向者裏薦J37nB388_p0463c06取。」進云:「恁麼則天上有星皆拱北,人間無水不朝東。」J37nB388_p0463c07師云:「念話杜家。」問:「如何是十方同聚會?」師云:「大家在J37nB388_p0463c08者裏。」進云:「如何是箇箇學無為?」師云:「曾作甚麼來?」進J37nB388_p0463c09云:「如何是此是選佛場?」師云:「更疑甚麼碗?」進云:「如何J37nB388_p0463c10是心空及第歸?」師云:「禮拜了退。」進云:「與麼則頭頭得J37nB388_p0463c11證無生法忍也。」師云:「鈍置殺人。」問:「結制一期即不問,J37nB388_p0463c12解制一句是如何?」師云:「八字打開。」進云:「從門入者不J37nB388_p0463c13是家珍,且道學人本分事作麼生?」師便打。進云:「秪如J37nB388_p0463c14開眼也著、合眼也著,不開不合時如何?」師云:「鈍漢。」進J37nB388_p0463c15云:「與麼從今認得東風面,萬紫千紅總是春去也。」師J37nB388_p0463c16云:「切忌隨流。」問:「如何是轉功就位?」師云:「神鼎者裏不J37nB388_p0463c17似諸方。」進云:「如何是轉位就功?」師云:「參取洞下知識J37nB388_p0463c18去。」進云:「如何是功位齊彰?」師云:「大家在者裏。」進云:「如J37nB388_p0463c19何是功位俱隱?」師云:「禮拜了退。」乃云:「朽木不可雕,一J37nB388_p0463c20冬燒不盡,精金不變色,烈燄轉光輝。光輝光輝,直須J37nB388_p0463c21與我颺向糞堆艸堆,一任枯木寒灰,若是寶惜,不肯J37nB388_p0463c22放下。」卓拄杖,云:「腦後依然欠一鎚。」
J37nB388_p0463c23結制,小參。「把住驢腳,敲骨取髓,不惜老婆心,為憐三J37nB388_p0463c24歲子,雖作死馬醫之,不免壓良為賤。今則敕點飛龍,J37nB388_p0463c25寬著程限,朝斯夕斯,星馳電捲。莫待死挨三頓,臨濟J37nB388_p0463c26有屈難伸;吹滅紙燈,德山未脫情見。當機覿面若遲J37nB388_p0463c27疑,十萬八千未是遠。」
J37nB388_p0463c28上堂。「南方來者與下載,寒時寒殺闍黎。北方來者與J37nB388_p0463c29上載,豈可枷上更添杻。別有超方作略,拄杖不在,苕J37nB388_p0463c30帚柄聊與三十。設或奴郎不辨,黍粟不分,身心安居,J37nB388_p0464a01平等性智,又是黑牛臥死水。且道神鼎為人在甚處?J37nB388_p0464a02參。」
J37nB388_p0464a03晚參。「玄沙三種病,黃龍三重關,病多諳藥性,醫精病J37nB388_p0464a04愈繁,關險人難透,心堅石也穿,苦瓠連根苦,甜瓜徹J37nB388_p0464a05蒂甜,虛空無朕跡,大道絕遮攔。也堪笑,也堪憐,貼天J37nB388_p0464a06飛遍無毛鷂,最惜靈龜脫殼難。」
J37nB388_p0464a07冬至,小參。「陰陽有消有長,不屬陰陽是阿誰?靈根不J37nB388_p0464a08變不遷,須向遷變裏會取。」拈拄杖,云:「一陽生也,拄杖J37nB388_p0464a09抽條也。」卓一卓,云:「君子道長,小人道消,添得廬陵米J37nB388_p0464a10價高。」
J37nB388_p0464a11新戒幽、麗、畇三弟子請陞座。問:「五夏以前專精戒律,J37nB388_p0464a12五夏以後方乃聽教參禪,正當不前不後,持戒即是?J37nB388_p0464a13參禪即是?」師云:「好狗不喫油,癡啣燈盞走。」進云:「五戒J37nB388_p0464a14不持,人天路絕;五戒若持,為甚麼人天路絕?」師云:「金J37nB388_p0464a15剛杵碎鐵崑崙。」進云:「依稀似曲纔堪聽,又被風吹別J37nB388_p0464a16調中。」師云:「話墮也。」乃云:「隔壁釵釧聲,聞即名破戒;香J37nB388_p0464a17嚴聞擊竹,頓爾破重玄。所以繁興大用,舉必全真,根J37nB388_p0464a18塵同元,縛脫不二。於不二法中,不可多處添些子;同J37nB388_p0464a19元境內,不可少處減些子。得之於心,伊蘭作栴檀之J37nB388_p0464a20樹;夫之於旨,甘露乃蒺藜之園。即今飽足,觀光兩彩,J37nB388_p0464a21一賽一句又作麼生?天寒日且短,三人共兩碗。」
J37nB388_p0464a22臘八日,易檀越飯僧得子,請上堂。問:「儒釋弟子供佛J37nB388_p0464a23及僧,未審和尚將何供養?」師云:「莫怪棒頭麤。」進云:「如J37nB388_p0464a24何是佛?」師云:「眼不見鼻孔。」進云:「如何是法?」師云:「莫更J37nB388_p0464a25別求。」進云:「如何是僧?」師云:「禮拜了退。」進云:「世尊成道J37nB388_p0464a26度人已畢,為甚麼眾生更多?」師云:「杲日正當空,不照J37nB388_p0464a27覆盆下。」問:「居士設齋請法,未審和尚以何法施?」師云:J37nB388_p0464a28「岳陽船子洞庭波。」進云:「剎竿頭上風車子,明眼宗師J37nB388_p0464a29用不同。」師云:「接響莫承虛。」進云:「莫怪渠儂多意氣,他J37nB388_p0464a30家曾踏上頭關。」師云:「夢裏唱巴歌。」問:「智慧德相本自J37nB388_p0464b01圓成,六年苦行為行何事?」師云:「入水見長人。」進云:「恁J37nB388_p0464b02麼則大地含靈齊成正覺去也。」師云:「接竹點天。」進云:J37nB388_p0464b03「只如雪覆千山,為甚孤峰不白?」師云:「不是尋常上石J37nB388_p0464b04堆。」乃豎拂子云:「看看,明星現也、覺華開也,於斯見得,J37nB388_p0464b05善財不用南詢參遍知識、維摩不起於座展盡神通,J37nB388_p0464b06以香飯飽多人、以法財利一切,直得天雨四花、地搖J37nB388_p0464b07六震,禾山打鼓讚嘆不及、雪峰𣮎毬指註不到。今幸J37nB388_p0464b08我密弘居士赤手全提,食輪、法輪等轉,古話、今話重J37nB388_p0464b09圓,未聞者聞、不到處到,遍大宗剎佛事週隆,便獲玉J37nB388_p0464b10麟現瑞、貴胤鍾祥。且道神鼎如何與他因齋慶讚?即J37nB388_p0464b11得父子不傳真秘訣,兒孫振振世其家。」
J37nB388_p0464b12除夕,小參。「大盡三十日,小盡二十九,任運只如斯,蝦J37nB388_p0464b13跳不出斗。一念普觀無量劫,無去無來亦無住,如是J37nB388_p0464b14了知三世事,超諸方便成十力。若不如此,千門無壽J37nB388_p0464b15藥,一鏡有愁懸。」
J37nB388_p0464b16元旦,上堂。「三十六旬之始,掀翻條令斬新;七十二候J37nB388_p0464b17之初,依舊陳年曆日。日日是好日,佛法子無多,時清J37nB388_p0464b18休唱太平歌。」
J37nB388_p0464b19上元,解制,上堂。「普天一月明,莫能及幽暗;一燈能破J37nB388_p0464b20暗,無以映千江。蒺藜杖頭邊,煥現一輪滿;無幽而不J37nB388_p0464b21燭,有水盡皆含。得其用,則任扶過斷橋,伴歸明月;失J37nB388_p0464b22其體,則為殃為害,徒使伶俜。高著眼,莫逡巡,各各光J37nB388_p0464b23明無少剩,看時不見暗昏昏。」
J37nB388_p0464b24開爐,兼韋馱羅漢開光,請上堂。僧問:「塵塵浩浩即不J37nB388_p0464b25問,且道如何是結制底事?」師云:「淨地不生閑艸木。」進J37nB388_p0464b26云:「寶相莊嚴,輝煥一堂,以何為正?」師云:「從君打瓦更J37nB388_p0464b27鑽龜。」進云:「達磨西來,重重露布了也。」師云:「已遲八刻。」J37nB388_p0464b28進云:「與麼則一句迥超無量劫。」師云:「再念一聯。」乃舉J37nB388_p0464b29法昌開爐上堂語畢,師云:「老法昌傍若無人,望空啟J37nB388_p0464b30告,不謬為大脫空。山僧者裏不然,神鼎今日開爐,老J37nB388_p0464c01衲精奇箇箇圓成,十八應真開點光明,入座韋天赫J37nB388_p0464c02濯厥靈,切為諸人怠墮。雖然本有靈光,也要從頭點J37nB388_p0464c03破。豁開千聖頂𩕳,說甚三乘四果?」卓拄杖,云:「棒頭忍J37nB388_p0464c04俊不禁,隨例敲枷打鎖,秪如大功不宰又作麼生?心J37nB388_p0464c05空及第見根元,莫道從前辜負我。」
J37nB388_p0464c06晚參。「河裏失錢河裏摝,幾堪笑也幾堪哭,木人嶺上J37nB388_p0464c07唱哩囉,石女溪邊連叫屈。何事屈?一字入公門,九牛J37nB388_p0464c08拔不出。咄!咄!咄!」
J37nB388_p0464c09除夕,小參。「歲遇今宵畢,衲僧赤骨歷,貧來錐也無,煞J37nB388_p0464c10好者消息。無端王老夜燒錢,引得閑神競抑逼,究玅J37nB388_p0464c11窮玄,咬人火急,大似拋卻真金,遍尋瓦礫。撿點將來,J37nB388_p0464c12著甚死急?爭如家堂穩坐絕思惟,擬議從教門外立?」
J37nB388_p0464c13元旦,上堂。「斗柄回寅,桃符革故,人物氣象咸新,古佛J37nB388_p0464c14家風露布,八萬四千法門廓爾洞開,千七百箇古錐J37nB388_p0464c15藏身無處沒,藏處絕回互,處處逢渠不識渠,笙歌盡J37nB388_p0464c16作太平曲。」
J37nB388_p0464c17解制,上堂。「把住應無端,蓋為老婆心切;放行全意氣,J37nB388_p0464c18其如朽木難雕。不入者保社,擔起睦州板;過得荊棘J37nB388_p0464c19林,還淹虀甕裏。且道利害在甚處?不是知音徒側耳。」
J37nB388_p0464c20福嵩建中元會,眾姓請上堂。問:「一切眾生皆有佛性,J37nB388_p0464c21本來具足無染,為甚麼又有地獄輪迴?」師云:「怪得阿J37nB388_p0464c22誰?」進云:「龐公道:『不以萬法為侶。』意作麼生?」師便打。僧J37nB388_p0464c23云:「不遇中郎鑒,還同野舍薪。」師云:「喪車後藥囊。」問:「禪J37nB388_p0464c24非意想,道絕功勳。獨脫一句作麼生道?」師云:「金風吹J37nB388_p0464c25玉管,幾箇是知音?」進云:「如何是神鼎起行句?」師云:「未J37nB388_p0464c26問已前答汝也。」進云:「如何是途中受用句?」師云:「不堪J37nB388_p0464c27舉似君。」進云:「如何是福嵩奇特句?」師打,云:「會麼?」進云:J37nB388_p0464c28「向上一路,千聖不傳。少林如何又有直指?」師云:「莫傍J37nB388_p0464c29祖師好。」乃云:「眾罪如霜露,慧日即消除。大眾!還知慧J37nB388_p0464c30日麼?不自天生,如天普蓋;不從地涌,似地普擎。在聖J37nB388_p0465a01不增,在凡不減,只在當人六根門時時烜赫,腳跟下J37nB388_p0465a02朗徹十虛。所以,迷之則生死始,悟之則輪迴息。生死J37nB388_p0465a03始則觸途成滯,累劫沉淪;輪迴息則平步青霄,當下J37nB388_p0465a04解脫。以此破諸闇,無闇不明;以此利群靈,無一不利。J37nB388_p0465a05譬如筍抽寒谷,非陽和之發生;魚躍冰河,非網羅之J37nB388_p0465a06力致。誠感而遂通,法不思議故。秪如今此勝會道場J37nB388_p0465a07一期佛事,又且如何舉揚即得?仲尼曰:『吾禱久矣。』」復J37nB388_p0465a08舉:「昔有二禪伯持論次,一人云:『生死海中有佛,則不J37nB388_p0465a09迷生死。』一人云:『生死海中無佛,則無生死。』二人同質J37nB388_p0465a10一老宿法座,云:『誰親?』宿云:『親者不問,問者不親。』者則J37nB388_p0465a11公案,古人善應來機,其奈不能剖二人之固執。山僧J37nB388_p0465a12據款結案以釋群疑,一人事上有餘,理上不足;一人J37nB388_p0465a13理上有餘,事上偏枯。撿點將來,二俱徐六擔板各見J37nB388_p0465a14一邊,爭似現前諸高檀大哀曠濟,合興同體之悲、報J37nB388_p0465a15本之德?意在溯其源、清其流,使其子孫克紹箕裘、純J37nB388_p0465a16其祖武,直得理事俱備,裕後光前。大眾!且道是有佛J37nB388_p0465a17耶?無佛耶?自力耶?假他耶?治世耶?出世耶?虛空可量J37nB388_p0465a18風可繫,無能盡說斯功德。」
J37nB388_p0465a19結制日,惟空二上座募鞋齋僧,請上堂。「熊耳失卻隻J37nB388_p0465a20履,古今無處尋覓。衲僧一雙具足,各各無欠無餘。只J37nB388_p0465a21此無欠餘底,合各自知來處。若知來處,不妨多處添J37nB388_p0465a22些子,少處減些子,便見普慧雲興,普賢瓶瀉,打開寶J37nB388_p0465a23藏,運出家珍,一缽和羅,大作佛事。脫或未然,荊棘林J37nB388_p0465a24中須赤腳,皮穿骨露始應知。」
J37nB388_p0465a25冬夜,小參。「六陰已極,一陽復生;六塵不惡,一鏡圓明。」J37nB388_p0465a26驀豎拂子,云:「看,看!石笄抽條也,會見高枝引鳳雛;花J37nB388_p0465a27開鐵樹也,馨香取次戀遊蜂。不屬造化功、陰陽遷變J37nB388_p0465a28力,衲僧家如龍得水、似虎靠山,秪如頂天立地底人J37nB388_p0465a29向者裏因甚仰面不見天、低頭不見地?待汝諸人打J37nB388_p0465a30破鏡來即向汝道。」
J37nB388_p0465b01晚參。「破鏡不重照,眼堪作甚麼?光不透脫底,依然門J37nB388_p0465b02外立。直饒入得門來,要須辨主始得。還辨主麼?」卓拄J37nB388_p0465b03杖,云:「平生肝膽向人傾,咄哉漆桶胡不快。」
J37nB388_p0465b04臘八日,杲輪上座同新戒弟子等請上堂。「雪山星現J37nB388_p0465b05眼開,將錯就錯;行者傳衣衲戒,錦上添花。盡道布縵J37nB388_p0465b06天網,打衝浪魚,爐韝之所多鈍鐵,良醫門裏病入叢。J37nB388_p0465b07然雖如是,得念失念無非解脫,智慧愚癡通名般若。J37nB388_p0465b08秪如藥忌併除,又且如何話會?雪盡一輪紅杲杲,何J37nB388_p0465b09山松柏不青青?」
J37nB388_p0465b10除夕,小參。「一年今又盡,為人須徹困,不打葛藤禪,飯J37nB388_p0465b11香炊別甑。恣餐特達流,為憐頭尾正,此眾無枝葉,真J37nB388_p0465b12實無少剩。佛法子無多,臨機見豪俊,若更覓幽玄,缽J37nB388_p0465b13盂待安柄。」
J37nB388_p0465b14元旦,上堂。「鼎新革故,世諦常論;無變無遷,今時蹊徑。J37nB388_p0465b15咳唾雲從龍,掉臂風從虎。須知道人行履處,艸偃風J37nB388_p0465b16行得自由。正恁麼時,如何見得?斬新日月輝千界,特J37nB388_p0465b17地乾坤透劫前。」
J37nB388_p0465b18解制,上堂。「歲歲上元正月半,解開布袋甚分明,本光J37nB388_p0465b19瑞現燈明佛,爍破昏衢遍剎塵。遍剎塵,聽叮嚀,莫教J37nB388_p0465b20纖埃翳眼睛。」
J37nB388_p0465b21開爐,上堂。「已過關者不入斯限,青州棗子囫圇吞嚥;J37nB388_p0465b22未過關者不受熱瞞,莫教撞著杜撰巡官。恁麼、不恁J37nB388_p0465b23麼,總得、總不得,不免烈燄紅爐,那顧焦頭爛額?不是J37nB388_p0465b24無端抑逼人,曾為浪子偏憐客。」
J37nB388_p0465b25了悟上座入塔,其徒冰鑑請小參。「即今休去便休去,J37nB388_p0465b26欲覓了時無了時,全超百億,一句了然,八萬劫生,空J37nB388_p0465b27亡可畏。信是生鐵鑄就,還他呼喚不回,煉就一具黃J37nB388_p0465b28金,僧繇描貌不得。秪如到家消息,甚處見他即是?臘J37nB388_p0465b29月藕花香遍界,靈光炯炯貫家山。」
J37nB388_p0465b30永隆勗長老設齋請上堂。僧問:「蛟龍喜升,泥鰍喜伏,J37nB388_p0465c01螃蟹喜橫行,既是水族一類,因甚其性不一?」師云:「怪J37nB388_p0465c02氣何來?」進云:「大師設齋供眾,和尚陞座有何利益?」師J37nB388_p0465c03云:「眼上添眉。」進云:「盡大地是箇饅頭,如何吞吐?」師云:J37nB388_p0465c04「看你伎倆已盡。」乃云:「人從廣南來,卻得幽州信,報道J37nB388_p0465c05五湖派合,六國風清,狸奴白牯唱哩囉,羅猴羅兒咸J37nB388_p0465c06鼓舞,舉足下足,合轍同途,者邊那邊,全賓全主。今日J37nB388_p0465c07神鼎又且如何話會?昨夜北山大蟲咬殺南山猛虎。」
J37nB388_p0465c08湘陰縣衙陳公子省凡居士請上堂。問:「居士設齋請J37nB388_p0465c09法,臨筵四眾瞻依,向上宗乘即不問,煆凡煆聖事如J37nB388_p0465c10何?」師云:「一棒一條痕。」進云:「與麼則三盞酒裝公子面,J37nB388_p0465c11一枝花插美人頭也。」師云:「笑倒傍觀。」乃云:「道無向背,J37nB388_p0465c12弘有卷舒,大用現前,不存軌則。慧劍運於掌握,千聖J37nB388_p0465c13齊立下風,胸中流出一機,不獨萬靈罔測,直使三乘J37nB388_p0465c14膽顫,十地魂驚,帝釋攢眉,修羅息戰。若也毫釐繫念,J37nB388_p0465c15三途業因,瞥爾情生,萬劫羈鎖。何謂也?不見道:執之J37nB388_p0465c16失度,必入邪路;放之自然,體無去住。苟能如是,則不J37nB388_p0465c17懺罪而罪滅河沙,越化城而便登寶所。秪如應物無J37nB388_p0465c18私,甚處見他端的?即是錦衣公子貴,林下道人高。」復J37nB388_p0465c19舉:「三祖僧粲大師問二祖云:『弟子身纏風恙,乞師懺J37nB388_p0465c20罪。』祖云:『將罪來,與汝懺。』粲云:『覓罪性了不可得。』祖云:J37nB388_p0465c21『與汝懺罪竟。』大眾!古人拔出眼中屑,抽卻腦後釘,雖J37nB388_p0465c22證得罪福皆空,視身無我,撿點將來,未免猶在半途。J37nB388_p0465c23今者座前陳公子入山飯僧,請法懺罪,誓明生死大J37nB388_p0465c24事,冀其進道無魔,且喜身力強壯,氣宇如王,既無罪J37nB388_p0465c25性可覓,山僧亦不好肉剜瘡,豈不出他古人頭地?為J37nB388_p0465c26甚如此?端坐受供養,施主常安樂。」
J37nB388_p0465c27除夕,小參。拈拄杖,云:「結交頭,一句子,和盤托出來,不J37nB388_p0465c28惜拖泥水。佇思停機,對面千里,快鷂俊鷹趁不及,迅J37nB388_p0465c29雷豈待掩雙耳?」復卓一卓,云:「急薦取,知音何用頻為J37nB388_p0465c30舉?」
J37nB388_p0466a01元旦,自覺監院募供法衣至,上堂。乃云:「元正啟祚,慶J37nB388_p0466a02無不宜,衣好是新底,人好是舊底,老盧把住曹溪後,J37nB388_p0466a03須信人人總有之。大功不宰,大化無為,拈來不費纖J37nB388_p0466a04毫力,不是苦心人不知。」
J37nB388_p0466a05解制,上堂。「結卻布袋,何處叫屈?更待解開,還遭活埋。J37nB388_p0466a06不結不解是活埋,不去不住是活埋。踏翻關捩子,透J37nB388_p0466a07過祖師關,猶是堆上見堆,土上添土。要識山僧落處J37nB388_p0466a08麼?從來不打禾山鼓。」
