J33nB280_p0257a02余己卯、庚辰間,聞雲大師名籍J33nB280_p0257a03甚,及讀金正希先生語錄序,推J33nB280_p0257a04崇不遺餘力,心尤慕之。浚師往J33nB280_p0257a05匡廬,抵蘄州,南屆長沙,距吳會J33nB280_p0257a06三千里,竟不得一見。越十年,師J33nB280_p0257a07入滅。又十六年,惺寐禪師以其J33nB280_p0257a08語錄全帙示余,展讀彌日,乃知J33nB280_p0257a09人天佩服,非偶然也。師少而英J33nB280_p0257a10俊,久參耆宿,深有發明。入陽山,J33nB280_p0257a11見授和尚,機鋒迅疾,應對如流。J33nB280_p0257a12陽山云:「汝進語都筐,但桶底未J33nB280_p0257a13全脫在。」乃發憤再參,忽風動簾J33nB280_p0257a14幙,撲蔌作聲,從前玄妙寶重處J33nB280_p0257a15一齊脫落。陽山每加勘驗,知其J33nB280_p0257a16證悟非虛,始以衣拂付之。住匡J33nB280_p0257a17廬五乳峰,採茶作瓔珞粥,終年J33nB280_p0257a18枯坐。一日,讀高峰自述悟因,遂J33nB280_p0257b01自計曰:「彼見演祖贊時,已悟到J33nB280_p0257b02虛空粉碎,大地平況,如何為雪J33nB280_p0257b03巖末後一拶,卻透不過?」復力參J33nB280_p0257b04二載,偶因失足墮澗,山禽驚起,J33nB280_p0257b05飛鳴一聲,不覺徹應透現。自是J33nB280_p0257b06大用靈通,縱橫自在,主賓玄要,J33nB280_p0257b07左右逢源,三主祖席,衲子雲從,J33nB280_p0257b08應機接物,雷厲風行,殺活臨時,J33nB280_p0257b09光明直截,使人近傍不得,湊泊J33nB280_p0257b10無繇。昔臨濟吹毛石火,東山撲J33nB280_p0257b11倒便休,師真不愧祖風矣。嗟乎!J33nB280_p0257b12世間賢達皆有悟地,但末後一J33nB280_p0257b13關未能打破,終是悟中之迷,雖J33nB280_p0257b14高峰為古佛再來,其前段猶不J33nB280_p0257b15免此,況餘人耶?師之悟力全在J33nB280_p0257b16重關更進,如與群仙同上雲霄,J33nB280_p0257b17獨能撞開天闕,宜其自利利人,J33nB280_p0257b18無不具足,所傳語錄,頑豔服膺J33nB280_p0257c01也。正希先生曰:「大師面目定不J33nB280_p0257c02在語錄中,具眼者薦取。」余曰:「大J33nB280_p0257c03師面目何嘗不在語錄中?但非J33nB280_p0257c04具眼者不能薦取耳。」陽山不妄J33nB280_p0257c05記莂,生平煆煉惟師一人,師得J33nB280_p0257c06法十八年,門徒參請嘗千數,而J33nB280_p0257c07終身無所付囑。惺寂禪師為J33nB280_p0257c08同參兄弟,不遠三千里往來佐J33nB280_p0257c09師,滅度後,結集前後語錄已刻、J33nB280_p0257c10未刻如干卷行於世,正法流通,J33nB280_p0257c11惺公力也。誦斯錄者,其無忘厥J33nB280_p0257c12功。

神鼎雲外澤禪師語錄序
J33nB280_p0258c12汾陽有三種師子句:一曰超宗異目,二曰齊眉共躅,J33nB280_p0258c13三曰影響音聞。三種之中,無論影響音聞為野干倚J33nB280_p0258c14勢、異類無分,即使齊眉共躅見與師齊,早已滅師半J33nB280_p0258c15德矣。唯夫超宗異目見過于師,方堪傳授。然自曹溪J33nB280_p0258c16散席以來,歷唐宋元明,屈指幾人堪稱此種?回翔今J33nB280_p0258c17古,庶幾黃檗、大仰、德山、臨濟、洞山、巖頭、雲門、玄沙,以J33nB280_p0258c18至汾陽昭、石霜圓、五祖演、大慧杲、應菴華,暨近代先J33nB280_p0258c19師悟老人數十輩而已。先師龍吟滄海、虎嘯深山,一J33nB280_p0258c20時風雲馳驟,非但首下天台席多香象狻猊,即出自J33nB280_p0258c21天童刀尺散而之四方者,類皆超師有作,如磬山再J33nB280_p0258c22世,雲外澤公其一也。公始開發天童,繼參陽山,得受J33nB280_p0258c23記莂,遂深隱匡廬之巔。時中現行流識,治以悟力,一J33nB280_p0258c24切併消,卻疑高峰有悟後之迷,念不去心。一日,偶采J33nB280_p0258c25野蔬墮深澗,忽山禽飛起,大叫一聲,不覺泮然冰釋。J33nB280_p0258c26從此全機透脫、大用現前,盡十方世界、大地山河、草J33nB280_p0258c27芥人畜,都盧是箇清淨光明,遮那妙體,窅忘彼此,泯J33nB280_p0258c28絕是非。故其引接方來,提攜未悟,從無住本,洞示當J33nB280_p0258c29人,不論初機宿學,才跨門來,教渠一蹋到底,直踐至J33nB280_p0258c30泰至安之域、大休大歇之場。然擬莽鹵承當,便與深J33nB280_p0259a01錐痛拶,而諸方來者,非慧偏識短,則半青半黃,愍其J33nB280_p0259a02雜毒入心,過由師故,復於告香普說時,舉當世邪知J33nB280_p0259a03謬說之師,條陳其妄,指斥其非,反覆萬有餘言,而娓J33nB280_p0259a04娓不休焉。於乎!默照邪禪,誤人尚淺,大慧禪師尤且J33nB280_p0259a05肆口譏訶,矧穿鑿邪解之害人,至戕慧命,忍視其禍J33nB280_p0259a06延不起,而救正之乎?公既契悟恢宏,抑復三學該鍊,J33nB280_p0259a07昔玄沙說法,往往與修多羅吻合,所以雪峰稱備頭J33nB280_p0259a08陀為再來人。今公說法提綱,固已破除佛祖,華擘玄J33nB280_p0259a09銓矣。至若因事對機,則又一一從如來性起妙德中J33nB280_p0259a10拈出,雖不攢花簇錦,要亦麗日光天。寧曰:公僅叢林J33nB280_p0259a11銕舌遠,殆幾希禪判官之永明壽乎?故予謂磬山門J33nB280_p0259a12下,超宗異目,獨公一人,夫豈阿其所好哉?惜夫法門J33nB280_p0259a13衰替,人之云亡,九原如可作,微公吾誰與歸?

J33nB280_p0259c04順治己丑七月,師在廣濟接引菴受請,拈張高眾護J33nB280_p0259c05法疏。「見麼?遍界不曾藏,今朝重指註,便解承當,還較J33nB280_p0259c06些子。如或未然,且付維那宣讀。」
J33nB280_p0259c07入院,至山門,師卓拄杖云:「入門一步,智者知歸;掉臂J33nB280_p0259c08便行,人天罔措。且道畢竟如何?」喝一喝。
J33nB280_p0259c09佛殿。「權掛垢衣云是佛,卻披珍御復名誰?當陽註破J33nB280_p0259c10無多子,三拜渾同古佛儀。高著眼,莫狐疑,四山驅綠J33nB280_p0259c11擁禪扉。分明月在梅華上,看到梅華早已遲。」展坐具J33nB280_p0259c12三拜。
J33nB280_p0259c13祖師。「兩兩三三起禍殃,鐵釘炊飯要人嘗。和贓捉敗J33nB280_p0259c14菩提寺,覿面無私一炷香。」
J33nB280_p0259c15伽藍。「兵荒接踵幾經年,賴爾靈光寺巋然。今日我來J33nB280_p0259c16重著楔,塵塵剎剎一光拳。」
J33nB280_p0259c17開山醫祖像。「東也撞著箇漢,西也撞著箇漢。誰知下J33nB280_p0259c18載清風,兒孫卻得一半。且道那一半作麼生?暫時放J33nB280_p0259c19在暗窗前,明日與君重計算。」
J33nB280_p0259c20據室。「小小方丈,無勞伎倆。是佛是魔,雙收雙放。堂堂J33nB280_p0259c21坐斷地天先,笑看華鯨來入網。」
J33nB280_p0259c22拈護法疏。「達磨鼻孔,夫子眼睛,俱在者裏和盤托出。J33nB280_p0259c23還有委悉得者麼?如無,不免煩他維那宣讀一過。」
J33nB280_p0259c24舉法衣云:「從上老古錐遺下者具皮毛,後代兒孫透J33nB280_p0259c25到臨末稍頭,箇箇少者一杓惡水,不得今朝解脫不J33nB280_p0259c26下。看!看!山僧入者蟲豸去也。」搭衣云:「不入驚人浪,難J33nB280_p0259c27逢稱意魚。」
J33nB280_p0259c28指法座,云:「大眾會麼?者箇寶華王座,常在諸人頂𩕳J33nB280_p0259c29上安著,不寬不狹、無欠無餘。汝等諸人要推推不開、J33nB280_p0259c30要上上不得,何不直下與麼去?如或未能,山僧為你J33nB280_p0260a01拈卻。」便陞。拈香祝J33nB280_p0260a02聖訖,復拈香,云:「生平扶弱不扶強,不涉恩讎獨主張,J33nB280_p0260a03雪老冰枯紅燄發,一爐香散海雲忙,奉為磬山第二J33nB280_p0260a04代松際先師授和尚,爇向爐中,從教炙地熏天去也。」J33nB280_p0260a05斂衣就座,維那白椎,云:「法筵龍象眾,當觀第一義。」喝J33nB280_p0260a06一喝,云:「直饒向未舉椎前薦取將去,早已落二落三J33nB280_p0260a07了也。且第一義畢竟如何?莫有道得者麼?」僧問:「昔日J33nB280_p0260a08靈鷲,今日菩提,未審是同?是別?」師云:「一不成,二不是。」J33nB280_p0260a09進云:「恁麼則靈山一會不異今朝。」師云:「卜不習吉。」進J33nB280_p0260a10云:「謝和尚指示。」師便打。問:「馬祖三十年不少鹽醬,未J33nB280_p0260a11審和尚今日事作麼生?」師打,云:「當爐不避火。」進云:「恁J33nB280_p0260a12麼則大抵還他肌骨好,不風流處也風流。」師云:「那裏J33nB280_p0260a13學者虛頭來?」進云:「和尚恁麼那?」師打,云:「前言不應後J33nB280_p0260a14語。」乃掉拂子,云:「堂堂無一物,箇箇是菩提,擬欲求玄J33nB280_p0260a15旨,依然涉路岐。所以教中道:『一切眾生即菩提相,不J33nB280_p0260a16可以菩提而得菩提。』又云:『十方諸佛不得菩提,六道J33nB280_p0260a17眾生不失菩提。』如是,則盡十方界都在諸人菩提裏,J33nB280_p0260a18盡十方世界是諸人一箇本身,十方諸佛出現於世,J33nB280_p0260a19轉法輪、度群有、入涅槃,一切眾生流轉生死,受無量J33nB280_p0260a20身、經無量劫,總不出諸人本身三昧,何不直下與麼J33nB280_p0260a21去?豈不省力?還有信得及者麼?直饒你向者裏信得J33nB280_p0260a22及去,山僧更要問你:盡十方世界既是諸人一箇全J33nB280_p0260a23身,為什麼居者不知行者事,人間不聽上天鐘?到遮J33nB280_p0260a24裏,須知有透脫一路始得。如或不然,縱使問一答十、J33nB280_p0260a25問十答百,總在燈影中行相似。若要親證自己菩提J33nB280_p0260a26本身,何異認驢鞍橋作阿爺下頷者哉?秪如山僧今J33nB280_p0260a27日承眾護法之請,一行人眾同到菩提,鼓響鐘鳴、人J33nB280_p0260a28來客往,喫茶敘話、循禮循儀,開示陞堂、當機問答,且J33nB280_p0260a29道是親證耶?非親證耶?若向者裏瞥地去,便可上與J33nB280_p0260a30十方諸佛同一慈力、下與六道眾生同一悲仰。還會J33nB280_p0260b01麼?眾生即是菩提相,杪秋風日殊清亮,卜方世界是J33nB280_p0260b02全身,人人腳底重千觔,句下若能親薦得,山層層又J33nB280_p0260b03水層層。」復舉:「保壽開堂,三聖推出一僧,壽便打,聖云:J33nB280_p0260b04『你恁麼為人,不惟瞎卻者僧眼,瞎卻鎮州一城人眼J33nB280_p0260b05去在。』壽擲下拄杖,歸方丈。者一則話,叢林往往拈提,J33nB280_p0260b06盡道三聖、保壽共出隻手扶豎臨濟門風,恁麼商量,J33nB280_p0260b07何殊矮子看戲?殊不知二大老弄巧成拙,敗闕愈多。J33nB280_p0260b08山僧今日拄杖開封,還有共出隻手扶豎磬山門風J33nB280_p0260b09者麼?如無,山僧不免為眾竭力去也。」卓拄杖,喝一喝,J33nB280_p0260b10下座。
J33nB280_p0260b11安職事,上堂。「四祖縫衣後,靈蹤護有神,道場千古舊,J33nB280_p0260b12法席幾番新?愧我非時出,諸賢共挽臨,今朝安職事,J33nB280_p0260b13位位信天真。且道作麼生是天真底消息聻?」良久,云:J33nB280_p0260b14「釋迦坐禪,彌勒煮飯,觀音種菜,普賢搬柴,只有憍陳J33nB280_p0260b15如尊者冷冰冰地長年打坐,山僧看見便去罵他:『今J33nB280_p0260b16日安眾職事了也,你為什麼不去隨眾作務?』他道:『和J33nB280_p0260b17尚曾作箇什麼來?』山僧被他一拶,直得無言可對、無J33nB280_p0260b18理可伸,一場懡㦬而回,只得告訴大眾:知有恁麼事。J33nB280_p0260b19且道知底事又作麼生?」擊拂子,云:「諸佛菩薩耐煩,耐J33nB280_p0260b20煩。珍重,珍重。」
J33nB280_p0260b21結制,上堂。掉拂子,云:「不借無生國,何須向上機?即今J33nB280_p0260b22一句堂堂光燦爛,瓦解冰消萬劫疑,不住見聞之內,J33nB280_p0260b23全超鑑覺之淵。若是天外出頭底衲子,向未舉已前J33nB280_p0260b24撒手便行,豈不成大丈夫哉?如或未然,有疑請問。」僧J33nB280_p0260b25問:「當今宗旨建立之初,請問和尚:如何是奪人不奪J33nB280_p0260b26境?」師云:「巢知風,穴知雨。」「如何是奪境不奪人?」師云:「驚J33nB280_p0260b27衣雖脫了,鵫鴩尚矜誇。」「如何是人境兩俱奪?」師云:「花J33nB280_p0260b28須連夜發,莫待曉風吹。」「如何是人境俱不奪?」師云:「海J33nB280_p0260b29闊從魚躍,天空任鳥飛。」進云:「四句已蒙師指示,直截J33nB280_p0260b30根源事若何?」師便打。乃云:「霜林葉落,體露千山,本來J33nB280_p0260c01面目無藏處,三世如來口嘴乾。便恁麼去,猶涉途程;J33nB280_p0260c02總不如何,墮坑落塹。山僧今日為汝諸人放一線道,J33nB280_p0260c03直教箇箇如獅子兒壁立千仞去也。」卓拄杖,喝一喝。
J33nB280_p0260c04上堂。「教中道:『自心取自心,非幻成幻法,不取無非幻。J33nB280_p0260c05非幻尚不生,幻法云何立?如幻三昧王,彈指超無學。J33nB280_p0260c06此阿毘達磨,十方薄伽梵,一路涅槃門。』」拈拄杖,云:「恁J33nB280_p0260c07麼會去,彈指超無學。」橫置拄杖,云:「恁麼會去,停四長J33nB280_p0260c08智,養病喪軀。」復卓拄杖,喝一喝,云:「這段葛藤貶向什J33nB280_p0260c09麼處去也?」良久,云:「神龍一舉透無邊,纖鱗猶在泥中J33nB280_p0260c10躍。」下座。
J33nB280_p0260c11上堂。「月月有箇初一,諸人那箇不識?雖然亙古亙今,J33nB280_p0260c12未免有虛有實。還有知虛識實者麼?」問答竟,乃云:「三J33nB280_p0260c13世諸佛證不到,歷代祖師說不及,作善便生樂方,作J33nB280_p0260c14惡還沉苦地。娑婆世界斗量來,秪得三千一百斛,憑J33nB280_p0260c15中賣與阿修羅,十貫銅錢猶不足。告汝大眾,此事不J33nB280_p0260c16可使外人知。外人知道,將謂山僧既稱一方善知識,J33nB280_p0260c17為什麼將大斗量常住東西私下出賣?」良久,云:「山僧J33nB280_p0260c18有箇道理回復他,且道是什麼道理?」喝一喝,下座。
J33nB280_p0260c19上堂。僧問:「把住乾坤失色,放行瓦礫生光,即今正令J33nB280_p0260c20全提,誰是當其鋒者?」師云:「高著眼。」進云:「恁麼則直下J33nB280_p0260c21知歸去也。」師云:「對面三千里。」進云:「向上事還許學人J33nB280_p0260c22露箇消息也無?」師云:「你試道看。」進云:「野色更無山隔J33nB280_p0260c23斷。」師云:「鳥棲林麓易,人出是非難。」僧禮拜。問:「萬機休J33nB280_p0260c24罷時如何?」師云:「莫辜負你者一問。」進云:「恁麼則直下J33nB280_p0260c25擔荷去也。」師云:「你又辜負我作麼?」僧擬開口,師便打。J33nB280_p0260c26進云:「某甲到遮裏,箭盡弓折了也,乞和尚慈悲,示箇J33nB280_p0260c27安樂法門。」師打,云:「者納敗闕漢,不打更待何時?」乃豎J33nB280_p0260c28拂子,云:「大眾見麼?所以道:欲明向上事,須是向上人。J33nB280_p0260c29若[毯-炎+畏][毯-炎+畏]毸毸地則不得也,直下便見,更無回互,纔涉J33nB280_p0260c30思惟,劍去久矣,何況蹋步向前,問禪問道,穿鑿商量,J33nB280_p0261a01挑著屎擔傍家走,喚作參禪學道,闖入邪魔隊裏,被J33nB280_p0261a02瞎眼阿師將丈二釘、八尺楔釘卻眼睛,彼此歡喜,喚J33nB280_p0261a03作逼拶工夫,付衣付拂,奸心詭計,正眼看來如糞坑J33nB280_p0261a04蛆蟲相似。汝等諸人大開了眼,看看是箇什麼道理?J33nB280_p0261a05直下更無第二人,天堂、地獄、餓鬼、畜生、菩提、涅槃盡J33nB280_p0261a06是汝諸人日用經歷底,步步過無量無邊世界,皆是J33nB280_p0261a07諸人分上事,秪為不見有一毫異法,故有如是大用。J33nB280_p0261a08若約衲僧門下猶是小用,且道:如何是大用聻?意氣J33nB280_p0261a09不從天地得,英雄豈逐四時推?」喝一喝,下座。
J33nB280_p0261a10冬至,上堂。「陽極則陰生,陰極則陽至,陰陽不到時,萬J33nB280_p0261a11化由茲起。所以道:一句通同,十方快暢。起也,海晏河J33nB280_p0261a12清;住也,乾坤失色。且如不去不來、不起不住時又作J33nB280_p0261a13麼生行履聻?諸人還委悉麼?」良久,云:「如或未然,更為J33nB280_p0261a14註破:一九與二九,相逢不出手,還較些子;三九二十J33nB280_p0261a15七,凍得虛空成鐵壁;四九三十六,畫蛇切忌重添足;J33nB280_p0261a16五九四十五,陽氣發時無硬所,諸人莫謂冷全消,更J33nB280_p0261a17有春寒四十五;直待九九八十一,恭喜諸人大事畢,J33nB280_p0261a18回頭更擬問如何,獦蚤蚊蟲劈嘴擲。」喝一喝。
J33nB280_p0261a19臘月初一上堂。卓拄杖云:「戒由心生,心依戒起,了得J33nB280_p0261a20自心,無事不畢。長安甚鬧,我國晏然,高氏沙彌,舌頭J33nB280_p0261a21拖地。但得心安處處安,觸目無非波羅密,要了生死J33nB280_p0261a22根源,記取臘月初一。」
J33nB280_p0261a23上堂。僧問:「德山入門便棒,臨濟入門便喝,未審還有J33nB280_p0261a24為人處也無?」師云:「急走,急走。」僧云:「走後如何?」師打,云:J33nB280_p0261a25「病鳥不離窠內死。」僧喝,師又打,乃云:「德山入門便棒、J33nB280_p0261a26臨濟入門便喝,總是鹽湯止渴,無風匝匝之波,撩起J33nB280_p0261a27便行還較些子。若是困魚止濼、病鳥棲蘆,翻成禍事。J33nB280_p0261a28菩提門下總不與麼,人情若好,喫水也肥。汝等諸人J33nB280_p0261a29還知渾身坐在水裏麼?」拈拄杖下座,打散,云:「選佛若J33nB280_p0261a30無如是眼,宗風那得到于今?」
J33nB280_p0261b01授比丘戒,上堂。橫按拄杖,云:「佛殿出家天地前,山門J33nB280_p0261b02鐘鼓皆稽首,草木叢林尊證師,羯磨教授南北斗。今J33nB280_p0261b03朝特地為舉揚,堅持此戒甚希有,萬機休罷急須行,J33nB280_p0261b04眼底有華不唧溜。人人本具悉周圓,一亙晴空無量J33nB280_p0261b05壽,情與無情度盡時,淨戒於焉始成就。」卓拄杖,喝一J33nB280_p0261b06喝。
J33nB280_p0261b07臘八,上堂。拈香竟,乃云:「今朝乃是釋迦世尊成道之J33nB280_p0261b08辰,汝等還見世尊面孔麼?」拈拄杖,卓一下,呈起,云:「釋J33nB280_p0261b09迦世尊來也。他道:『奇哉!一切眾生具有如來智慧德J33nB280_p0261b10相,但以妄想執著而不能證得。』不證得且置,作麼生J33nB280_p0261b11是如來智慧德相聻?大眾!釋迦世尊被山僧一拶,直J33nB280_p0261b12得無言可對、無理可伸,山僧不覺呵呵大笑。汝等還J33nB280_p0261b13知有遮箇事也無?若知,不俟更舉;若也不知,山僧為J33nB280_p0261b14汝重加註腳。」乃卓拄杖數下,云:「如是知、如是見、如是J33nB280_p0261b15信解,不生法相,且宿草菴,寶所在近。」喝一喝,下座。一
J33nB280_p0261b16歲旦,上堂。僧問:「豁開戶牖,萬里不掛片雲;杲日騰空,J33nB280_p0261b17四顧松風滿座。新年頭佛法則不問,如何是梅華一J33nB280_p0261b18點的消息?」師云:「三日後看取。」進云:「當初迦葉曾註破,J33nB280_p0261b19一笑陽春遍九垓。」師打,云:「遮場禍事天來大。」僧禮拜,J33nB280_p0261b20師乃云:「『有物先天地,無形本寂寥,能為萬象主,不逐J33nB280_p0261b21四時彫。』傅大士恁麼說話,美則美矣,未盡善也。山僧J33nB280_p0261b22亦有一頌舉似諸人:爆竹一聲催臘去,梅華幾點送J33nB280_p0261b23春回,禪和拍掌呵呵笑,大地含生脫陰胎。大眾!看看J33nB280_p0261b24釋迦老子騎佛殿、越山門來拜年也。」下座。
J33nB280_p0261b25解制,上堂。「一期結卻布袋口,露地白牛變作狗,拆卻J33nB280_p0261b26牛欄在此時,當陽突出看哮吼。還有哮吼底麼?」僧問:J33nB280_p0261b27「世出世間是箇大鑪韛,和尚今日制作麼生解?」師云:J33nB280_p0261b28「火盡不添柴。」進云:「畢竟向什麼處安身立命?」師云:「無J33nB280_p0261b29入不自得。」進云:「恁麼則佛祖位中留不住,煙霞依舊J33nB280_p0261b30遶青山。」師云:「八華絿子上,不用繡紅旗。」進云:「且喜露J33nB280_p0261c01柱燈籠證盟去也。」師便打,乃云:「即此見聞非見開,無J33nB280_p0261c02餘聲色可呈君,箇中若了無難事,體用何妨分不分?J33nB280_p0261c03即今打鼓陞堂,四眾雲集,方丈老漢口吧吧地說長J33nB280_p0261c04道短,且道是聲色、不是聲色?是見聞、不是見聞?即今J33nB280_p0261c05萬象摐然、音聲歷歷,又如何得銷繳去?到者裏,若未J33nB280_p0261c06透脫綱宗底,二六時中觸境逢緣,不是隨聲逐色,定J33nB280_p0261c07然愛靜惡喧,有見聞作一邊、無見聞作一邊,心境紛J33nB280_p0261c08紜、識情擾擾,如何得了生死去?若能即此見聞之中J33nB280_p0261c09而見聞所不能到,居塵勞之地而塵勞所不能侵,亙J33nB280_p0261c10古亙今,了無聲色,堂堂坐斷見聞,念念全超向背,解J33nB280_p0261c11制、結制是什麼熱碗鳴聲?雖然如是,自救則得,若要J33nB280_p0261c12開鑿人天眼日,提持向上宗乘,更須颺卻全身向那J33nB280_p0261c13邊更那邊翻箇筋斗,再來菩提手中喫棒。且道既到J33nB280_p0261c14恁麼田地,為什麼還要喫棒聻?平蕪盡處是青山,行J33nB280_p0261c15人更在青山外。」卓拄杖,喝一喝,下座。
J33nB280_p0261c16上堂。「覿面分明,猶為客作;回光歇念,籓內羝羊。一色J33nB280_p0261c17千差,動靜無住;言思不及處,別有一壺天。作麼生是J33nB280_p0261c18言思不及底道理?還有具爍迦羅眼者麼?」豎拂子,云:J33nB280_p0261c19「山僧今日可謂正直捨方便,但說無上道,如轉輪聖J33nB280_p0261c20王解開髻中明珠等施諸人。若能向者裏大開了眼,J33nB280_p0261c21頓入大安樂法門,豈不快暢平生?雖然如是,能有幾J33nB280_p0261c22人得到與麼田地?蓋緣山僧遮裏無絲毫異路與人J33nB280_p0261c23行、無半句語言與人坐,諸方學得的、解得的,盡是明J33nB280_p0261c24窗下安排、印板上露布,泥牛木馬、石女金鐘,覿面全J33nB280_p0261c25提、懸崖撒手,死言死語築滿肚皮。乍到山僧遮裏,不J33nB280_p0261c26知是何說話?茫無措手,真可憐生。所以道:觸目堂堂,J33nB280_p0261c27頭頭具足。向遮裏悟得個無相無名、本來無事,正是J33nB280_p0261c28箇大屎坑,多少人向遮裏出頭?不得橫著肚腸、舒機J33nB280_p0261c29發用,明朝後日蹋翻來路,方知慚愧殺人。直饒道:了J33nB280_p0261c30了靈知,知亦不立;根塵迥脫,照體自如。雖云成等正J33nB280_p0262a01覺、向上行履,若約衲僧門下,猶是貼肉汗衫,也須脫J33nB280_p0262a02得乾淨,再來山僧手裏請棒喫。」喝一喝。
J33nB280_p0262a03結制,上堂。僧問:「即今正在已結、未結之際,初機罔知J33nB280_p0262a04適從,求和尚指示箇入路。」師云:「莫作夢。」進云:「點石化J33nB280_p0262a05為金玉易,勸人除卻是非難。」師云:「伐冰之家不畜牛J33nB280_p0262a06羊。」進云:「謝和尚荅話。」師便打。問:「萬法從心生,諸緣唯J33nB280_p0262a07性曉,本無迷悟人,秪要今時了。今時了後如何?」師云:J33nB280_p0262a08「依稀似佛,鹵莽為僧。」進云:「正當與麼時,還是已結制?J33nB280_p0262a09未結制?」師云:「若是鳳凰兒,終不踐生草。」進云:「謝師指J33nB280_p0262a10示。」師打,云:「一條紅線手中牽。」乃呈拄杖,云:「大眾見麼?J33nB280_p0262a11十方三世一切剎土中,若聖、若凡,一齊在山僧拄杖J33nB280_p0262a12頭上成等正覺、轉大法輪,各各遍入微塵國土,一一J33nB280_p0262a13國土中各各見有雲外比丘統領佛剎微塵數菩薩J33nB280_p0262a14摩訶薩眾,於紫雲峰頂演說如是甚深般若波羅密,J33nB280_p0262a15窮未來際無有間斷,身、語、意業無有疲厭。若能如是J33nB280_p0262a16見得,各各具足、各各圓滿、各各解脫、各各成現,不資J33nB280_p0262a17一法、不欠一毫,長期、短期,結制、解制,是甚麼熱碗鳴J33nB280_p0262a18聲?如或未然,也須真參實悟一番始得。不見古人道:J33nB280_p0262a19『毫釐繫念,三途業因;瞥爾情生,萬劫羈鎖。』直饒纖念J33nB280_p0262a20不起,猶為死水生蟲;無端依戶傍門,未免墮坑落塹。J33nB280_p0262a21直須捏死猢猻,髑髏前更無魍魎;拈來便用,臨機處J33nB280_p0262a22殺活縱橫,大家自在逍遙。」擲下拄杖,云:「一任拋來擲J33nB280_p0262a23去。」喝一喝。
J33nB280_p0262a24上堂。「眼若不睡,諸夢自除;心若不異,萬法一如。終日J33nB280_p0262a25在世間,塵塵無一事,何須說離說即、說玅說玄?雖然J33nB280_p0262a26如是,既到恁麼田地,直須努力向前,不可優游小徑。J33nB280_p0262a27所以道:日可冷,月可熱,火星燒著梵王衣,卻是新羅J33nB280_p0262a28人打銕。語不到處,問荅縱橫;思不及時,千酬萬應。更J33nB280_p0262a29有一言全舉似,歸堂止靜對跏趺。」
J33nB280_p0262a30上堂。僧問:「古人道:『離心意識參,絕聖凡路學。』只如心J33nB280_p0262b01意識作麼生離?」師云:「一座纔起,大地全收。」進云:「畢竟J33nB280_p0262b02如何保任?」師云:「十二處亡閑影響,三千界放淨光明。」J33nB280_p0262b03進云:「通身無罣礙,處處絕行蹤。」師云:「德山元是老婆J33nB280_p0262b04兒。」進云:「某甲總不會。」師打,云:「你且喫棒著。」乃舉:「昔日J33nB280_p0262b05法眼禪師道:『眼中無色識,識中無色眼,眼識二俱無,J33nB280_p0262b06云何令見色?』師云:與麼話墮阿師,何異稚兒弄影?明J33nB280_p0262b07頭合處,暗裏全彰;象王行時,狐蹤絕跡。十字街頭,跛J33nB280_p0262b08鱉盲龜千金不換;一枚鎮海明珠,一文錢賣卻七八J33nB280_p0262b09十顆,不為分外。遮裏若作佛法商量,更須買草鞋行J33nB280_p0262b10腳始得;不作佛法商量,帶累山僧也是箇瞎漢。山僧J33nB280_p0262b11六十年前有箇超諸方便句子,今日布施諸人,且道J33nB280_p0262b12是什麼句子聻?」擊拂子,云:「達磨大師無當門齒。」下座。
J33nB280_p0262b13上堂。師舉:「《金剛經》『爾時世尊至實無眾生得滅度者。』」J33nB280_p0262b14乃豎拂子,云:「世尊一條生銕脊梁壁立千仞,纔被須J33nB280_p0262b15菩提輕輕磕著,便向草裏輥將去。雖然如是,可謂入J33nB280_p0262b16水見長人也。當時若只向『應如是住、如是降伏其心』J33nB280_p0262b17處便休,今時承虛接響漢向什麼處摸索?若是山僧J33nB280_p0262b18則不然,見他道:『唯然,世尊!願樂欲聞。』便云:『穿卻了也。』」J33nB280_p0262b19復豎拂子,顧大眾,云:「還見世尊麼?」良久,喝,云:「若向遮J33nB280_p0262b20裏了徹將去,一大藏教當下圓成;如或未然,且行羅J33nB280_p0262b21漢慈,解結縛故;行如來慈,度眾生故。」喝一喝。
J33nB280_p0262b22上堂。「實際理地,不受一塵。靈光獨耀,無古無今。佛事J33nB280_p0262b23門頭,不缺一法。直撞橫沖,七通八達。兩行滯貨一齊J33nB280_p0262b24收,千林萬壑冷湫湫。落日紅霞千嶂錦,西風黃葉一J33nB280_p0262b25聲鳩。」卓拄杖,喝一喝。
J33nB280_p0262b26結制,上堂。橫按拄杖,云:「汝等聞有箇雲外長老出世,J33nB280_p0262b27各各頂笠腰包,來到遮裏參禪學道,擬會西來大意。J33nB280_p0262b28錯了也。殊不知山僧從無量劫來常在你頂門打坐,J33nB280_p0262b29寸步不離,你要見則得,欲覓則不得。你擬向玄妙處J33nB280_p0262b30覓山僧,山僧不在玄妙處;你向平常處覓山僧,山僧J33nB280_p0262c01不在平常處;你向了不可得處覓山僧,山僧不在了J33nB280_p0262c02不可得處;你向一切處見山僧,山僧不在一切處。你J33nB280_p0262c03若見得山僧,與山僧孝順,山僧與你永出塵勞,高超J33nB280_p0262c04十地,舉心動念皆成海印發光,語默坐行盡是超佛J33nB280_p0262c05越祖。你若不見山僧面、忤逆山僧時,山僧使你欲暫J33nB280_p0262c06舉心,塵勞先起,昏沉散亂,卜度思惟,向外馳求,自纏J33nB280_p0262c07自縛。且道:山僧既在你頂門打坐,歷劫不離,為什麼J33nB280_p0262c08升沉各別?還有透得此意者麼?」良久,云:「山僧即是你,J33nB280_p0262c09你即是山僧。雖然如是,諸方唱導門中即得。若向菩J33nB280_p0262c10提門下,更須將自己與山僧一齊拋向東洋大海,轉J33nB280_p0262c11身向那邊,更那邊打箇筋斗,卻來菩提手裏請棒喫。J33nB280_p0262c12且道:既是一齊拋了,又將什麼喫棒?還會麼?」拈拄杖,J33nB280_p0262c13卓一下,喝一喝,云:「不容擬議斬全身,始得名為主中J33nB280_p0262c14主。」
J33nB280_p0262c15上堂。「此事無你解會處、無你參尋處、無你思惟處,你J33nB280_p0262c16要悟即得、要會即不得。若是箇真實悟得的人,如鄉J33nB280_p0262c17里兩人說家常話相似,了了明明、成成現現,問東答J33nB280_p0262c18東、問西荅西,不承言、不滯句,傍人觀之,或驚或愕、或J33nB280_p0262c19想或疑,將謂有許多玄妙機鋒道理,殊不知在他分J33nB280_p0262c20中有什麼禪道機鋒可說?雖然如是,直饒與麼會處,J33nB280_p0262c21猶隔山僧三十里在。」卓拄杖,云:「描也描不成,畫也畫J33nB280_p0262c22不就,直下相逢來,一槌俱打透。」復拈拄杖,卓一下,云:J33nB280_p0262c23「將在軍,君命有所不受。」
J33nB280_p0262c24解制,上堂。「肘後懸符底且過一邊,氣吞佛祖底猶居J33nB280_p0262c25門外,直得海底生塵、山頭鼓浪,猶是無風匝匝之波。J33nB280_p0262c26若論向上提持,直饒百千諸佛展無盡神通、歷代祖J33nB280_p0262c27師弄無盡伎倆,向此箇門中如雪填井相似。還會麼?」J33nB280_p0262c28擊拂子,云:「不是與人難共住,大都緇素要分明。」
J33nB280_p0262c29上堂。舉:「《華嚴經》云:『隨順無明起諸有,若不隨順諸有J33nB280_p0262c30斷。』諸有既盡,十方凡聖只可填溝塞壑。到遮裏上無J33nB280_p0263a01攀仰、下絕己躬,猶是無風匝匝之波。還有跳得出者J33nB280_p0263a02麼?」良久,云:「跳則且置,只如既是上無攀仰、下絕己躬,J33nB280_p0263a03又喚什麼作無風匝匝之波聻?」擊香几,云:「披簑側立J33nB280_p0263a04千峰外,引水澆蔬五老前。」
J33nB280_p0263a05上堂。僧問:「銀牆銕壁時,如何是迷中悟?」師云:「你問遮J33nB280_p0263a06箇繫驢橛作麼?」進云:「瓦解冰消後,如何是悟中迷?」師J33nB280_p0263a07云:「劍去久矣,你方刻舟。」問:「學人生死不明,乞師一接。」J33nB280_p0263a08師云:「莫妄想。」進云:「不會。」師云:「卻較些子。」僧禮拜,師便J33nB280_p0263a09打,乃云:「聰明不了生死,乾慧難脫苦輪。若不真參實J33nB280_p0263a10悟,打脫業識根由,總無自由分。汝等無論久參初學,J33nB280_p0263a11皆須單刀直入,掃蕩攙搶,方見太平基業。若只向心J33nB280_p0263a12窩裏想、本子上尋,以當參學,正如南行北轍,愈行愈J33nB280_p0263a13遠,生死到來方知不實。近時有一等禪和子,不信真J33nB280_p0263a14參實究,不是向見聞知覺上認住,便是向無為無事J33nB280_p0263a15內困著,甚至慣習機鋒,胡談亂作,種種邪謬。病僧久J33nB280_p0263a16病無力,又舌頭生瘡,不能一一詳舉,所以真實告報J33nB280_p0263a17諸人道:見聞知覺決定不是,行住坐臥決定不是,坐J33nB280_p0263a18禪入定決定不是,寒向火、熱乘涼,看孔著楔、捨短從J33nB280_p0263a19長,菩提寺裏一百五十箇禪和子、一百四十九箇沒J33nB280_p0263a20有鼻孔。眾中忽有箇漢走出來道:『請問和尚:那一箇J33nB280_p0263a21畢竟是甚麼人?』病僧到遮裏怎得不打?還有知落處J33nB280_p0263a22者麼?」乃擊香几,云:「好大哥!歸堂去。」
J33nB280_p0263a23冬至,上堂。「一毫端現寶王剎,破院子等地天寬,寒向J33nB280_p0263a24火,熱乘涼,門前山色鬱蒼蒼,搬磚弄木權相為,更無J33nB280_p0263a25佛法可商量。諸仁者!莫倉皇,不了流為聲色夢,了則J33nB280_p0263a26全身入帝鄉。」豎拂子,云:「且道是聲色耶?是帝鄉耶?滿J33nB280_p0263a27盤托出無人委,七寶空餘萬丈光。」復舉:「五祖演冬至J33nB280_p0263a28小參,舉傅大士偈云:『有物先天地,無形本寂寥,能為J33nB280_p0263a29萬象主,不逐四時彫。』祖云:『傅大士恁麼說話,可謂精J33nB280_p0263a30金美玉,今古光輝。』山僧舉到遮裏,忍俊不禁,與諸人J33nB280_p0263b01頌出。頌云:有中有,無中無,細中細,麤中麤。」師云:「諸大J33nB280_p0263b02眾!要見傅大士則易,要見演祖則難。何以故?話在菩J33nB280_p0263b03提。舉到者裏,也不妨與箇註腳:袖頭打領,腋下剜襟,J33nB280_p0263b04貧人齊奪卻,富者與三斤。」
