法執俱意於二乘等雖名不染於諸菩薩亦名為染

若為主時應名不共

不可說色為彼所依意非色故

經部通取色觸以為肉團為俱有根上座部CC004n0004_p0079a16四塵肉團有法處色為俱有根瞳內別有淨色CC004n0004_p0079a17名眼等根然七心界許皆是心不可說色意非色CC004n0004_p0079a18謂意內處色外處故又縱依色亦為內處無二CC004n0004_p0079a19分別違自宗也以汝意識如五識故記七

亦不可說五識無有俱有所依彼與五根俱時而轉CC004n0004_p0080a01如芽影故

次經部云誰言五識有俱有根許前五根境生後CC004n0004_p0080a03念識故故論立云彼必同時如影依芽芽影同時CC004n0004_p0080a04記七

又契經說無想有情一期生中心心所滅若無此識CC004n0004_p0080a06彼應無染。」謂彼長時無六轉識若無此意我執便無CC004n0004_p0080a07非於餘處有具縛者一期生中都無我執彼無我執CC004n0004_p0080a08應如涅槃便非聖賢同所訶厭

由執我故令六識中所起施等不能亡相

相麤重縛西方兩釋一云相縛末那為體六識由CC004n0004_p0080a18此拘於境故相之縛故名為相縛一云即用相分CC004n0004_p0080a19為體,《瑜伽》「末那為相縛由相依力拘自見故CC004n0004_p0080a20智相分不名相縛無現行末那於境自在故雖有CC004n0004_p0081a01兩釋三藏存後麤重縛中一云二障種子一云彼CC004n0004_p0081a02引無堪任性評取初解記七

非由漏種彼成有漏

由漏種子所隨逐故現行善等成有漏者記七

由有末那恆起我執令善等法有漏義成

次第三能變差別有六種了境為性相善不善俱非

若得自在諸根互用

由此誠證五俱意識非定與五善等性同諸處但言CC004n0004_p0082a13五俱意識亦緣五境不說同性

幾種意識得俱五識解云率爾染淨等流而非尋CC004n0004_p0082a15求及決定心彼二唯緣過去境界非現量攝五俱CC004n0004_p0082a16意識唯現量故記七燈十三略

如前第四云遇非勝境可許率爾心後五識CC004n0004_p0082a18遇勝境位率爾心後五不豈不中起尋CC004n0004_p0082a19求已方起決定染淨等流若有尋決云何不與五CC004n0004_p0082a20識俱耶解云遇勝境位雖多剎那率爾不斷而無CC004n0004_p0083a01餘心若爾率爾唯是無記如忿恚天既是勝境可CC004n0004_p0083a02唯無記不見憤恚成無記故解云許此初起率爾CC004n0004_p0083a03無記從此心後起於染淨等流二心以不善故CC004n0004_p0083a04五識成善染者必意引生若不尋求云何起憤CC004n0004_p0083a05若取尋求云何非五俱解云三藏一解云許五CC004n0004_p0083a06俱意通有比量而集量說五俱現量不說唯言CC004n0004_p0083a07緣教等有比量故又解不許若爾前難猶未能通CC004n0004_p0083a08解云五俱率爾雖同無記不起尋求由前勢分力CC004n0004_p0083a09意成善染引五成善染燈十三

心於所緣唯取總相心所於彼亦取別相
