上堂僧問:「不慕諸聖不重靈時如何?」師云:「鵝王擇J40nB478_p0082a05素非鴨類。」僧擬議師便打乃云:「諸人自有一寶J40nB478_p0082a06得慣熟在空滿空在谷滿谷動靜忙閒頭出頭沒J40nB478_p0082a07然如是直須識取把針人莫看鴛鴦好毛羽。」

上堂僧問:「此事不在內外中間畢竟在什麼處?」師云J40nB478_p0082a09。」進云:「龍袖拂開全體現象王行處絕孤蹤。」師云:「J40nB478_p0082a10汝境界。」乃云:「日可冷月可熱剔起眉毛看時節大興J40nB478_p0082a11堂上打驢腰火神廟裏流鮮血燈籠露柱鬧啾啾J40nB478_p0082a12界山河齊漏洩明明底事沒收藏怎奈諸人不自瞥J40nB478_p0082a13且道如何是諸人瞥地處還委悉麼竹影掃階塵不J40nB478_p0082a14月穿波底水無痕。」

上堂僧問:「如何是太虛空未開口時消息?」師云:「特地J40nB478_p0082a16一場愁。」僧擬議師便打乃云:「未出雲天腳跟踏城J40nB478_p0082a17既住城市腳跟猶在雲天如是則醒者何多昧者J40nB478_p0082a18何多青天霹靂雨滂沱潤澤焦土滋溢佳禾無邊草J40nB478_p0082a19木翠坪坡農家鼓腹唱高歌即今時康道泰一句作J40nB478_p0082a20麼生道千溪萬壑歸滄海四塞八蠻朝帝都。」

上堂僧纔禮拜師便打僧喝師又打:「如何是目前J40nB478_p0082a22?」師云:「遠觀山有色。」進云:「如何是境中人?」師云:「近聽J40nB478_p0082a23水無聲。」進云:「人境不立時如何?」師連棒打進云:「棒頭J40nB478_p0082a24縱有真消息也落時人第二機。」師復打乃云:「有時晴J40nB478_p0082a25有時雨擬議思量白雲萬里老僧據令而行各與三J40nB478_p0082a26十拄杖何故烜赫門庭賞罰如此。」

上堂僧問:「大事未明時如何?」師云:「芍藥花開菩薩面。」J40nB478_p0082c09進云:「已明時如何?」師云:「棕櫚葉散夜叉頭。」進云:「明與J40nB478_p0082c10未明時如何?」師便打乃云:「十五前記得他人忘卻J40nB478_p0082c11十五後記得自己忘卻他人正當十五日J40nB478_p0082c12令全施鋒鋩不犯擬議則膠頭滯尾直饒不恁麼J40nB478_p0082c13免喚鐘作甕諸仁者正當恁麼時又且如何商量?」J40nB478_p0082c14:「老僧今日身疲倦明日從容舉似君。」下座

佛誕日上堂。「未離兜率已降皇宮未出母胎度人J40nB478_p0082c16且喜昨夜碓觜花開天明石臼饒舌便道:『世尊不J40nB478_p0082c17為先老僧不為後古今無間時風月仍依舊諸人較J40nB478_p0082c18短長不唧溜。』是事且止大眾還知世尊安身立J40nB478_p0082c19命處麼鴛鴦繡出從君看不把金針度與人。」

公省熊居士為母諱日請上堂僧問:「熊公之母即今J40nB478_p0082c21在什麼處?」師云:「何處不逢渠?」進云:「因甚不見?」師云:「J40nB478_p0082c22著即瞎。」僧禮拜師便打乃云:「無分大造悉露全題J40nB478_p0082c23長壽短兮清風颯颯處常處變兮明月遲遲雲翻雨J40nB478_p0082c24覆日沉鹵睡覺還同蝴蝶兒今日是公省居士母遇J40nB478_p0082c25難委形之日令人子不能無風木之悲水源之慕J40nB478_p0082c26恁麼時還識熊公母子相見處麼?」以拂子打圓相J40nB478_p0082c27曉風颯颯垂青韻暮雨疏疏點白波。」公係明翰林

住新添陽寶山闔山耆宿請上堂。「不參禪不學道J40nB478_p0082c29𦆆掃除舊套眼睜睜地絕商量口巴巴地說不J40nB478_p0082c30直饒說得到也是魯人獵較老僧亦獵較。」遂以拄J40nB478_p0083a01杖劃一劃:「如王寶劍隨王用不犯鋒鋩始大奇。」

上堂僧問:「德山棒臨濟喝未審利害在什麼處?」師便J40nB478_p0083a03僧禮拜師云:「莫妄承當。」乃云:「棒如雨點喝似雷奔J40nB478_p0083a04銅睛鐵眼不辨疏親劈面相逢明舉示禪治野J40nB478_p0083a05。」僧擊禪床下座

都勻府觀音寺上堂。「長年不出戶著領破襤衫側見J40nB478_p0083a07木欄徑青禽喙翠斑內有一句子若人緇素得出J40nB478_p0083a08生大事了畢脫或不然聽取老僧注腳舉一不得舉J40nB478_p0083a09放過一著畢竟落在什麼處!」

上堂。「十字街頭撞頭磕額曲彔床上懸羊賣狗有甚J40nB478_p0083a11憑據?」豎拂子:「若向這裏透得一簣之土出自泰山J40nB478_p0083a12與泰山齊高一滴之水投于巨海與巨海無二倘或J40nB478_p0083a13擬議一片白雲橫谷口許多歸鳥盡迷巢。」

甕安縣草堂沐曇寺上堂。「眉毛橫脊梁豎說東說西J40nB478_p0083a15無異路拈條白棒慣打人打出禍來全不顧河漢沍J40nB478_p0083a16而不寒太山巍而獨步且道據個甚麼百千三昧J40nB478_p0083a17一毫端無量法門指柏樹。」

甕安縣圓通禪院上堂:「古德云:『圓通不開生藥舖J40nB478_p0083a19單單秪賣死貓頭不知那箇無私算喫著通身冷汗J40nB478_p0083a20。』今日新圓通則不然生藥舖也開死貓頭也賣J40nB478_p0083a21論私算不私算直教哮吼一聲壁立萬仞且道與古J40nB478_p0083a22人還有優劣也無?」以拄杖卓一卓:「換骨洗腸重整J40nB478_p0083a23須知入水見長人。」

慶陽王馮檀越請至平越府福泉禪院結制上堂J40nB478_p0083a25詣法座以拄杖卓一下:「擊碎呂洞賓燒丹鼎掀翻J40nB478_p0083a26張邋遢禮斗案。」于洞賓亭內設座右有三丰禮斗亭遂陞座拈香:「J40nB478_p0083a27一瓣香澤被群黎普薰列國爇向爐中祝延今上J40nB478_p0083a28皇帝聖躬萬歲萬歲萬萬歲太子千秋滿朝文武高增J40nB478_p0083a29祿位此一瓣香堅固匪金中藏不息爇向爐中奉為J40nB478_p0083a30請主馮檀越以善濟人歌謠頌德此一瓣香易見難J40nB478_p0083b01相忘不逆爇向爐中供養本師破山大和尚。」J40nB478_p0083b02就座僧問:「昔日文殊白椎世尊下座今日維那白椎J40nB478_p0083b03和尚又作麼生?」師震威一喝僧亦喝師便打乃云:「J40nB478_p0083b04陽檀越請老僧陞座轉根本法輪機本法輪作麼生J40nB478_p0083b05?」驀拈拄杖:「向這裏識得這段受用耀古騰今J40nB478_p0083b06來具足所以道不立一法尚設程途脫體無依猶存J40nB478_p0083b07知解秪得淨裸裸絕承當赤灑灑無回互亦未是衲J40nB478_p0083b08僧巴鼻且如何是衲僧巴鼻?」參頭出眾撫掌一下J40nB478_p0083b09顧侍者:「這僧巴鼻雖有卻在老僧手裏。」維那白椎J40nB478_p0083b10:「諦觀法王法法王法如是。」師卓拄杖下座

上堂。「鏡裏花水底月看得分明取不得既是看得分J40nB478_p0083b16因甚取不得向來枉費推移力此日中流自在行。」

上堂。「朝打三千暮打八百不作佛法商量免得引鬼J40nB478_p0083c11入宅眾中還有與麼人麼出來道看如無來年更有J40nB478_p0083c12新條在惱亂春風卒未休。」

解制上堂。「過去過去未來猶未來即今渾無事J40nB478_p0083c14用巧安排君不見青芙蕖火裏開湖南湖北人無數J40nB478_p0083c15且道何人被活埋?」喝一喝下座

住湖廣武岡州雲山勝力禪寺郡守吳諱從謙暨鄉J40nB478_p0083c17紳士庶闔山耆宿請結制上堂僧問:「雲山高萬丈即J40nB478_p0083c18不問如何是西來意旨?」師云:「百草頭上罷干戈。」進云J40nB478_p0083c19恁麼則九年面壁一場狼藉。」師云:「未到盡驚山嶮峻J40nB478_p0083c20由來方識路高低。」進云:「男兒自有沖霄志不向他人J40nB478_p0083c21行處行。」師云:「吾不如汝。」僧一喝師便打乃云:「歷盡名J40nB478_p0083c22巒六十三依稀十里望中看有人問道當年事浪子J40nB478_p0083c23偏憐去復還青山仍舊綠水猶涓中分一派瀉曹湍J40nB478_p0083c24驗盡遊人萬萬千。」以拄杖卓一卓:「棒頭擊碎盧侯J40nB478_p0083c25不許時人慕煉丹。」

上堂僧問:「有句無句如藤倚樹時如何?」師云:「不離者J40nB478_p0083c27。」進云:「樹倒藤枯句歸何處?」師云:「不因紫陌花開早J40nB478_p0083c28怎得黃鶯下柳條?」僧擬進語師便喝乃云:「雨灑青松J40nB478_p0083c29煙籠翠竹說甚杳杳冥冥恍恍忽忽一條破布袋J40nB478_p0083c30著魔與佛眾中如有恁麼人出來為他解交看若無J40nB478_p0084a01山僧為他解交去也。」遂打散歸方丈

浴佛上堂。「當年四月八皇宮生悉達今朝四月八J40nB478_p0084a03虫被犬踏大眾雲山恁麼激揚且道與雲門是同是J40nB478_p0084a04若道同孤負雲山若道別孤負雲門且兩不孤負J40nB478_p0084a05句又作麼生道劍鋒清海宇棒下絕癡頑。」

謝雲昌為母六旬壽請上堂。「六月初一滿六十再添J40nB478_p0084a07六十滿初一從頭至尾轉如環直饒巧曆算不及J40nB478_p0084a08生善惡沒些些地獄天堂總不識十方世界縱橫行J40nB478_p0084a09一顆明珠照不息爍破三千及大千直至如今赤骨J40nB478_p0084a10。」擲拂子下座

上堂。「俊鷂掣天飛磨盤空裏走撞著舜若多塞卻虛J40nB478_p0084a12空口老僧倒騎佛殿出山門拄杖逢人劈脊摟還有J40nB478_p0084a13識痛癢者麼出來證據看箇中若是挐雲客自然平J40nB478_p0084a14地起風雷。」

示眾師云:「松直棘曲鵠白烏黑觸目現前何曾隱匿J40nB478_p0086a11得不得明月蘆花堪作則緇素分明便撕當宗門做J40nB478_p0086a12箇白拈賊賊賊賊急急如律令敕。」

晚參一僧取號緝燈師乃云:「今夜是上元節令家家J40nB478_p0086a14燈燭輝煌因以為號不特汝一人要緝此光明凡在J40nB478_p0086a15會者人人俱要緝此光明然此段光明無斷無續J40nB478_p0086a16甚麼說箇緝底道理總為諸人不知自放身捨命J40nB478_p0086a17故錯過從上諸祖透脫一著若知得自透脫一J40nB478_p0086a18便會得從上諸祖放身捨命處則千聖不傳一脈J40nB478_p0086a19豈待人提二六時中自有常光現前說甚麼緝與不J40nB478_p0086a20眾中如有辦得底為眾證據看如無老僧為汝等J40nB478_p0086a21緝此光明去也。」驀拈拄杖:「手執夜明符幾個知天J40nB478_p0086a22?」復卓一卓:「委悉麼脫或未委更聽老僧一偈J40nB478_p0086a23間此夜鬧元宵惟我山中更寂寥那箇曾知燈是火J40nB478_p0086a24𩕳不負兩莖毛。」
