CC001n0001_p0249a06CC001n0001_p0249a07傳正,仁和繆氏女,為文學倪昭素副室。昭素連喪子女,及娶繆,CC001n0001_p0249a08得子超鐙,絕嬖愛之。而傳正力辭出世,遂捨身東里坊萬善庵,日夜CC001n0001_p0249a09坐蒲團,八年如一日。嫡王氏,化其真誠,撫其子若己出。昭素歿,CC001n0001_p0249a10嫡與其子無所依,傳正迎養,送其子於藥師庵。又能開示善類,如文CC001n0001_p0249a11學沈希珍妻王氏、觀察沈循妻陸氏、皆師事之。康熙甲寅,年五十四,CC001n0001_p0249a12留辭世偈云:「五十餘年似夢中,今朝四大各西東。了明性海無生法,CC001n0001_p0249a13更有何言說苦空。」語畢,端坐而逝,超鐙能述其志。
一三三、清嘉善某庵尼德容傳(附.智圓傳)
CC001n0001_p0250a02CC001n0001_p0250a03德容,俗姓朱,名又貞,嘉善人。性極孝,訾笑不苟。年十六,CC001n0001_p0250a04適張我璞,閨中賡唱,聞者豔之。後我璞為科場所累,全家發遣,乃上CC001n0001_p0250a05疏捐軀贖罪。後為尼於某庵,味道苦節,名稱遠聞。其所為詩,不類CC001n0001_p0250a06凡響,茲為錄秋色、有感二首。「征帆溼淚帶秋風,客路迢遙欲轉蓬。無CC001n0001_p0250a07限憶君傳織錦,有情長寄白雲空。」「昨采將離不覺愁,鐘催殘月獨悲秋。CC001n0001_p0250a08思君旅館應無語,南望多情似水流。」又有尼智圓,字湛遠,姓殷,CC001n0001_p0250a09常熟人,亦能詩。其弔彭娥(娥南通州人。夫貧甚,令彭鬻乳以活,CC001n0001_p0250a10彭不從,自經死)云:「匹婦得成名,寒門志獨誠。乳雛憐燕羽,逐CC001n0001_p0250a11婦惡鳩聲。智以窮愁短,身因激烈輕。寸膚如可鬻,涇渭不分明。」
一三四、清仁和薛支庵尼石巖傳
CC001n0001_p0251a02CC001n0001_p0251a03石巖,仁和蔣氏女,名舜英。幼讀書警悟,凡技藝一一涉獵,而於CC001n0001_p0251a04琴尤得絕調;書法董文勉,尤精於斯邈篆隸;亦時作蘭竹小畫,文則CC001n0001_p0251a05工六朝,儷體詩絕似義山、飛卿。初為巨室侍姬,後祝髮於薛支庵。誦CC001n0001_p0251a06經念佛,精進無減。久之,慧悟𤃒發,善說法要,能令聞者心開意解。CC001n0001_p0251a07或懸示經旨,或隨口開示,無不深中肯綮,一時,皆尊為善知識。
一三五、清姚江伏龍庵尼印月傳
CC001n0001_p0252a02CC001n0001_p0252a03印月,姚江黃太史冲姪女。自幼不染世緣,生死心切,常喜靜坐。CC001n0001_p0252a04讀雲棲法彙,宛如宿契,遂動出塵之想。十六,適東山謝氏。三載,便改CC001n0001_p0252a05道粧,進戒杭之理安。後參天童通奇,得悟玄理。慕高峰遠祖遺風,CC001n0001_p0252a06結茅山頂,自稱伏龍庵主。
一三六、清某縣普應庵尼希古傳
CC001n0001_p0253a02CC001n0001_p0253a03希古,字蘊宗,祝峰善嗣,住某縣普應庵。上堂:「天空海闊,月CC001n0001_p0253a04白風清。在處漁樵起舞,隨方物類生歡。新普應怎敢違時失候?千差CC001n0001_p0253a05萬別,向者裏一齊坐斷,逈絕誵訛。踏開生佛頂𩕳,揭露須彌腦蓋。CC001n0001_p0253a06大眾!且道神通耶?法爾耶?恁麼會得?盡十方世界總不出我者裏。CC001n0001_p0253a07若是門庭施設,也要另出隻手。」以拂子畫○相曰:「心燈焰焰傳芳遠,CC001n0001_p0253a08一點無私徹古今。」又小參:「洪鐘在架,有扣則鳴;寶鏡當臺,有來CC001n0001_p0253a09則現。諸大德:各各本有一段光明,用無窮、取無竭,灼然一切處不CC001n0001_p0253a10昧著,明鏡、洪鐘無二無別。自是汝不薦,蓋為妄執塵勞、分別影事,CC001n0001_p0253a11汩沒生死、浮沉苦海。被根境縛著,累劫難脫。諸人要念直下便念,CC001n0001_p0253a12有什麼相隔處?如不爾者,三根椽下七尺單前,把身心打疊得乾乾淨CC001n0001_p0253a13淨,仔細諦審,看是什麼物。者裏翻得身轉,一點也朦你不得,方知CC001n0001_p0253a14吾不汝欺。還有麼?」良久曰:「把手勸君行不得,為人自肯乃方親。」
一三七、清華亭某庵尼神一傳(附.靜維傳)
CC001n0001_p0254a02CC001n0001_p0254a03神一,字荊隱,號淑吉,華亭人,夏考功女。于歸未久,有悼亡CC001n0001_p0254a04之痛。其詩云:「蕭蕭鑒元夜,幽室生微涼。眷言念君子,沉痛迫中腸。CC001n0001_p0254a05音徽日以杳,翰墨猶芬芳。靈帷空蕭條,齋奠直荒唐。放聲百憂集,CC001n0001_p0254a06泣涕不成章。」遂從師學法,游心至道。靜維,亦華亭人,姓盛,諸CC001n0001_p0254a07生慶遠女,為神一中表妹。許字侯峒曾第三子瀞,未嫁,瀞亡命以死,CC001n0001_p0254a08著懷湘賦以見志。來歸上谷,旋斷髮,禮神一受具,師資並以詩名。如CC001n0001_p0254a09秋宵對月云:「夜靜天地涼,凭樓獨凝眺。煙樹色離離,雲山望中杳。CC001n0001_p0254a10萬籟寂無聲,數螢流木杪。青燈照羅幙,殘葉鋪池沼。悲者今古情,CC001n0001_p0254a11乾坤徒浩渺。憂懷自蒼茫,至意漠難曉。嫦娥知我愁,流影來相照。CC001n0001_p0254a12當時金石心,千秋同皎皎。」又題春草堂云:「十載重遊地,孤城帶落CC001n0001_p0254a13暉。西園迷舊迹,北渚長新磯。玉樹人俱盡,金庭事已非。何須聞短CC001n0001_p0254a14笛,獨立自沾衣。」
一三八、清長洲某庵尼上鑒傳(附.再生傳)
CC001n0001_p0255a02CC001n0001_p0255a03上鑒,字輝宗,俗姓吳,名琪,字蕋仙,號佛眉,長洲人,孝廉康CC001n0001_p0255a04侯女,管勳室。善畫工詩,能文章,與松陵周飛卿瓊著有比玉新聲集。CC001n0001_p0255a05瓊贈詩云:「嶺上白雲朝入畫,尊前紅燭夜談兵」,蓋實錄也。後夫死CC001n0001_p0255a06於官家,了不可問,因祝髮清修,遂不復問人間事云。句如「飄殘絮影CC001n0001_p0255a07遙知柳,啼遍桃花不見鶯。愁來有句留殘葉,夢去無人問落花。」皆大CC001n0001_p0255a08曆佳句,宜為名媛詩話所賞。所著詞名曰瑣香,尤侗鷓鴣天題女史吳蕋CC001n0001_p0255a09仙畫云:「拂水佳人墮馬妝,春來響屧滿橫廊。繡繻甲帳無消息,暮雨CC001n0001_p0255a10瀟瀟空斷腸。筆翡翠,硯鴛鴦,吳綾三尺寫紅窗。青山碧水無人處,亂CC001n0001_p0255a11點桃花賺阮郎。」再生,亦長洲人,姚姓,名媯俞,字靈修,文毅公女CC001n0001_p0255a12孫。亦工詩,其不寐云:「殘燈一點爇孤擎,門外蕭蕭落木聲。風動庭CC001n0001_p0255a13梅疏影亂,露凝修竹暮寒輕。支離瘦骨惟供病,牢落愁懷豈為情。此夜CC001n0001_p0255a14酒醒魂斷處,半簾明月夢無成。」後出家為尼,著有再生遺稿。
一三九、清通州鴻寶堂尼無垢傳
CC001n0001_p0256a02CC001n0001_p0256a03無垢,通州人,姓陳名潔,號石香,監生孫安石室。安石家饒裕,CC001n0001_p0256a04不善持籌,遂中落。以潔無子,不相得,挈妾婢異居。潔乃歸母家,CC001n0001_p0256a05久之,落髮。即其祖舊業所謂鴻寶堂者,以事焚修,然不廢吟咏。晚年,CC001n0001_p0256a06益貧病,數月不起。起,覆水窗前,墜樓而死。著繡佛齋集、茹蕙集,集CC001n0001_p0256a07中有書懷云:「青翠入簾櫳,永日駐幽閣。愁縈芳草生,靜覺桐花落。CC001n0001_p0256a08奩鏡網蠨蛸,庭柯巢鳥鵲。夢去不關愁,曉來心自惡。獨坐只書空,CC001n0001_p0256a09微雨益蕭索。」又秋鴈云:「弱不禁風素自憐,黃昏細雨斷疏煙。樓頭CC001n0001_p0256a10指冷誰吹笛,塞上身單欲寄綿。一任啼烏翻子夜,直須飛雪送窮年。CC001n0001_p0256a11攀枝信墮英雄淚,殘照蕭條灞水邊。」
一四〇、清杭州明因寺尼元端傳
CC001n0001_p0257a02CC001n0001_p0257a03元端,字御符,嘉定盧氏女。年十二,祝髮長洲堯峰,後參天童山CC001n0001_p0257a04曉禪師得法,開堂於杭州明因、嘉興伏獅兩寺。禪餘吟詩,多佳作。CC001n0001_p0257a05書齋偶吟云:「榻寄閒窗下,相攜話昔遊。烹茶成雅集,開卷足清幽。CC001n0001_p0257a06宿雨花生潤,微風鳥自謳。留將殘照影,靜拂素絲幽。」
一四一、清蘇州葑溪般若庵尼妙惠傳
CC001n0001_p0258a02CC001n0001_p0258a03妙惠,長州人,姓范,山西李峙岩室。早寡,父母勸其改嫁,堅CC001n0001_p0258a04志不渝,作柏舟操以自矢。父母歿,遂祝髮於葑溪之般若庵,從者甚CC001n0001_p0258a05多。其詩才甚工,有般若招提小坐云:「夜雨洗山巖,朝來翠獨濕。趺CC001n0001_p0258a06坐學觀空,清風滿香積。正因字本無,而我好翰墨。心即等死灰,未CC001n0001_p0258a07了人間孽。窗竹皆虛心,庭松多勁節。體此長青樹,原不在虛實。何CC001n0001_p0258a08況鐘魚間,梵理更無得。坐久聞妙香,慈航如可接。」卒年八十餘,CC001n0001_p0258a09著曇花軒集。
一四二、清金陵舊院尼妙慧傳(附.曙光傳)
CC001n0001_p0259a02CC001n0001_p0259a03妙慧,俗姓馬,名如玉。字楚興,本姓張。從假母家金陵南市樓,CC001n0001_p0259a04徙居舊院。熟精文選、唐詩,善小楷、八分及繪事,獨薄紈綺。好品題CC001n0001_p0259a05花月,指點溪山。飲雨臺賦落葉云:「登眺臺千尺,論心酒一尊。清霜CC001n0001_p0259a06侵樹杪,紅葉媚江村。逐浪同浮絮,隨風欲斷魂。榮枯何足歎,此日CC001n0001_p0259a07幸歸根。」又燭花云:「銀燭透銀簾,蘭房瑞色融。白葩應妬月,紫燼CC001n0001_p0259a08卻愁風。杯映珠還浦,光流星度空。無香辜蝶戀,有焰引飛蟲。」後CC001n0001_p0259a09為比丘尼,受戒於棲霞蒼霞法師,耑勤學佛。徧遊太和、九華、天竺CC001n0001_p0259a10諸山,思結茅莫愁湖上,焚修度世。未果,而卒,年三十三。曙光,姓CC001n0001_p0259a11胡,名朝霞,上元人。能詩,送人云:「秋風江上送君舟,落葉江楓總CC001n0001_p0259a12別愁。解纜不知人去遠,凭欄猶倚夕陽樓。」後出家為尼,住持某庵,CC001n0001_p0259a13著有紅于詞。
一四三、清蘇州水月庵尼安生傳(附.元瑛傳)
CC001n0001_p0260a02CC001n0001_p0260a03安生,吳縣人。妙齡穎悟,善鼓琴,能詩。出家洞庭水月庵,年CC001n0001_p0260a04二十二而夭。其詩傳者甚少,有朱夫人惠碧螺春一首,云:「綠潤涵靈氣,CC001n0001_p0260a05清芳帶露華。翠微新雨歇,雲竇古根斜。沸鼎看魚眼,擎杯吸乳花。CC001n0001_p0260a06多君緘贈我,應自勝流霞。」
CC001n0001_p0260a07元瑛,字赤浦,姓賀,丹陽人,蘗齋孫女。出家某庵,工詩。有CC001n0001_p0260a08留別士雲小范兩弟云:「我已生涯一笑空,家駒還仗振遺風。幾年別CC001n0001_p0260a09夢三秋破,千里煙波一棹通。盛世金門多早歲,浙西老衲本江東。歸CC001n0001_p0260a10來便欲乘潮去,搔首輕雲逐斷鴻。」又深秋返里六叔父園亭對菊云:「此CC001n0001_p0260a11身自笑類寒蟬,衰病歸來亦偶然。一路詩篇殘夜月,到門樹色淡秋煙。CC001n0001_p0260a12漫將離別從頭數,且喜名花入座妍。茗椀爐香等閒事,追隨卻值淺涼CC001n0001_p0260a13天。」
一四四、清蘇州洞庭東山尼宛仙傳(附.僧鑒傳)
CC001n0001_p0261a02CC001n0001_p0261a03宛仙,長洲人,石如玉女。許字某氏子,貧而喪檢,因祝髮為尼,CC001n0001_p0261a04住洞庭東山。詩才清妙,葊中寫懷云:「禪關晝掩絕塵踪,前有修篁後CC001n0001_p0261a05有松。野鶴去時人少伴,曉雲起處筆添峰。當時自識塵緣淺,今日誰CC001n0001_p0261a06知道味濃。千里赤繩從此斷,超然何用講三從。」
CC001n0001_p0261a07時寒山庵尼僧鑒,吳縣人。絲竹俱精,談諧入妙,亦擅絮才。咏CC001n0001_p0261a08秋海棠云:「紅甲垂垂白露姿,薜蘿墻下最相宜。不教鸚鵡呼肥婢,肯CC001n0001_p0261a09與蓮花作侍兒。幾處閉門秋雨後,何人立月晚香時。愁腸欲斷非關汝,CC001n0001_p0261a10續命無煩葉底絲。」
一四五、清吳江紫雲觀尼妙霓傳(附.靜婉、性道傳)
CC001n0001_p0262a02CC001n0001_p0262a03妙霓,字靜韻,姓江,吳江人,住惠泉山紫雲觀。善寫蘭,兼工CC001n0001_p0262a04吟咏。春夜云:「新篁風韻夜窗幽,好夢驚回惹舊愁。一瞬春光忽歸去,CC001n0001_p0262a05子規啼月下西樓。」
CC001n0001_p0262a06又靜婉,金壇吳氏女。於蘇州木瀆為尼,忘其名,亦善於詩。別CC001n0001_p0262a07思云:「西淹雨未收,東淹風又作。留住綠簑衣,莫與篙師著。」
CC001n0001_p0262a08又性道,姓周名瓊,字羽步,一字飛卿,吳江人。少有才女俠士CC001n0001_p0262a09之目,後出家。詩名甚著,雖欲掩而不可得。如春居云:「小榻參差竹CC001n0001_p0262a10影斜,衡門芳草鎖煙霞。稜錚傲骨詩為友,淡泊禪心畫作家。暖日不CC001n0001_p0262a11須來燕子,春風爭肯逐桃花。凭闌細雨瀟瀟夜,慷慨悲歌撫鏌鋣。」
一四六、清滄州插花廟尼董尼傳
CC001n0001_p0263a02CC001n0001_p0263a03董尼,忘其名,住滄州插花廟。遇大士誕辰,潔治供具甫畢,忽CC001n0001_p0263a04覺神倦,隱几假寐。夢大士詔曰:「汝不獻供,我亦未嘗饑;汝即獻供,CC001n0001_p0263a05我亦不加飽。寺門外現有流民四五輩,乞食不得,困餓將殆。汝輟供CC001n0001_p0263a06具以飯之,所得功德,勝供我十倍也。」霍然驚醒,啟門出視,果然。CC001n0001_p0263a07自是每年撤供具,皆以施丐者,曰:「此菩薩意也。」
一四七、清無錫福慧庵尼嶽蓮傳
CC001n0001_p0264a02CC001n0001_p0264a03嶽蓮,一作淨蓮,俗姓王,號韻香,又號清微道人,無錫人。所CC001n0001_p0264a04居庵曰福慧雙修,書學靈飛經,秀骨天成。尤工畫蘭竹,多小幅,娟CC001n0001_p0264a05靜疏朗,別具風格。其自題畫蘭,有「塵外天然見標格,肯隨桃李嫁東CC001n0001_p0264a06風」之句。四方名流,咸以一見為幸。後為輕薄弟子所侮,雉經死,聞CC001n0001_p0264a07者傷之。
一四八、清鎮江某庵尼舒霞傳(附.悟清傳)
CC001n0001_p0265a02CC001n0001_p0265a03舒霞,京口人。生乾嘉時,所住庵不明,能詩。有甘露寺一首云:CC001n0001_p0265a04「鐵塔凌波起,南山隔岸浮。空香花乍雨,林逈竹先秋。室似鮫為室,CC001n0001_p0265a05樓疑蜃結樓。祕藏多梵筴,龍樹此曾遊。」與王碧雲女士善,往來倡CC001n0001_p0265a06和,碧雲贈云:「仙子傳來古雪篇,步虛聲裏絳雲仙。遙知靜對梅花月,CC001n0001_p0265a07鶴聽禪經立晚煙。」
CC001n0001_p0265a08時又有悟清者,揚州翁氏女。其姊雲卿為和希齋大司空側室,CC001n0001_p0265a09和歿後,雲卿殉節。時悟清年十五六,同在京師,親見其事。忽悟CC001n0001_p0265a10曰:「人生富貴功名,一死便了,又何必作葵藿之傾心、揚花之飄蕩耶?」CC001n0001_p0265a11乃慨然出京,相依京口駱佩香夫人,以守節自誓。清狀如男子,意氣CC001n0001_p0265a12豪放,善吹簫,能填詞,尤嫻騎射,上馬如飛。一時名公卿,皆敬其CC001n0001_p0265a13為人,有奇女子之目。後出家為尼,趙甌北先生有詩贈之。
一四九、清燕都靈官庵尼明本傳
CC001n0001_p0266a02CC001n0001_p0266a03明本,字東悟,姓陳氏,吳人也。父曰久康,母虞山高氏。嘗禱CC001n0001_p0266a04於神乞子,而生二女。神示兆曰:「此子足傳宗矣。」本生而聰穎,幼CC001n0001_p0266a05好讀書,性至孝。母篤信佛,故本矢志不字,託迹空門,挈養蒸蒸。CC001n0001_p0266a06久而彌敬,得法於維摩山,為費隱禪師四世法裔。嘗禮峨眉、游普陀、CC001n0001_p0266a07歷九華、朝五臺,四至京師。所止之處,如牟尼圓照,令人欽慕。于CC001n0001_p0266a08石林闢智林法苑,立淨業於塵埃之表。復卓錫燕都,齊化鄂外靈官庵,CC001n0001_p0266a09蒲團靜攝,間為吟詠以寫性真,或繪佛像、山水花卉藉資禪悅。CC001n0001_p0266a10而瀟灑活潑之致,時流露於楮墨,著有語錄南帙九卷,及鑒雲留跡CC001n0001_p0266a11諸集都十餘卷。其自題荊州寓庵、求畫西湖云:「移將江浙置荊州,咫CC001n0001_p0266a12尺西湖任所遊。神入妙時天地闊,意融通處水山優。雲煙每斂開林道,CC001n0001_p0266a13霞彩頻興擁殿樓。一帶芳隄春正好,三潭印月又堪秋。」又題智林莊CC001n0001_p0266a14嚴閣圖云:「融融麗日洞天幽,一種清華近寶樓。香篆去從朝彩接,白CC001n0001_p0266a15雲來自曉風收。泉流竹葉將成筏,霞復桐枝欲化虯。瑞氣滿峰花滿麓,CC001n0001_p0266a16直教斗室作神州。」乾隆庚午,輔國公如嵩庵,為作鑒雲錄銘。
一五〇、清滄州憩水井尼慧堅傳
CC001n0001_p0267a02CC001n0001_p0267a03慧堅,住滄州憩水井。戒律謹嚴,併糖不食,曰糖亦猪脂所點成CC001n0001_p0267a04也。不衣裘,曰寢皮與食肉同也。不衣綢絹,曰一尺之帛,千蠶之命CC001n0001_p0267a05也。供佛麵筋必自製,曰市中皆以足踏也。焚香必敲石取火,曰竈火CC001n0001_p0267a06不潔也。清齋一食,取足自給,不營營募化,不許婦女至其寺。而肯CC001n0001_p0267a07至人家,雖小家以粗糲為供,亦欣然往。不勸婦女布施,惟勸之存善CC001n0001_p0267a08心、作善事。說法直截了當,令人聞之意消。有一宦家婦,不見容於夫,CC001n0001_p0267a09鬱鬱將成心疾。性情乖剌,琴瑟愈不調。一日,詣寺叩問因果,堅曰:「吾CC001n0001_p0267a10非冥吏,不能稽配偶之籍也;亦非佛菩薩,不能照見三生也。然因CC001n0001_p0267a11緣之理,則吾知之矣:夫因緣無無故而合者也,大抵以恩合者必相歡,CC001n0001_p0267a12以怨結者必相忤。又有非恩非怨、亦恩亦怨者,必負欠使相取相償也,CC001n0001_p0267a13如是而已。爾之夫婦,其以怨結者乎?天所定也,非人也。雖然天CC001n0001_p0267a14定勝人,人定亦勝天。故釋迦立法,許人懺悔,但消爾勝心,戢爾傲CC001n0001_p0268a01氣,逆來順受,以情感而不以理爭;修爾內職,事翁姑以孝,處娣姒CC001n0001_p0268a02以和,待妾媵以恩,盡其在我而不問其在人,庶幾可以挽回乎!徒CC001n0001_p0268a03問往因無益也。」婦用其言,果相睦如初。又嘗出入紀文達公曉嵐之CC001n0001_p0268a04外祖張雪峰家,偶一僕婦以一布為施,堅熟視,識之曰:「布施須用己財,CC001n0001_p0268a05方為功德。宅中為失此布,笞小婢數人,佛豈受如此物耶。」婦以情CC001n0001_p0268a06告曰,初謂布有數十疋,未必一一細檢,做偶取其一。不料累人受捶CC001n0001_p0268a07楚,日相詛咒,心實不安,故布施求懺悔耳。堅擲還之,曰:「然則何CC001n0001_p0268a08不密送原處,人亦得白,汝亦自安耶?」後婦死數年,其弟子乃洩其CC001n0001_p0268a09事,故人得知之。乾隆甲戌乙亥間,年已七八十矣,忽過紀曉嵐家,CC001n0001_p0268a10云將詣燕京潭柘寺禮佛,為小尼受戒。曉嵐偶話前事,搖首曰:「實無CC001n0001_p0268a11此事,小妖尼饒舌耳。」曉嵐嘆其忠厚。臨行,索曉嵐題佛殿一額,曉CC001n0001_p0268a12嵐囑趙春磵代書,合掌曰:「誰書即乞題誰名,佛前勿作誑語。」為易CC001n0001_p0268a13趙名,乃持去。不知所終。

一五二、清杭州湖上老尼傳
CC001n0001_p0270a02CC001n0001_p0270a03湖上老尼,不詳其人。念佛誦經極虔謹,精嚴戒律。有道人每CC001n0001_p0270a04歲一來,來則劇談彌日,然後去。一日,尼預與道人約,待之不至。自言:CC001n0001_p0270a05「將逝,不得與此友別奈何?」復待數日,又不至。乃命人舁龕斷橋上,CC001n0001_p0270a06手執線香一枝,從容入龕,頃之火發,遂自焚,觀者如堵。至身已焦CC001n0001_p0270a07黑,念佛聲猶不絕云。
一五三、清蘇州圓通庵尼本印傳
CC001n0001_p0271a02CC001n0001_p0271a03本印,字松岐,吳縣人。幼多病,因發願出家。年二十五,父母CC001n0001_p0271a04送之城中圓通庵薙染,尋受具戒,別買屋數間以居,名曰觀幻。戒行CC001n0001_p0271a05潔清,勤修福業,歷諸名剎,供佛飯僧,回向淨土。乾隆四十五年八CC001n0001_p0271a06月,自九華歸,結期禮大悲懺。甫經二七,忽感微疾,曰:「吾生緣其盡CC001n0001_p0271a07乎?」遂輟懺,專持佛名。至十月初旬,臥牀七日,右脇西向,念佛無CC001n0001_p0271a08間。已而囑付後事畢,命其徒誦阿彌陀經,至三周,寂然而逝。
一五四、清蘇州白衣庵尼遂欽傳
CC001n0001_p0272a02CC001n0001_p0272a03遂欽,字越成,無錫人。九歲出家,稍長,遇一尼師激發,專持佛CC001n0001_p0272a04名,行住無間。尋住蘇州南園白衣庵,興復殿堂,念佛益切,年五十CC001n0001_p0272a05始受具戒。至五十五,其年三月,雞初鳴,召其徒曰:「吾將去矣。」徒CC001n0001_p0272a06曰:「師無他恙,何出此言?」因泣下。欽曰:「癡人!哭我何益?認CC001n0001_p0272a07真念佛可爾。」遂趺坐西向,同稱佛名,盡炷香乃逝,事在乾隆五十CC001n0001_p0272a08三年。
一五五、清蘇州圓通庵尼律宗傳
CC001n0001_p0273a02CC001n0001_p0273a03律宗,字聖可,嘉定人。三歲失母,其祖母攜至蘇城圓通庵,尋CC001n0001_p0273a04薙染受具戒。少好禮佛,長誦法華經,苦不能解義,因詣金山及杭州CC001n0001_p0273a05崇福,參究累冬。歸而專修淨業,屢詣諸名山供佛飯僧。年五十三,得咳CC001n0001_p0273a06疾,遂閉關不出,以西方為期。至年六十四正月朔,集諸緇白,同CC001n0001_p0273a07稱佛名。至日昃,顧諸左右,勸勉修行,語劇苦切。尋舉手稱西方極樂世CC001n0001_p0273a08界,大慈大悲,阿彌陀佛,如是者三,趺坐而逝。蓮華香滿室中,事CC001n0001_p0273a09在乾隆五十五年。
一五六、清蘇州崇佛庵尼佛琦傳(附.祖潔傳)
CC001n0001_p0274a02CC001n0001_p0274a03佛琦,字見琳,長洲人。自少不願有家,既長,其母送閭門外雨CC001n0001_p0274a04華庵薙染,尋受具戒。已而受城中崇佛庵尼道堅囑付,繼為庵主。募CC001n0001_p0274a05金千餘兩,造西方三聖旃檀像高八尺,歲結七日期場,集淨行僧為CC001n0001_p0274a06念佛會。歷諸名山,供佛飯僧,為常州天寧寺置田三十畝。晚而專修淨CC001n0001_p0274a07業,將逝前三日,見菩薩現身,兩童子侍,或言聞菊花香。琦曰:「此CC001n0001_p0274a08青蓮華香也。」乾隆五十六年八月晦,有近事女問疾,琦令扶起,集CC001n0001_p0274a09眾焚香,稱佛可二千聲,遂逝。其徒祖潔,字蓮芳,祖松字柏庭,祖淨字CC001n0001_p0274a10慧通,祖徹字智達,俱能不替其業。祖潔參天寧淨德禪師,淨德示偈CC001n0001_p0274a11曰:「塵凡超出豈尋常?一朵優曇鉢裏香。華藏海中何異此,普天匝天CC001n0001_p0274a12盡芬芳。」後目擊其師琦公往生事迹,遂亦深信發願,念佛無間。年CC001n0001_p0274a13三十餘得疾,念力益堅,臨終亦正念分明,面西趺坐合掌而逝。事在CC001n0001_p0274a14嘉慶十三年。
一五七、清金陵慈恩庵尼慧照傳
CC001n0001_p0275a02CC001n0001_p0275a03慧照,壽春陳氏女,梁學文室,奉翁姑甚孝。初姑有病,慧照焚CC001n0001_p0275a04香誓神,割股和藥煎湯以進,姑病遂愈。尋孀居,日工紡織,其長子CC001n0001_p0275a05有宿根,求出家,許之。依師勝音祝髮,名悟成,字方聚,後成大善CC001n0001_p0275a06知識,住金陵封崇。乃迎慧照至慈恩庵,奉養無缺。既得浩清律師開CC001n0001_p0275a07示,隨生歡喜,發心出家,稟受大戒。晝夜念佛,無得間斷,至睡夢中CC001n0001_p0275a08猶出聲念佛,庵眾皆歎服,敬之如神。時方聚遷主揚州高旻,慧照獨CC001n0001_p0275a09居慈恩甚安。倏越五載,方遙依封崇安居,七日作法。前兩日,在封崇CC001n0001_p0275a10作法,晏然無恙;忽然第三日,西向念佛坐逝。世壽六十有九,乃嘉慶CC001n0001_p0275a11十三年也。方聚遵遺命荼毗,送靈骨歸江,留衣鉢分建二塔:一建於CC001n0001_p0275a12金陵鳳臺門外皇姑庵後山,一建於維揚朴蜀鎮南。
一五八、清嘉善淨池庵尼朗然傳
CC001n0001_p0276a02CC001n0001_p0276a03朗然,姓沈,嘉善人。年十八,見嫂氏產難之苦,自誓不字,求父CC001n0001_p0276a04母出家於邑之陶莊淨池庵。專志淨土,行持既久,閒忙無間。嘉慶十CC001n0001_p0276a05三年,謂其徒福緣曰:「吾三月中已三夢寶池,跏趺華中,往生有分矣。CC001n0001_p0276a06汝當篤志念佛,自然水到渠成,功不唐捐,慎毋錯過。」至三月念五CC001n0001_p0276a07日,無疾坐脫,年七十一。
一五九、清湖州廣嚴庵尼妙成傳
CC001n0001_p0277a02CC001n0001_p0277a03妙成,湖州菰城何氏女。生有慧性,髫年即容止端莊,不同常兒。CC001n0001_p0277a04母故奉佛,每見母舉佛號,便合掌相和。年二十一,適同里王生,未CC001n0001_p0277a05半載,夫亡。翁亦信心念佛,顧家貧,成勤紡績,以供菽水。朝暮則誦華CC001n0001_p0277a06嚴、持佛號為常課,如是十餘年。後翁出家為僧,姑繼亡。成亦投本城CC001n0001_p0277a07北門外廣嚴庵為尼,旋受具戒。持守嚴恪,益專志誦經念佛,甘棲淡CC001n0001_p0277a08泊,絕意攀援。嘉慶十九年示微疾,語侍者曰:「吾生緣已盡,後三日CC001n0001_p0277a09當西去。若輩幸自努力修持,或有見期,勿忘吾言。」至第三日,正CC001n0001_p0277a10趺坐誦佛,忽舉首曰:「接引佛已到,吾行矣。」即瞑目而化,年四十CC001n0001_p0277a11七。
一六〇、清蘇州慈雲庵尼清月傳
CC001n0001_p0278a02CC001n0001_p0278a03清月,無錫人,居吳門慈雲庵。日誦彌陀經百遍、往生咒三百遍為常CC001n0001_p0278a04課,雖寒暑不怠。嘉慶丙子春,恭詣育王禮塔,朝覲舍利,跪而觀之,仰CC001n0001_p0278a05見鐘內涌出一珠,色若青金寶石,瑩淨明亮。或謂白色最勝,復稽首懇切,CC001n0001_p0278a06求示瑞相,越七晝夜。至第七日侵晨,焚香頂禮,胡跪合掌,一心諦觀。CC001n0001_p0278a07但見鐘內青光寶珠,如前而大,其青珠上,復綴一白珠,色若硨磲,大如CC001n0001_p0278a08荳。自謂:「『青色青光,白色白光』,經中佛說如是,決定無疑矣。」
CC001n0001_p0278a09又往天台山齋五百羅漢,自華頂拜經臺至上方廣曇華亭,隨路進香,CC001n0001_p0278a10途中默誦阿彌陀經「如是我聞,至皆是大阿羅漢,眾所知識」,忽於山嶴中突CC001n0001_p0278a11出五六僧,衣服雜色如常人,逆走而來。將近前,月鞠躬合掌敬禮,舉首CC001n0001_p0278a12欲有所問。視之,已失所在,佇立四顧瞻望,乃見六僧在於高峰崖畔,騰空CC001n0001_p0278a13入雲林深處。於時同行香客十數人,皆無所見,惟清月一人目睹聖眾,由CC001n0001_p0278a14其一念精誠之所感也。
一六一、清秀州草庵尼道乾傳
CC001n0001_p0279a02CC001n0001_p0279a03道乾,字世禪,嘉禾雙溪陳氏女。年十七,出家於秀州之蘿庵,CC001n0001_p0279a04喜清淨自居。看古德機緣,遂發明向上志。圓具後,詣天台國清寺參CC001n0001_p0279a05寶林珍公,見時便問:「如何是大人相?」珍曰:「待汝除卻五障來,即向汝CC001n0001_p0279a06道。」乾曰:「與麼則瞞和尚去也。」珍曰:「汝那裏學得這虛頭來?」CC001n0001_p0279a07乾不覺汗流浹背,便禮拜。珍復問曰:「如何是大人相?」乾展兩手示CC001n0001_p0279a08之。珍公印可,旋授衣拂。乾既得旨,罷參,住南湖之草庵。庵破敗不CC001n0001_p0279a09堪,處之宴如也。操履真實,順逆一如,平居一字一禮,三轉華嚴,CC001n0001_p0279a10課大般若經數十部。由是道風遠著,施者雲集,次第建諸殿堂。其庵CC001n0001_p0279a11居偈曰:「學道殷勤年復年,從今不著有無邊。歸家莫便家中坐,好為CC001n0001_p0279a12人耕劫外田。」又於庵中設念佛堂,晝夜魚聲不絕者,垂四十年。嘉CC001n0001_p0279a13慶二十五年冬,示微疾。十一月十一日,謂其徒曰:「吾明日寅時當去CC001n0001_p0279a14矣。」至時說偈曰:「八十八年,無貪無戀。歸去來兮,水清月現。」CC001n0001_p0279a15命眾同聲念佛,吉祥而逝。
一六二、清寧國蘭若庵尼傳
CC001n0001_p0280a02CC001n0001_p0280a03蘭若庵尼,失其名,姓陳,寧國郡西世家女。西禪寺僧某,未出CC001n0001_p0280a04家時聘為室,後某棄家為僧,尼亦出家於三乘庵,旋移居蘭若。日則CC001n0001_p0280a05隨眾苦作,夜則獨坐念佛,性甘淡泊。其兄時遺衣食,卒乃卻之曰:「我CC001n0001_p0280a06既出家,若常與在家昆季往還,仍如未出家矣。」後念佛坐化,時當CC001n0001_p0280a07酷暑,七日肉身不腐。
一六三、清華亭吉祥庵尼道悟傳(附.文信、見心、禪學傳)
CC001n0001_p0281a02CC001n0001_p0281a03道悟,字慧心,姓汪,松江華亭人。早喪父,寡兄弟,與祖母、母CC001n0001_p0281a04氏同居家,甚貧。守貞不字,已而投吉祥庵出家,旋詣地藏院受具戒,CC001n0001_p0281a05念佛精進。道光十三年六月,母氏念佛而逝。七月,祖母亦逝。悟於八CC001n0001_p0281a06月五日,請戒師道生和尚告曰:「大事了畢,吾欲西歸,懇置龕一具。」CC001n0001_p0281a07明日,邀眾念佛一天,以為助緣。是晚,香湯澡浴,及旦,集眾念佛一永日。CC001n0001_p0281a08至夜,告曰:「佛來接引矣。」跏趺而逝。文信,字芳本,姓劉。道光間CC001n0001_p0281a09住南海檀度庵,梵行清嚴,工山水,學石濤,極蒼莽之至。見心,毗CC001n0001_p0281a10陵人,居趙庵。善畫梅,人亦閒雅。禪學,毗陵人,亦居趙庵。性聰CC001n0001_p0281a11慧,善畫竹,喜吟咏。
一六四、清泰州姜堰觀音庵尼悟真傳(附.修淨傳)
CC001n0001_p0282a02CC001n0001_p0282a03悟真,泰州姜堰邵家巷人。歸陳氏,幼年早寡,族業蕭條,親舊亦復CC001n0001_p0282a04乏人,煢煢孑立,身世悽然。因而發憤曰:「家務煩重,必受牢籠之困;CC001n0001_p0282a05子孫眾多,徒增牛馬之勞。余今孤苦零丁,形單影隻,若以世情論之,未免CC001n0001_p0282a06堪哀;若以佛法論之,正是大幸。聞之古人,尚有割愛辭親,到處訪道尋師,CC001n0001_p0282a07以冀了脫生死大事者。余則無愛可割,無親可辭,不離本位,即是道場。CC001n0001_p0282a08又何苦效彼愚婦之行,終日作無益之悲感,而自戕其軀哉。」乃改家宅為CC001n0001_p0282a09庵號曰觀音,投師披剃,現愛道相。從此晨鐘夕梵,精修苦行,杜門卻CC001n0001_p0282a10掃,無罣無礙。久之,道聲傳播,感發人心。有袁氏女,向慕其志,為之CC001n0001_p0282a11歸依,命名修淨。此後法門得伴,辦道愈勤。雖糲食粗衣,而自饒餘樂。CC001n0001_p0282a12積數十年熏修,檀信所貽甚厚,但終不肯積蓄,以長戒垢。盡傾其篋,為CC001n0001_p0282a13常住裝修殿宇,購置田產,使萬年香火,有所攸賴。晚年,續得廣如、文元CC001n0001_p0282a14諸孫曾輩相繼來依,皆能恪守清規,恢煌廟貌。州主李國瑞曾為垂示勒CC001n0001_p0282a15石,以資保護;更獎以匾額,用為尼眾之勸云。真示寂年月不詳。
一六五、清泰州泰山行宮尼福海傳(附.慧傳傳)
CC001n0001_p0283a02CC001n0001_p0283a03福海,字恆修,泰州姜堰張氏女。宿植德本,早脫塵凡,善於化CC001n0001_p0283a04導,閨閫靡然從風。足跡不止一境,所過皆成寶坊,前後凡興復十五CC001n0001_p0283a05伽藍,住州城泰山行宮尤久。初,行宮管理無人,荒廢不堪。及海受請CC001n0001_p0283a06司職,改造殿宇,添建群房,拂去几案之塵,重續長明之焰。宮中原CC001n0001_p0283a07有之田,僅伍拾畝零伍分,至此陸續感得善信朱成志、朱永年各施CC001n0001_p0283a08草荒田陸拾畝,朱藎臣施田玖畝,朱曹氏施田拾玖畝。並於宮內開井CC001n0001_p0283a09一口,以利汲引。又置法器什物多件,凡利眾助道之具,可謂無所不CC001n0001_p0283a10備。晚以其家付徒慧傳接住,自則恬退靜修,歸心安養。州守李國瑞CC001n0001_p0283a11高其風範,題「悟徹修清」四字旌之。道光十五年三月十三日子時示CC001n0001_p0283a12寂,世壽六十六歲。歸依弟子多眾,悲夫津梁頓失,楷範猶存,思欲CC001n0001_p0283a13矜式將來,轉移後世,特命匠肖其像於祖堂。
一六六、清蘇州某庵尼量海傳
CC001n0001_p0284a02CC001n0001_p0284a03量海,名如德,以字行,蘇州人,住持某庵。多親知識,博通教CC001n0001_p0284a04乘,融合禪淨,接引方來。嘗於寧波育王塔前燃指供佛,發願弘深。CC001n0001_p0284a05見當時尼界不振,特致感慨,揮筆為警眾語一篇,披肝瀝膽,勉CC001n0001_p0284a06勵有加。其文曰:「華嚴以人中師子比佛,五十三善知識,獨一比丘尼,CC001n0001_p0284a07以師子為號。可知威神卓越,成就佛心,不以比丘尼而遂弱也。我等CC001n0001_p0284a08墮在僧數,毀形割愛,違親去里,為何事乎?實因『生死事大,無常迅CC001n0001_p0284a09速』一句,了然斷盡輪迴惡境而已。若為名利榮耀,稱心快樂,非出家CC001n0001_p0284a10之本志矣。今之出家人,一經剃落,便自高狂,不了自心,受人禮敬,CC001n0001_p0284a11如斯行止,難報四恩。徒入空門,將何憑恃?況乃人身難得,佛法難CC001n0001_p0284a12聞。已得已聞,又復錯過,袈裟下不明此事,苦無極矣!且今日大比CC001n0001_p0284a13丘僧還有諸方叢林,禪堂規策,堂頭長老,開示熏聞,雖自迷昧,漸CC001n0001_p0284a14得明通。我輩比丘尼眾,都無此也,終日喧喧,逐色隨聲,向外馳求,CC001n0001_p0285a01未嘗返省。為師不教,為徒不學,光陰可惜,剎那一生;荏苒人間,CC001n0001_p0285a02而無所益。夫女人出家,當棄女人之習,發勝妙之種,尊重高僧。猛CC001n0001_p0285a03入佛法。心懺悔,念清涼,深發大悲心,全行解脫事,方得十方矜式,CC001n0001_p0285a04四眾環興。伏望諸賢,及早立志,己事未明,他事莫理,專心一處,CC001n0001_p0285a05不了不休。然此一事,人人本具,各各現成。所以心源未暢,逐境飄CC001n0001_p0285a06馳,實因終日在妄想影子裏作活計,不得真實受用也。無論念佛參CC001n0001_p0285a07禪,總要將我等歷劫以來愛習、愛種次第拔出,一時破盡,方有下手CC001n0001_p0285a08處。終日一行,習氣若發,自家斷之,還歸一行。一行功深於靜細CC001n0001_p0285a09中,照見種子,還以一行除之。一行有力,愛種自枯,即永絕眾生心累CC001n0001_p0285a10也。然一行不論禪淨,總是孤炯炯地,十二時中,更無一事。十二時CC001n0001_p0285a11中,常若有事,方是修也,斷不可一念涉入名聞利養也。所謂神尼,不CC001n0001_p0285a12待現通說法,但禪淨二宗,或單修一行,或並作一行。各人手眼隨CC001n0001_p0285a13力修之,親近善知識,思惟了義教,於一切法,心心平等。如是用功CC001n0001_p0285a14者,得力而省力,即神尼也。何以故?直截下手,未曾自欺也。師子CC001n0001_p0286a01搏虎用全力,師子搏兔用全力。有人問:用何等力?古人云:不欺之力。CC001n0001_p0286a02果能不欺,則十二時中,本光常住,勤修一行,頓顯本來矣。靈山會CC001n0001_p0286a03上,六十比丘尼未受成佛之記,龍女一出,大眾皆興。故六十比丘尼,CC001n0001_p0286a04近作法師,遠階佛位。然在師子一頻申,則已五十三位具足,尼不自CC001n0001_p0286a05弱,則法界本無遠近也。何不痛念出家時一場甘苦,猛就大法,學師CC001n0001_p0286a06子頻申,脫盡諸女人境界乎!清規束身,神明自遠,勿甘碌碌,是我真CC001n0001_p0286a07眷屬矣!」咸豐間,粵賊飆起,量海避兵,有惡疾。人曰:「既是大修行CC001n0001_p0286a08人,何故有此惡疾?」答曰:「此一一波羅蜜,非汝所知也。」臨終時,CC001n0001_p0286a09徹夜呼近事女姚古明之名。既卒,人以告古明,古明曰:「此時真喫緊CC001n0001_p0286a10念佛未遑,豈遑念余哉?」足徵其閒暇優逸也。所著影響集一卷,CC001n0001_p0286a11入續藏。
一六七、清寧波青蓮庵尼明恆傳
CC001n0001_p0287a02CC001n0001_p0287a03明恆,先為優婆夷,住寧波鄉之青蓮庵,專修淨土。因病,遂薙髮CC001n0001_p0287a04念淨土。堂未曾完工,病中每抱遺憾,有妙理法師者,示之曰:「世事未CC001n0001_p0287a05了有人替,汝生死事未了無人替。汝今宜放下,一心歸命矣。」又有CC001n0001_p0287a06式教大師者,亦時來警策,遂默受善誡,妄想芟除。一日,晨朝,忽謂CC001n0001_p0287a07大眾曰:「今日巳時可行。」或問曰:「巳時向那里行?」曰:「汝豈不CC001n0001_p0287a08知西行?」至巳刻,果安然坐化。
一六八、清黃安綠波庵尼人稀傳
CC001n0001_p0288a02CC001n0001_p0288a03人稀,黃安人,通文墨書翰。年二十餘而寡,苦節數年,事姑極CC001n0001_p0288a04孝。既削髮為尼,道念甚堅,募建綠波庵,朝夕誦經,時端身正坐,CC001n0001_p0288a05如對佛天。即平居自檢,亦極嚴肅,規行矩步,不肯稍縱。以姑老,仍CC001n0001_p0288a06迎養庵中,並勸勤持佛號,作生西資糧,不可放失餘景,致成貽誤。CC001n0001_p0288a07咸豐間,粵賊至,肩負姑以逃。賊徧焚民居,庵竟不燬。亂定,行持愈CC001n0001_p0288a08切。姑先逝,料理喪葬後,無事不輕踰閫,人有叩訪者,應酬祇數言,CC001n0001_p0288a09多則不答。後年垂八十,始化。
一六九、清泰州曲塘報本庵尼素文傳
CC001n0001_p0289a02CC001n0001_p0289a03素文,名心一,以字行泰州曲塘裴氏女。在襁褓時,不食葷辛,CC001n0001_p0289a04父母鍾愛,因而一家茹素。年及笄,將納婿,文閉戶數日不出,父母CC001n0001_p0289a05難之,遂止。一日,屈膝合掌告父母曰:「女前身為僧,受汝供養,以情緣CC001n0001_p0289a06故,投生為女。今不願適人,放我出家。」其父永度因無嗣,唯一女,CC001n0001_p0289a07不忍捨,乃改宅為報本庵,文遂削髮為尼。既而,勸父母受戒,同修淨CC001n0001_p0289a08行。嘗聞寧波育王舍利靈應,與父母共詣鄮山,設供營齋,請塔令父CC001n0001_p0289a09觀之。見鐘內懸一珠,色如硨磲,大如荳。又令母觀之,見一物黑似CC001n0001_p0289a10炭,知為業障所結。文即於塔前然指,為母求懺。詰旦,復令觀之,乃CC001n0001_p0289a11見鐘內綴金珠一顆,大如梧子,旁綴一白珠如椒粒。文自見鐘內懸一CC001n0001_p0289a12珠,如水晶,大如彈丸,光明如鏡。旋至普陀梵音洞,瞻禮大士,又見CC001n0001_p0289a13好相。既歸,一意念佛。後其父臨終遺命火化,灰燼中獲舍利數十CC001n0001_p0289a14粒,其母尋亦念佛而逝。文善翰墨才高識遠,不泥近跡,常念女人多CC001n0001_p0290a01障,身縱出家,難光祖道。遂革庵為僧,收青年驅烏數人,督課甚嚴。CC001n0001_p0290a02既長,使之參學叢林,率皆成材而歸。將示寂,召諸僧謂曰:「勿圖我像,CC001n0001_p0290a03勿立我位,我愛道也。是庵既歸汝等,即以汝等為始。汝等能顧庵之CC001n0001_p0290a04名,各發勝心,多行利濟,則四恩總報,三有均資。能如是,我願已CC001n0001_p0290a05足,他何求焉?」言已而寂,時年八十九,同治某年二月初四日也。
一七〇、清武進大成庵尼青蓮傳
CC001n0001_p0291a02CC001n0001_p0291a03青蓮,武進西郊某姓婦。青年祝髮於大成庵,精修梵行,為遠近CC001n0001_p0291a04善信所欽敬。咸豐十年,賊陷常州,尼著袈裟禮佛,投入庵前池中。CC001n0001_p0291a05及賊至,則庵村悉成焦土。越數日,有汪、邵二公潛歸探視,見尼CC001n0001_p0291a06屍浮於池。二公仰其懿德清操,待夜深,出其屍,橐葬於庵之基。越CC001n0001_p0291a07十有六年,光緒改元,邑人唐駝之父恂之公棄世,駝母鄒恭人羅掘CC001n0001_p0291a08數十千購其葬所,乃當日大成庵基。村人欲賣地,偷將尼骨埋於所購CC001n0001_p0291a09之墳地內,堆一小塚。鄒恭人詳究由來,不惟不以為嫌,且頗生敬仰,CC001n0001_p0291a10每祭掃率駝兄弟兼祭尼墳。至光緒二十八年,鄒恭人亦棄世,遂與恂CC001n0001_p0291a11之公合葬。而駝兄弟服職外方,二十餘年,未共祭掃。迨民國十年,CC001n0001_p0291a12駝兄辭官歸里,駝亦由滬回常,相偕祭掃,求尼墳而不得。問其地主,CC001n0001_p0291a13云:「以不便耕種,乃移於桑田中矣。」駝與其兄光盛議曰:「現尚知此尼之CC001n0001_p0291a14德,故有保護之念,若不設法,後難免夷墓暴骨之慘。況汪、邵二公CC001n0001_p0292a01冒險而偷葬,吾母率吾兄弟年年致祭。若置之不理,不但有愧於汪、CC001n0001_p0292a02邵二公,且大得罪於吾母。我等何可抱此遺憾?」乃擇吉移葬於其父CC001n0001_p0292a03母之塋。又為建一石塔,大書大成庵青蓮尼師之塔,題其後曰:「尼服CC001n0001_p0292a04袈裟殉難,其志行可想。特遷遺骨葬我父母塋內,唯願世人共相保護CC001n0001_p0292a05之。」駝之意:子孫或有遷徙及與斷絕,欲為久遠之計,非求世人保護CC001n0001_p0292a06不可。有以不合宜諫者,駝曰:「此尼乃佛門真修行僧,生為遠近所景CC001n0001_p0292a07仰。賊欲來而服袈裟以自溺,與古之仁人義士相去何遠?況吾父母素CC001n0001_p0292a08所欽佩,俾吾兄弟致祭,今葬我父母塋內,如請高僧於家供養,有何CC001n0001_p0292a09不可?又此尼具此懿德清操,或已超凡入聖,使吾父母常得親近,當CC001n0001_p0292a10可蒙其慈力,即得高超三界,託質九蓮。以故吾宗吾母之意,而樂為之。」CC001n0001_p0292a11駝又持衣鉤,徧求名人為之題讚,印光法師撰唐氏先塋附青蓮尼塔發CC001n0001_p0292a12隱,詳紀其事。
一七一、清高郵觀音庵尼本蓮傳(附.緒修傳)
CC001n0001_p0293a02CC001n0001_p0293a03本蓮,字理明,秦郵人,俗姓管。幼茹素,依小教場觀音庵緒修CC001n0001_p0293a04上人出家。及長,受戒於乾明寺。歸則佐師襄理庵務,性甚慈和,善忍CC001n0001_p0293a05辱,強憐兇惡,多受其感化。每日作務之餘,密持大悲咒、楞嚴咒心、CC001n0001_p0293a06彌陀聖號以為恆課,緒修極愛重之。時宛平紅螺山瑞安法師為州CC001n0001_p0293a07牧魏默深所信敬,促錫來郵,創建永清蓮社。修於六齋課畢,即入方CC001n0001_p0293a08丈問道,或移晷而後出。輕薄者造蜚語,謂與瑞公有染。修無以自明,CC001n0001_p0293a09對佛立誓曰:「我坐脫必以六月,露尸五日,必不腐臭。若不然者,我CC001n0001_p0293a10即有玷清規,非佛弟子。」後果於盛夏圓寂,坐尸五日,面目如生,CC001n0001_p0293a11酷暑蒸騰,毫無穢氣。五日中,瞻仰膜拜者恆數百人,無不嗟歎驚CC001n0001_p0293a12異,前疑盡釋。蓮自師寂後,益勵苦行,精進無間,省節餘貲,購室CC001n0001_p0293a13西屠肆,建佛堂七間,從此不聞半夜悲聲。蓮嘗在佛前發願,弟子逝CC001n0001_p0293a14後,願幻軀不腐,留勸後學。光緒八年八月二十日示寂,其徒奉龕三CC001n0001_p0294a01載,循例荼毘,舉火一晝夜,龕頂未焦,起視則端坐如生。遐邇爭瞻,CC001n0001_p0294a02靡不敬異,爰擬裝金以留聖蹟。時楚南陳清泰督水師駐秦,輸金倡CC001n0001_p0294a03首,州人丁逢辰襄蕆是舉。工既竣,飾以木冠。城東有管嫗,素與蓮CC001n0001_p0294a04善,夢蓮苦冠壓首,乞易去。亟詣驗,果然。遂訂冬則紙冠,夏則科首。CC001n0001_p0294a05淮山孫硯畬撰碑誌之。
一七二、清昆明永樂庵尼清法傳
CC001n0001_p0295a02CC001n0001_p0295a03清法,字寶月,於昆明永樂庵披剃。自幼精持戒律,閉關拜華嚴CC001n0001_p0295a04經一部,一字一拜。晨昏扣鐘,利濟幽冥,五易寒暑,中宵不輟。晚CC001n0001_p0295a05歲專修淨土,臨寂誦佛坐化,咸豐元年也,世壽七十三。
一七三、清長沙鐵罏寺靈一傳
CC001n0001_p0296a02CC001n0001_p0296a03靈一,長沙吳氏女,幼有善念,不食腥血。年二十一,剃髮於縣CC001n0001_p0296a04中鐵罏寺,未幾,受具於南嶽祝聖。精持律行,日誦金剛、彌陀諸經,CC001n0001_p0296a05晚禮佛百拜,誦佛萬聲,以為常課。至光緒二十七年辛丑,自知日至,CC001n0001_p0296a06如期坐化。末後一偈,有「直往西天九品蓮」之句。
