CC001n0001_p0173a06CC001n0001_p0173a07舍藍藍,高昌人,其地隸北庭,風尚好佛,故為苾芻者多。太祖CC001n0001_p0173a08皇帝龍飛漠北,其王率所部以從,帝嘉其義,處之諸國君長之上,待CC001n0001_p0173a09以子壻之禮。海都之叛,國人南徙,師始八歲,從其親至京師,入侍CC001n0001_p0173a10中宮。真懿順聖皇后愛其明敏,恩顧尤厚。成宗之世,事皇太后於CC001n0001_p0173a11西宮。以侍從之久,勤勞之多,詔禮帝師迦羅斯巴幹即兒為師,薙染CC001n0001_p0173a12為尼。服用之物,皆取給於官。又眡宮官例,繼以既廩。武宗繼統,CC001n0001_p0173a13仁宗以太弟監國,師朝夕於太后之側,入而侍,出而從,所言必聽,CC001n0001_p0173a14所諫必從,睠寵之隆,猶子姪焉。內而妃主,外而王公,皆敬以師禮,CC001n0001_p0174a01稱曰八哈石。北人之稱八哈石,猶漢人之稱師也。仁宗之世,師以桑CC001n0001_p0174a02榆晚景,自謂出入宮掖數十餘年,凡歷四朝事三后,寵榮兼至,志願CC001n0001_p0174a03足矣。數請靜退,居於宮外,求至道以酬罔極。太后弗聽,力辭弗已,CC001n0001_p0174a04詔居妙善寺,以時入見。賜予之物,不可勝紀。師以其物,剏寺於京CC001n0001_p0174a05師曰妙善,又建寺於臺山曰普明,各置佛經一藏,恆業有差。又以黃CC001n0001_p0174a06金繕寫番字藏經般若八千頌,五護陀羅尼十餘部,及漢字華嚴、楞嚴,CC001n0001_p0174a07畏元字法華、金光明等經二部。又於西山重修龍泉寺,建層閣於蓮池,CC001n0001_p0174a08於吐蕃五大寺,高昌國栴檀佛寺,京師萬安寺等,皆貯鈔幣以給然CC001n0001_p0174a09燈續明之費。又製僧伽黎衣數百,施番、漢諸國之僧,其書寫佛經,凡CC001n0001_p0174a10用金數萬兩,剏寺施捨所用幣以萬計。其積而能散,施予不吝,期積CC001n0001_p0174a11福於來生,必至於地者,皆人所不能也。英宗之明,以其有靜退之高,CC001n0001_p0174a12眷遇尤至,每稱之賢,以為知幾。文宗即位,皇太后居中宮,以皇妣CC001n0001_p0174a13魯國太長公主愛重於師,有兄弟之義,尤加敬焉。至順三年二月廿一CC001n0001_p0174a14日歿,年六十四,葬南城之陽,賜號真淨大師。
六七、元桐鄉福壽寺尼文鑑傳
CC001n0001_p0175a02CC001n0001_p0175a03文鑑,字古心,姓濮氏,桐鄉人,先世以資雄於鄉。生具宿根,CC001n0001_p0175a04不樂處俗,十四歲即斷葷穢,禮廣福淨妙禪師為嗣。復參天目中峰本CC001n0001_p0175a05公,朝暮請益,悟明大法。即於濮鎮建大剎,請於朝,勅賜福壽禪寺,CC001n0001_p0175a06仍住持廣福寺。兩處開堂,廣接來學。說法語意平實,聞者易解。至CC001n0001_p0175a07治庚午歸福壽坐化。
六八、元紹興大慶庵尼智悟傳
CC001n0001_p0176a02CC001n0001_p0176a03智悟,字了庵,福州王氏女。幼孤,年十一,白母願出家。因誦CC001n0001_p0176a04維摩經至「諸佛國土,亦復皆空」,豁然頓悟。往參福州雪峰北山CC001n0001_p0176a05信公,信問曰:「上座甚麼處住?」師曰:「不住南臺江邊。」信曰:「畢CC001n0001_p0176a06竟住在甚麼處?」師不審,便行。信叱曰:「走作甚麼?合喫山僧手中CC001n0001_p0176a07棒。」師面熱汗下。次日,復往請益曰:「某甲昨日祇對和尚,有甚麼過?」CC001n0001_p0176a08信厲聲曰:「更來者裏覓過在!」師釋然曰:「月明照見夜行人。」信CC001n0001_p0176a09顧旁僧曰:「看渠根器不凡。」遂印以偈,有「相逢若問其中事,風攪螺CC001n0001_p0176a10江浪拍天」之句。後住紹興大慶庵,上堂:「天垂十二闌干角,風滿CC001n0001_p0176a11三千世界中;熱惱變成清淨境,禪心頓覺悟真空。」靠拄杖,「有甚共CC001n0001_p0176a12語處?」上堂:「大陽門下,日日三秋;明月堂前,時時九夏。古人怎麼CC001n0001_p0176a13道,未免坐在者裏。大慶即不然,山轉疑無路,溪回別有村。」上堂:CC001n0001_p0176a14「柳絮飄風,杏華沐雨,好箇生機,快須薦取!」以拂子擊禪牀曰:「咄!CC001n0001_p0176a15三十年後,不得錯舉。」
六九、元黃巖接待庵尼覺真傳
CC001n0001_p0177a02CC001n0001_p0177a03覺真,號竺心,黃巖濠頭丁氏安人也。初見絕田耕於委羽山,有省CC001n0001_p0177a04入,遂棄家築室自居。復參涌泉古愚,泉曰:「良家子女,東奔西走作CC001n0001_p0177a05麼?」真曰:「特來拜和尚。」泉曰:「者裏容你不得。」真乃拍手一CC001n0001_p0177a06下,曰:「三十年用底,今朝捉敗。」泉便休去。往鴈山春雨庵謁無際,CC001n0001_p0177a07纔入門,便曰:「春雨如膏,行人惡見泥濘。」際曰:「不是,不是。」CC001n0001_p0177a08真擬進語,被際喝出。晚年,就邑中明因寺側開接待,一僧提包笠直入CC001n0001_p0177a09臥內,真問:「是甚麼?」僧曰:「行腳僧。」真遽指其足曰:「草鞋𦄍斷,CC001n0001_p0177a10為甚不知?」僧無語,真便將包笠擲出,曰:「者裏無汝措足處。」一日,CC001n0001_p0177a11明因奎禪師相看,真曰:「聞說長老夜來生得兒子,是否?」明曰:「且CC001n0001_p0177a12道是男是女?」真曰:「雞銜燈盞走,鼈齩釣魚竿。」
七〇、元燕京藥師庵尼性悅傳
CC001n0001_p0178a02CC001n0001_p0178a03性悅,蒙古人,姓高麗氏,為中書平章闊闊歹之側室,有賢行。CC001n0001_p0178a04平章死,誓不貳適。正室子拜馬朶兒赤說其色,欲妻之而不可得,乃CC001n0001_p0178a05以其父所有大答納環子獻於太師伯顏,此物蓋伯顏所屬意者。伯顏CC001n0001_p0178a06喜問所欲,遂白前事。伯顏特為奏聞,奉旨命拜馬朶兒赤收繼小母高CC001n0001_p0178a07麗氏。高麗氏夜與親母踰垣而出,投藥師庵削髮為尼。伯顏怒,以為CC001n0001_p0178a08故違聖旨。拜奏命省臺,洎侍正府官鞫問,諸官奉命惟謹,鍛鍊備極慘CC001n0001_p0178a09酷。性悅無他言,惟持觀音聖號不絕口,速求其死。時國公闊里吉思CC001n0001_p0178a10於鞫問官中獨秉權力,侍正府都事帖木兒不花數致語曰:「誰無妻子?CC001n0001_p0178a11安能相守至死!得有如此守節者,莫大之幸。而反坐以罪,恐非我CC001n0001_p0178a12治朝之盛典也。」國公悟,為言於伯顏之前,宛曲解釋,其事遂已。性CC001n0001_p0178a13悅自慶更生,堅發道意,奉大士尤虔。凡蔬果糖餞,必先至誠獻供,CC001n0001_p0178a14而後始食。年垂七十,入寂。
七一、元杭州西天目山尼普貴傳
CC001n0001_p0179a02CC001n0001_p0179a03普貴,字無為。因夫主忠愍公使日本,死於王事,即盛年斷髮為CC001n0001_p0179a04尼。躬參高峰和尚於杭之天目,得其性妙之旨。隨宜說法,皆成妙諦,CC001n0001_p0179a05好拈頌古德機緣,極為人所愛誦。至治二年七月朔,趺坐而逝。闍維CC001n0001_p0179a06之,獲五色舍利,斵石為窣堵葬焉。其男名都中為兩浙漕使,轉福CC001n0001_p0179a07建道都元帥。一日,奠於筵,有折山丹花於瓶者,俄結一物,如杯,玉雪CC001n0001_p0179a08瑩然,人咸異之。
七二、元杭州西天目山尼楊妙錫傳(附.梅花尼傳)
CC001n0001_p0180a02CC001n0001_p0180a03楊妙錫,宋宮人也,奉老子教為女冠,居錢塘,與中峰和尚族鄰。CC001n0001_p0180a04初,和尚不願處俗,父母患之,楊識和尚非凡器,諭其父母令出家。及CC001n0001_p0180a05和尚祝髮,又助僧牒衣具,且求所祝之髮少許,貯以香函,供於靜室。CC001n0001_p0180a06越數年,有舍利生於髮,久而益多,積至五十餘顆,五色晶瑩。楊自CC001n0001_p0180a07是易所學以學佛,乞為比丘尼終焉。元統甲戌冬,屬僧月指者塔髮舍CC001n0001_p0180a08利於雲居庵。時有梅花尼者,失其名,學道懇掣,徧訪知識,凡歷數CC001n0001_p0180a09十年,迄無所獲。一日,偶見梅花開放,豁然大悟。述偈曰:「盡日尋春CC001n0001_p0180a10不見春,芒鞋踏徧嶺頭雲。歸來笑撚梅花嗅,春在枝頭已十分。」蓋CC001n0001_p0180a11見性語也。
七三、元某縣長明庵尼妙湛傳
CC001n0001_p0181a02CC001n0001_p0181a03妙湛,大德間人。管夫人有長明庵圖,庵居曠野,垣內有屋三層,CC001n0001_p0181a04橫廊通門徑,豎杆懸一燈,所謂長明也。旁有石蓮台,作施鳥食者。CC001n0001_p0181a05垣外二長松下蔭,又一樹參之。門外坡臨水際,水間復有坡,樹墨氣CC001n0001_p0181a06高古,無兒女子態。夫人欵云:「大德九年冬十一月廿五日,仲姬管道CC001n0001_p0181a07昇作。有比丘尼妙湛詩云:『雙樹陰陰落翠巖,一燈千古破幽關。也CC001n0001_p0181a08知諸法皆如幻,甘老煙霞水石間。』小行書題其上。妙湛想即庵畫中CC001n0001_p0181a09人也。」
七四、明沙縣某庵尼常淨傳
CC001n0001_p0182a02CC001n0001_p0182a03常淨,沙縣歷東民家女也,俗姓徐氏,鞠於富氏。洪武間,主翁歿,CC001n0001_p0182a04以遺孤託焉。常淨撫之長,盡歸所遺貲,乞為尼。梵行精篤,持咒能CC001n0001_p0182a05通冥感,知人休咎。一日,盜將至,常淨戒侍者具齋供若干席。頃之,盜CC001n0001_p0182a06至,齋供適與人數合。相顧失色,不敢犯而去,由是道德益彰。諸善CC001n0001_p0182a07女人之學佛者,繞座歸依,請示法要,如入寶山,各自稛載而歸。淨CC001n0001_p0182a08清貧自守,崇儉黜華,身先眾役,不以為勞。諸弟子輩皆凜遵教誡,CC001n0001_p0182a09不敢放逸。至年九十,始坐化。
七五、明安東吉祥庵尼寂性傳
CC001n0001_p0183a02CC001n0001_p0183a03寂性,鹽城劉姓女。少為尼,得遇名師指點,悟心要法。以遊戲CC001n0001_p0183a04神通,化行諸方。嘗乞食安東市,不舍風雨,或祁寒浴於河。人初以CC001n0001_p0183a05為狂,無食之者。常握瓦礫,遇事卜之,逆知吉凶。所到之家,可入乃CC001n0001_p0183a06入,人遂敬而信之,得以一入門為幸,舉市呼曰「老佛」。有以開示請者,CC001n0001_p0183a07出言似甚平泛,味之有至理。後坐化吉祥庵。世傳其偈云:「奉勸學道CC001n0001_p0183a08人,學道要認真。如若心不切,苦海永沉淪。」又云:「大地浩無邊,CC001n0001_p0183a09眾生多難數。幾個聰明人,跳出輪迴苦?」
七六、明莒州某庵尼悟蓮傳
CC001n0001_p0184a02CC001n0001_p0184a03悟蓮,姓夏氏,名雲英,山東莒州人。幼聰慧,五歲能誦孝經,CC001n0001_p0184a04七歲讀佛經,法華、楞嚴皆能成熟。年十三,選為周世子宮人。世CC001n0001_p0184a05子即位,是為憲王,元妃呂氏薨,遂專內政,國有大事,多與裁決。憲CC001n0001_p0184a06王嘗令作詩吟鶻,悟蓮以箴進,勸王推廣德心,勿畜此以傷生類也。CC001n0001_p0184a07年二十二,有疾,求為尼,受菩薩戒,習金剛密乘。不二載,洞明內典,CC001n0001_p0184a08其詩清峭,人爭傳誦。立秋云:「秋風吹雨過南樓,一夜新涼是立秋。CC001n0001_p0184a09寶鴨香消沉火冷,侍兒閒自理空侯。」雨晴云:「海棠初種竹新移,流CC001n0001_p0184a10水潺潺入水池。春雨乍晴風日好,一聲啼鳥過花枝。」秋夜即事云:「西CC001n0001_p0184a11風颯颯動羅幃,初夜焚香下玉墀。禮罷真如庭院靜,銀缸高照看圍棋。」CC001n0001_p0184a12永樂十六年六月,作偈示眾,吉祥而逝,年二十有四。有法華經讚七CC001n0001_p0184a13篇,及清端閣詩卷行世。
七七、明蕭山某庵尼無為傳
CC001n0001_p0185a02CC001n0001_p0185a03無為,蕭山來氏女。幼誓不嫁,蔬食念佛。年二十,薙髮結茅,CC001n0001_p0185a04專修淨土。三十,游方參學,凡所歷處,有病苦者,隨物取與,煎湯服CC001n0001_p0185a05之,即愈。嘉靖間,宮中時疫流行,風聞於朝,召赴有驗,賜無為心禪CC001n0001_p0185a06師之號,送歸故廬。將終日,有神僧投宿,無為卻之再三。神僧勸誡CC001n0001_p0185a07而進,權宿禪牀,睡醒不見,知是神僧。便起坐說偈云:「六十四年活CC001n0001_p0185a08計,得箇菩提三昧。今朝撒手歸西,依然明月滿地。」即逝,荼毘一CC001n0001_p0185a09團舍利,塔于冠山。
七八、明杭州孝義庵尼袾錦傳
CC001n0001_p0186a02CC001n0001_p0186a03袾錦,字太素,姓湯,杭州人。歸同邑沈生,即蓮池宏公是也。CC001n0001_p0186a04宏公出家時,錦年僅十九,或勸錦阻之,錦曰:「熟聞渠稱生死事大,CC001n0001_p0186a05阻之是誤渠也,不可。」至年四十七,亦出家,改所住為孝義庵,效CC001n0001_p0186a06宏公七筆勾,以為婦女學佛者勸。其詞曰:「紡績綢繆,作讀晨昏用意CC001n0001_p0186a07周。夫若成名後,富貴同享受。嗏!霞佩甚優悠,珠冠在首。一旦無CC001n0001_p0186a08常,敕命難相救。因此上,把鳳誥鸞章一筆勾。金玉雕縷,珠翠輝煌插滿CC001n0001_p0186a09頭。綾錦裁宮袖,紅紫佳文秀。嗏!誰道眼前漚,纓絡難受。包裹骷CC001n0001_p0186a10髏,送入量人斗。因此上,把錦繡妝奩一筆勾。早上妝樓,先把青絲理不CC001n0001_p0186a11休。梳掠香風透,前後分三綹。嗏!鴉鬢黑油油,端的蓬鬆,美貌終成CC001n0001_p0186a12醜。因此上,把霧髻雲鬟一筆勾。月閉花羞,美貌方纔誇女流。畫眉春CC001n0001_p0186a13色就,唇點硃櫻溜。嗏!鏡裏活骷髏,多方妝就。老去顏衰,死後皮囊臭。CC001n0001_p0186a14因此上,把香粉花脂一筆勾。織錦藏頭,鍼指工夫巧且優。花樣隨時候,CC001n0001_p0187a01做出如生就。嗏!翦翠把春留,天生妙手。死後歸空色,色成虛謬。因CC001n0001_p0187a02此上,把刺繡挑花一筆勾。懷孕耽憂,分娩如同地獄遊。乳哺三年久,CC001n0001_p0187a03疾病常相守。嗏!婚嫁未曾休,母先衰朽。孝順多端,替死誰能夠?因CC001n0001_p0187a04此上,把育女生男一筆勾。羅襪雙鈎,湘水裙拖八幅秋。步步凌波皴,CC001n0001_p0187a05側側弓鞋瘦。嗏!高低鳳凰頭,無限嬌羞。如此規模,難向西方走。因CC001n0001_p0187a06此上,把緩步金蓮一筆勾。」受具後,制行謹嚴。萬曆四十二年得疾,CC001n0001_p0187a07垂絕時,忽語侍者云:「經稱十念往生,亟扶我起。」起則正坐念佛而CC001n0001_p0187a08逝,年六十七。
七九、明杭州孝義庵尼廣覺傳
CC001n0001_p0188a02CC001n0001_p0188a03廣覺,直隸崇明縣龔氏女。父一夔,別號夢萱,鄉之碩德君子也。CC001n0001_p0188a04母施氏,生覺於萬曆乙卯。甫年十二,不茹葷。從妹廣曜者,相與習CC001n0001_p0188a05經咒,朝夕禮佛惟謹,自誓貞不字。父母諸宗人難之,多方勸諭,不CC001n0001_p0188a06能奪。二十八,剃染。是年,偕其妹隨仲父至庵。先是,夢萱公語及孝義庵CC001n0001_p0188a07之勝,覺遂大喜躍,遂委身依止焉。曩覺之在室也,事父母如事師;CC001n0001_p0188a08逮其出家也,事孝義庵主如事父母。精持梵行,純一不雜,遠邇瞻慕。CC001n0001_p0188a09崇明之人,因而感化發心者,不可數計。然稟質孱弱,刻心苦躬,勞CC001n0001_p0188a10不自惜。俄得疾,久之,卻醫藥,一心待盡。夢萱公聞女病,偕母來省。CC001n0001_p0188a11則曰:「吾昔落髮於尼師,不愜吾願。」乃特畜周羅而告雲棲曰:「最CC001n0001_p0188a12後一著,惟師斷之,佛制也。」棲允諾,自是無他語,氣懨懨不絕如CC001n0001_p0188a13綫。忽起正面趺坐曰:「願見庵主。」庵主至,合掌稱謝言別。次為設CC001n0001_p0188a14彌陀接引尊像,則怡然現笑,凝目諦觀,合掌皈命。已而索水盥手,CC001n0001_p0189a01著新淨衣,持數珠端身對佛,如入禪定。侍疾者慮或傾仆,以二枕CC001n0001_p0189a02將左右掖之。揮手云:「無用此。」眾環繞助念,復揮手云:「吾自有CC001n0001_p0189a03主在,毋勞眾也。」跏趺不動,凡二晝夜有奇,微聲念佛,聲漸盡,CC001n0001_p0189a04泊然而逝,時萬曆辛亥二月七日。出家六夏,世壽三十有二。
八〇、明蘇州寒山庵尼竺禮傳(附.崇範傳)
CC001n0001_p0190a02CC001n0001_p0190a03竺禮,姓葉氏,蘇州東洞庭人。幼納周聘,周子無行,禮泣曰:「忍CC001n0001_p0190a04以此身自污耶!」誓死不與成禮。久之,周子死,父母欲改適。又泣曰:CC001n0001_p0190a05「忍以一身許二姓耶?」欲引決,父母彊之,乃祝髮為尼。又崇範,CC001n0001_p0190a06姓賀氏,聘於張。將成禮,夫卒,範曰:「吾已心許之,不可不成禮。」CC001n0001_p0190a07遂服衰麻以往,撫棺慟哭。持喪三年畢,亦為尼。與竺禮並居寒山庵,CC001n0001_p0190a08二人自力衣食,戒行凜然,年並八十餘而卒。
八一、明永明迴龍庵尼慧秀傳
CC001n0001_p0191a02CC001n0001_p0191a03慧秀,姓余氏,其夫江西奉縣人,家於永明,業陶。夫喪,遂茹CC001n0001_p0191a04素修行,日誦觀音大士千遍。既懇求地主丈尺地,立迴龍庵奉佛。晝CC001n0001_p0191a05勤紡績,夜龕坐念佛。所居地無泉,慧秀以杖叩地,忽石邊鏗然有聲,CC001n0001_p0191a06命弟子開之,有泉湧出,味殊甘美,遂成流澗,能蔭數百畝,四時不CC001n0001_p0191a07涸。邑人以為苦修之驗,爭向慕供養之。慧秀生於弘治甲午,距萬曆CC001n0001_p0191a08甲戌,壽百歲有奇。
八二、明南都法華庵尼覺清傳
CC001n0001_p0192a02CC001n0001_p0192a03覺清,婺源蔡氏女,出家南都法華庵。讀誦經典,熏修不懈。庵CC001n0001_p0192a04小而貧,清日種植園蔬,自食其力。嘉靖中,有湛甘泉霍渭厓者,不CC001n0001_p0192a05信三寶,衊視僧尼,命士卒拆毀庵觀,破損佛像,境內大小伽藍,皆CC001n0001_p0192a06不能免。清知厄運當前,無法挽回,乃率徒眾遠避。瀕行,題詩於壁云:CC001n0001_p0192a07「急忙簡點破袈裟,收拾行囊沒一些。袖拂白雲歸洞口,肩挑明月遶CC001n0001_p0192a08天涯。可憐松頂新巢鶴,卻負籬根舊種花。再四叮嚀貓與犬,休教流CC001n0001_p0192a09落俗人家。」按:宋秦丞相檜以祁門東松僧與岳將軍飛有舊,密遣CC001n0001_p0192a10人圍寺執之。僧能前知,題前詩於壁而去,事詳補續高僧傳。蓋覺清CC001n0001_p0192a11錄之,以曉悟當道者,而列朝詩集,竟指為覺清作,殆失於考也。
八三、明歸德水晶庵尼獨目金剛傳
CC001n0001_p0193a02CC001n0001_p0193a03獨目金剛,萬曆間人,住歸德府城外之水晶庵。因嘗以金剛為業,CC001n0001_p0193a04失一目,故以名此。天性淡薄,自糲食粗衣外,人有所遺,盡分贍僧CC001n0001_p0193a05尼之不給者。每開期會講,善信環集。一士子問曰:「金剛經何以有三CC001n0001_p0193a06十二分?」答曰:「一以貫之,儒佛皆然。何得許多段落?」說偈曰:CC001n0001_p0193a07「佛說金剛妙出群,一言了悟絕聲聞。有人解得金剛旨,四八何須逐CC001n0001_p0193a08段分。」一僧問曰:「何以謂之金剛?」答曰:「金剛人皆有的,何須CC001n0001_p0193a09恁般問?」說偈曰:「金剛果信是金剛,百鍊千搥永不傷。粉碎虛空些CC001n0001_p0193a10子走,祇今惟見佛毫光。」又有人曰:「師通曉佛義,何以不現男身?」CC001n0001_p0193a11答曰:「形有男女,性無彼此,莫作差等觀。」說偈曰:「男女何須辨CC001n0001_p0193a12假真,觀音出現果何人。皮囊脫盡渾無用,試問男身是女身。」隨問CC001n0001_p0193a13隨應,靈敏異常,遠邇皈依者無算。年踰七十,預示化期,鼻端有火,CC001n0001_p0193a14危坐瞑然而逝。示一偈云:「荼毘一去永歸空,著處尋常便不空。我去CC001n0001_p0193a15我來仍是我,電光泡影一般同。」
八四、明常州楞伽庵尼慧貞傳
CC001n0001_p0194a02CC001n0001_p0194a03慧貞,常州宦族之女,自幼言動不妄,願出家。父母聽之,送入CC001n0001_p0194a04楞伽庵,遂朝夕持誦金剛經。有同庵尼以穢事敗,波及貞,時適患目,CC001n0001_p0194a05因憤恚俱瞽。如是三載,誦經如故。一夜,夢金剛神謂曰:「汝行無虧,CC001n0001_p0194a06當還爾明。」兩目忽開。歷年九十,無疾坐化。按:昔崔相公群問如CC001n0001_p0194a07會禪師曰:「師以何得?」曰:「見性得。」師方病眼,公訊曰:「既云見性,CC001n0001_p0194a08奈眼何?」師曰:「見性非眼,眼病何害。」此尼雙瞳再朗,特明持驗CC001n0001_p0194a09不爽。若論得道,不在有眼無眼。
八五、明廣州總持庵尼成慈傳
CC001n0001_p0195a02CC001n0001_p0195a03成慈,字戒芻,番禺沙灣人,俗姓何。生而敏傑,不類群嬰,五歲CC001n0001_p0195a04即不茹葷羶。親知非俗所留,遂送女庵中事佛,執勞無憚,多覺少寐。CC001n0001_p0195a05年既漸長,立志堅貞,執行持心,不徇餘情。聽講思義,穎悟異人。CC001n0001_p0195a06崇禎庚辰歲,年四十有一,始得薙染,時有尼眾甚希,故滯年稔矣。CC001n0001_p0195a07從受具來,專攻律藏,研究性遮,故得持犯炳然。戒德冰雪,而靈根CC001n0001_p0195a08宿發,趣向高邁,志在大乘,利人為急,深厭有漏,欲釋形拘。嘗聞CC001n0001_p0195a09西方下品生者,劫數乃得見佛,皆非己志。欲再生世間,親近知識,CC001n0001_p0195a10又疑隔陰之昏。雖得人身,貪瞋易染,況末劫知識難值,未免退墮。CC001n0001_p0195a11忽一日,閱藏經,見有上生兜率內院,親覲彌勒菩薩,一生即便見佛聞CC001n0001_p0195a12法,無有遲速之品階。遂堅志上求,因請鼎湖弘贊律師決曰:「上生宗CC001n0001_p0195a13旨,可得聞乎?」律師嘉其志趣,遂授與上生經一卷。成慈懇請講釋,CC001n0001_p0195a14律師乃按經示以依正宗趣,成慈退而依經作觀,持名不輟心口,體雖CC001n0001_p0196a01多病,精爽過人。素好坐禪,脅罕著席,後住廣州總持庵,約徒甚嚴。CC001n0001_p0196a02順治丙戌四月望日,告病。越五月十七日午時,忽於坐定中見一菩薩,CC001n0001_p0196a03侍人忘其名,倏然引至兜率內院,覩種種莊嚴,光明耀目,慈氏菩薩CC001n0001_p0196a04相好難述。成慈遂舉身敬禮,禮已白云:「願世尊攝受。」大士告曰:CC001n0001_p0196a05「汝卻後七日來生此處。」又於二十一日坐靜中,忽覩慈氏菩薩現在CC001n0001_p0196a06其前,自見己身成童子相。即趨下禪牀,拜求攝受。次日,告諸來問疾CC001n0001_p0196a07者曰:我明日行矣,當留步,送吾上山荼毘云云。翌日午時,喚眾稱CC001n0001_p0196a08彌勒如來名,寂然而逝,壽四十七歲。
八六、明廣州真梵庵尼成靜傳
CC001n0001_p0197a02CC001n0001_p0197a03成靜,字實修,廣州古岡人,俗姓張。幼持齋戒,以貞潔自處,CC001n0001_p0197a04禮本邑真梵庵主為師。及剃落,專課涅槃大乘諸經,事師尤謹。中年CC001n0001_p0197a05進具,常以毘尼請益於弘贊律師,栖心淨土,彌陀不輟於心口。慈詳CC001n0001_p0197a06好施,威儀範物,循循善誘,為士庶所仰。嘗勸眾造旃檀千手眼大悲CC001n0001_p0197a07聖像於鳳城之大慈庵。越明年,得微疾,預知時至。頻誨徒眾,與諸檀CC001n0001_p0197a08越訣別。翌日,語諸弟子曰:「千手千眼大悲觀音菩薩來此相接,汝等合CC001n0001_p0197a09恭迎之,吾往矣。」即瞑目而化,世壽五十有九。
八七、明山陽紫竹庵尼悟道傳
CC001n0001_p0198a02CC001n0001_p0198a03悟道,字步虛,鹽城郭氏女,幼許字人。笄年,誓不適,遂出家於CC001n0001_p0198a04山陽車橋鎮紫竹庵,繼遷於涇溪南岸。清修苦行,嚴護律儀,過午食CC001n0001_p0198a05不進口,志期淨土,勤課佛號念已而拜,拜已復念,四威儀中,幾CC001n0001_p0198a06無間斷。終年雖不鉗關,然常禁足,里人罕睹其貌,共以化菩薩呼之。CC001n0001_p0198a07道生於萬曆二十四年丙申,卒於順治二年乙酉,得年五十。蜀進士吳CC001n0001_p0198a08允謙為撰塔銘,塔建庵側。
