J39nB454_p0647a04示居關語。「一日居關,勝三禪樂,諸有全空,渾成蕭索。J39nB454_p0647a05魔佛橫推,豈容滯著?守空斯病,耽樂斯惡。不繫不緣,J39nB454_p0647a06常光閃爍,日進之功,解黏去縛。向上一路,憑空開鑿,J39nB454_p0647a07絲毫頭累,終須死過。意不在言,天空海闊,信手拈來,J39nB454_p0647a08任憑展拓。大用彰時,佛手驢腳,得白拈手,方堪入作。J39nB454_p0647a09雲峰家法,極嫌齷齪,透露法身,碓搗磨磨。故教爾曹,J39nB454_p0647a10從頭看破,雙刃全施,養成頭角。如得斯真,始堪擔荷,J39nB454_p0647a11彷彿依稀,銕圍易墮。」
J39nB454_p0647a12僧問:「大陽有三句,如何是平常無生句?」師曰:「金烏入J39nB454_p0647a13水無消耗,赤腳波斯夜度關。」曰:「如何是妙玄無私句?」J39nB454_p0647a14師曰:「白雲巖下無人立,鳥不銜花信不通。」曰:「如何是J39nB454_p0647a15體明無盡句?」師曰:「寒灰夜發金爐火,別有馨香遍九J39nB454_p0647a16垓。」復示頌曰:「平常那句是無生,馬疾多因帶杜蘅。九J39nB454_p0647a17夏霜花千點秀,一冬百舌綠陰鳴。玄妙無私句若何,J39nB454_p0647a18玉龍吟出碧潭阿。萬年松下無人已,月照空山影更J39nB454_p0647a19多。體明無盡句奇哉,灼破龜紋兩道開。烏石嶺頭相J39nB454_p0647a20見了,分身各自走塵埃。」
J39nB454_p0647a21問關主曰:「近曰有向受用?」曰:「饑來喫飯,倦則打眠。」師J39nB454_p0647a22曰:「設有人向你乞眼睛,還與得他麼?若與他不得,便J39nB454_p0647a23只是箇喫飽飯,睡死覺,一枚癡漢有甚麼用處?者箇J39nB454_p0647a24說話雖極尋常,實不易到。若不是親見作家,十箇有J39nB454_p0647a25五雙都作饑來喫飯,倦即打眠會去。殊不知蘇武不J39nB454_p0647a26入單于帳漢,國家聲韻轉高。宗乘中事,若不到極頭,J39nB454_p0647a27不得轉身,只似箇鈍烏棲於枯蘆,困魚止於涸濼,有J39nB454_p0647a28甚麼發揚處?所以道:竿頭絲線從君弄,不犯清波意J39nB454_p0647a29自殊。師承家語句,開口便有殺活之機,若不一一明J39nB454_p0647a30白,他時後日叫冤叫苦有在。且畢竟如何是饑來喫J39nB454_p0647b01飯,倦即打眠的意?若更遲疑,又則三生六十劫。」
J39nB454_p0647b02僧問:「洞山正偏五位,請師垂示。」師曰:「逐一問將來。」僧J39nB454_p0647b03曰:「如何是正中偏?」師曰:「古井光含一線天。」曰:「如何是J39nB454_p0647b04偏中正?」師曰:「蟾光影落秦臺鏡。」曰:「如何是正中來?」師J39nB454_p0647b05曰:「金雞突出妙高臺。」曰:「如何是兼中至?」師曰:「用到機J39nB454_p0647b06靈符肘備。」曰:「如何是兼中到?」師曰:「紅雲落後青天倒。」J39nB454_p0647b07師復問曰:「會麼?」僧曰:「不會。」師曰:「不見道,權開五位,要J39nB454_p0647b08知只是一位。」僧曰:「未審者一位面目畢竟如何?」師便J39nB454_p0647b09喝,僧即禮拜。師曰:「也是貓兒喫彩鳳。」僧復請頌,師頌J39nB454_p0647b10曰:「正中偏,不動機先有剩天,萬古長空通一色,白雲J39nB454_p0647b11影出寒光殿。倔中正,雪浸林梢春有信,馨香夜吐暗J39nB454_p0647b12消魂,枝枝度出春風令。正中來,爆著龜文一罅開,隱J39nB454_p0647b13顯全該爻象裏,天然妙事不須裁。兼中至,文武同聲J39nB454_p0647b14呼萬歲,珠簾捲起見當今,敕下傳聞開社稷。兼中到,J39nB454_p0647b15豐干只向寒山笑,夜深踏倒玉欄杆,回頭卸卻烏紗J39nB454_p0647b16帽。」
J39nB454_p0647b17僧問:「曹山有云:『學者先須識白宗。』如何是自宗?」師曰:J39nB454_p0647b18「昨夜一場風,吹倒一株松。」「莫將真際雜頑空。未審真J39nB454_p0647b19際與頑空作何分別?」師曰:「須知何髼頭,不是馬簸箕。」J39nB454_p0647b20「妙明體盡知傷觸。如何得妙明體盡去?」師曰:「無人處J39nB454_p0647b21斫額望汝。」「力在逢源不借中。既自逢源,如何不借?」師J39nB454_p0647b22曰:「掬水月在掌,弄花香滿衣。」「出語直教燒不著。如何J39nB454_p0647b23是燒不著的句?」師曰:「魚生虎子,蟻食生銕。」「潛行須與J39nB454_p0647b24古人同。未審古人作麼生行履?」師曰:「饑時喫飯,倦到J39nB454_p0647b25求眠。」「無身有事超岐路。不識有何等事?」師曰:「白雲巖J39nB454_p0647b26下安眠早。」「夢過從頭有幾般,無事無身落始終。既得J39nB454_p0647b27身事俱忘,可謂灑落無羈,因甚麼猶落始終?」師云:「任J39nB454_p0647b28是深山更深處,也應無計避王徭。」僧乃作禮,師曰:「此J39nB454_p0647b29事不是說了便休,須是一一從頭透露,始好歸家穩J39nB454_p0647b30坐。若是彷彿依稀,仍舊白雲萬里。」
J39nB454_p0647c01舉:「夾山初住潤州鶴林時,道吾到,遇上堂,有僧問:『如J39nB454_p0647c02何是法身?』山曰:『法身無相。』」師曰:「釘釘膠黏。僧曰:『如何J39nB454_p0647c03是法眼?』山曰:『法眼無瑕。』」師曰:「依艸附木。道吾不覺失J39nB454_p0647c04笑。」師曰:「傍觀者親。夾山便下座,請道吾問:『某甲適來J39nB454_p0647c05抵對者僧話,必有不是處,致令上座失笑,望上座不J39nB454_p0647c06吝慈悲。』」師曰:「艸賊大敗。吾曰:『和尚一等是出世,未有J39nB454_p0647c07師在。』」師曰:「家無白澤圖,不招如是怪。山曰:『某甲甚處J39nB454_p0647c08不是?望為說破。』」師曰:「茫茫者匝地普天。吾曰:『某甲終J39nB454_p0647c09不說,請和尚卻往秀州華亭參船子去。』」師曰:「猶待曉J39nB454_p0647c10風吹。山曰:『此人如何?』」師曰:「只是訝郎當。吾曰:『此人上J39nB454_p0647c11無片瓦,下無寸土。』」師曰:「渾身擲上渡頭船。吾曰:『和尚J39nB454_p0647c12若去,須易服裝束。』」師曰:「情知不是好心。山乃散眾易J39nB454_p0647c13服,直造華亭。」師曰:聞說巫山行不易。船子纔見,便問:J39nB454_p0647c14大德住什麼寺?師曰:「果然猿叫斷腸聲。山曰:『寺即不J39nB454_p0647c15住,住即不似。』」師曰:「六六三十六。船子曰:『不似又不似J39nB454_p0647c16箇甚麼?』」師曰:「好一拶。山曰:『不是目前法。』」師曰:「七七四J39nB454_p0647c17十九。船子曰:『甚處學得來?』」師曰:「殺人刀。山曰:『非耳目J39nB454_p0647c18之所到。』」師曰:「終自不慚惶。船子曰:『一句合頭語,萬劫J39nB454_p0647c19繫驢橛。』」師曰:「活人劍。船子又問:『垂絲千尺,意在深潭。J39nB454_p0647c20離鉤三寸,子何不道?』」師曰:「的中紅心。山擬開口,師曰:J39nB454_p0647c21『人急懸梁。』船子以篙打落水中。」師曰:「起死回生見有J39nB454_p0647c22因。山纔上船,子又曰:『道!道!』」師曰:「果然不謬。山擬開口,J39nB454_p0647c23子又打。」師曰:「矢上更加尖。山於此有省,乃點頭三下。」J39nB454_p0647c24師曰:「此回方始瞥地。船子曰:『竿頭絲線從君弄,不犯J39nB454_p0647c25清波意自殊。』」師曰:「釣得了也。夾山便問:『拋綸擲釣,師J39nB454_p0647c26意如何?』」師曰:「便有食牛氣。船子曰:『絲懸綠水,浮定有J39nB454_p0647c27無之意。』」師曰:「點銕成金。山曰:『語帶玄而無路,舌頭談J39nB454_p0647c28而不談。』」師曰:「傾湫倒嶽來也。船子曰:『釣盡江波。金鱗J39nB454_p0647c29船遇。』」師曰:「不計功程得便休。山乃掩耳。」師曰:「俊哉船!J39nB454_p0647c30天下如是如是。遂囑曰:『汝向去直須藏身處沒蹤跡,J39nB454_p0648a01沒蹤跡處莫藏身。吾二十年在藥山單明此事,汝今J39nB454_p0648a02既得,他後莫住城隍聚落,但向深山裏、钁頭邊接取J39nB454_p0648a03一箇半箇,接續無令斷絕。』」師曰:「也是憐兒不覺醜。夾J39nB454_p0648a04山禮辭,頻頻回顧,船子遂喚曰:『闍黎!』山回首,子舉起J39nB454_p0648a05橈曰:『汝將謂別有那?』乃覆船入水而逝。」師乃頌曰:「脫J39nB454_p0648a06盡連纖頭角露,翻身踏破水中天,錦鱗既獲歸家了,J39nB454_p0648a07捨卻閑身覆卻船。者箇公案是盡未來際一切學人J39nB454_p0648a08起死回生、從凡入聖的關要,驅悟中迷、全彰大用的J39nB454_p0648a09妙旨,山僧故舉來從頭著語,復為頌出。若是箇皮下J39nB454_p0648a10有血的衲子,一看看破,然後將雲峰老漢埋向深坑J39nB454_p0648a11裏,上面更潑一堆屎,築千百槌也不為分外;如或未J39nB454_p0648a12然,雲峰自成罪過,卻怪你諸人不得。」
J39nB454_p0648a13僧問:「汾陽十智同真旨訣如何?」師曰:「不見道:要識是J39nB454_p0648a14非,面目現在。」遂喝一喝。僧曰:「請和尚慈悲,逐一答看。」J39nB454_p0648a15師曰:「直教髑髏穿。」僧問:「如何是同真十智?」師曰:「九九J39nB454_p0648a16八十一。」「如何是一同一質?」師曰:「山河大地,明暗色空。」J39nB454_p0648a17「如何是二同大事?」師曰:「天官頭上花冠子。」「如何是三J39nB454_p0648a18總同參?」師曰:「律管灰飛,清光匝地。」「如何是四同真智?」J39nB454_p0648a19師曰:「萬里一條銕。」「如何是五同遍普?」師曰:「桐葉落時J39nB454_p0648a20天下秋。」「如何是六同具足?」師曰:「柳生肘臂,茅長當胸。」J39nB454_p0648a21「如何是七同得失?」師曰:「拄杖長七尺。」「如何是八同生J39nB454_p0648a22殺?」師曰:「春生夏長,秋熟冬藏。」「如何是九同音吼?」師曰:J39nB454_p0648a23「花紅柳綠善財門。」「如何是十同得入?」師曰:「要且不相J39nB454_p0648a24識。」師復頌曰:「翻手作雲覆手雨,同真十智為君舉。分J39nB454_p0648a25明面目本無他,露出驢脣與馬嘴。」僧禮拜曰:「不因紫J39nB454_p0648a26陌花開早,怎得春風下柳條。」師曰:「如何是下柳春風?」J39nB454_p0648a27僧便喝,師打曰:「夢裏惺惺。」
J39nB454_p0648a28僧問:「昔日南院問風穴云:『汝道四料揀,料揀何法?』穴J39nB454_p0648a29云:『凡語不滯凡情,即墮聖解,學者大病。先聖哀之,為J39nB454_p0648a30施方便,如楔出楔。』學人今日上來,請師料揀。」師曰:「慣J39nB454_p0648b01釣金鰲沉巨浸,卻嗟蛙步展泥沙。」僧曰:「方便何在?」師J39nB454_p0648b02云:「莫屎沸鳴。」僧問:「如何是奪人不奪境?」師曰:「雞足山J39nB454_p0648b03前迦葉定,夜深空有月華明。」「如何是奪境不奪人?」師J39nB454_p0648b04曰:「石爛松枯山寂寂,路邊樵子語喃喃。」「如何是人境J39nB454_p0648b05兩俱奪?」師曰:「雪侵古渡,客宿蘆花。」「如何是人境俱不J39nB454_p0648b06奪?」師曰:「斷橋金鼓花朝夜,拂拭焦桐待子期。」復頌曰:J39nB454_p0648b07「細柳營中莫問君,月明畫角喜初分。靜鞭響徹三更J39nB454_p0648b08已,玉露重添虎帳雲。宮漏沉沉紫氣濃,五更霜冷浸J39nB454_p0648b09人風。朝臣待曉金階底,差與龍顏咫尺逢。機到誰分J39nB454_p0648b10主與賓,蟭螟驅起石麒麟。萬年松老無人到,挂角羚J39nB454_p0648b11羊不可尋。隱顯全該意氣和,相逢俱喜唱巴歌。閒聽J39nB454_p0648b12八拍胡笳裏,吹出鄉關夢幾多。」
J39nB454_p0648b13僧問:「雲門綱宗頌中曰:『咄咄咄!力韋希,禪子訝,中眉J39nB454_p0648b14垂。』者箇頌子竟無啟口處,不識是何道理?」師曰:「者一J39nB454_p0648b15首且置,餘頌還理會得麼?」僧曰:「餘者還得。」師曰:「只如J39nB454_p0648b16末後頌曰:『笑我者多,哂我者少。』你作麼生會?」僧擬議,J39nB454_p0648b17師曰:「又是蚊子上銕牛。」遂為頌曰:「咄咄咄!四圍八表J39nB454_p0648b18清風度。力韋希,擬議之間墮銕圍。禪子訝,寒山忘卻J39nB454_p0648b19舊時家。中眉垂,燄裏冰花發幾回。笑我者多、知我者J39nB454_p0648b20少,鬥湊將來卻也恰好。風雨無端弄曉春,殘花落盡J39nB454_p0648b21無人掃。」
J39nB454_p0648b22示門人語曰:「吾宗的旨,事不尋常。如洞山价祖謂曹J39nB454_p0648b23山曰:『吾在雲巖先師處,親印寶鏡三昧,事窮的要,今J39nB454_p0648b24以授汝。汝善護持,無令斷絕,遇真法器,方可傳授。直J39nB454_p0648b25須秘密,不可彰露,恐屬流布,喪滅吾宗。末法時代,人J39nB454_p0648b26多乾慧。若要辯驗向上人之真偽,有三種滲漏,直須J39nB454_p0648b27具眼。一見滲漏,二情滲漏,三語滲漏。』此是洞山親囑J39nB454_p0648b28曹山語也。今時學此道者,不惟具向上機,透脫法身J39nB454_p0648b29者難得,即乾慧人亦不多見。諸方提持此宗者,每見J39nB454_p0648b30土曠人稀,便就機境上接伊。學家多是起模畫樣,向J39nB454_p0648c01印板上脫來,所以不得光大門風。故山僧無時不切J39nB454_p0648c02切傷懷,爾輩幸宜勉旃。」僧曰:「如師所述三種滲漏,敢J39nB454_p0648c03望慈悲歡喜法施。如何得見不滲漏?」師曰:「直須足下J39nB454_p0648c04無私去,拈起南辰打北辰。」「如何得情不滲漏?」師曰:「要J39nB454_p0648c05從凡聖機先舉,纔有些毫便著他。」「如何得語不滲漏?」J39nB454_p0648c06師曰:「妙舞自來無著處,青山直得輾為塵。」復以頌示J39nB454_p0648c07曰:「浪潑蘆花懶繫船,白雲空蕩水中天。東西兩岸無J39nB454_p0648c08人已,援取琵琶去卻絃。見少小離家不著憂,逢場慣J39nB454_p0648c09喜作風流。月明沽得三升酒,洗盡平生數丈愁。情忙J39nB454_p0648c10殺街頭石敢當,東家一事惱人腸。夜深走出貓兒了,J39nB454_p0648c11老鼠偷油打破缸。語」
J39nB454_p0648c12師舉:「先雲峰悅禪師曰:『肇法師道:「智有窮幽之鑑而J39nB454_p0648c13無知焉,神有應會之用而無慮焉。」古人與麼道也太J39nB454_p0648c14煞費力,爭如諸上座寒即圍爐向火,熱即竹林溪畔J39nB454_p0648c15坐?雖然如是,我且問你:畢竟事作麼生?』」師曰:「先雲峰J39nB454_p0648c16只知瞻前,不解顧後,事有甚麼畢竟不畢竟?若果有J39nB454_p0648c17畢竟事,則成知成慮矣。據山僧見處,只好道箇無事J39nB454_p0648c18出門忘計較,逢人便好笑相酬。」
J39nB454_p0648c19舉:「先雲峰拈黃檗在南泉會裏為首座,一日捧缽向J39nB454_p0648c20南泉位上坐,泉見乃問:『長老什麼年中行道?』檗曰:『威J39nB454_p0648c21音王已前。』泉曰:『猶是王老師兒孫在,下去!』檗便過第J39nB454_p0648c22二位坐,泉便休。峰曰:『從來叢林極有商量,或有道:須J39nB454_p0648c23知黃檗有陷虎之機。又道:南泉有殺虎之威。若據與J39nB454_p0648c24麼說話,誠實苦哉!殊不知這般老賊有年無德,一箇J39nB454_p0648c25喫飯坐處也不依本分。』若在翠巖門下,說甚麼威音J39nB454_p0648c26王已前,王老師更大,直須喫棒了趁出。」師曰:「先雲峰J39nB454_p0648c27可謂善於擒縱者也。正是:半把琵琶強遮面,不令人J39nB454_p0648c28見轉風流。」
J39nB454_p0648c29舉:「先雲峰問僧曰:『古者道:「剃髮著袈裟,宜應行聖道,J39nB454_p0648c30自餘閒雜事,俱為生死因。」你等諸人橫擔拄杖,撥艸J39nB454_p0649a01瞻風,遶天下行,腳還曾踏著田地也無?』僧無對。峰曰:J39nB454_p0649a02『虛生浪死漢。』」師曰:「者老漢平日說禪口轆轆地,何得J39nB454_p0649a03向者僧面前招成死款?山僧則不然,待僧無對,但向J39nB454_p0649a04道:百尺竿頭五兩垂。」
J39nB454_p0649a05舉:「先雲峰曰:『祖師道:「泡幻同無礙,云何不了悟?達法J39nB454_p0649a06在其中,非今亦非古。」』峰驀拈拄杖,曰:『三世諸佛、歷代J39nB454_p0649a07祖師、天下衲僧,鼻孔總在者裏。』又打香臺一下,曰:『南J39nB454_p0649a08贍部洲,北鬱單越。』」師曰:「者箇說話,卻有衲僧氣概。你J39nB454_p0649a09諸人且將祖師與先雲峰鼻孔穿作一串,挂向當街,J39nB454_p0649a10看是什麼人要?」
J39nB454_p0649a11舉:「先雲峰曰:『智門和尚道:「何物苦求而不得?何物不J39nB454_p0649a12求而自來?何物銕槌打不破?何物晝合而夜開?若人J39nB454_p0649a13會得山僧意,琉璃殿上長青苔。」』峰曰:『會麼?穿破你髑J39nB454_p0649a14髏,拶破你鼻孔。』」師曰:「智門拈秤弄斗,雲峰逐惡隨邪,J39nB454_p0649a15山僧將來束縛他向十字路口,使來的、往的,叱他、辱J39nB454_p0649a16他。自今而後,更不敢私開行戶。」
J39nB454_p0649a17舉:「雲門偃和尚示眾曰:『光不透脫,有兩般病。一切處J39nB454_p0649a18不明,面前有物是一。又透得一切法空,隱隱地似有J39nB454_p0649a19箇物相似,亦是光不透脫。又法身亦有兩般病。得到J39nB454_p0649a20法身,為法執不忘,己見猶存,坐在法身邊是一。直饒J39nB454_p0649a21透得法身去,放過即不可,仔細檢點將來,有什麼氣J39nB454_p0649a22息,亦是病。』」師曰:「參玄上士,須具參學眼始得,不可囫J39nB454_p0649a23圇地噇將去。若只管矇矇瞳瞳,有什麼用?要在時中J39nB454_p0649a24微細檢點。看他雲門道:『光不透脫是病。』且在我自己J39nB454_p0649a25分上,如何是光?如何不得透脫?若論一切處不明,故J39nB454_p0649a26是迷境,實然是病。至如透得一切法空,亦為病者,猶J39nB454_p0649a27當細審。所言一切法者,即山河大地,明暗色空,以至J39nB454_p0649a28五蘊、十八界之一切法也。既於此諸法透得脫得,可J39nB454_p0649a29謂頭頭上明、物物上了,便可撒手無依,曷得又有隱J39nB454_p0649a30隱地中之病?則此處宜當微細審觀,試看隱隱地似J39nB454_p0649b01有物是什麼光景,方為得旨。他又道:『法身有兩般病。』J39nB454_p0649b02此亦可疑。據教中道:『法身無相。』相既無有,病亦曷存?J39nB454_p0649b03他今既說箇坐在法身邊,你便好看如何是坐在法J39nB454_p0649b04身邊的時節。如或不然,則病復何瘳?至若說『透得法J39nB454_p0649b05身去,放過即不可,亦是病。』斯可見學道至微而復至J39nB454_p0649b06險。若論透過法身,便可於十方世界現全身矣。雲門J39nB454_p0649b07猶云:『檢點將來,有什麼氣息,亦是病。』此復何言哉?大J39nB454_p0649b08抵學般若人,慎毋麤心,得少為足。古人不是誑諕汝J39nB454_p0649b09諸人作此檢點,無非要使人到大解脫、大自在境界J39nB454_p0649b10中,方是受用。汝等莫聞如此說話,便生艱難退息之J39nB454_p0649b11想,應須加意深窮,正如宜僚弄丸,久久自然恰好。」
J39nB454_p0649b12舉:「僧問巖頭:『古帆未挂時如何?』頭曰:『後園驢喫艸。』又J39nB454_p0649b13僧問:『古帆未挂時如何?』頭曰:『小魚吞大魚。』今日設有J39nB454_p0649b14問雲峰:『古帆未挂時如何?』但向道:『燈盞裏洗澡,淨瓶J39nB454_p0649b15中出沒。』此三轉語,有一轉如還丹藥,得之者是聖是J39nB454_p0649b16凡,無不當處解脫;有一轉如塗毒鼓,得之者是聖是J39nB454_p0649b17凡,無不喪身失命;有一轉如天鼓音,能使遠者近、散J39nB454_p0649b18者定、懶者勤、凡者聖,只是不得起心湊泊,若起心湊J39nB454_p0649b19泊則病入膏肓。」
J39nB454_p0649b20僧問:「某甲一事啟請和尚:昔日曹山立三種墮,開口J39nB454_p0649b21便道:『凡情聖見是金鎖玄關,直須回互。』未審如何回J39nB454_p0649b22互即得不墮?」師曰:「汝未問已前早墮了也。」曰:「如何是J39nB454_p0649b23類墮?」師曰:「牛頭沒,馬頭回。」曰:「如何是隨墮?」師曰:「愛行J39nB454_p0649b24柳巷花街裏,每見人來乞一文。」曰:「如何是尊貴墮?」師J39nB454_p0649b25曰:「豐干著出破伽黎。」曰:「據師所語,皆是墮意。某甲要J39nB454_p0649b26請:如何是不墮的義?」師曰:「你者尿床鬼子,識甚好惡?J39nB454_p0649b27不見曹山道:『凡情聖見是金鎖玄路,直須回互。』何得J39nB454_p0649b28不體取言句,以所知心測量聖境?你只管要得不墮,J39nB454_p0649b29殊不知銕圍纏繞百匝千重,何時是你出身之日?苦J39nB454_p0649b30哉!要知曹山所立墮意,乃文殊、普賢利生境界,豈汝J39nB454_p0649c01輩所能窺覷?今汝如此致問,可謂見彈而求鶚炙。速J39nB454_p0649c02退!速退!」僧次日復求三墮頌,師即為頌曰:「頭髮已髼J39nB454_p0649c03鬆,眼睛烏律黑。不是拽犁耙,便是駝生銕。類打起漁J39nB454_p0649c04陽鼓,唱出蓮花樂。終朝醉不休,翻覆長街臥。隨珍御J39nB454_p0649c05慵耽著,散步花街裏。即逢殿下人,不敘臨朝底。尊貴」J39nB454_p0649c06因僧請益宗旨,乃曰:「吾宗自流東震,初無他說,惟諸J39nB454_p0649c07祖以心印心而已。如達磨初來此土,不立文字,但直J39nB454_p0649c08指人心,見性成佛。及至末上,謂二祖曰:『自釋迦聖師J39nB454_p0649c09至般若多羅以及於吾,皆傳衣表法,傳法留偈。吾今J39nB454_p0649c10授汝衣以表信。』復付偈曰:『吾本來茲土,傳法救迷情。J39nB454_p0649c11一花開五葉,結果自然成。』據偈意,便知此土定有五J39nB454_p0649c12宗之別矣。如是次第相傳,至六祖後,首出青原、南嶽,J39nB454_p0649c13為曹洞、臨濟之祖。其應機垂手處,便見腔移調別。嗣J39nB454_p0649c14後馬祖、石頭、藥山、天皇、百丈、黃檗輩,亦皆奮獅子威,J39nB454_p0649c15羅龍打鳳,路路轉深。是皆由人機漸巧,醫不拘方,乃J39nB454_p0649c16因病以胗臨時耳。豈故欲為此奇言異語,而別前諸J39nB454_p0649c17祖所謂是心是性之道哉?正如國家兵器,皆不得已J39nB454_p0649c18而用之也。至於五宗開演,正挈傍提,各擅家聲,防邪J39nB454_p0649c19揀異,又非欲各立門戶,永異將來。斯皆從自己實證J39nB454_p0649c20中,一一拈示與人,發向上機,各隨施設。或語為玄要J39nB454_p0649c21賓主,或示為王子功勛,或以圓相呈解,或致互換投J39nB454_p0649c22機,或藏身北斗,或透露色聲,一皆理由神御,玄唱玄J39nB454_p0649c23提,意在為一切人解黏去縛,敲枷打鎖,使其出透玄J39nB454_p0649c24關,不致為悟迷之所籠絡。亦如賈市中、舖頭上,羅列J39nB454_p0649c25鋪置,雖各不同,而養家益己無二也。愚者見謂東家J39nB454_p0649c26如何長,西家如何短,是皆不明養家之道,妄從施設J39nB454_p0649c27中作想,而亦不深味施設之所由也。嗟嗟!祖庭秋晚,J39nB454_p0649c28法道淋漓,其不為異見分岐,是非關鎖者幾稀。近時J39nB454_p0649c29一等學家,眼[目*麻]瞇地,只管分斤析兩。有從洞上者,便J39nB454_p0649c30謂我宗綿密,而餘宗所不及;從濟下者,復曰吾宗直J39nB454_p0650a01捷,他家似未能。如此者流,必是食父母食,衣父母衣,J39nB454_p0650a02得現成受用,決定不識作養家活計。他時異日,定賣J39nB454_p0650a03祖宗田地無疑矣。汝輩好心參學,幸當各自努力,破J39nB454_p0650a04盡牢關,使後生晚進,不致墮斯狂解,乃為得僧。」問:「若J39nB454_p0650a05論五宗家法,如臨濟之全體大用,可謂逆浪千尋,白J39nB454_p0650a06波萬頃。洞宗之正偏王子,賓主功勛,亦可謂玉轉珠J39nB454_p0650a07迴,玲瓏活潑。雲門有驅雷使電之機,溈仰亦有贈以J39nB454_p0650a08黃金餅,投之白玉團,皆可謂靈鋒落落矣。獨法眼宗,J39nB454_p0650a09人謂以三界惟心,萬法惟識,及華嚴六相義,以為宗J39nB454_p0650a10本,不識果如是否?若然者,則較餘宗便落一層矣。未J39nB454_p0650a11審此外別有奇特提持否?」師曰:「大凡宗師演唱,多是J39nB454_p0650a12機用臨時,乃從無中唱出,顯本心源。有在體中而彰J39nB454_p0650a13大用,有從用處而顯妙體,元無一定死法。汝若能融J39nB454_p0650a14透三界惟心,并六相旨訣,則無量法門,百千妙義,靡J39nB454_p0650a15不具在厥中,豈從此外另覓奇特提持哉?況三界惟J39nB454_p0650a16心與六相義,原非法眼出自己意,欲立為宗本,乃因J39nB454_p0650a17僧請益,則法眼為之頌出。《人天眼目》中,具載詳明,歷J39nB454_p0650a18歷可據,豈可卜聽虛聲,便為準的,而妄擬先聖耶?且J39nB454_p0650a19今欲圓會五宗,苦心力任,親見五家宗祖,於杖頭拂J39nB454_p0650a20下,出沒縱橫者無多,即本宗堂奧中家話,尚是支吾J39nB454_p0650a21儱侗,況其餘者耶?據汝所問,只知法眼宗中,有三界J39nB454_p0650a22惟心與六相義而已,故不知有奇特提持。如僧問法J39nB454_p0650a23眼:『聲色二字,如何透得?』法眼召大眾曰:『諸上座!且道J39nB454_p0650a24者僧還透得也未?若會得者僧問處,要透聲色也不J39nB454_p0650a25難。恁般說話,你且道:還是答他問話耶?還是越格提J39nB454_p0650a26持耶?』於此會得,又豈止逆浪千尋、珠迴玉轉,以致投J39nB454_p0650a27之白玉團而已也?又不聞法眼宗要云:『一真收不得,J39nB454_p0650a28萬類莫能該;蚊子生頭角,泥鰍上五臺。』試看是何等J39nB454_p0650a29作略?所謂善言者,言滿天下無口過。若只是依語生J39nB454_p0650a30解,則并前諸家語要總是一場拖白,宗旨曷有焉?」僧J39nB454_p0650b01即唯唯而退。師因是作五宗家風頌,頌曰:「有時借得J39nB454_p0650b02東風令,父子牽牛火裏耕;脅下書名誰解識?田中人J39nB454_p0650b03數子分明。機輪暗合投賓主,體用潛施活眼睛;睡起J39nB454_p0650b04教兒原夢了,動人春色綠盈盈。溈仰白晝長空忽掣J39nB454_p0650b05電,青天霹靂頂門來;群狐路絕金毛吼,石火敲空玉J39nB454_p0650b06練開。縱奪機靈光不夜,冤家路絕活先埋;吹毛用到J39nB454_p0650b07猶嫌鈍,玄要中分妙辯才。臨濟木人手執夜明符,玉J39nB454_p0650b08鼎香生似有無;禁殿亦能同御枕,深宮不獨鎖冰壺。J39nB454_p0650b09龍吟枯木花開早,鳳翥長空月尚孤;要得君臣論化J39nB454_p0650b10日,珠簾倒挂上茆廬。曹洞由來八面展鎗旗,活捉生J39nB454_p0650b11擒上上機;北斗深藏何處覓?南山虎猛不堪持。送人J39nB454_p0650b12直下千重井,示相多吟一字詩;扇子忽然𨁝跳起,盆J39nB454_p0650b13傾驟雨打丹墀。雲門團圞金彈輕拋出,萬象之中獨J39nB454_p0650b14露身;山色溪光渾是舌,填溝塞壑不為塵。泥鰍自解J39nB454_p0650b15翻筋斗,蚊子都來咬銕輪;閑把一枝無孔笛,為君奏J39nB454_p0650b16出九霄人。法眼」
J39nB454_p0650b17舉:「玄沙示眾曰:『諸方老宿盡道接物利生,忽遇三種J39nB454_p0650b18病人來,作麼生接?患盲者,拈槌豎拂他又不見;患聾J39nB454_p0650b19者,語言三昧他又不聞;患啞者,教伊說又說不得。且J39nB454_p0650b20作麼生接?若接此人不得,佛法無靈驗。』」師曰:「玄沙不J39nB454_p0650b21唯自病,而復病人,可惜當時不遇盧醫。雲峰若在,但J39nB454_p0650b22向道:『念彼觀音力,釋然得解脫。』管教伊渾身安樂。」
J39nB454_p0650b23舉:「洞山曰:『五臺山上雲蒸飯,佛殿階前狗尿天,旛竿J39nB454_p0650b24頭上煎䭔子,三箇猢猻夜播錢。』道吾曰:『老僧則不然,J39nB454_p0650b25三面黧奴腳踏月,兩頭白牯手拏煙,戴冠碧兔立庭J39nB454_p0650b26柏,脫殼烏龜飛上天。』」師唾一唾曰:「氣息逼人,何不道J39nB454_p0650b27桃萼粧成西子面,綠楊垂作美人肩?昨朝寒食爨薪J39nB454_p0650b28火,燒出古塚頭,趙五張三,箇箇都來索紙錢。」
J39nB454_p0650b29如意銘。「箇是天然無造作,靈根突出群芳愕,蕭疏孤J39nB454_p0650b30影勢撐天,乾坤瞥轉機輪大。傲霜寒,猶珍恪,脫盡繁J39nB454_p0650c01柯只者箇,芳叢斂艷雪華妍,靈鳥何曾容倚著?拾將J39nB454_p0650c02來,掌中搏,頓使山河盡寥廓,卓出當陽展大機,任是J39nB454_p0650c03英獰慵肯諾。論神通,語謀略,四七二三皆不若,殺活J39nB454_p0650c04潛行冷眼看,衲僧由此成關鑰。絕功勳,無倚託,縱橫J39nB454_p0650c05妙用空靈魄,度刃奔流向上施,聖凡情解空圖度。瘦J39nB454_p0650c06藤枝,鋒凜鍔,走象奔龍忘規模,山儂只獨掣風狂,倒J39nB454_p0650c07弄橫拈輸自樂。沒知音,且高閣,挂向林泉也不惡,任J39nB454_p0650c08渠日炙與霜蒸,免使時人亂穿鑿。」
