夫欲求生淨域先須洗浣身心入聖超凡必使根J30nB260_p0917a03塵迥脫所以如來示懺悔之方先德述修淨之法J30nB260_p0917a04攝生之要無逾此也惟智者覺照愚者沉迷故我J30nB260_p0917a05本師見月老和尚每於布薩之期先令懺摩然後J30nB260_p0917a06說戒今此文者乃大唐不空三藏所譯三十五佛J30nB260_p0917a07名經禮懺法五天竺國遵行甚有靈應迨於趙J30nB260_p0917a08不動三藏復以五十三佛洪名增之於前普賢J30nB260_p0917a09十大願偈續之於後共成一百八禮題云大懺悔J30nB260_p0917a10》。始從讚禮稱名終於發願回向事理一貫權實J30nB260_p0917a11雙彰令人朝夕禮誦期斷百八煩惱後來人根漸J30nB260_p0917a12皆悉跪諷由是誦者頗多而達者無幾心既不J30nB260_p0917a13云何感通諸佛故余不揣荒陋詳閱諸經採取J30nB260_p0917a14要文發明少義名曰略解文雖不廣三懺全收J30nB260_p0917a15或未周五悔並攝願諸覽者如法行持庶得理顯J30nB260_p0917a16情忘則蓮邦淨域不期而至也

大者大乘之法也謂揀去權小特發大心故J30nB260_p0919a07悔者乃萬行之初機解脫之根本入道之要門J30nB260_p0919a08利生之方法也解黏去縛莫過於此依之而修J30nB260_p0919a09則無罪不滅無福不生其福之生也如春回大J30nB260_p0919a10罪之滅也如雪點紅爐故經云:「懺悔則安樂J30nB260_p0919a11不懺悔則罪益深。」由是觀之蓋吾人不可不為J30nB260_p0919a12當務之急而勤行懺悔之法也梵語懺摩華言J30nB260_p0919a13悔過今言懺悔者華梵兼舉也。《光明文句J30nB260_p0919a14首也悔者伏也順從為首不逆為伏謂行人J30nB260_p0919a15順從三寶足下依教修行不敢違逆故所以作J30nB260_p0919a16法之時先敬三寶次伸懺悔也又懺名白法J30nB260_p0919a17名黑法白法須尚而行之黑法須棄而捨之J30nB260_p0919a18捨合論故言懺悔亦即改往修來之意謂修將J30nB260_p0919a19來之善果往之惡因也又懺名披陳眾失J30nB260_p0919a20發露過咎不敢隱諱悔名斷相續心厭悔捨離J30nB260_p0919a21能作所作合棄故言懺悔如後說罪之法是也J30nB260_p0919a22又懺者名慚悔者名愧慚則慚天愧則愧人J30nB260_p0919a23見其顯天見其冥冥細顯麤麤細皆惡故言懺J30nB260_p0919a24總而言之作之罪悉願消滅未作之罪J30nB260_p0919a25敢更作也然懺法有事理之不同事懺者謂晝J30nB260_p0919a26夜六時三業清淨對於尊像披陳過罪無始至J30nB260_p0919a27凡所造作五逆十惡及餘一切隨意發露J30nB260_p0919b01不覆藏畢故不造新者是也理懺者謂斂攝身J30nB260_p0919b02深念實相觀此罪性不在內外亦非中間J30nB260_p0919b03推能作之心亦不在內外中間三處能造之心J30nB260_p0919b04既爾而所作之罪亦然心既當體即空罪性了J30nB260_p0919b05不可得者是也普賢觀經:「若欲懺悔者J30nB260_p0919b06坐念實相眾罪如霜露慧日能消除。」其事懺懺J30nB260_p0919b07苦道業道理懺懺煩惱道又理事懺法不出三J30nB260_p0919b08理謂無生妙懺事謂取相作法也無生懺者J30nB260_p0919b09謂了我心自空罪福無主觀業實相見罪本源J30nB260_p0919b10法界圓融真如清淨故取相懺者謂定心運想J30nB260_p0919b11相起為期故作法懺者謂身口所作一依法度J30nB260_p0919b12然法雖三種要須行在一心當知三種懺法J30nB260_p0919b13無生是正二為助緣如灰汁皂角助於清水J30nB260_p0919b14助合行如膏益明證理彌速也又此三種懺法J30nB260_p0919b15後一雖可獨修不進須假前二而前二不可暫J30nB260_p0919b16離無生得此意方可說行三種懺法也若論J30nB260_p0919b17其功能作法滅違無作罪及違戒上罪三惡報J30nB260_p0919b18業障怖畏憂愁煩惱取相滅性罪及犯定上J30nB260_p0919b19人道報障業障四住煩惱無生滅無明及犯J30nB260_p0919b20慧上罪三界有漏報障業障無明煩惱作法屬J30nB260_p0919b21身口二業取相屬意之事一心上二皆事也J30nB260_p0919b22生屬意之理一心此一唯理也窮理在事了事J30nB260_p0919b23即理理事融通是名懺悔如別時而修則作法J30nB260_p0919b24喻服薑桂差病而不能肥身若取相喻服五J30nB260_p0919b25病差身充不能得道修無生喻服五芝病除J30nB260_p0919b26身飛升仙得道故知懺悔不出此三法也文者J30nB260_p0919b27能詮文字也若論至道之法本來離言說相J30nB260_p0919c01文字相古云:「大道元來不屬言擬談玄妙隔天J30nB260_p0919c02。」豈可以文言而能詮者哉然道雖無言要因J30nB260_p0919c03言以顯道清涼疏:「雖空空絕跡而義天之J30nB260_p0919c04星象燦然湛湛忘言教海之波瀾浩瀚。」則無文J30nB260_p0919c05字中不妨有此懺悔文也

初二句讚佛心三句讚佛身四句皈命也慈者J30nB260_p0920a11與其樂悲者拔其苦喜者慶其善捨者去其惡J30nB260_p0920a12大者以此四種名為無量心故不同世人愛染J30nB260_p0920a13慈悲情見喜捨乃無緣大慈同體大悲故曰大J30nB260_p0920a14慈大悲喜無所喜捨無所捨故曰大喜大捨J30nB260_p0920a15者憐愍濟者濟度眾生者眾法相生也此指六J30nB260_p0920a16道而言含識者含靈抱識也此指四生而言J30nB260_p0920a17則眾生即含識易名不易體也相好光明者J30nB260_p0920a18如來身有八萬四千相一一相中有八萬四千J30nB260_p0920a19隨形好一一好中有八萬四千光明以此相好J30nB260_p0920a20光明而為莊嚴自佛之身故云以自嚴也至心J30nB260_p0920a21一心也一心作法理事皆周內心既虔外儀J30nB260_p0920a22必敬也命者命根以壽煖識三一期連持不斷J30nB260_p0920a23稱之為命即八識自體也經云:「元依一精明J30nB260_p0920a24成六和合。」則命為六根之總六根乃命之別J30nB260_p0920a25攝別歸總故曰命耳而云皈者有事有理理則J30nB260_p0920a26以六和合還歸一精明體事則世人最重惟命J30nB260_p0920a27與財若捨財猶有命在今捨性命皈投於佛J30nB260_p0920b01捨而無所不捨以表誠敬之至故曰皈命禮也
