衡山法伯和尚圓寂對真小參高聲喚云:「衡老漢J39nB442_p0325c11之又不應。」顧視左右云:「覓之又不見。」指真云:「分明在J39nB442_p0325c12目前相逢不覿面。」良久:「夜明簾外轉身來豈可清J39nB442_p0325c13風臥金殿?」

小參。「諸昆仲今結制三日矣竊念隙駒易過駟馬難J39nB442_p0325c15古人曾惜寸陰汝等豈可輕易放過凡參禪底人J39nB442_p0325c16譬如國家用兵先須布陣安營堅設墻塹外不放入J39nB442_p0325c17內不放出外不放入則外息諸緣內不放出則內心J39nB442_p0325c18無喘心隨境轉境隨心生心境雙忘自然靈光顯現J39nB442_p0325c19方知本來面目不從外覓不向他求何須參師訪友J39nB442_p0325c20向他人喉下討氣則知自己眉毛不在他人面上J39nB442_p0325c21僧恁麼說話也是畫蛇添足與缽安柄檢點將來J39nB442_p0325c22墮拔舌地獄何故聻不見昔日文殊起佛見法見J39nB442_p0325c23世尊威神攝向二鐵圍山間且道山僧與文殊是同J39nB442_p0325c24是別?」喝一喝:「寧可將身墮地獄莫將佛法作人情J39nB442_p0325c25珍重珍重。」

隕西周縣尹畢七小參喝一喝:「此是居士為國惜J39nB442_p0325c27歷劫長存底面目有何生死去來只因恩愛牽纏J39nB442_p0325c28世緣不破故爾輥入幻化場頭作箇幻人做些幻事J39nB442_p0325c29即今山僧不惜眉毛為伊掃開葛藤何以故立春前J39nB442_p0325c30山僧來賀你立冬後山僧來弔你正眼看來功名富J39nB442_p0326a01貴譬如水上浮漚生死去來猶若草頭朝露方知萬J39nB442_p0326a02化皆空萬緣總幻生亦幻死亦幻富貴功名總亦幻J39nB442_p0326a03幻亦幻幻到幻無可幻居士有不幻之面目長存J39nB442_p0326a04亦空去亦空恩愛家緣總亦空空亦空空到空無可J39nB442_p0326a05居士有不空之精靈儼在雖然如是正恁麼時J39nB442_p0326a06道與山僧又在甚麼處相見?」撫掌:「乾加二兌連三J39nB442_p0326a07九羊十馬七鼠八猿三雞四虎鬧喧天忙道山僧不J39nB442_p0326a08唧溜錯算不為瞞七七四十九金烏飛玉兔走象王J39nB442_p0326a09獅子吼知有不知有百年三萬六千朝牙齒依然J39nB442_p0326a10還在口。」復喝一喝

羯磨小參拈拄杖卓一卓:「無量法門百千玅義J39nB442_p0326a12被山僧擊碎了也諸人於茲薦得更有甚麼佛馱耶J39nB442_p0326a13達磨耶僧伽耶五戒沙彌戒比丘戒菩薩大戒其或J39nB442_p0326a14未然犀因玩月紋生角象被雷驚花入牙。」

考功小參豎拂子云:「道在邇而求諸遠事在易而求J39nB442_p0326a16諸難難難朝朝共起夜同眠易易一箇鼻頭兩孔氣J39nB442_p0326a17即今鼻孔有氣者出來與山僧相見。」監院出師喝一J39nB442_p0326a18院云:「這箇也不消得。」師云:「山僧今日失利。」化主出J39nB442_p0326a19師問:「父母未生前面目你作麼生會?」答云:「火燄山前J39nB442_p0326a20三峽水。」師云:「且放過一著。」執拂侍者以拂置於桌上J39nB442_p0326a21便出師問:「汝手中底聻?」者作揮拂底勢師云:「不愧為J39nB442_p0326a22吾侍者。」執杖侍者以杖度與師便出師豎拄杖問云J39nB442_p0326a23汝手中底卻在山僧手裏汝即今底又在甚麼處?」J39nB442_p0326a24豎起指師云:「汝那一指與山僧手中底是同是別?」J39nB442_p0326a25:「一樹梨花靠粉墻。」僧出師云:「汝往常慣弄手腳J39nB442_p0326a26今一切俱不許汝又作麼生?」僧云:「直日事繁忘卻了J39nB442_p0326a27。」師便打考畢師擬開示悅眾即敲引磬大眾作禮J39nB442_p0326a28師云:「山僧今夜失利且道即今文殊又在甚麼處?」J39nB442_p0326a29元云:「諦觀法王法法王法如是。」師便歸方丈

小參。「大道只在目前要且目前難睹欲識大道真體J39nB442_p0326b01不離聲色言語古人恁麼道寶積則不然。」驀豎拄杖J39nB442_p0326b02:「大道只在目前目前何不快睹?」卓一卓:「欲識大J39nB442_p0326b03道真體諸人切須薦取即今有向聲色裏承當者麼J39nB442_p0326b04出來與山僧相見。」眾答不契師云:「有眼底因甚不解J39nB442_p0326b05有耳底因甚不解聞有口底因甚不解說有腳底J39nB442_p0326b06因甚不肯行?」復卓一卓:「只為分明急翻令所得遲。」

小參。「今宵香畢上單打箇瞌睡鈒子敲開眼睛忽然J39nB442_p0326b26得箇消息且道是甚麼消息天晴日光達落雨地下J39nB442_p0326b27寸指是五雙二四還如八八八六十四五四三二J39nB442_p0326b28一一歸何處處處綠楊堪繫馬馬蹄踏殺遍天下J39nB442_p0326b29覺歸來道底顛四倒三卻也顛三倒四明明說與諸J39nB442_p0326b30因甚諸人不識莫狐疑休擬議一鏃三關只這是J39nB442_p0326c01叮嚀再叮嚀切記又切記夜永更深勿勞久立。」

為周遇舟居士對靈小參。「生死幻夢去住空花夢幻J39nB442_p0326c03空花乃生死岸邊事居士年來虔心奉佛持誦金剛》,J39nB442_p0326c04金剛經:『如來者無所從來亦無所去故名如來。』J39nB442_p0326c05茲薦得則知幻而有生覓生底了不更得幻而有死J39nB442_p0326c06覓死底了不可得既覓生死不可得即今居士厭世J39nB442_p0326c07離凡畢竟向甚麼處安身立命?」彈指一下:「青山只J39nB442_p0326c08解磨今古流水何曾洗是非?」

分座治平羯磨小參豎拄杖:「此是汝等潔淨的法J39nB442_p0326c10原來一系不掛更有甚麼染污只緣執妄迷真J39nB442_p0326c11有我認賊為子將奴作即以至種種愛緣故爾沉J39nB442_p0326c12淪不息即今山僧不惜眉毛為爾諸人掃開藤葛J39nB442_p0326c13故聻昔二祖請達磨與之安心磨云:『將心來與汝安。』J39nB442_p0326c14祖云:『覓心了不可得。』磨云:『與汝安心竟。』三祖請神光J39nB442_p0326c15與之懺罪光云:『將罪來與汝懺。』祖云:『覓罪了不可得。』J39nB442_p0326c16光云:『與汝懺罪竟。』看來何心何罪何佛何生於茲薦J39nB442_p0326c17一任婬房裏訪彌勒酒肆裏覓觀音脫或未然J39nB442_p0326c18跟下也不得輕易放過。」

茶話拈起餅:「此是雲門餅諸人切忌帶齒沾唇。」J39nB442_p0326c21:「此是趙州茶吞卻不若吐卻識得吞吐分明J39nB442_p0326c22任汝等於二六時中行住坐臥待客迎賓任性逍遙J39nB442_p0326c23更無一毫勉強即今眾檀越敦請山僧開場選佛J39nB442_p0326c24道這佛字還著得也無諸人不妨出來道看。」維那作J39nB442_p0326c25師云:「也不消得。」便歸方丈

座元母難請茶話。「寧上座相隨山僧二十三載每於J39nB442_p0326c27二六時中奉塵執巾擎茶捧果山僧隨時攝受並無J39nB442_p0326c28佛法商量然山僧三百六十骨節八萬四千毫竅J39nB442_p0326c29一是伊記取分明何待伊母難之期請求法要且山J39nB442_p0326c30僧腸肚并無屎屁只有面上眉毛終朝拖泥帶水J39nB442_p0327a01道即今還在也未?」良久:「有勞眾慈各請歸位。」

除夕茶話。「年年此日是除夕看來何常有更易今年J39nB442_p0327a03人是去年人明年日是今年日五九盡日又逢春J39nB442_p0327a04朝元旦是初一溪頭柳眼綻黃金嶺畔梅腮敷白玉J39nB442_p0327a05就裏機關事若何一箇鼻頭兩孔氣不問周吳鄭王J39nB442_p0327a06那管趙甲錢乙聻聻聻假雞過關指瑕奪璧明朝祝J39nB442_p0327a07聖宜早大眾勿勞久立。」

茶話維那出眾云:「二月陽春仲山花次第開堤柳披J39nB442_p0327a09金鎖和風掃玉階特請和尚垂慈道箇因時及節底J39nB442_p0327a10句子貴圖滿座知音。」師云:「今朝二月十四卻也有些J39nB442_p0327a11喜氣可喜日暖風恬又道明朝解制兩堂龍象整齊J39nB442_p0327a12箇箇頂天立地打開舌底關頭腳底絲綸斬去一任J39nB442_p0327a13汝等東去西去南去北去去到去無可去汝等又作J39nB442_p0327a14麼生各下一轉語看。」座元云:「金烏飛銀漢玉兔隱滄J39nB442_p0327a15。」一僧云:「千里溪山隨指顧一川風月任逢迎。」又僧J39nB442_p0327a16:「任他行盡天涯外難忘室中不夜燈。」眾答畢師乃J39nB442_p0327a17:「阿呵呵會也麼休錯過莫蹉跎明朝解制自有下J39nB442_p0327a18。」良久:「雖然如是也不得離俺這裏。」

情侍者頌公案呈師閱師云:「還須著力研窮。」者云:「覿J39nB442_p0327a21面承當。」師云:「承當箇甚麼?」者低首師震威一喝者隨J39nB442_p0327a22聲亦喝師云:「除卻喝還有麼?」者拂袖便行師云:「放汝J39nB442_p0327a23三十棒。」師夜坐次謂僧云:「今夜好月。」:「請和尚月看。」J39nB442_p0327a24師畫圓相示之云:「這箇與天上底是同是別?」師喝一J39nB442_p0327a25僧作禮云:「再乞一偈。」師示偈云:「明明一鏡照當空J39nB442_p0327a26說甚別來說甚同識得其中端的旨光明何處不圓J39nB442_p0327a27?」

骨餅:「諸仁者還見麼此是見修不朽底法身J39nB442_p0328c01來劈不開捏不聚橫身落在山僧手中碎為微塵J39nB442_p0328c02又合為骨餅一任殺活縱擒收來收去且道作麼結J39nB442_p0328c03?」拋下:「天不能蓋地不能載日月不能照臨泥沙J39nB442_p0328c04豈能掩蓋入火不能燒入水不能壞優游任運縱橫J39nB442_p0328c05那拘水陸空界沉潭切勿安身寒巖下不可貪愛J39nB442_p0328c06盡眾生出苦輪脫體逍遙無罣礙如何是無罣礙底J39nB442_p0328c07一句我為法王於法自在。」
