J39nB442_p0325c04佛成道日,值師誕,會吾楊居士為男寄名,請小參。「釋J39nB442_p0325c05迦老漢不解腦後抽釘,卻又眼中著屑,賺得後代兒J39nB442_p0325c06孫盡謂之睹星悟道。山僧抱恨含冤,乘此日為伊洗J39nB442_p0325c07雪,豈料會吾居士及節因時,將長男來我高峰院裏J39nB442_p0325c08寄名保關,山僧只得不惜眉毛葛藤一上。還委悉麼?J39nB442_p0325c09飯眾懸旛,福壽無比,呦呦鹿鳴,嘛呢叭𠺗。」
J39nB442_p0325c10衡山法伯和尚圓寂,對真小參。高聲喚云:「衡老漢!呼J39nB442_p0325c11之又不應。」顧視左右云:「覓之又不見。」指真云:「分明在J39nB442_p0325c12目前,相逢不覿面。」良久,云:「夜明簾外轉身來,豈可清J39nB442_p0325c13風臥金殿?」
J39nB442_p0325c14小參。「諸昆仲!今結制三日矣,竊念隙駒易過、駟馬難J39nB442_p0325c15追,古人曾惜寸陰,汝等豈可輕易放過?凡參禪底人,J39nB442_p0325c16譬如國家用兵,先須布陣安營、堅設墻塹,外不放入、J39nB442_p0325c17內不放出。外不放入,則外息諸緣;內不放出,則內心J39nB442_p0325c18無喘。心隨境轉、境隨心生,心境雙忘,自然靈光顯現,J39nB442_p0325c19方知本來面目不從外覓、不向他求,何須參師訪友,J39nB442_p0325c20向他人喉下討氣?則知自己眉毛不在他人面上。山J39nB442_p0325c21僧恁麼說話,也是畫蛇添足、與缽安柄,檢點將來,當J39nB442_p0325c22墮拔舌地獄。何故聻?不見昔日文殊起佛見、法見,被J39nB442_p0325c23世尊威神攝向二鐵圍山間。且道山僧與文殊是同?J39nB442_p0325c24是別?」喝一喝,云:「寧可將身墮地獄,莫將佛法作人情。J39nB442_p0325c25珍重,珍重。」
J39nB442_p0325c26隕西周縣尹畢七,小參。喝一喝,云:「此是居士為國惜J39nB442_p0325c27民、歷劫長存底面目,有何生死去來?只因恩愛牽纏、J39nB442_p0325c28世緣不破,故爾輥入幻化場頭,作箇幻人、做些幻事。J39nB442_p0325c29即今山僧不惜眉毛,為伊掃開葛藤。何以故?立春前,J39nB442_p0325c30山僧來賀你;立冬後,山僧來弔你。正眼看來,功名富J39nB442_p0326a01貴譬如水上浮漚,生死去來猶若草頭朝露,方知萬J39nB442_p0326a02化皆空、萬緣總幻,生亦幻、死亦幻,富貴功名總亦幻,J39nB442_p0326a03幻亦幻,幻到幻無可幻,居士有不幻之面目長存;來J39nB442_p0326a04亦空、去亦空,恩愛家緣總亦空,空亦空,空到空無可J39nB442_p0326a05空,居士有不空之精靈儼在。雖然如是,正恁麼時,且J39nB442_p0326a06道與山僧又在甚麼處相見?」撫掌,云:「乾加二、兌連三,J39nB442_p0326a07九羊、十馬,七鼠、八猿,三雞、四虎鬧喧天,忙道山僧不J39nB442_p0326a08唧溜。錯算不為瞞,七七四十九,金烏飛、玉兔走,象王J39nB442_p0326a09行、獅子吼,知有不知有,百年三萬六千朝,牙齒依然J39nB442_p0326a10還在口。」復喝一喝。
J39nB442_p0326a11羯磨,小參。拈拄杖,卓一卓,云:「無量法門、百千玅義,總J39nB442_p0326a12被山僧擊碎了也。諸人於茲薦得,更有甚麼佛馱耶?J39nB442_p0326a13達磨耶?僧伽耶?五戒、沙彌戒、比丘戒、菩薩大戒?其或J39nB442_p0326a14未然,犀因玩月紋生角,象被雷驚花入牙。」
J39nB442_p0326a15考功小參。豎拂子云:「道在邇而求諸遠,事在易而求J39nB442_p0326a16諸難。難難,朝朝共起夜同眠;易易,一箇鼻頭兩孔氣。J39nB442_p0326a17即今鼻孔有氣者,出來與山僧相見。」監院出,師喝一J39nB442_p0326a18喝,院云:「這箇也不消得。」師云:「山僧今日失利。」化主出,J39nB442_p0326a19師問:「父母未生前面目,你作麼生會?」答云:「火燄山前J39nB442_p0326a20三峽水。」師云:「且放過一著。」執拂侍者以拂置於桌上,J39nB442_p0326a21便出,師問:「汝手中底聻?」者作揮拂底勢,師云:「不愧為J39nB442_p0326a22吾侍者。」執杖侍者以杖度與師,便出,師豎拄杖問云:J39nB442_p0326a23「汝手中底卻在山僧手裏,汝即今底又在甚麼處?」者J39nB442_p0326a24豎起指,師云:「汝那一指與山僧手中底是同是別?」者J39nB442_p0326a25云:「一樹梨花靠粉墻。」僧出,師云:「汝往常慣弄手腳,即J39nB442_p0326a26今一切俱不許,汝又作麼生?」僧云:「直日事繁,忘卻了J39nB442_p0326a27也。」師便打。考畢,師擬開示悅眾,即敲引磬,大眾作禮,J39nB442_p0326a28師云:「山僧今夜失利,且道即今文殊又在甚麼處?」座J39nB442_p0326a29元云:「諦觀法王法,法王法如是。」師便歸方丈。
J39nB442_p0326a30小參。「大道只在目前,要且目前難睹;欲識大道真體,J39nB442_p0326b01不離聲色言語。古人恁麼道,寶積則不然。」驀豎拄杖J39nB442_p0326b02▆:「大道只在目前,目前何不快睹?」卓一卓,云:「欲識大J39nB442_p0326b03道真體,諸人切須薦取。即今有向聲色裏承當者麼?J39nB442_p0326b04出來與山僧相見。」眾答不契,師云:「有眼底因甚不解J39nB442_p0326b05見?有耳底因甚不解聞?有口底因甚不解說?有腳底J39nB442_p0326b06因甚不肯行?」復卓一卓,云:「只為分明急,翻令所得遲。」
J39nB442_p0326b07易府純素道人對靈小參。「昔日世尊將正法囑付國J39nB442_p0326b08王、大臣、婆羅門等,俟末法時代助宣正法,眾等各乘J39nB442_p0326b09悲願,或現國王身、或現宰輔身、或現將軍身、或現居J39nB442_p0326b10士身、或現童男童女身、或現宰官婦女身。道人可謂J39nB442_p0326b11現宰官婦女身於易府者,年來持齋茹素,禮誦《金剛》,J39nB442_p0326b12末後剃髮染衣,皈投三寶,豈奈塵緣牽絆,世網羈縻,J39nB442_p0326b13不能得登般羅彼岸。即今報緣既盡,脫幻歸真,且道J39nB442_p0326b14如何是歸真底面目?」喝一喝,云:「無死亦無生,來去復J39nB442_p0326b15何論?《金剛經》裏句,忒殺太分明。道人還記得《金剛經》J39nB442_p0326b16麼?過去心、未來心、現在心俱不可得。既三心俱不可J39nB442_p0326b17得,且道畢竟如何?識取鉤頭意,莫認定盤星。會得山J39nB442_p0326b18僧道底即會得《金剛經》裏說底,會得《金剛經》裏說底J39nB442_p0326b19即會得山僧道底,會得山僧道底與《金剛經》裏說底,J39nB442_p0326b20則知道人本來面目與如來同體,如來面目與山僧J39nB442_p0326b21同體,山僧面目與四生六道一切眾生同體。道人還J39nB442_p0326b22信得及麼?脫或未然,更有一頌:凡持金剛多感應,肉J39nB442_p0326b23身身裏睹金仙,但能不著諸有相,何須九品復生蓮?」J39nB442_p0326b24復喝一喝。
J39nB442_p0326b25小參。「今宵香畢上單,打箇瞌睡鈒子,敲開眼睛,忽然J39nB442_p0326b26得箇消息。且道是甚麼消息?天晴日光達,落雨地下J39nB442_p0326b27深,寸指是五雙,二四還如八,八八六十四,五四三二,J39nB442_p0326b28一一歸何處?處處綠楊堪繫馬,馬蹄踏殺遍天下。夢J39nB442_p0326b29覺歸來,道底顛四倒三,卻也顛三倒四。明明說與諸J39nB442_p0326b30人,因甚諸人不識?莫狐疑,休擬議,一鏃三關只這是。J39nB442_p0326c01叮嚀再叮嚀,切記又切記,夜永更深,勿勞久立。」
J39nB442_p0326c02為周遇舟居士對靈小參。「生死幻夢,去住空花,夢幻J39nB442_p0326c03空花,乃生死岸邊事。居士年來虔心奉佛,持誦《金剛》,J39nB442_p0326c04《金剛經》云:『如來者,無所從來,亦無所去,故名如來。』於J39nB442_p0326c05茲薦得,則知幻而有生,覓生底了不更得;幻而有死,J39nB442_p0326c06覓死底了不可得。既覓生死不可得,即今居士厭世J39nB442_p0326c07離凡,畢竟向甚麼處安身立命?」彈指一下,云:「青山只J39nB442_p0326c08解磨今古,流水何曾洗是非?」
J39nB442_p0326c09分座治平,羯磨小參。豎拄杖,云:「此是汝等潔淨的法J39nB442_p0326c10身,原來一系不掛,更有甚麼染污?只緣執妄迷真,有J39nB442_p0326c11人、有我,認賊為子、將奴作即,以至種種愛緣,故爾沉J39nB442_p0326c12淪不息。即今山僧不惜眉毛,為爾諸人掃開藤葛。何J39nB442_p0326c13故聻?昔二祖請達磨與之安心,磨云:『將心來,與汝安。』J39nB442_p0326c14祖云:『覓心了不可得。』磨云:『與汝安心竟。』三祖請神光J39nB442_p0326c15與之懺罪,光云:『將罪來,與汝懺。』祖云:『覓罪了不可得。』J39nB442_p0326c16光云:『與汝懺罪竟。』看來何心、何罪?何佛、何生?於茲薦J39nB442_p0326c17得,一任婬房裏訪彌勒、酒肆裏覓觀音;脫或未然,腳J39nB442_p0326c18跟下也不得輕易放過。」
茶話
J39nB442_p0326c20茶話。拈起餅,云:「此是雲門餅,諸人切忌帶齒沾唇。」舉J39nB442_p0326c21盃,云:「此是趙州茶,吞卻不若吐卻。識得吞吐分明,一J39nB442_p0326c22任汝等於二六時中行住坐臥、待客迎賓,任性逍遙,J39nB442_p0326c23更無一毫勉強。即今眾檀越敦請山僧開場選佛,且J39nB442_p0326c24道這佛字還著得也無?諸人不妨出來道看。」維那作J39nB442_p0326c25禮,師云:「也不消得。」便歸方丈。
J39nB442_p0326c26座元母難請茶話。「寧上座相隨山僧二十三載,每於J39nB442_p0326c27二六時中奉塵執巾、擎茶捧果,山僧隨時攝受,並無J39nB442_p0326c28佛法商量。然山僧三百六十骨節、八萬四千毫竅,一J39nB442_p0326c29一是伊記取分明,何待伊母難之期請求法要?且山J39nB442_p0326c30僧腸肚并無屎屁,只有面上眉毛終朝拖泥帶水,且J39nB442_p0327a01道即今還在也未?」良久,云:「咦!有勞眾慈,各請歸位。」
J39nB442_p0327a02除夕茶話。「年年此日是除夕,看來何常有更易。今年J39nB442_p0327a03人是去年人,明年日是今年日。五九盡日又逢春,明J39nB442_p0327a04朝元旦是初一。溪頭柳眼綻黃金,嶺畔梅腮敷白玉。J39nB442_p0327a05就裏機關事若何,一箇鼻頭兩孔氣。不問周吳鄭王,J39nB442_p0327a06那管趙甲錢乙。聻聻聻,假雞過關,指瑕奪璧。明朝祝J39nB442_p0327a07聖宜早,大眾勿勞久立。」
J39nB442_p0327a08茶話,維那出眾云:「二月陽春仲,山花次第開,堤柳披J39nB442_p0327a09金鎖,和風掃玉階。特請和尚垂慈,道箇因時及節底J39nB442_p0327a10句子,貴圖滿座知音。」師云:「今朝二月十四,卻也有些J39nB442_p0327a11喜氣,可喜日暖風恬。又道明朝解制,兩堂龍象整齊,J39nB442_p0327a12箇箇頂天立地,打開舌底關頭,腳底絲綸斬去,一任J39nB442_p0327a13汝等東去、西去、南去、北去,去到去無可去,汝等又作J39nB442_p0327a14麼生?各下一轉語看。」座元云:「金烏飛銀漢,玉兔隱滄J39nB442_p0327a15洲。」一僧云:「千里溪山隨指顧,一川風月任逢迎。」又僧J39nB442_p0327a16云:「任他行盡天涯外,難忘室中不夜燈。」眾答畢,師乃J39nB442_p0327a17云:「阿呵呵,會也麼?休錯過,莫蹉跎,明朝解制自有下J39nB442_p0327a18落。」良久,云:「雖然如是,也不得離俺這裏。」
機緣
J39nB442_p0327a20情侍者頌公案呈師閱,師云:「還須著力研窮。」者云:「覿J39nB442_p0327a21面承當。」師云:「承當箇甚麼?」者低首,師震威一喝,者隨J39nB442_p0327a22聲亦喝。師云:「除卻喝,還有麼?」者拂袖便行。師云:「放汝J39nB442_p0327a23三十棒。」師夜坐次,謂僧云:「今夜好月。」云:「請和尚月看。」J39nB442_p0327a24師畫圓相示之云:「這箇與天上底是同?是別?」師喝一J39nB442_p0327a25喝,僧作禮云:「再乞一偈。」師示偈云:「明明一鏡照當空,J39nB442_p0327a26說甚別來說甚同?識得其中端的旨,光明何處不圓J39nB442_p0327a27通?」

J39nB442_p0327a30「聞聲悟道,見色明心,猶未是衲僧最極頭處。大眾!若J39nB442_p0327b01向未舉已前承當,不煩二老神用,山僧只得杜口絕J39nB442_p0327b02詞;若承當不得,山僧向第二頭舉似諸人,諸人切須J39nB442_p0327b03記取。」顧視左右,擊鐘板各一下,云:「若將耳聽終難會,J39nB442_p0327b04眼底聞聲始得知。」
摘鐘板
J39nB442_p0327b06「坐琉璃殿,垂夜明簾,混然一體已全該,明應眾緣而J39nB442_p0327b07不忒。從上以來,推尊此位,且道全身奉重底一句又J39nB442_p0327b08作麼生道?」良久,摘下鐘板,以鐘覆板上,背卻板位,作J39nB442_p0327b09女人拜云:「文王在上,於沼於天,周雖舊邦,其命維新。J39nB442_p0327b10惟有宗風無更易,選佛場開不記春。」
為治平鐵祖畢九設供
J39nB442_p0327b12喝一喝,云:「年年三百六,▆來無定數;日日十二時,何J39nB442_p0327b13曾有盡期?既無定數,又無盡期,東家垣墻,西家籬▆。J39nB442_p0327b14因甚如此告報?秪緣我治平祖翁換日偷天,欺瞞作J39nB442_p0327b15賊,揚輸詐敗,斂跡迷蹤,奈有不識好惡底,說甚麼生J39nB442_p0327b16死去住,首九盡九?崇孫則不然,象馬有角,牛羊無角,J39nB442_p0327b17無角底夜半正明,有角底天曉不露。正恁麼時,生死J39nB442_p0327b18不存,去來不立,前後際斷,泯絕有無,又作麼生?」復喝J39nB442_p0327b19一喝,云:「不腆菲供,伏惟尚饗。」
為治平鐵祖設忌
J39nB442_p0327b21「堂前燭影輝煌,爐內檀煙縹緲。瓶中水石草花,席間J39nB442_p0327b22菜羹瓜荳。更有一品,覿面親呈,師翁不妨下口。」喝一J39nB442_p0327b23喝。
高峰老人圓寂拈香
J39nB442_p0327b25喝一喝,云:「這老漢作這般去,就惑亂人家男女,也瞞J39nB442_p0327b26我大笑不得。何故聻?水自無瘡,勿傷之也。」展具三禮。
三期設供
J39nB442_p0327b28「饑饉初停,滿盤藜藿,縱有佳餐,吾師不取,畢竟以何J39nB442_p0327b29為供?」插香爐中,揖露柱云:「尚饗。」
老人圓寂治平,竺和尚封筯子一雙,野雲法叔J39nB442_p0327c01率眾至高峰設供,請拈香。
J39nB442_p0327c02高聲喚云:「老人知麼?此是治平野雲法叔率諸禪德J39nB442_p0327c03設供開九,以表手足之情,以盡法門之誼。雖然,竺和J39nB442_p0327c04尚禁足關中……」舉來筯云:「且喜覿面親呈。即今老和尚J39nB442_p0327c05如何下口?」連喝三喝。
迎老人真歸寶積安位
J39nB442_p0327c07指真云:「描不成,畫不就,怪殺丹青,渾身漏逗。既是渾J39nB442_p0327c08身漏逗,不肖兒郎將老人迎歸寶積院裏。且道大眾J39nB442_p0327c09向甚麼處相見?」喝一喝,云:「火鏡尚懸,勿勞久立。大眾J39nB442_p0327c10一齊作禮。」
二九設供
J39nB442_p0327c12「秋風颯颯,秋雨霖霖,老人面目,無減無增。既無減無J39nB442_p0327c13增,即今十八日以來,畢竟在甚麼處安身立命?」良久,J39nB442_p0327c14云:「雖然雲駛月運,舟行岸移,未免終日域中。且道如J39nB442_p0327c15何是神須世表?」插香爐中,云:「諸般菲供不堪陳,願賜J39nB442_p0327c16慈悲哀納受。」
八九設供
J39nB442_p0327c18「西風今已盡,瑞雪又方臨,霜林敷白玉,殘菊墜黃金。J39nB442_p0327c19值茲吾師八九之期,且道又作麼生供養?」良久,云:「七J39nB442_p0327c20旬坐斷去來根,庭草猶他一丈深,愛子不知塵垢面,J39nB442_p0327c21奉親尤識死灰心。雲封古徑苔新綠,夢破鐘聲撞舊J39nB442_p0327c22林,曾憶枝頭百舌語,聲聲噪出是佳音。」喝一喝。
畢九設供
J39nB442_p0327c24師至座前,良久,云:「及盡去也,直得三世諸佛口掛壁J39nB442_p0327c25上,猶有一人呵呵大笑。即今老人口掛壁上了,還有J39nB442_p0327c26為老人出氣者麼?如無,且聽崇上座據款結案。」喝一J39nB442_p0327c27喝,云:「群陰今剝盡,一陽又復生,勾甲咸萌折,野壑蟄J39nB442_p0327c28龍伸。正恁麼時,不裝珍御服,偏著敝衣巾。雖然如是,J39nB442_p0327c29夜明簾外、寶鏡臺前原無兼帶,豈有正偏?既無正偏,J39nB442_p0327c30且道不肖性崇一片微忱、諸般供養,老人還來鑒格J39nB442_p0328a01也無?」復喝一喝,云:「若教頻墮淚,滄海也須乾。」
百期設供
J39nB442_p0328a03「老瞿曇皇宮降誕,指天指地;碧眼胡脫身棺槨,隻履J39nB442_p0328a04歸西。惹得後代兒孫一箇箇攀條依例。笑上座不解J39nB442_p0328a05畫蛇添足,值茲吾師十旬之期,說幾句親切話皆報J39nB442_p0328a06諸人。吾師生也本不生,鷓鴣啼出月三更;吾師死也J39nB442_p0328a07原無死,翡翠踏翻荷葉雨;吾師來也本不來,木馬嘶J39nB442_p0328a08風踐三台;吾師去也原無去,石鴿穿雲連斗戲。也無J39nB442_p0328a09去,也無來,兩頭坐斷絕疑猜。既絕疑猜,即今還有知J39nB442_p0328a10恩報恩者麼?」撫案云:「昊天罔極。」
二周設忌
J39nB442_p0328a12高聲喚云:「老和尚!」自代云:「諾。二載以來向甚麼處去J39nB442_p0328a13來?」自代云:「東勝神洲,北鬱單越。在此作甚麼?」自代云:J39nB442_p0328a14「不識。恁麼則無事也。」自代云:「兒孫得力,祖父不知。既J39nB442_p0328a15是不知,且道性崇即今虔設諸般供養,老人還來鑒J39nB442_p0328a16格也無?」自代云:「謝爾殷勤,無可秪待。既如此,因甚又J39nB442_p0328a17道不知?」復自代云:「陋巷不騎金色馬,問途卻著破襴J39nB442_p0328a18衫。蒙師指示,諸仁者知麼?若道是性崇,卻是老人;若J39nB442_p0328a19道是老人,卻是性崇。殊不知老人在性崇口頭,性崇J39nB442_p0328a20在老人舌底。若信得及,不勞性崇鼓動唇皮;脫或未J39nB442_p0328a21然,且聽性崇與諸人一一分析。」喝一喝。
掃聚雲萬祖塔
J39nB442_p0328a23「洛書石磊磊落落,蓬萊水曲曲灣灣,磊落底千層聳J39nB442_p0328a24疊,灣曲底萬派迥環。老人在此雖居尊貴,不顧兒孫,J39nB442_p0328a25恁麼則兒孫亦不識祖矣。既不識祖,即今不肖崇孫J39nB442_p0328a26到來,這三拜禮也可?不禮也可?」良久,云:「伏惟圓鑒。」
為慶雲卓峰法兄設供
J39nB442_p0328a28「昔日我來,吾兄迎我;我去,吾兄送我。此是有賓有主。J39nB442_p0328a29正恁麼時,亦無迎,亦無送,可謂賓主混融。且道如何J39nB442_p0328a30是賓主混融底一句?」良久,云:「於戲!尚享。」
收靈骨
J39nB442_p0328b02拈拄杖向空指云:「遍法界是吾兄底法身,從何處收J39nB442_p0328b03檢?盡虛空無些遮障,那容覆藏?雖然如是,一向土面J39nB442_p0328b04灰頭,則阿爺、阿娘衣食凍餒,枯瘦如柴,為兒底全無J39nB442_p0328b05供奉。即今性崇為吾兄點破機關,還須權歸方丈。」遂J39nB442_p0328b06覆卻瓶便歸。
送靈骨
J39nB442_p0328b08「昔日住此,今又去此。去此住此,原無彼此。既無彼此,J39nB442_p0328b09即今畢竟如何結案?請君再進一盃酒,西出陽關無J39nB442_p0328b10故人。」
入塔
J39nB442_p0328b12舉:「疏山和尚造壽塔已竟,院主白云:『請和尚定酬工J39nB442_p0328b13價。』山云:『謂將三文錢與匠人、兩文錢與匠人、一文錢J39nB442_p0328b14與匠人。』院主不契,後舉似大嶺,嶺云:『若將三文錢與J39nB442_p0328b15匠人,和尚此生決不得塔;若將兩文錢與匠人,和尚J39nB442_p0328b16與匠人共出一隻手;若將一文錢與匠人,累及匠人J39nB442_p0328b17眉鬚脫落。』即今吾兄塔已造竟,工價早酬,少不傷廉,J39nB442_p0328b18多不傷惠。且道全身奉重事又作麼生?」放下骨瓶,云:J39nB442_p0328b19「慶雲院裏無他事,瓜瓞連綿不記秋。」
為無動大德起龕
J39nB442_p0328b21「崇聖院裏我迎你,高峰山中我送你。若論衲僧分中,J39nB442_p0328b22一點容不得你。即今情誼分中又作麼生?」以手引龕,J39nB442_p0328b23遂行。
舉火
J39nB442_p0328b25「同甘共苦二十年,而今脫去復何言,普賢行願今雖J39nB442_p0328b26畢,腳跟底事勿瞞盰。腳踏地,頭頂天,髮長鬚短,鼻直J39nB442_p0328b27眉橫,更有一端難舉出,說破原來不直錢。攛下火炬J39nB442_p0328b28云:丘乙己,化三千,可知禮也,悠悠蒼天。」
為見修大德送靈骨入江
