J34nB305_p0399a11示眾。「打破蔡州城,殺卻吳元濟,人人卸甲拋戈,處處J34nB305_p0399a12村歌社舞。太平本是將軍致,不許將軍見太平。」驀拈J34nB305_p0399a13拄杖,云:「山僧親從天寧會裏來。」乃卓一卓,云:「國有憲J34nB305_p0399a14章,三千條罪。」
J34nB305_p0399a15示眾。「坐斷千聖頂𩕳,展開自己寶藏。當陽顯露,只貴J34nB305_p0399a16知音;覿體全提,唯憑作者。此事如擊石火、閃電光,搆J34nB305_p0399a17得、搆不得,未免喪身失命。即今還有不避危亡、單刀J34nB305_p0399a18直入者麼?」良久,喝一喝,云:「敗也。」
J34nB305_p0399a19示眾。舉:「趙州問大慈:『般若以何為體?』慈云:『般若以何J34nB305_p0399a20為體?』州大笑而出。明日,州掃地次,慈問:『般若以何為J34nB305_p0399a21體?』州置帚拊掌大笑。」師云:「大慈騎賊馬趁賊,昨日那J34nB305_p0399a22裏落節?趙州潔淨地上揚塵,今朝什處拔本?國清當J34nB305_p0399a23時若見,奪笤帚便打,直教這老漢哭了笑不得。」
J34nB305_p0399a24示眾。舉:「南泉因兩堂大眾爭貓,泉提起云:『道得即不J34nB305_p0399a25斬。』眾無語,泉遂斬卻貓兒。至晚,趙州歸,泉舉前話,州J34nB305_p0399a26以草鞋戴頭上便出,泉云:『子若在,即救得貓兒。』」師云:J34nB305_p0399a27「王老師三十年只殺得頭貓兒,將謂獨行獨市,被趙J34nB305_p0399a28州輕輕把隻破草鞋便開箇潑天舖子占斷上風,直J34nB305_p0399a29得盡大地人有文大光錢買了喫底、沒了著底。國清J34nB305_p0399a30今日與大眾箇方便。」唾一唾,便下座。
J34nB305_p0399b01示眾。「藥山刀、青原斧、秘魔叉、三平弩,這一夥草賊,太J34nB305_p0399b02平世界猶自干戈相待,江西、河南摟得雲飛星散,白J34nB305_p0399b03地上不知陸沉了多少英靈。國清今日一不做、二不J34nB305_p0399b04休,匹馬單鎗為眾除害。還有見義勇為者麼?前來共J34nB305_p0399b05相出手。」有僧纔出,師高聲云:「不是其人。」便下座。
J34nB305_p0399b06示眾。舉:「簡堂機和尚上堂云:『熱月須搖扇,寒來旋著J34nB305_p0399b07衣,若言空過日,大似不知時。』前國清親見聱頭來,又J34nB305_p0399b08作這般語話。若是新國清,癡癡憨憨,只隨分過日,熱J34nB305_p0399b09月不須搖扇,自有清風生竹畔,寒來不著添衣,柴燒J34nB305_p0399b10品字滿頭灰,不是喜歡空過日,我欲為時無所為。有J34nB305_p0399b11人簡點得新舊國清底腳跡,這箇院子兩手分付。」良J34nB305_p0399b12久,喝一喝,云:「放待冷來看。」
J34nB305_p0399b13示眾。驀拈拄杖,云:「內絕見聞覺知,外冥山河大地。萬J34nB305_p0399b14仞壁立處,千波競起;一點不來時,諸法橫生。」卓一卓,J34nB305_p0399b15云:「要用直須用,眼目莫定動。」
J34nB305_p0399b16示眾。「吳江月涌,出沒太虛;越嶠雲橫,卷舒自在。葉落J34nB305_p0399b17天下秋,牧剎海於一塵之內;華開世界起,轉劫石于J34nB305_p0399b18眉睫之間。鬧市天子透出三千塵網,百草老僧現身J34nB305_p0399b19億萬化城。遍界不曾藏,釋迦已過去;大地無寸土,彌J34nB305_p0399b20勒猶未來。正當恁麼時,捩轉色空法界,坐斷報化佛J34nB305_p0399b21頭,是什麼人手腳?」喝一喝,云:「昨夜三更月到窗。」
J34nB305_p0399b22示眾。舉:「雲門赴廣王召,留府供養,還山謂眾云:『老僧J34nB305_p0399b23離山六十七日,問汝諸人:六十七日事作麼生?』眾無J34nB305_p0399b24對,門云:『何不道:和尚京中喫麵多?』」師喝一喝,云:「是饅J34nB305_p0399b25頭?是䭔子?」
J34nB305_p0399b26示眾。舉:「雲門因僧問:『如何是法身?』荅云:『六不收。』」師卓J34nB305_p0399b27拄杖一下,云:「原來在這裏。」
J34nB305_p0399b28示眾。驀拈拄杖,云:「看!看!淬若芙容,光如溢水,人天乞J34nB305_p0399b29命,魔佛都驅,何難陸剸犀兕、水斷蛟螭?要得移星斗J34nB305_p0399b30而無文、定乾坤而不武,直須人法雙忘、主賓互換。且J34nB305_p0399c01道即今還有恁麼人麼?」卓一下,喝一喝。
J34nB305_p0399c02示眾。舉:「玄沙因閩王送荔枝,拈起示眾云:『這箇荔枝J34nB305_p0399c03得恁麼紅,這箇荔枝得恁麼赤,諸人作麼生會?若道J34nB305_p0399c04一色,猶是儱侗;若道眾色,又落斷嘗。畢竟作麼生?』有J34nB305_p0399c05僧出云:『不可不識荔枝。』沙自代云:『只是荔枝。』」師云:「大J34nB305_p0399c06小玄沙喫荔枝也費鹽費醬。」
J34nB305_p0399c07至日,示眾。「玄酒味方淡,大音聲正希。古曲無音韻,如J34nB305_p0399c08何和得齊?」良久,喝一喝,云:「復,其見天地之心乎?」
J34nB305_p0399c09臘八示眾。「景星見,天下平。彗星出,所在兵。孟春至,斗J34nB305_p0399c10柄橫。大火現,戒農耕。箕好風兮畢好雨,西有長庚東J34nB305_p0399c11啟明。五星聚奎賢者至,維參與昴宮壼貞。客犯帝座J34nB305_p0399c12故人情,支機織女天使迎。熒惑退舍宋主誠,夜隕似J34nB305_p0399c13雨唐室傾。宿離朓胸躔次易,妖祥凶吉何紛更。更有J34nB305_p0399c14懵憧瞿曇老,瞥然驚睹嗟眾生。一翳在眼天花墜,逐J34nB305_p0399c15塊韓盧空吠聲。」
J34nB305_p0399c16示眾。舉:「南嶽遣僧問馬祖云:『作麼生?』祖曰:『自從胡亂J34nB305_p0399c17後,三十年不曾少鹽醬。』」師云:「貴買硃砂描夜月,高張J34nB305_p0399c18羅網捕春風,滿園花落無人掃,萬里清光界碧空。」
J34nB305_p0399c19示眾。舉:「法眼因慧超問:『如何是佛?』曰:『汝名慧超。』」師云:J34nB305_p0399c20「牛頭鳥咮啣赦敕,收下安南連塞北。饒他柳巷與花J34nB305_p0399c21街,賣炭依前李三。黑水雪肝赤骨力,無端認贓便指J34nB305_p0399c22賊。」
J34nB305_p0399c23示眾。舉:「谷隱因僧問:『如何是深山嵒崖佛法?』曰:『奇怪J34nB305_p0399c24石頭形似虎,火燒松樹勢如龍。』國清不恁麼,若有人J34nB305_p0399c25問深山嵒崖佛法,但道:『古塔倒搖霜筆冷,青蘿斜掛J34nB305_p0399c26雨簑香。』」
J34nB305_p0399c27示眾。「雲門臘月二十五,遍地黃金如糞土,鐘聲咬破J34nB305_p0399c28鬱多羅,無手孩童抱華鼓。三十文買一條絛,二十年J34nB305_p0399c29架一張弩,沒孔鐵鎚聲遏雲,大蟲吐出嵒前虎。」
J34nB305_p0399c30示眾。舉:「僧問趙州:『柏樹子還有佛性也無?』曰:『有。』『幾時J34nB305_p0400a01得成佛去?』曰:『待虛空落地。』曰:『虛空幾時落地?』曰:『待柏J34nB305_p0400a02樹子成佛。』」師喝一喝,云:「虛空落地也,柏樹子成佛也。」
J34nB305_p0400a03示眾。除夕,小參。「霜侵紙被穿,寒風吹觱篥,遊子思鄉,J34nB305_p0400a04馬蹄疾塞。向墐戶,謀家室,亦有沙場遠戍,夢斷金微。J34nB305_p0400a05天涯放客,逆旅魂飛,宵征土處,雪飯冰衣。客行雖云J34nB305_p0400a06樂,不如早還歸。我道人家熱則普天匝地熱,寒則普J34nB305_p0400a07天匝地寒。也無愁,也無歡,剎竿頭上煎䭔子,三箇猢J34nB305_p0400a08猻夜簸錢。那管搕𢶍堆頭,黃金遍地;紅爐燄裏,白浪J34nB305_p0400a09滔天。牛頭鬼面到這裏,啣花獻果,神茶鬱壘,都變了J34nB305_p0400a10十聖三賢。若也燒榾柮,帶累翹松鶴冷;唱村歌,未免J34nB305_p0400a11賽鼓更絃。百年三萬六千日,日日好日,年年好年,何J34nB305_p0400a12須特地寐語喧傳?任三餐一飽不饑,七尺長眠短眠,J34nB305_p0400a13白虎脊上運帚,蒼龍窟裏炊煙。」喝一喝,云:「向下文長,J34nB305_p0400a14付在來日。」
J34nB305_p0400a15旦日,示眾。「臥雲深處不朝天,水遠山遙孰記年?迢迢J34nB305_p0400a16空劫無人識,智者靈山會儼然。嶺頭松鬱鬱,陌上草J34nB305_p0400a17芊芊,卻被東君渾漏泄,層水出嶽濟民田。且道因時J34nB305_p0400a18慶贊一句又作麼生?龍歸大海波濤靜,雲到蒼梧氣J34nB305_p0400a19象鮮。」
J34nB305_p0400a20雪晴,示眾。「夜月光浮,嵒巒競爽;曉霜寒結,溪澗停聲。J34nB305_p0400a21驀爾太陽溢目,潔淨地上萬里塵封;依然鳥道迷蹤,J34nB305_p0400a22光明藏中千林玉立。虯松偃路,鱗戢臥龍;怪石當塗,J34nB305_p0400a23毛寒踞虎。平蕪舒縞素之紋,屈曲橫斜,金刀裁不就;J34nB305_p0400a24原阜起波濤之勢,高低旋折,綵筆畫難成。莫訝枯木J34nB305_p0400a25花開,須看石頭路滑。」驀拈拄杖,云:「大眾!」眾擬議,便歸J34nB305_p0400a26方丈。
J34nB305_p0400a27示眾。「今朝二月六,淡煙出溪竹,一莖兩莖斜,三莖四J34nB305_p0400a28莖曲,南山鱉鼻蛇,吞卻泥牛肉,肚裏飽膨脝,千足與J34nB305_p0400a29萬足,直得碧浪起霞峰,青蓮生大陸。因什不聞溪西J34nB305_p0400a30雞齊啼,秪見屋北鹿獨宿?」喝一喝,云:「夜行莫踏白。」
J34nB305_p0400b01仲春十九日示眾。「▆▆轟雷今日霧,機輪轉處無回J34nB305_p0400b02互,全身拋入荒草中,著意忘懷頭角露。」喝一喝。
J34nB305_p0400b03示眾。「十五日已前,東望望長安。十五日已後,月光如J34nB305_p0400b04黑漆。正當十五日,長安不可見。喜見長安日,洞山纔J34nB305_p0400b05認影,子胡便捉賊。若遇臨濟翁,拶得伊骨出。」良久,云:J34nB305_p0400b06「咄!」
J34nB305_p0400b07示眾。「知而無知,不是無知而說無知。馬頭則得,國情J34nB305_p0400b08則不得。宗師眼目如金翅擘海,直取龍吞,那討閑工J34nB305_p0400b09夫說冷話?闍黎橫吞巨海,老僧背負須彌。闍黎按劍J34nB305_p0400b10上來,老僧掗鎗相待。欲識佛性義,當觀時節因緣。」問J34nB305_p0400b11大眾:「即今是什麼時節?」眾擬議,師以拄杖旋風打散,J34nB305_p0400b12歸方丈。
J34nB305_p0400b13示眾。「道無心合人,人無心合道,欲識箇中意,一老一J34nB305_p0400b14不老。三從六義中,老者燒火掃地,小者喫粥喫飯,不J34nB305_p0400b15老不小底叫他作甚麼?」良久,云:「近來米價甚貴,無處J34nB305_p0400b16著他。」便起身。
J34nB305_p0400b17示眾。舉:「中丞盧航居士與圓通擁罏次,公問:『諸家因J34nB305_p0400b18緣不勞拈出,直截一句請師指示。』通厲聲揖曰:『看火。』J34nB305_p0400b19公急撥衣,忽大悟,謝曰:『灼然佛法無多子。』通喝曰:『放J34nB305_p0400b20下著。』公應諾諾。」師云:「中丞鹵莽承當,面門早已著火;J34nB305_p0400b21圓通一場忙亂,借得惡水來澆。若是國清,自有方便。」J34nB305_p0400b22驀召大眾,眾舉首,師云:「炤顧眉毛。」
J34nB305_p0400b23示眾。「通玄峰頂,不是人間,心外無法,滿目青山。只此J34nB305_p0400b24一偈堪紹吾宗,唱教門中略較些子,祖師門下未有J34nB305_p0400b25喫棒分在。古人恁麼,國清不恁麼,恁麼不恁麼且拈J34nB305_p0400b26置一邊,忽若七塔子刺破諸人眼睛、萬工池浸爛諸J34nB305_p0400b27人鼻孔,到這裏還有轉身吐氣處麼?」喝一喝,云:「莫道J34nB305_p0400b28豐干饒舌好。」
J34nB305_p0400b29示眾。「於一毫端現寶王剎,威音王未曉;坐微塵裏轉J34nB305_p0400b30大法輪,彌勒強惺惺。」喝一喝,云:「國清今日將四諦、十J34nB305_p0400c01二因緣、六度萬行,乃至百千三昧、無量玅義,併作一J34nB305_p0400c02句子道了也,若聖、若凡,情、無情類,無不聞者。且道:是J34nB305_p0400c03那一句?」良久,又喝一喝:「若將耳聽終難會,眼裏聞聲J34nB305_p0400c04始得知。」
J34nB305_p0400c05示眾。「四面無門,花落銀床春爛漫;十虛無壁,月沉金J34nB305_p0400c06殿夜迢遙。三條篾牢束肚皮,知他不肯閑坐;一柄鈯J34nB305_p0400c07斧子東斫西斫,隨墮類墮影也斫斷。」顧左右,云:「尊貴J34nB305_p0400c08墮聻?」
J34nB305_p0400c09示眾。「頭長三尺,頸長二寸,海晏河清時,自然不墮眾J34nB305_p0400c10數;風高月冷時,幽州猶自可。最苦是新羅佛行,佛行J34nB305_p0400c11沙門行甚麼行?」良久,云:「要頭便斫去。」
J34nB305_p0400c12示眾。「尋嘗行鳥道底,定是足下無私;不行鳥道底,你J34nB305_p0400c13道他頂門有眼麼?不認奴作郎底衲僧,出來顛倒看。」J34nB305_p0400c14一僧纔出,師以杖打退,云:「天寒日短,著什麼緊?」
J34nB305_p0400c15示眾。「也太奇,也太奇,佛界道界不思議。」召大眾云:「佛J34nB305_p0400c16界四角六張,道界八凹七凸,且道不思議在什麼處?」J34nB305_p0400c17良久,喝一喝,云:「達磨未來東土,甚處有這箇消息?」
J34nB305_p0400c18初晴,示眾。「三兩日來好春雨,唱出雲門曲調土,風煖J34nB305_p0400c19鶯啼深樹裏,日高花浸亂流中。」
J34nB305_p0400c20示眾。驀豎拂子,云:「文殊、普賢,觀音、勢至,丹鳳雙翥,祥J34nB305_p0400c21麟一角。寒山、拾得,懶殘、普化,疥狗千蹄,泥牛五眼。」擲J34nB305_p0400c22下拂子,云:「空生秪在嵒中坐,德雲不下玅高峰。」
J34nB305_p0400c23寒食,示眾。「荒郊古柏,青冢寒煙,酒臺盤拋入深草裏,J34nB305_p0400c24斷貫索穿向白雲邊,饑逢王膳不能咽,有甚饅頭䭔J34nB305_p0400c25子廝炒廝煎?鑊湯中消除熱惱,刀山上赤體安眠,說J34nB305_p0400c26什靈雲一見不再見?逝水飄香恨往年。」乃拍掌呵呵J34nB305_p0400c27大笑,云:「夢裏明明有六趣,覺後空空無大千。」
J34nB305_p0400c28示眾。「我作佛事,淵乎玅哉,纔方洗缽,瞌睡又來。空山J34nB305_p0400c29無人,水流花開,那知住處,喚作天台。」
J34nB305_p0400c30示眾。舉:「趙州云:『金佛不度爐,木佛不度火,泥佛不度J34nB305_p0401a01水,真佛內裏坐。』」師云:「會麼?趙州老漢真實入泥入水J34nB305_p0401a02為人,自是你輩不識好惡,國清與你箇方便。」喝一喝,J34nB305_p0401a03云:「若是真佛,決不坐在內裏。」
J34nB305_p0401a04示眾。「受教傳心,俱為虛妄。求真覓實,轉更參差。即心J34nB305_p0401a05即佛,猶為止啼之說。何況真如涅槃、菩提佛性,指青J34nB305_p0401a06道黃,以鹿為馬。不見古德云:『祖佛言教,如生冤家,始J34nB305_p0401a07有參學分。』不然,豈惟辜負諸佛,亦乃埋沒己靈。雖然,J34nB305_p0401a08且據國清又作麼生?」卓拄杖三下,「要用直須用,眼目J34nB305_p0401a09莫定動。」
J34nB305_p0401a10示眾。喝一喝,云:「之乎者也,烏焉成馬。菩提涅槃,真如J34nB305_p0401a11般若。聖號神稱,聲虛字假。我相人相,眾生壽者。煩惱J34nB305_p0401a12無明,精金大冶。饑食困眠,神通瀟灑。泥水敝垢,平懷J34nB305_p0401a13施捨。虎穴翻身,驢糞過夏。月梳雲髻,東村大姐。六臂J34nB305_p0401a14三頭,那堪描寫。函蓋之中,箭鋒之下。問似雲興,答如J34nB305_p0401a15瓶瀉。百種千般,鑽龜打瓦。狹路相逢,驀口便打。」
J34nB305_p0401a16示眾。「廣尋文義,入海筭沙;息念觀空,攜石壓草。諸佛J34nB305_p0401a17出世,大費唇吻;祖師西來,走斷腳筋。更言以心印心,J34nB305_p0401a18何異流俗?總不恁麼,寒山灶裏冷灰什麼人掃?」驀拈J34nB305_p0401a19拄杖,云:「要你這隊尿床鬼子只管喫。」卓一下。
J34nB305_p0401a20示眾。「道源不遠,當處湛然;性海非遙,覓即難見。但知J34nB305_p0401a21眉橫鼻直、晝短夜長,那識山深水寒、日上月下?所以J34nB305_p0401a22道:百姓日用而不知,故君子之道鮮矣。大眾!且知底J34nB305_p0401a23事作麼生?」喝一喝,云:「多虛不如少實。」
J34nB305_p0401a24示眾。撫掌三下,「俊哉!俊哉!」顧左右,云:「若是箇懷袖有J34nB305_p0401a25珍、頂門具眼底衲僧,出來證明。」良久,云:「去!去!莫與人J34nB305_p0401a26為害。」
J34nB305_p0401a27示眾。「觸目不會道,五里一亭、十里一舖;運足焉知路,J34nB305_p0401a28一步較生、兩步較熟。楖栗橫肩者,不著問人;坐不垂J34nB305_p0401a29堂者,豈不關心?有箇方子傳與大眾,秪要信得及,無J34nB305_p0401a30事不要生事、有事不要放過。設或來問佛,大拳便擉。」
J34nB305_p0401b01示眾。「舉步千身,彌勒尊前花下長相見;動用隨處,釋J34nB305_p0401b02迦明日忽為千里人。文殊、普賢總在這裏,驀過午橋J34nB305_p0401b03回首望,眾中有不受人謾底麼?洛城猶自有殘春,國J34nB305_p0401b04清不似楊岐和麩糶麵。」卓拄杖三下,云:「其奈無成空J34nB305_p0401b05老去,每臨明鏡若為情?」
J34nB305_p0401b06示眾。「百千法門同歸方寸,不是佛;河沙妙德總在心J34nB305_p0401b07源,不是物;一切戒門、定門、慧門,神通變化悉自具足,J34nB305_p0401b08不是心。國清今日將融公願老一串穿卻,和頭尾縛J34nB305_p0401b09向人天眾前,還有斫木不抨繩底大匠麼?出來相見。」J34nB305_p0401b10良久,喝一喝,云:「從此世人開有日,始知名將出書生。」
J34nB305_p0401b11示眾。「一塵起,大地收,舒卷如雲得自繇。」卓拄杖,「一葉J34nB305_p0401b12落,天下秋,何處登高望梓州?」拍手云:「景色融和,物情J34nB305_p0401b13舒泰,摘得菊花攜得酒,繞村騎馬思悠悠。」
J34nB305_p0401b14示眾。「崔禪和尚在定州州衙內陞座,拈起拄杖云:『出J34nB305_p0401b15來也打,不出來也打。』時有僧出云:『崔禪聻?』禪擲下拄J34nB305_p0401b16杖云:『久立,太尉珍重。』」師云:「國清今日則不然,出來也J34nB305_p0401b17不打,不出來也不打。設有僧道:『略較些子。』山僧和聲J34nB305_p0401b18便打,且較崔禪幾程?」良久云:「自小看花情不足,江邊J34nB305_p0401b19尋得一株紅,黃昏人散春風起,吹落誰家明月中?」
J34nB305_p0401b20示眾。「一口氣轉得一大藏,權實炤用、偏圓半滿,盡是J34nB305_p0401b21摩訶般若光。光未發時,尚無諸佛眾生名字。且道你J34nB305_p0401b22喚甚麼作經?」喝一喝,云:「如是我聞。」
J34nB305_p0401b23示眾。「直下為伊勦絕,早已畫蛇添足,若更咬盡生姜J34nB305_p0401b24唧盡醋,流俗阿師將我一枝佛法便恁麼傳將去,生J34nB305_p0401b25縛來放在尿桶裏。」顧左右,云:「且道即今還有相救者J34nB305_p0401b26麼?」良久,云:「莫尿沸。」
J34nB305_p0401b27示眾。「國清今日與諸人一時道卻。」良久,云:「灸瘡瘢上J34nB305_p0401b28不可更著艾爝。」
J34nB305_p0401b29示眾。「本來無一物,黃梅衣缽從甚處得?自性圓明,因J34nB305_p0401b30甚寮內人不知窗外事?本無動搖,又道仁者心動。咄!J34nB305_p0401c01先將第八識一刀,看你如何計較?」長久,云:「山高月小。」J34nB305_p0401c02示眾。「祖師關捩子,幽隱罕人知。」喝一喝,云:「開箇方便J34nB305_p0401c03門,汝等從這裏入。」

J34nB305_p0401c10示眾。「瞿曇舌頭無骨,如是我聞;阿難皮下有血,信受J34nB305_p0401c11奉行。」喝一喝,云:「國清敢道眼裏出火,可惜當時一千J34nB305_p0401c12二百五十人中少箇男子。且道今日一眾又作麼生?」J34nB305_p0401c13良久,云:「古之今之。」
J34nB305_p0401c14示眾。「千波競起,是文殊家風;一亙晴空,是普賢床榻。J34nB305_p0401c15且道觀世音菩薩終日在什麼處?」良久,顧左右,云:「夜J34nB305_p0401c16來風雨聲,花落知多少?」
J34nB305_p0401c17示眾。「萬法是心光,諸緣惟性曉,本無迷悟人,只要今J34nB305_p0401c18日了。現前一眾盡是了事漢子,且道今日是什麼時J34nB305_p0401c19節?」喝一喝,云:「不是不歸歸不得,五湖煙景有誰收?」
J34nB305_p0401c20示眾。「三世如來共一舌,鹹酸苦辣大家知;歷代祖師J34nB305_p0401c21共一眼,青黃赤白同時見。秪如眼似枯井、舌如擂搥J34nB305_p0401c22底,鹹酸苦辣辨不得、青黃赤白分不得,佛法靈騷在J34nB305_p0401c23什麼處?」喝一喝,云:「誌公不是閑和尚。」
J34nB305_p0401c24示眾。「未明心地印,難透祖師關;欲透祖師關,須明心J34nB305_p0401c25地印。」拈起拄杖,云:「這箇是心地印。」畫一畫,云:「這箇是J34nB305_p0401c26祖師關。已過關者,掉臂竟去;未過關者,且借印看。」良J34nB305_p0401c27久,喝一喝,云:「莫怪適來頻勘驗,自從別後見君希。」
J34nB305_p0401c28示眾。「拓開無上玅門,青山依舊青;揭示第一義諦,白J34nB305_p0401c29雲依舊白。德山棒,好肉剜瘡;臨濟喝,虛空著楔。三世J34nB305_p0401c30諸佛不知有,黎奴白牯卻知有,道人行處如火消冰,J34nB305_p0402a01動靜去來該他不著,甚處討他三玄五位、六相九帶?」J34nB305_p0402a02顧左右,云:「且道國清為人在甚麼處?」良久,云:「莫妄想。」
J34nB305_p0402a03示眾。「有一句到你,釋迦自釋迦;無一句到你,彌勒自J34nB305_p0402a04彌勒;有無俱不到,然燈與你授記,當來必定成佛。且J34nB305_p0402a05道:居何國土?作麼度人?」喝一喝,云:「路逢死蛇莫打殺,J34nB305_p0402a06沒底籃子盛將歸。」
J34nB305_p0402a07示眾。「三四五六七八九,石人伸出兩隻手。普賢白象J34nB305_p0402a08睡正濃,文殊青獅夢作狗。觀音菩薩嘗惺惺,怪他彌J34nB305_p0402a09勒不唧溜。明州市裏等箇人,直至而今兩頭走。國清J34nB305_p0402a10與箇方便。」喝一喝,云:「一葉落,天下秋。」
J34nB305_p0402a11示眾。「明日有人請說法,夜來先自苦愁煞。思量無計J34nB305_p0402a12可安排,不如且念摩訶薩。唐言正覺,梵語菩薩。我是J34nB305_p0402a13老實人,不會多忉怛。」喝一喝,「祥麟只有一隻角。」
J34nB305_p0402a14示眾。「拈華端的意,一笑豈徒然?倒卻剎竿後,依然年J34nB305_p0402a15復年。臨濟既不滯句,德山那肯承言?唯有國清長老,J34nB305_p0402a16生平慣自白拈。」顧左右,下座。
J34nB305_p0402a17示眾。放下一隻鞋,云:「東土著不得。」忽收起,云:「且帶到J34nB305_p0402a18西天。好笑魏使者,送語又傳言。參玄上士一箇都是J34nB305_p0402a19不受人惑底。」復抬起腳,云:「這箇從什處得來?」喝一喝,J34nB305_p0402a20云:「一曲少林無孔笛,從來都是逆風吹。」
J34nB305_p0402a21示眾。「萬里無寸草,平地慣喫交;出門便是草,虛空都J34nB305_p0402a22絕倒。去住繇自己,何須向人討?洞山好知識,塞卻向J34nB305_p0402a23上竅;國清臭賊禿,放開一線道。」乃搖手,云:「直饒把將J34nB305_p0402a24來,汝等切莫要。」
J34nB305_p0402a25示眾。「椎鐘擊鼓,雲門起舞。盡底掀翻,有褌無褲。一曲J34nB305_p0402a26昇平,臘月念五。」喝一喝,云:「直下承當,切忌莽鹵。」
J34nB305_p0402a27示眾。豎拂子,云:「三十二相無此相。」擊拂子,云:「八十種J34nB305_p0402a28好無此好。昨日卸帽穿雲去,今日披蓑帶雨歸。苦不J34nB305_p0402a29在地獄,樂不在天堂。天台則有,南嶽則無。隨緣蕩蕩,J34nB305_p0402a30任運騰騰。捲簾當白晝,人人眼見耳聞。移榻對青山J34nB305_p0402b01時,還知伊落處麼?」良久,擲拂子,云:「放待冷來看。」
J34nB305_p0402b02示眾。舉:「雪峰云:『盡大地撮來如粟米粒大,拋向面前,J34nB305_p0402b03漆桶不會,打鼓普請看。』」師拈起拂子云:「看!看!吞得下J34nB305_p0402b04底,雖飽無力;吐不出底,自救不了。眾中還有喫得、屙J34nB305_p0402b05得者麼?許汝人天為師。且道祖佛為師底人又作麼J34nB305_p0402b06生?」擲下拂子云:「看即有分。」
J34nB305_p0402b07示眾。「萬法歸一,一歸何所?」喝一喝,云:「一把柳絲收不J34nB305_p0402b08得,和煙搭在玉欄杆。」

J34nB305_p0402b19示眾。「一兩棕鞋八尺藤,繞山行遍竟無人,不知竹風J34nB305_p0402b20竹兩夜,吟對秋山那盞燈。」召眾云:「是什麼人境界?▆J34nB305_p0402b21堂有眼盡不識,自剪芭蕉寫舊經。」
J34nB305_p0402b22示眾。「長廊下與你說,後架頭與你說,菜不擇一莖,柴J34nB305_p0402b23不搬一束。而今法堂上若再與你說,國清他時後日J34nB305_p0402b24喫草去。」
J34nB305_p0402b25示眾。「道遠乎哉?觸事而真,有時恁麼。聖遠乎哉?體之J34nB305_p0402b26即神,有時不恁麼。」驀拈拄杖,卓一卓,云:「天乎!天乎!吾J34nB305_p0402b27道一以貫之。」
J34nB305_p0402b28示眾。「月明如水山頭寺,仰面看天石上行。夜半深廊J34nB305_p0402b29人語定,一枝松動鶴來聲。人人盡作境話會,國清真J34nB305_p0402b30實向你道。直饒不作境話會,也入地獄如箭射。」

J34nB305_p0402c08示眾。「真妄本虛,事理嘗寂,纔生是非,便有得失,舉世J34nB305_p0402c09之人盡是拋卻黃金拾瓦礫。」拈起拄杖,云:「唯有木上J34nB305_p0402c10座,奇特真奇特,嘗在闤闠中,要且無人識。」
J34nB305_p0402c11示眾。「大野涼風颯颯,長天細雨濛濛,佛來不敬,祖來J34nB305_p0402c12不恭。數間茅屋清溪上,千樹蟬聲落日中,肚裏無禪J34nB305_p0402c13人不識,到處青山到處同。」
J34nB305_p0402c14示眾。僧纔出,師便喝,僧擬議,師直喝出,良久乃云:「問J34nB305_p0402c15者固好,荅者更奇,肯從林下昇天去,也勝時人著錦J34nB305_p0402c16衣。」
J34nB305_p0402c17示眾。「寒食前,清明後,冷熱不恒。伏惟燈籠露柱,起居J34nB305_p0402c18衲佑。」

J34nB305_p0402c28示眾。「生銕稱槌被蟲蛀,有眼者見;燈籠沿壁上天台,J34nB305_p0402c29有耳者聞。因什威音王已前起程,直至婁至佛後不J34nB305_p0402c30得箇真消息?致令三門頭兩箇漢,夜來空手把鉏頭,J34nB305_p0403a01天明面南望北斗。參!」
J34nB305_p0403a02示眾。「或時語,或時默。有時笑,有時哭。黃金家家虧,白J34nB305_p0403a03雲處處足。莫道野人無所求,嘗鑿青山種碧玉。」
J34nB305_p0403a04受越州天衣請,示眾。「佛法不順人情,遠近高低普應,J34nB305_p0403a05推倒葛藤椿子,何往而非殊勝?」喝一喝,云:「還有與麼J34nB305_p0403a06人麼?」乃舉:「三聖云:『我逢人即出,出則不為人。』興化云:J34nB305_p0403a07『我逢人即不出,出則便為人。』」師云:「二大老于臨濟家J34nB305_p0403a08法足稱不忝,可惜太露筋骨。不肖雖去祖師三十三J34nB305_p0403a09世,然痛癢一體,輒敢漠不相關。」卓拄杖一下,云:「你若J34nB305_p0403a10行時和你行,你若住時和你住。」
J34nB305_p0403a11示眾。舉:「《首楞嚴》云:『若有一人發真歸源,十方虛空悉J34nB305_p0403a12皆消殞。』五祖演云:『若有一人發真歸源,十方虛空觸J34nB305_p0403a13著磕著。』國清則不然,若有一人發真歸源,十方虛空J34nB305_p0403a14團作箇胡餅,遇貴則價等娑婆,遇賤則分文不值,不J34nB305_p0403a15貴不賤,只好自己咽。汝等之麻屑子也摸不著。何故J34nB305_p0403a16聻?不是山僧爭人我,大都緇素要分明。」

J34nB305_p0403b02師諱行韜,字大庾,蘇郡吳江趙氏子,本名庾。先世累J34nB305_p0403b03簪纓,生而失怙,賴伯父中丞公教養。公雅慕空宗,嘗J34nB305_p0403b04禮聖恩藏和尚,閱古燈錄,有會輒指授師,故師於般J34nB305_p0403b05若緣最厚。未壯領賢書,受知哲匠,彊年成進士,為邑J34nB305_p0403b06薦紳冠冕,宗黨交稱,師泊如也。出宰閩甌寧,以治狀J34nB305_p0403b07晉天官,未就,遭時喪亂,薙髮隱武夷。尋造國清,禮大J34nB305_p0403b08山儲和尚。值山受吳人請,駐錫靈嵒,不果見。已道路J34nB305_p0403b09解嚴,返吳門,山又去天台,弗相及,悵惘久之。乃就吳J34nB305_p0403b10江,禮報恩賢和尚,更今名。承事經二載,無所發明,結J34nB305_p0403b11冬海門。甫三日,恩入堂垂問,師擬荅,恩便打,疑情頓J34nB305_p0403b12熾。又三日,豁然尚莫能舉似,既觸香板有省,詣恩通J34nB305_p0403b13所見,恩肯之,乃受具為大僧。一日入室,恩問:「馬祖一J34nB305_p0403b14喝,百丈因甚三日耳聾?」師云:「犀因翫月紋生角,象被J34nB305_p0403b15雷驚花入牙。」屢呈偈頌,悉蒙印可。會恩赴苕溪請,師J34nB305_p0403b16禮辭,而山復住靈嵒,乃懷香注謁,頻叩從上宗乘中J34nB305_p0403b17事。山因舉:「雲門云:『盡乾坤大地無纖毫過患。猶是轉J34nB305_p0403b18句;不見一法,始是半提。更須知有向上全提時節。』」復J34nB305_p0403b19舉:「僧問投子:『大死底人卻活時如何?』子云:『不許夜行,J34nB305_p0403b20投明須到。』」令下語,皆被列下,遂服膺。山受天寧請,重J34nB305_p0403b21上天台,師從往,日夕參叩。山云:「我這裏禪,不比諸方J34nB305_p0403b22有格則,但一言諦當,便兩手分付,毫釐有差,天地懸J34nB305_p0403b23隔。」一晚,舉:「臨濟示眾曰:『諸方學人來,山僧作三種根J34nB305_p0403b24器斷:如中下根器來,我便奪其境而不除其法;或中J34nB305_p0403b25上根器來,我便境法俱奪;若上上根器來,山僧此間J34nB305_p0403b26便全體作用,不歷根器。』」師遂問:「如何是境?」山云:「夜來J34nB305_p0403b27明月上高山。」「如何是人?」山云:「原來秪是這箇賊。」「如何J34nB305_p0403b28是法?」山云:「國有憲章,三千條罪。」師言下洞明宗旨,遽J34nB305_p0403b29呈偈云:「呼即諾,觸即惡,黑漆桶子空索索,倒騎層閣J34nB305_p0403b30開雙鎖。虛空背痛,著一爝噁,母子俱忘,應緣不錯。」山J34nB305_p0403c01印以偈云:「南公當日見慈明,汗下通身未是真,一自J34nB305_p0403c02臺山開隻眼,風流千古起家聲。」師禮謝。明日,山上堂,J34nB305_p0403c03師出問:「一言該萬象,截金玉於毫端;一句逗群機,轉J34nB305_p0403c04珠璣於大地。為復時節自至?為復展拓隨宜?」山云:「兩J34nB305_p0403c05足夏生寒。」師云:「法王大寶不惜全施,後學初心如何J34nB305_p0403c06保任?」山云:「山深須樽節。」師作禮云:「和尚幸是大人,某J34nB305_p0403c07甲敢不禮拜?」山云:「知恩者少,負恩者多。」又一日,通州J34nB305_p0403c08居士請山上堂,師問:「古路清風掃,寒門白月封,主人J34nB305_p0403c09藏室幽深,無人能到。秪如客是家親,如何通信?」山云:J34nB305_p0403c10「別傳一路。」師云:「大唐國裏河妨混俗和光,曹溪路上J34nB305_p0403c11未免滴水滴凍。」山云:「不睹雲中雁,焉知沙塞寒?」師云:J34nB305_p0403c12「今日若非居士,出入也大難。」山云:「伶俐衲僧。」師一喝J34nB305_p0403c13歸眾,山云:「得箇驢兒便喜歡。」山受瑞嵒請上堂,師出J34nB305_p0403c14問:「惺惺石上主人公,千年呼喚無人應,因甚五峰纔J34nB305_p0403c15點首,雙澗忙吐舌?」山云:「知其說者之於天下也。」師云:J34nB305_p0403c16「一句全提,已見從上巴鼻;曲為今時,更請別垂方便。」J34nB305_p0403c17山打,云:「古者言之不出,恥躬之不逮也。」師云:「恁麼則J34nB305_p0403c18豁開三要三玄路,踏斷須彌第一峰。」拂袖便行。山又J34nB305_p0403c19打,云:「為之難,言之得無訒乎?」天寧期畢,山語之曰:「子J34nB305_p0403c20本吳人,初以宰官得度,塵俗愛網,無有了期,不當從J34nB305_p0403c21我返。國清是吾舊院,寒拾豐干,芳規具在,今以累子,J34nB305_p0403c22無多讓矣。」檀護暨諸山仰師高節,爭致書來迓,師不J34nB305_p0403c23獲辭,乃受命。時師仲子澐,追隨杖履,妄擬師避地,幻J34nB305_p0403c24寄空門耳。比聞且領院,悲恐不自勝,師叱曰:「男兒志J34nB305_p0403c25四方,盡當如若輩呴呴閨閣中軟暖乎?且所值君親J34nB305_p0403c26變若此,名公卿種種死,亦有死無聞,或孥戮禍不止J34nB305_p0403c27者。予苟活,幸明心要,差酬萬一恩。汝不肖,欲作兒女J34nB305_p0403c28子泣撓我耶?」澐抆淚不敢復置喙。師乃以庚寅秋入J34nB305_p0403c29院,初意石城僻足以埋光,而衲子故人聞風景暮,或J34nB305_p0403c30一堂聚叩,或千里馳書,師素心不忍負,隨機開演,甫J34nB305_p0404a01浹歲,遂至成帙。嘗示眾,驀拈拄杖,云:「內絕見聞覺知,J34nB305_p0404a02外冥山河大地,萬仞壁立處,千波競起;一點不來時,J34nB305_p0404a03諸法橫生。」卓一下,云:「要用直須用,眼目莫定動。」又云:J34nB305_p0404a04「道無心合人,人無心合道,欲識箇中意,一老一不老。J34nB305_p0404a05三從六義中,老者燒火掃地,小者喫粥喫飯,不老不J34nB305_p0404a06小底叫他作甚麼?」良久,云:「近來米價甚貴,無處著他。」J34nB305_p0404a07便起身。又云:「我作佛事,淵乎!玅哉!纔方洗缽,瞌睡又J34nB305_p0404a08來,空山無人,水流花開,那知住處,喚作天台。」又云:「未J34nB305_p0404a09明心地印,難透祖師關;欲透祖師關,須明心地印。」拈J34nB305_p0404a10起拄杖,云:「這箇是心地印。」畫一畫,云:「這箇是祖師關。J34nB305_p0404a11已過關者,掉臂徑去;未過關者,且借印看。」良久,喝一J34nB305_p0404a12喝,云:「莫怪適來頻勘驗,自從別後見君希。」又云:「長廊J34nB305_p0404a13下與你說,後架頭與你說,菜不擇一莖,柴不搬一束。J34nB305_p0404a14而今法堂上若再與你說,國清他時後日喫草去。」又J34nB305_p0404a15僧纔出,師便喝,僧擬議,師直喝出。良久,乃云:「問者固J34nB305_p0404a16好,荅者更奇,肯從林下昇天去,也勝時人著錦衣。」又J34nB305_p0404a17云:「國清今日與諸人一時道卻。」良久,云:「灸瘡瘢上不J34nB305_p0404a18可更著艾爝。」師文人,既明綱要,輒能以向上一途為J34nB305_p0404a19人釋縛,如諸法語,固非學士家聰辨可緣,又豈一代J34nB305_p0404a20時教所能管攝?至其接納故人也,則又勤勤切切,雖J34nB305_p0404a21黃髮一披至誠,最以大道無所貰。嘗示從兄欽仲二J34nB305_p0404a22尹,云:「此事須向石火電光中瞥地,不可如遊蜂入窗J34nB305_p0404a23鑽他故紙。若果二六時中不依倚一物,自然舉足動J34nB305_p0404a24步,著衣喫飯,全身裏許。苟徒向外馳求,迷頭認影,縱J34nB305_p0404a25見得箇昭昭靈靈底,正是生死岸頭事。」又云:「德山棒、J34nB305_p0404a26臨濟喝是甚熱大?人人腳跟下一段光明炤天炤地,J34nB305_p0404a27莫被他鈍置好。」又示詹確菴明府,云:「確菴從萬壑千J34nB305_p0404a28峰橫身巨澤,山埜從平田淺草進步懸崖,阮籍途窮J34nB305_p0404a29之慟、王維雲起之吟,或歌或哭,誰是誰非?辨得即山J34nB305_p0404a30是山、水是水,銀碗裏盛雪;辨不得山不是山、水不是J34nB305_p0404b01水,墨汁裏洗炭。阿呵呵!噫嘻嘻!摘遍楊花舞雪衣。」又J34nB305_p0404b02示周闇昭侍御云:「逝水東流不返,落紅滿地無收,雖J34nB305_p0404b03入高人圖繪點染成文,轉見不堪耳。唯安心向上,銷J34nB305_p0404b04歸本地風光,即刀山火鑊等於禪天,大冶精金終無J34nB305_p0404b05變色。」又示安大巳居士云:「此一段事大非草草,須看J34nB305_p0404b06得十分急切,于急切不過處忽然打失鼻孔,直下虛J34nB305_p0404b07空粉碎、魔佛齊捐,自然不假三寸辯若懸河,不拈尺J34nB305_p0404b08銕蕩平天下,所謂截斷葛藤自有生機一路。若將古J34nB305_p0404b09人言句視為玄玅,放在皮袋裏數他珍寶,於己何益?」J34nB305_p0404b10又云:「人人盡有生緣,非生緣能累人,人自為生緣累J34nB305_p0404b11耳。若厭而求離,其疾益甚。昔有僧問老宿:『世界恁麼J34nB305_p0404b12熱,未審向甚處迴避?』宿曰:『向鑊湯爐炭裏迴避。』曰:『鑊J34nB305_p0404b13湯爐炭作麼生迴避?』宿曰:『眾苦不能到。』玅喜謂:『圓悟J34nB305_p0404b14烊銅熱鐵,是此老家嘗茶飯。』此箇千金秘方,懸之肘J34nB305_p0404b15後不輕授人,今日為君舉似,且作死馬醫,但不得執J34nB305_p0404b16方成病,使無上醍醐翻成毒藥。」又示陳孝蔣居士云:J34nB305_p0404b17「山頭老漢一片婆心,語默動靜無隱乎爾,若著意覷J34nB305_p0404b18捕,未免向外馳求。求心不息,一紙萬山,缽裏飯、桶裏J34nB305_p0404b19水,盡是三昧,信口嚼著,說甚一生飽不饑?」又示包朗J34nB305_p0404b20威孝廉云:「居士具大信力,且又虛懷,不必論他遲速J34nB305_p0404b21遠近,一有到家消息,便知泣下岐途、悲生逆旅,皆是J34nB305_p0404b22識情顛倒。從無始來,凡所遊歷城郭、樓臺、山川、林木、J34nB305_p0404b23人民、車馬,一切可哀、可喜、可驚、可愕之狀,總只屋裏J34nB305_p0404b24販揚州,並不曾寄宿鄰家廡下。」如上開導,讀者驚歎,J34nB305_p0404b25如忤逆聞雷,不覺心膽墮地。及拈提古今,據款結案,J34nB305_p0404b26則又不在雪竇、雲菴之下。嘗舉玄沙拈荔枝示眾云:J34nB305_p0404b27「這箇得恁麼紅,這箇得恁麼赤,諸人作麼生會?若道J34nB305_p0404b28一色,猶是儱侗;若道眾色,又落斷嘗。畢竟作麼生?」一J34nB305_p0404b29僧出云:「不可不識荔枝。」沙自代云:「只是荔枝。」師云:「大J34nB305_p0404b30小玄沙喫荔枝也費鹽費醬。」又舉:「趙州問大慈:『般若J34nB305_p0404c01以何為體?』慈云:『般若以何為體?』州大笑而出。明▆▆J34nB305_p0404c02掃地次,慈問:『般若以何為體?』州置帚,拊掌大笑。」師▆:J34nB305_p0404c03「大慈騎賊馬殺賊,昨日那邊落節?趙州潔淨地上▆J34nB305_p0404c04塵,今朝甚處拔本?國清當日若見,奪苕帚便打,直教J34nB305_p0404c05這老漢哭了笑不得。」又舉:「南泉因兩堂大眾爭貓,泉J34nB305_p0404c06提起云:『道得即不斬。』眾無語,泉遂斬卻。至晚,趙州▆,J34nB305_p0404c07泉舉前話,州以草鞋戴頭上便出,泉云:『子若在,救▆J34nB305_p0404c08貓兒。』」師云:「王老師三十年只殺得箇貓兒,將謂獨行J34nB305_p0404c09獨市,被趙州輕輕把隻破草鞋便開箇潑天舖子▆J34nB305_p0404c10斷上風,直得盡大地人有文大光錢買了喫底、沒▆J34nB305_p0404c11著底。國清今日與大眾箇方便。」唾一唾,便下座。如斯J34nB305_p0404c12演唱,苟不具通方眼目,豈能搆其腋下毛乎?師古道:J34nB305_p0404c13「物身為眾作則,拳拳誨勵,必欲返虛澆還之大雅,有J34nB305_p0404c14識咸慶。」以為法門狂砥,端在於斯。無何山罹羅,師匍J34nB305_p0404c15匐奔赴。辛卯冬,同舟次平川,風大作,天日晝暝,牽舟J34nB305_p0404c16者盡力前,舟覆,師與山並蹋船屋不至墮,尚能共語。J34nB305_p0404c17救者從船底上至,師請山先出,山語師先,師甫出,救J34nB305_p0404c18者亟相接,舟忽欹,船底上人幾胥溺,而師失所在矣。J34nB305_p0404c19少旋,山出,捄者徐徐引手,乃得全,時十二月二十一J34nB305_p0404c20日也。哲午,得師水中,則亭亭立,左手為金剛拳,右手J34nB305_p0404c21掭數珠,含笑如平時,衣與履一無遺脫。眾摩其兩股J34nB305_p0404c22曰:「請和尚收足入龕。」須臾調耎,頓結雙趺,緇白少長J34nB305_p0404c23咸詫頂禮。移時纔入龕,而其宗人率師伯子漪來,必J34nB305_p0404c24欲奉歸,以儒禮殮且葬。眾謂山勿聽,山曰:「先聖捨頭J34nB305_p0404c25目髓腦成就人,如毘富羅山不生疲厭。曹溪有盜詭J34nB305_p0404c26麻衣取六祖首歸供,門人皆不問,今其子取其親,何J34nB305_p0404c27愛此委蛻,不以滿吾儕檀度,成彼孝思乎?」然山語甫J34nB305_p0404c28畢,先所謂含笑如平時者忽色變,師意可知矣。時山J34nB305_p0404c29弘法事在官未果,師家人夜以香油鐙作供,數挑必J34nB305_p0404c30燼,雖易炷如初,如是者輩春秋始。壬辰七月二十五J34nB305_p0405a01日,忽竟夜明,其家搖首語,莫決所自己,詢之,則山▆J34nB305_p0405a02昭雪脫事外。是夜過吳江,方維舟城下,師寂光炯炯J34nB305_p0405a03交相攝,其家不知也。師有法語▆卷行世。越五年▆J34nB305_p0405a04酉三月朔,其家奉師全身葬於鄧尉山紫嶺,山謂▆J34nB305_p0405a05衣往拜墓格於制,而師一代宗工不可無所表顯,▆J34nB305_p0405a06取師衣缽同日厝靈嵒山右之佛日嵒,采石為塔▆J34nB305_p0405a07之。既落成,山中兄弟同聲語志曰:「國清鄉薦本出入J34nB305_p0405a08門下,今又同一師學,知之深無逾公者,銘其塔非▆J34nB305_p0405a09不可。」志無所得辭,乃拜手而為之銘曰:

通報恩和尚
J34nB305_p0406a07承事二載,蒙和尚深慈,時加逼拶,三仙會裡香J34nB305_p0406a08板觸著有個省處,即諭以古今淆訛公案,自愧J34nB305_p0406a09鈍根不能如古人千門萬戶一踏而開,猶未免J34nB305_p0406a10打作兩橛。禮辭入山,意欲屏跡盡透從上來事,J34nB305_p0406a11因久慕靈巖和尚道法,隨往謁見,便入天台,遠J34nB305_p0406a12離家鄉,深棲巖竇,固其本懷。九夏以來,寅夕參J34nB305_p0406a13究,忽一夕於言下豁然打失布袋,生平礙膺之J34nB305_p0406a14物一時冰釋,制完遂受付囑。今且掩關五峰之J34nB305_p0406a15下,本色住山,餐松摘蕨,以盡餘年,匪敢遽云匡J34nB305_p0406a16徒領眾也。吳江楓冷,瞻望慈容,雲山間阻,恩大J34nB305_p0406a17難酬,唯有望風禮祝而已。伏冀為法珍護,遣僧J34nB305_p0406a18代覲,所有不腆,未足將忱,統惟垂炤。不備。
通聖恩和尚
J34nB305_p0406a20三玄要透自祖翁,引清風于舊閣;四殺雄傳來J34nB305_p0406a21嫡子,折翠竹于雲堂。無遠不欽,有懷靡及。恭惟J34nB305_p0406a22和尚,燈傳從上,道洽寰區。禾山鼓不擊如雷,普J34nB305_p0406a23天腦裂;趙州茶非從口入,大地涼生。萬頃波翻,J34nB305_p0406a24吞吐洞庭青月;千林雪燄,紛披殿閣薰風。驚起J34nB305_p0406b01盤螭,長奮通身之鎧甲;咸聞睡虎,莫解項下之J34nB305_p0406b02金鈴。某夙仰道風,忻瞻佛日。茲以箭鋒相拄,漆J34nB305_p0406b03桶光生。瑞巖喚出主人,寶林慣得其便。與以鈯J34nB305_p0406b04斧,謬膺真子於景德堂中;爰俾住山,敢曰匡徒J34nB305_p0406b05于大唐國裏。碓觜花扶疏遍界,徒貽哂于旁觀;J34nB305_p0406b06苕帚柄𨁝跳上天,尚藉扶于長者。將使五峰俯J34nB305_p0406b07首,翹跂玄岫之巍峨;雙澗飛聲,奔赴具區之澎J34nB305_p0406b08湃。惟金鋀咸納于鑪鞴,豈海岱或遺乎壤流?睇J34nB305_p0406b09猊座以神依,托穎端而志悚。

J34nB305_p0407a04不肖子徒行韜稽首百拜崇報堂上本師大和J34nB305_p0407a05尚腳下。行韜質雖散木,宿若有根,流浪世榮,苦J34nB305_p0407a06不知返。忽罹湯火,始醒前非,刺心飲血,報本無J34nB305_p0407a07從。痛迫思源,刻膚斷髮,誓畢此生,全身向上。孺J34nB305_p0407a08慕和尚道妙,不啻饑渴,以途路梗塞,緣分有在,J34nB305_p0407a09乃乞戒於報恩和尚,深蒙慈誨,香板觸處,驀地J34nB305_p0407a10省發。第于古今淆訛公案不能脫洒,於一切機J34nB305_p0407a11用往往打作兩橛。因禮辭歸隆池祖塋,細簡《傳J34nB305_p0407a12燈》,疑案滋甚,特懷香禮謁。相見室中,示以本分J34nB305_p0407a13手腳,轉轉難搆,遂服膺九夏,追隨巾瓶之下,錘J34nB305_p0407a14鍛有加,不少假借,意必十年廿年了此一大事J34nB305_p0407a15因緣。幸月明聲裏覿露青山,從上鼻孔一串穿J34nB305_p0407a16卻,始悔向來盡是依他作解,本色光明不能現J34nB305_p0407a17前。正所謂:生在帝王家,那復知尊貴?別後于雙J34nB305_p0407a18澗之濱睹影生憐,如兒失乳,冷煖自知,浩蕩慈J34nB305_p0407a19恩過於高厚,殞身碎骨,圖報靡將。伏願和尚法J34nB305_p0407a20身日強,椎拂無倦,則大地幸甚!生佛幸甚!行韜J34nB305_p0407a21何敢加頌一詞?惟於冷灶裡添柴,白地上卓帚,J34nB305_p0407a22圖畫虛空而已。
與宗黨親故書
J34nB305_p0407a24韜早失怙恃,忘情富貴,謂不足逮養也。惟學道J34nB305_p0407b01而為聖賢,始無忝所生耳。傳以戰陳無勇為不J34nB305_p0407b02孝,若學道而不力,以至浸淫于名利之場,誇其J34nB305_p0407b03玉帛之盛,侈其田園之廣,貪其子女臧獲之眾J34nB305_p0407b04多,以炫耀里閭、矜示流俗,至垂暮流連,貲累之J34nB305_p0407b05牽情者多,善行之流傳者鮮,嗟何及矣。語云:「萬J34nB305_p0407b06般將不去,惟有業隨身。」可為長太息也。然而進J34nB305_p0407b07于善不自知其善也,進于惡亦不自知其惡也,J34nB305_p0407b08故曰:「勿以善小而不為,勿以惡小而為之。」人之J34nB305_p0407b09口體所貲有限,仁民愛物之心無窮,乃有利于J34nB305_p0407b10己,則錙銖尺寸之必較,多取于人而不顧,恣其J34nB305_p0407b11便安,則勞人役人而不恤,稍拂其意,即怒詈鞭J34nB305_p0407b12撻隨之。雞豕魚蝦與人無仇也,截脰刳腸,烹而J34nB305_p0407b13醢之,以血肉腥膻為甘美,自饜其欲而殘其命,J34nB305_p0407b14計其一生積殺,可勝道哉。聞人之善則疑,聞人J34nB305_p0407b15之過則樂,道之以悅聽聞,唯口興戎,斯之謂矣。J34nB305_p0407b16三毒之流害而人不覺者,類有然也。然韜之▆J34nB305_p0407b17艱,不辭壯年,有志仕宦者,夫固將大有建立。▆J34nB305_p0407b18濟時而行道,而時非人之所為也,天也。觀子宮J34nB305_p0407b19闕之巍煥、郡邑之壯麗、山川之阻深、人民之蕃J34nB305_p0407b20庶,以勤儉守之,而忽焉淪喪七尺尚不自保,又J34nB305_p0407b21何有于爵位崇高、財賄居積者乎?繇是觀之,世J34nB305_p0407b22出世間成壞興亡、得失取舍如夢如幻,唯吾學J34nB305_p0407b23道之士處貴盛而不驕、遇貧賤而不怨,出而治J34nB305_p0407b24世可以福國庇民、退而藏身亦足移風易俗,況J34nB305_p0407c01煙林月渚對境即真、水碓刀耕隨宜利用,羅網J34nB305_p0407c02所不能加、威力所不能懾,無求于世、無望于人,J34nB305_p0407c03自盡其心、自適其志,遇貴即賤、遇賤即貴,活中J34nB305_p0407c04有死、死中有活,大用現前而莫測,與時遷化以J34nB305_p0407c05無為,則又安往而不得行其道哉?此巢繇所以J34nB305_p0407c06長往而不顧、寒拾所以徉狂而應化也。世或以J34nB305_p0407c07親族里黨脫然去之,太不近於情。雖然,吾猶舊J34nB305_p0407c08時人也,不改舊時行履處。吾恐世人之不可長J34nB305_p0407c09保,一旦易形便不相識,從前知己反為讎矣。故J34nB305_p0407c10聚散,緣也;去就,時也;哀樂,情也;豐儉,數也。我已J34nB305_p0407c11翔于寥廓,彼猶視乎藪澤,豈相及乎?若夫青山J34nB305_p0407c12白雲寄物外之孤蹤、十畝半間托浮生之一宿,J34nB305_p0407c13亦各從其遇之所安而已矣。進于道,則咸宜;徇J34nB305_p0407c14于情,則均滯。唯日孳孳為善,其可也。
示若千山子
J34nB305_p0407c16此番偶便,除候靈山老人但辦裁答,並不先施,J34nB305_p0407c17恐道人家疏慵成性,反多未周,而我為人心太J34nB305_p0407c18急,直或令人望洋而退,其有相信請益者,未免J34nB305_p0407c19復為饒舌。山中久與木石為侶,且不遑及人事,J34nB305_p0407c20深巖枯淡,頗與我相宜,路途多險,甚不應遠涉。J34nB305_p0407c21我一生負痛家國,深恩未酬,所以報四恩者,唯J34nB305_p0407c22此為法為人一事。至于祖先積德累仁,家乘所J34nB305_p0407c23載,彰彰較著,已盡付之若輩。孜孜好善,惇倫尚J34nB305_p0407c24禮,便是修行持律。果能留心本分,直透根源,三J34nB305_p0408a01教聖人以及大地眾生,含靈蠢動,無二無別,亦J34nB305_p0408a02不必千里萬里向外馳求。但信得及,谿山雖隔,J34nB305_p0408a03雲月還同,更笑龐老大家團圞頭,共說無生話,J34nB305_p0408a04如掉棒打月耳。
