當晚小參師云:「從上諸祖建立門庭莫不皆有成就J28nB221_p0830a12今日山僧主持此席且道還有成褫者麼?」良久顧左J28nB221_p0830a13:「諸兄弟若向者裏成褫得則規繩未展法式先J28nB221_p0830a14寸刃不施魔風已喪自是叢林丕振道化攸隆J28nB221_p0830a15方雲水爭歸四海魚龍競舞青青紫柏仍為郡邑觀J28nB221_p0830a16簇簇黃花更足人天賞鑑同堂共住聲氣相求J28nB221_p0830a17入周旋頭頭合道果能如是要使灰頭羅漢出定揚J28nB221_p0830a18土面彌陀放光現瑞其或不然也須山僧握霧拿J28nB221_p0830a19雲與諸人排布一上。」復舉:「三聖道:『我逢人則不出J28nB221_p0830a20則便為人。』興化道:『我逢人則出出則不為人。』」師云:「J28nB221_p0830a21老疆界雖嚴未免家風散誕若是山僧斷不作者般J28nB221_p0830a22見解何故聻出不出兮花正發為不為兮點翠苔J28nB221_p0830a23願東風齊著力一時吹入我門來。」拽杖歸方丈

茶話。「山僧入院已半月日矣其中一出一入周顧人J28nB221_p0830a25作揖打躬咳唾掉臂總與般若實相不相違背J28nB221_p0830a26諸人在於二六時中行住坐臥一動一靜處還與般J28nB221_p0830a27若實相不相違背麼設若違背則諸佛自諸佛眾生J28nB221_p0830a28自眾生有迷悟有死生早被聖凡關鎖隔絕了也J28nB221_p0830a29自己分中有何交涉古人道:『日用事無別惟吾自偶J28nB221_p0830a30神通并玅用運水及搬柴。』所以般若實相就在二J28nB221_p0830b01六時中頭頭上顯法法上彰左右逢源抑揚自在J28nB221_p0830b02諸人還會麼設若不會山僧更有一則陳爛葛藤J28nB221_p0830b03為諸人舉破昔日鄧隱峰推車次馬祖展腳在路上J28nB221_p0830b04峰曰:『請師收足。』祖曰:『展不縮。』峰曰:『進不退。』J28nB221_p0830b05推車碾損祖腳祖歸法堂執斧子曰:『適來碾損老僧J28nB221_p0830b06腳底出來。』峰便出於祖前引頸祖乃置下斧子歸方J28nB221_p0830b07。」師云:「者兩個漢父子英雄氣存千古雖則為法亡J28nB221_p0830b08未免鋒鋩太露。」復喝云:「法令當行了無回互。」遂翹J28nB221_p0830b09足云:「今日眾中假如有個直前不退者山僧亦不吝J28nB221_p0830b10者一足有麼有麼?」眾無語師云:「風流賣盡諸方去J28nB221_p0830b11得堂中趙老茶。」

立規僉職上堂師至座下以拂子打○相:「會麼J28nB221_p0830b13向者裏會得立規僉職了也其或未然不免向曲彔J28nB221_p0830b14木上開兩片皮播弄葛藤去也。」喝一喝便陞斂衣就J28nB221_p0830b15:「孤掌不浪鳴兩掌鳴摑摑奉告知音者那個是J28nB221_p0830b16先達眾中莫有先達者麼有則不妨出來相見。」靈岳J28nB221_p0830b17西堂問:「規條整肅職事森嚴和尚陞堂如何舉唱?」J28nB221_p0830b18:「獅鳴象吼虎嘯龍吟。」進云:「且道泥人木馬還得知J28nB221_p0830b19音也未?」師卓拄杖:「是什麼?」進云:「獅鳴象吼虎嘯龍J28nB221_p0830b20。」師便打岳便喝師又打進云:「恁麼則寒風摧古木J28nB221_p0830b21慧日轉蒼松。」師云:「腳跟下何不薦取?」進云:「也須和尚J28nB221_p0830b22證明始得。」師云:「高著眼。」芝庵知藏問:「入廛垂手即不J28nB221_p0830b23如何是大佛頂?」師打:「千聖莫能窺。」進云:「恁麼則J28nB221_p0830b24萬古楞嚴開寶藏千秋大樹覆人天。」師云:「不勞讚歎。」J28nB221_p0830b25進云:「爭奈光輝大地?」師云:「留得雙眼覷雙眉。」進云:「J28nB221_p0830b26是什麼所在?」師云:「卜度看。」巖碧副寺問:「祖席重開即J28nB221_p0830b27不問頂珠突出事如何?」師云:「爍破四天下。」進云:「既然J28nB221_p0830b28如是則現前大眾各各現大悲手眼去也。」師云:「親口J28nB221_p0830b29道出。」進云:「謝師指示。」師云:「也須會取。」僧一喝歸位J28nB221_p0830b30:「赫倒須彌。」竺庵悅眾問:「瑞氣凝空香煙滿座從上J28nB221_p0830c01綱宗請師拈出。」師便打進云:「恁麼則迦葉峰前金鳳J28nB221_p0830c02洪崖谿畔玉雞啼。」師云:「都向此中著到。」進云:「正是J28nB221_p0830c03野老聲聲賀太平。」師云:「者消息那裏得來?」僧便喝J28nB221_p0830c04:「者一喝未有落處在。」進云:「人天交接兩得相應。」J28nB221_p0830c05:「喫棒有分。」乃舉:「昔日趙州會下有二僧相推不肯J28nB221_p0830c06作第一座主事白州州云:『總教伊作第二座。』主云:『J28nB221_p0830c07一座教阿誰作?』州云:『裝香著。』主云:『裝香了也。』州云:『J28nB221_p0830c08定香解脫香。』」師云:「趙州老漢慣用就裏金鎚輕輕J28nB221_p0830c09一擊驚得獅鳴象吼虎嘯龍吟月映千江雲投萬壑J28nB221_p0830c10是則是檢點將來也是拖泥帶水若是楞嚴門下J28nB221_p0830c11無者般舉止豈不見山僧一入門來雲水皆歸象龍J28nB221_p0830c12畢集兩序排布於堂前列職森羅於座後然雖如是J28nB221_p0830c13不免再為諸人從頭註破第一座千聖到來覷不破J28nB221_p0830c14第二座一曲巴歌少人和第三座美玉無瑕有幾個J28nB221_p0830c15以及監院化士猛力承當街坊化導知客侍者周顧J28nB221_p0830c16人情進退有禮香積廚善調在手般若堂收放存心J28nB221_p0830c17內外大眾莫不風行草偃逆順相隨既然且道無位J28nB221_p0830c18真人作何良補?」復拈拄杖高豎:「號令人天于法自J28nB221_p0830c19。」卓一卓喝一喝下座

茶話。「設規條僉職事無非建立叢林開爐韝鍛聖凡J28nB221_p0830c21總是敷揚法道山僧初居此席無補先人煩賴諸人J28nB221_p0830c22各各發勇猛心行真實行饑則同餐渴則同飲不以J28nB221_p0830c23苦樂二其心不以貧富奪其志水陸勤劬春秋耐守J28nB221_p0830c24果能如是則不惟繼續先風開通後學亦且正法眼J28nB221_p0830c25涅槃玅心皆有承順之際豈不見楊岐燈盞寶壽J28nB221_p0830c26生薑投子油瓶溈山典座歷來聲價如山之高海之J28nB221_p0830c27不容絲毫假借不費點滴週遮自然轟轟烈烈展J28nB221_p0830c28演叢林復興法道其或未然再聽山僧重下註腳。」J28nB221_p0830c29顧左右:「大家出隻手扶起破沙盆。」
