內紹禪師月掌語錄序
J34nB306_p0409a02一切眾生喜見菩薩欲得如來金色之身,J34nB306_p0409a03焚身焚臂,諸佛讚言:「是真精進,是名真法J34nB306_p0409a04供養如來。」兩臂還復如故。智者大師入觀J34nB306_p0409a05三七日,誦《法華》至此,見靈山一會儼然未J34nB306_p0409a06散,證語言阤羅尼,三十年宣演,將靈山會J34nB306_p0409a07上一輪月分明話出,爭奈後人貪觀天上,J34nB306_p0409a08失卻手中,依舊見得用不得。達磨西來,傳J34nB306_p0409a09至臨濟,從黃檗三頓棒下換得一雙白拈J34nB306_p0409a10手,見師吐舌,劈面一掌,將如來金色之身J34nB306_p0409a11拋向諸人面前,把住也由我,推開也由我,J34nB306_p0409a12把喜見還復之臂分作一喝賓主,有時一J34nB306_p0409a13手抬,有時一手搦,直饒八萬四千會眾齊J34nB306_p0409a14到,一時喝散,至今靈山那一輪出他掌握J34nB306_p0409a15不得。月掌禪師紹兄,初參即中法師,透盡J34nB306_p0409a16台宗玄奧,所至分座,雖有百千文字之師,J34nB306_p0409a17莫能窮其辯,然終疑濟上別有長處。聞山J34nB306_p0409a18頭和尚舊住國清,將智者道場全提向上,J34nB306_p0409a19懷香參叩,聞示眾云:「承言須會宗,勿自立J34nB306_p0409a20規矩。佛法不是磨稜合縫的道理。」從前打J34nB306_p0409a21筭定的六十花甲子一時亂卻,直得上無J34nB306_p0409a22攀仰,下絕己躬,當下得個自在。和尚向腳J34nB306_p0409a23跟下與他錐劄,連喝兩喝,師汗下通身,臨J34nB306_p0409a24機不讓,拈頌呈解,有「截斷白雲歸路滑,更J34nB306_p0409b01無人敢罵央庠」之句,自此露柱翻身,舌頭J34nB306_p0409b02無骨。和尚見他得處峻絕、用處孤危,不待J34nB306_p0409b03積稔溫研,即命領眾月掌。兩年來林巒悅J34nB306_p0409b04性、花鳥發機,時時從水心銕骨中吐出劍J34nB306_p0409b05光香燄,到處珠迴玉轉,依然月冷風高。法J34nB306_p0409b06語傳上山頭,和尚亟命流通,為末法波流J34nB306_p0409b07作一砥柱。即中法師聞師出世,為之助喜。J34nB306_p0409b08示寂時,將衣一頂井未了公案仍以屬師。J34nB306_p0409b09人人疑道:「爾往瀟湘,我之東魯,法師何故J34nB306_p0409b10如此?」殊不知百川異流都歸大海,同名海J34nB306_p0409b11水,住於大海即混眾流,如人在大海中浴,J34nB306_p0409b12即用一切水。剎竿既已倒卻,甚處不是靈J34nB306_p0409b13山?四教轉為四簡、三觀鎔成三句,皇風已J34nB306_p0409b14成一片,何處更覓封疆?即中瑯琊後先一J34nB306_p0409b15揆,月掌長水今古同條,真可為萬世法程J34nB306_p0409b16矣。今日欲報師恩,不用別求方便,只此法J34nB306_p0409b17語一出,十八年西望遙禮之願未滿者今J34nB306_p0409b18滿,一生平僅登五品之位未圓者今圓,從J34nB306_p0409b19上師恩一時報盡了也。何以故?靈山話月J34nB306_p0409b20共見共聞,惟有臨濟一掌用得親切圓滿J34nB306_p0409b21故。雖然,報千餘年前國清之恩則易,報十J34nB306_p0409b22餘年來國清之恩則難,若欲扶豎今日國J34nB306_p0409b23清,盡大地人總須喫掌。此錄中有一句子,J34nB306_p0409b24是一切眾生喜見底,亦是使一切眾生離J34nB306_p0409c01見底,盡大地人還有拈得出者麼?以手作J34nB306_p0409c02掌勢,云:「萬古碧潭空界月,再三撈摝始應J34nB306_p0409c03知。」大家試撈摝看。

J34nB306_p0410a04入院,上堂。僧問:「當頭劄定,不犯鋒稜;轉握將來,應用J34nB306_p0410a05恰好。導物隨機即不問,識人因語事如何?」師云:「老和J34nB306_p0410a06尚命我住院。」僧云:「某甲二十年得到這裏。」師云:「現成J34nB306_p0410a07公案。」僧云:「大眾看取新長老令行。」師云:「弄潮須是弄J34nB306_p0410a08潮人。」僧問:「握金剛劍,大用天旋;奮師子威,全機電卷。J34nB306_p0410a09正恁麼時,略請一籌。」師云:「萬象森羅齊稽首。」僧云:「作J34nB306_p0410a10家宗師,宛爾不同。」師云:「師兄是什麼心行?」僧顧左右,J34nB306_p0410a11云:「一時驗取。」僧問:「馬駒腳下兒孫,三十年不少鹽醬,J34nB306_p0410a12還有匙挑不上底麼?」師默然。僧云:「一曲沒絃琴,惟師J34nB306_p0410a13彈得玅。」師云:「徒勞側耳。」僧問:「靈嵒聖箭,一眾咸知;不J34nB306_p0410a14展鋒鋩,便請荅話。」師云:「一不做,二不休。」僧云:「可謂運J34nB306_p0410a15籌帷幄,決勝千里。」師云:「既善知時節,吾今不再三。」僧J34nB306_p0410a16云:「總是今日老胡有望。」師云:「退身三步。」僧問:「暮鼓晨J34nB306_p0410a17鐘,古佛家聲不改;黃鶯紫燕,雲門曲調新翻。未審最J34nB306_p0410a18初一句是何音響?」師云:「響。」僧云:「可謂聞所未聞。」師云:J34nB306_p0410a19「若將耳聽終難會。」僧云:「又與麼去也。」師云:「識得拄杖J34nB306_p0410a20子也未?」僧問:「拄杖子,東西南北皆建立之地,云何只J34nB306_p0410a21在水中央?」師云:「破二作三。」僧云:「曲彔床,天人龍象盡J34nB306_p0410a22瞻仰之時,如何是正說法?」師云:「拋三放兩。」僧云:「靈嵒J34nB306_p0410a23二世不忝家聲,月掌重興具何方便?」師便喝,僧禮拜,J34nB306_p0410a24云:「不為分外。」僧問:「一自達磨西來,便有神光立雪,祖J34nB306_p0410a25祖相傳,直至今日。作麼生是今日底事?」師云:「我這裏J34nB306_p0410a26無許多事。」僧云:「靈嵒法道傳千古,月掌中興更若何?」J34nB306_p0410a27師云:「向上轉。」僧云:「即今四眾觀瞻,還請別通消息。」師J34nB306_p0410a28便喝。僧問:「至化無私,祥雲四集,人天交接,兩得相見,J34nB306_p0410a29咫尺之間因甚不睹師顏?」師云:「大家在這裏。」僧云:「恁J34nB306_p0410a30麼則相見了也。」師云:「更須著眼。」僧云:「頂門廓徹通天J34nB306_p0410b01眼,今古輝煌未易知。」師云:「不勞讚頌。」乃云:「全機天縱,J34nB306_p0410b02不落今時;大用風馳,掀翻空劫。明明沒覆藏,落落無J34nB306_p0410b03向背。卷三際入一剎那中,寂寥非內;展毫端現大千J34nB306_p0410b04世界,寬廓非外。彌綸萬有,包括十虛,超越古今,輝煌J34nB306_p0410b05宇宙。淨裸裸,絕承當;赤灑灑,無回互。不離當處,透色J34nB306_p0410b06透聲;嘗自現前,絕聞絕見。萬緣不到處,錦簇花攢;一J34nB306_p0410b07塵不立時,水清玉潤。不是單提獨弄,豈特雙放雙收?J34nB306_p0410b08所以道:祖師心印,狀似鐵牛之機,去即印住,住即印J34nB306_p0410b09破。秪如不去不住,印即是?不印即是?到這裏,截斷眾J34nB306_p0410b10流,壁立千仞,人境俱奪,照用齊行,直得百丈、馬師退J34nB306_p0410b11身有分,德山、臨濟入作無門,如獅子奮迅,威旋近遠,J34nB306_p0410b12如神鋒揮舞,跡絕空輪,百獸潛蹤,千邪屏跡,當陽直J34nB306_p0410b13截,覿體全真。今日選佛場開,舉揚法要,心空及第,已J34nB306_p0410b14見一眾無私,高奪錦幖,畢竟是誰得俊?」喝一喝,云:「逴J34nB306_p0410b15得便行真漢子,人間天上本無雙。」復舉:「汾陽昭和尚J34nB306_p0410b16參首山,問:『百丈捲席意旨如何?』首山云:『龍袖拂開全J34nB306_p0410b17體現。』昭云:『師意如何?』首山云:『象王行處絕狐蹤。』昭大J34nB306_p0410b18悟,于言下拜,起云:『萬古碧潭空界月,再三撈摝始應J34nB306_p0410b19知。』有問者云:『見何道理便爾自肯?』汾陽云:『正是我放J34nB306_p0410b20身命處。』」師云:「垂任公釣,能獲衝浪鯤鯨;抬巨靈手,可J34nB306_p0410b21擘連天華嶽。汾陽於離鉤三寸放下身心,向碧潭明J34nB306_p0410b22月得透脫一路,故能談笑振濟北家聲、叱吒弄西河J34nB306_p0410b23獅子,真不忝為首山高弟。種上座三十年前得個放J34nB306_p0410b24身命處,直至而今百無一解,行但行、坐但坐,中時持J34nB306_p0410b25缽、後夜就枕,若是扶豎綱宗、應機說法,別有一人用J34nB306_p0410b26得。且道用得底在甚麼處?」驀攛拄杖,云:「來也,來也。」
J34nB306_p0410b27請職事,上堂。僧問:「敲風打雨,古今標榜;呵佛罵祖,眼J34nB306_p0410b28目人天。即今事作麼生?」師云:「銅砂鑼裏底收得也未?」J34nB306_p0410b29僧云:「雷聲天下響,半點不謾人。」師云:「卻又潑狼潑賴。」J34nB306_p0410b30僧云:「果然。」師云:「念汝庫司事繁。」乃云:「褫卻犀牛扇子,J34nB306_p0410c01清風生八極;拗拆黃龍頭角,一字定千鈞。楊岐三腳J34nB306_p0410c02驢,原自庫司下劄出;祖翁一片地,也從草鞋邊搆來。J34nB306_p0410c03種冬瓜、栽茄子,要在乘時及節;明紀綱、揖進退,那可J34nB306_p0410c04落後攙前?既嚴上古風規,須盡今時樞要。若是十八J34nB306_p0410c05上解作活計底,總著槽廠。且道三十年不少鹽醬底J34nB306_p0410c06又作麼生?」顧左右,云:「看取令行。」
J34nB306_p0410c07鹿城眾禪人領檀越請上堂。僧問:「鬱蒸無處避,白汗J34nB306_p0410c08通身;薰風自南來,涼生殿閣。未審無位真人還受寒J34nB306_p0410c09暑也無?」師云:「竹翠桐陰滿院涼。」僧云:「驚群之句,一眾J34nB306_p0410c10罕聞。」師云:「上座親到這裏。」僧云:「是。」師云:「元來是家裏J34nB306_p0410c11人。」僧問:「大脫空,小脫空,不勞話舉;蘇州有,嘗州有,快J34nB306_p0410c12便將來。」師云:「踏藕得魚歸。」僧云:「可謂好音在耳人皆J34nB306_p0410c13聳。」師云:「腳跟下看看。」僧云:「新長老甚有長處?」師云:「透J34nB306_p0410c14得過也未?」僧一喝,師云:「又是從頭起。」同參出,云:「大丈J34nB306_p0410c15夫漢不可受人處分也。」師驀豎拳,云:「這個因何喚作J34nB306_p0410c16拳?」參云:「若然者,不得不與兄葛藤。」師云:「莫道不受人J34nB306_p0410c17處分好。」參云:「看我鼻孔左邊出氣,右邊出氣?」師云:「且J34nB306_p0410c18照顧眉毛。」參云:「終不敢埋沒。」師噓噓。僧問:「臨濟入門J34nB306_p0410c19便喝,齒不關風;雪峰逢僧輥毬,腳不點地。不審此間J34nB306_p0410c20佛法作麼商量?」師云:「饅頭䭔子儘飽餐。」僧云:「只這便J34nB306_p0410c21是,莫更別有?」師云:「餬餅餺飥聻?」僧云:「若不登樓望,焉J34nB306_p0410c22知滄海深?」師云:「重賞之下自有勇夫。」僧喏喏,師云:「口J34nB306_p0410c23大喉嚨小。」僧問:「有問有荅,虛空著楔;無問無荅,死水J34nB306_p0410c24淹鱗。去此二途如何施設?」師云:「拄杖好打鼓。」僧云:「也J34nB306_p0410c25出這網子不得。」師云:「禮拜了自有方便。」僧云:「大眾看J34nB306_p0410c26取。」師云:「莫將得勝調,喚作退軍鑼。」僧問:「埋兵掉戰,未J34nB306_p0410c27是作家;奪鼓攙旗,方為好手。不動干戈建太平,承誰J34nB306_p0410c28恩力?」師云:「一鏃破三關。」僧云:「向上更有事麼?」師打,云:J34nB306_p0410c29「這番顧惜不得也。」僧云:「果然熟處難忘。」師不顧。僧問:J34nB306_p0410c30「山依舊山,水依舊水,因什天際七峰化作清涼新水J34nB306_p0411a01寺?」師舉手,云:「展則成掌。」僧云:「昔不至今,今不至昔,因J34nB306_p0411a02什掌中明月照他花柳舊亭臺?」僧語稍遲,師云:「洎乎J34nB306_p0411a03忘卻話頭。」僧問:「高吞萬象、含裹十虛則不問,離相離J34nB306_p0411a04名、越今越古一句作麼生道?」師打,云:「看取令行時。」僧J34nB306_p0411a05云:「恁麼則劈開萬仞峰,覿面知消息。」師云:「如何是你J34nB306_p0411a06知底事?」僧云:「一片虛凝絕謂情,萬古清光飛玉兔。」師J34nB306_p0411a07云:「錯認山河當眼睛。」僧問:「作家不啐啄,啐啄同時失。」J34nB306_p0411a08呈起坐具,云:「具眼者請看。」師云:「放下著。」僧以坐具指J34nB306_p0411a09左邊,師云:「不得指東畫西。」僧復以坐具指右邊,師云:J34nB306_p0411a10「腳跟下道將一句來。」僧云:「合取兩片皮。」師云:「也是弄J34nB306_p0411a11精魂。」僧一喝,師云:「亂統不少。」乃云:「薰風來殿閣,吹開J34nB306_p0411a12衣裏明珠;赫日爍虛空,照徹塵中寶剎。人人有所,無J34nB306_p0411a13盡寶藏,不離腳下,秪在腕頭。動步則金玉琳琅,舉手J34nB306_p0411a14則珍奇交錯,通天烜彩,皎潔無倫,遍界流輝,虛明絕J34nB306_p0411a15待,爭奈情塵妄起,埋沒本來,障翳橫生,遺失故有,直J34nB306_p0411a16得通身不奈,孤露伶俜,馳騁四方,以求衣食。殊不知J34nB306_p0411a17一錐無卓之處,即是四稜蹋地之鄉,貴超三界而智J34nB306_p0411a18不能知,富備萬有而識不能識,若能立處即真,自可J34nB306_p0411a19隨緣放曠,何必更向江西問路、河北尋蹤?曲彔木上J34nB306_p0411a20老古錐,從來沒意智。見你無拄杖子奪你拄杖子,見J34nB306_p0411a21你有拄杖子與你拄杖子,愈覺鄉關迢遞,岐路縱橫,J34nB306_p0411a22巨浪千尋,白雲萬里,有朝向心識不到處直下回光,J34nB306_p0411a23於顧鑒不及時平空返照,便見千門萬戶豁爾虛通,J34nB306_p0411a24八寶七珍煥然等現,譬如百千明鏡互相照物,剎剎J34nB306_p0411a25塵塵各不相借,雖則莫窮形相,卻也觸處圓明,隨意J34nB306_p0411a26出生,應緣不竭,嘉祥駢集,意氣平添,可以光顯宗風,J34nB306_p0411a27可以開托勝業,可以資成萬德,可以津濟四生。今日J34nB306_p0411a28有大檀越設大施會。」拈拄杖卓一下,云:「無盡藏一擊J34nB306_p0411a29洞開了也,諸仁者親到寶山,不可當面錯過,復成一J34nB306_p0411a30頻:棒頭一擊響玲瓏,寶藏掀翻不費功,有念便為煩J34nB306_p0411b01惱鎖,無心端坐水晶宮。」喝一喝,便下座。
J34nB306_p0411b02上堂。「過去諸如來,竹密不妨流水過。未來修學人,山J34nB306_p0411b03高豈礙白雲飛。現在諸菩薩,花簇簇,錦簇簇,南地竹J34nB306_p0411b04兮北地木。所以心隨萬境轉,轉處實能幽。隨流識得J34nB306_p0411b05性,無喜亦無憂。雖然如是,這裏不是停橈把纜底所J34nB306_p0411b06在。要做佛祖烜赫兒孫,更須向上轉去始得。」
J34nB306_p0411b07曬藏經,小參。僧問:「濟上宗風,不出玄要,屈曲垂慈,敢J34nB306_p0411b08請方便。如何是第一玄?」師云:「不坐萬年床。」「如何是第J34nB306_p0411b09二玄?」師云:「四十九年說不到。」「如何是第三玄?」師便打。J34nB306_p0411b10「如何是第一要?」師云:「拈卻葛藤。」「如何是第二要?」師云:J34nB306_p0411b11「不拜何待?」「如何是第三要?」師云:「大眾笑你。」僧云:「恁麼J34nB306_p0411b12則坐斷毘盧頂,透出普賢門。」師云:「不易念將來。」僧問:J34nB306_p0411b13「百尺竿頭,涼風颯颯。透心透骨,便請一言。」師云:「天晴J34nB306_p0411b14好曬㫰。」僧云:「古佛堂前,敢辭出手。」師云:「南山頭底是J34nB306_p0411b15什麼?」僧一喝,師打,云:「直待雨淋淋。」乃拈起拄杖,云:「一J34nB306_p0411b16塵未破,有卷無字真經,嘗在諸人六根門頭作大佛J34nB306_p0411b17事。眼界寬通,流出大光明藏;耳門寥廓,透過金鼓雷J34nB306_p0411b18轟。鼻息絕出入之交,舌底斷偏圓之量。心如墻壁,身J34nB306_p0411b19若虛空。不涉眾緣,不居陰界。如是經百千萬億卷,慶J34nB306_p0411b20喜結集不到,童壽翻譯不來。」卓拄杖,云:「一塵既破,諸J34nB306_p0411b21佛正法大千經卷皆從此出。四十九年說不盡,三百J34nB306_p0411b22餘會轉不竭。便見四花奪目,六震亂聞。入薝蔔林者,J34nB306_p0411b23不嗅餘香;得乳麋味者,不想餘食。金剛體受戒光熏J34nB306_p0411b24爍,清淨心被梵網牽纏,開列三乘則忘失句逗,分張J34nB306_p0411b25五部即互立開遮,六足八犍度議論紛披,五教十玄J34nB306_p0411b26門判釋交錯,唐言梵語一片難成,祖意教意殊途割J34nB306_p0411b27裂。」放下拄杖,云:「前科後段拈向一邊,正與麼時,一塵J34nB306_p0411b28何在?無字真經、大千經卷又向甚處去也?還知落處J34nB306_p0411b29麼?若也知得,風柯月渚並可傳心,煙島雲林熾然說J34nB306_p0411b30法;若也未知,聽取葛藤。諸法從本來,還從本地入,瞿J34nB306_p0411c01曇與達磨,舌頭總無骨。但得本,莫愁末,不可得中秪J34nB306_p0411c02麼得,眉光舒卷十萬土,到頭難覓纖塵跡。風吹不入,J34nB306_p0411c03水灑不濕,盡情攤出當陽。」展兩手,云:「好趁青天白日。」
J34nB306_p0411c04六月十八日,上堂。「昨夜正法明,通身汗下;來朝觀世J34nB306_p0411c05音,透體風生。一人先行不到,一人末後太過。正當今J34nB306_p0411c06日,波淨月臨,團捏不聚;鏡明像現,花擘不開。文殊、普J34nB306_p0411c07賢總在這裏聚頭打哄,道:『我亦從中入,非唯觀世音。』」J34nB306_p0411c08擊禪床一下,云:「不審今後更敢也無?」復云:「大眾!此是J34nB306_p0411c09山僧據款結案,若作佛法商量,彼此不著便。」
J34nB306_p0411c10上堂。「目前無異路,步步越佛祖階梯;舌底絕遮攔,句J34nB306_p0411c11句斷名言意量。若是齒門無縫,腳下無私,便可游戲J34nB306_p0411c12神通,乘時應物,風聲透樹,電影穿雷,不落唇吻,法音J34nB306_p0411c13徹震十虛,碧水連天,奇雲覆地,不涉程途,神御頓超J34nB306_p0411c14八極,始顯門庭施設,破二作三,入理深談,七穿八穴,J34nB306_p0411c15皆吾心之嘗分,非有假於他術也。」連喝兩喝,云:「毫釐J34nB306_p0411c16有差,天地懸隔。」
J34nB306_p0411c17立秋日,小參。僧問:「飄去殘荷送夏,飛來一葉迎秋,應J34nB306_p0411c18節及時,請師端的。」師云:「海門橫銕柱。」僧云:「恁麼則零J34nB306_p0411c19落總歸根也。」師云:「看你築著磕著。」僧一喝,師便打。僧J34nB306_p0411c20云:「可謂一條痕到底,佛祖不容情。」師云:「藏身露影漢。」J34nB306_p0411c21乃云:「一葉落,天下秋,涼生大埜話啾啾。無位真人,直J34nB306_p0411c22得金風體露;赤肉團上,肯同玉露傾湫。滿院碧梧蕭J34nB306_p0411c23瑟,那比春殘三島?一池芰荷旖旎,何如花老十洲?五J34nB306_p0411c24湖參學侶,莫向外馳求,靈源仙嶼在人世,草鞋跟斷J34nB306_p0411c25堪優游。把住清谿,洗盡南泉三不是;放開白月,透出J34nB306_p0411c26雲門六不收。操徹沒絃琴,歌殘無字謳,休嫌作者頻J34nB306_p0411c27頻舉,若個知音解點頭?黃鍾澒洞,大呂颼飀,落雁曲J34nB306_p0411c28終人不見,橫江青疊數峰秋。」
J34nB306_p0411c29上堂。僧問:「水天一色,丹桂含香,月掌堂中還肯別露J34nB306_p0411c30消息也未?」師云:「雨足秋苔滑。」僧云:「何不蓋覆他去?」師J34nB306_p0412a01云:「汝因甚平地喫交?」僧一喝,師亦喝,僧禮拜,師云:「尚J34nB306_p0412a02饗。」僧問:「一葉落,天下秋;一塵起,大地收。正恁麼時,何J34nB306_p0412a03人領話?」師云:「前日用得著。」僧云:「和尚又如何?」師云:「來J34nB306_p0412a04日向你道。」僧云:「今日事作麼生?」師打,云:「猶自不唧溜。」J34nB306_p0412a05乃云:「靈光不昧,萬古徽猷,入此門來,不存知解。」喝一J34nB306_p0412a06喝,云:「入得也未?若也未入,須要尋個入路;既入得了,J34nB306_p0412a07還須討條出路始得。三世諸佛入了不肯出,一向露J34nB306_p0412a08胸跣足;歷代祖師出了不肯入,到處赤手白拈。月掌J34nB306_p0412a09這裏,山門佛殿長年蕩蕩地,總沒絲毫障隔,入也繇J34nB306_p0412a10你入、出也繇你出,只是不許踢著門檻。」喝一喝,云:「有J34nB306_p0412a11甚麼限?」
J34nB306_p0412a12因事,上堂。僧問:「峰頭翻玉浪,額下隱明珠,蓋覆不來J34nB306_p0412a13即不問,面門出入事如何?」師云:「菴居冷淡僧頻走。」僧J34nB306_p0412a14云:「漁翁釣得江心月,特地拈來便請觀。」師云:「這裏不J34nB306_p0412a15著殘羹餿飯。」僧云:「恁麼則滿目青山,一塵不點。」師打,J34nB306_p0412a16云:「將謂孤負汝。」乃云:「古木參天向上句,相逢不拈出;J34nB306_p0412a17平橋跨水截流機,舉意便知有。碧落亭下,涼沁心源;J34nB306_p0412a18浣香洞口,寒生毛骨。塵中行客、方外高人,驀地到來,J34nB306_p0412a19煩喧頓息。盡道南天方廣、北地清涼,總莫逾此。便擬J34nB306_p0412a20拈提大小石頭,品頌日月佛面,不知早被法雷閣刺J34nB306_p0412a21透耳門、漾月池浸爛腳板了也。大眾!此是山僧真實J34nB306_p0412a22告報,汝若放得下去,等閒穿過竹廊,自有一轉、兩轉J34nB306_p0412a23相為處;或更怖頭狂走、向外馳求,玲瓏嵒斷不點頭J34nB306_p0412a24招手、掣袖鉤衣。何故聻?留得五湖明月在,不愁無處J34nB306_p0412a25下金鉤。」
J34nB306_p0412a26小參。「達磨隻履鬧中拋下,東天也到,西天也到;神光J34nB306_p0412a27一臂冷地揮落,左手也著,右手也著。將心與汝安,北J34nB306_p0412a28斗面南看;與汝安心竟,獼猴照古鏡。易得諸佛法印,J34nB306_p0412a29難覓自己身心,唯須息見,不用求真。若道水不洗水,J34nB306_p0412a30金不博金,莫將閒學解,埋沒祖師心。」
J34nB306_p0412b01檀越請上堂。「把得定,古佛風規十方通暢;打得開,祖J34nB306_p0412b02師關捩大地全收。月掌院裏上堂,暹羅國裏打鼓,驚J34nB306_p0412b03發東海龍王助佛揚化之心,向虛空中轟個霹靂,於J34nB306_p0412b04水面上捲陣涼風,便見梁朝傅大士、楚國孟嘗君,鬚J34nB306_p0412b05髯戢戢、襟袖蕭蕭,倒橐傾箱和盤托入,直得齋廚與J34nB306_p0412b06漆桶爭光、杓柄共茶銚鬥力,一缽三鐼後,個個飽膨J34nB306_p0412b07脝,不知天之高、地之厚,又何暇顧日月星辰之流轉、J34nB306_p0412b08山川草木之凋零?且道何緣得到與麼地?」良久,云:「秋J34nB306_p0412b09風入戶自生涼,流水到門非有意。」
J34nB306_p0412b10上堂。「祖師血脈、諸佛心髓、聲聞緣覺、天堂地獄、人畜J34nB306_p0412b11草芥、有情無情,天左旋、地右轉,南斗六、北斗七。」豎拂J34nB306_p0412b12子,云:「總在這裏。只這個,亦能殺人、亦能活人,殺人不J34nB306_p0412b13用殺人刀、活人不用活人劍。大眾!作麼生見個不用J34nB306_p0412b14底道理?道得底,出來對眾道看;道不得……」擊拂子,云:「一J34nB306_p0412b15擊百雜碎,從教遍界分身。」
J34nB306_p0412b16老和尚送法衣到,上堂。拈香,云:「此一瓣香,量超空界,J34nB306_p0412b17轉空界而透法身;價逾大千,遍大千而作佛事。爇向J34nB306_p0412b18爐中,專申供養始祖釋迦文佛。伏願天回聖瑞,地轉J34nB306_p0412b19嘉祥,人人悟涅槃玅心,各各開正法眼藏。」次拈香,云:J34nB306_p0412b20「此一瓣香,熏透飲光鼻孔,直下穿來;爍開於密腦門,J34nB306_p0412b21從空迸出。供養禪宗第一祖迦葉尊者,下洎六十八J34nB306_p0412b22世萬峰藏禪師。伏願金襴如舊,淵源法脈無窮;寶印J34nB306_p0412b23長新,遞代綱宗有據。」正拈香,云:「此一瓣香,面門劄出,J34nB306_p0412b24蓋地蓋天;拳下劈開,徹頭徹尾。爇向爐中,專申供養J34nB306_p0412b25臨濟正宗三十二世原住天台國清靈嵒老和尚,用J34nB306_p0412b26酬法乳之恩。」白椎竟,僧問:「大庾嶺頭提不起底拈過J34nB306_p0412b27一邊,正恁麼時如何舉揚?」師提起袈裟,云:「秪這是。」僧J34nB306_p0412b28云:「若非和尚,到這裏大難措手。」師云:「灼然有與麼事。」J34nB306_p0412b29僧云:「敢辭作禮。」僧問:「世尊拈花是何意旨?」師云:「剎竿J34nB306_p0412b30頭指天。」僧云:「迦葉微笑又且如何?」師云:「此是古今榜J34nB306_p0412c01樣。」僧云:「即今四眾臨筵,還有解笑者麼?」師云:「無絲毫J34nB306_p0412c02頭謾汝。」僧擬進語,師便喝。僧問:「如何是臨濟綱宗?」師J34nB306_p0412c03云:「向甚處著此一問?」僧擬議,師叱退,乃云:「多子塔前J34nB306_p0412c04親付,不是從天降下;東山會裏送來,亦非從地涌出。J34nB306_p0412c05開潑天門戶,已見一片打成;續無盡心燈,貴得千華J34nB306_p0412c06競艷。絲綸相副,寰中日月縱橫;文彩全彰,方外乾坤J34nB306_p0412c07建立。擐三玄戈甲,脫體驚群;得七事鈴韜,全機敵勝。J34nB306_p0412c08天然尊貴,不落功勳;法爾現成,非屬造作。乘時有卷J34nB306_p0412c09有舒,應用無偏無黨,光明燦爛,一眾咸知。且覿體荷J34nB306_p0412c10擔如何展托?」揮拂子,云:「打開無相毘盧印,千聖齊教J34nB306_p0412c11列下風。」復舉:「阿難問迦葉尊者云:『世尊傳金縷袈裟J34nB306_p0412c12外,別傳個甚麼?』迦葉召阿難,阿難應諾,迦葉云:『倒卻J34nB306_p0412c13門前剎竿著。』」師云:「一呼一諾,密度金針;倒卻剎竿,暗J34nB306_p0412c14穿玉線。如水入水,似金博金,放去收來,毫無異相。正J34nB306_p0412c15當今日,不添一縷,不減一絲,當陽揭露,更不囊藏。設J34nB306_p0412c16有人問:『金縷袈裟外,別傳個什麼?』但道:『秪這是。』何故J34nB306_p0412c17聻?一會靈山,儼然未散。」
J34nB306_p0412c18上堂。「喝下奔流度刃,著忙作麼?棒頭疾燄趨風,只在J34nB306_p0412c19這裏。有水到渠成之用,自能平地涌波瀾;具風行草J34nB306_p0412c20偃之機,何必虛空抽閃電?雖然,照用齊行,要且人境J34nB306_p0412c21不奪。若要扶樹臨濟正法眼藏,恰似蚊子撼須彌、藕J34nB306_p0412c22絲牽大象。你且緩緩。」喝一喝,云:「是甚麼?」復云:「有口不J34nB306_p0412c23可閒卻。」
J34nB306_p0412c24上堂。「天無四壁,地絕八荒,水母飛入摩醯眼睛,蝦蟆J34nB306_p0412c25鑽過娑竭鼻孔,各各自謂神通遊戲、出入無礙,驀地J34nB306_p0412c26裏一眨一嗅,便見出頭無路、退步無門。拄杖子不惜J34nB306_p0412c27老力。」卓一下,云:「打開閒門破戶,非特令伊轉得身、吐J34nB306_p0412c28得氣,要使盡大地凡聖智愚、森羅萬象,靈機互煥,徹J34nB306_p0412c29證無生。其或眼睛𥉌眵、鼻孔無竅,滄海盡教枯到底,J34nB306_p0412c30須彌直得碾為塵。」復卓拄杖,云:「未放伊在。」
J34nB306_p0413a01上堂。「出來也打,不出來也打,口念彌陀雙拄杖;開眼J34nB306_p0413a02也著,合眼也著,目瞽瞳人不出頭。直饒出言吐氣,口J34nB306_p0413a03口分明,見貌辨音,頭頭諦當,猶是倚門傍戶,不能越J34nB306_p0413a04格超情。若到月掌這裏,更不如何若何,將條爛貫索J34nB306_p0413a05一串穿卻,掛向蘆茆壁下。且道為人節目在什麼處?」J34nB306_p0413a06良久,云:「放待冷來看。」
J34nB306_p0413a07上堂。「一拳拳倒黃鶴樓,一腳踢翻鸚鵡洲,有意氣時J34nB306_p0413a08添意氣,不風流處也風流。」喝一喝,云:「纔有一絲頭,便J34nB306_p0413a09有一絲頭。」
J34nB306_p0413a10上堂。「盡大地是隻清淨眼,那許分疆裂界?遍虛空是J34nB306_p0413a11片解脫場,無勞擊木敲空。忽起佛見法見底,眨向二J34nB306_p0413a12鐵圍山;妄自鑽皮劄血底,安置非非想處。師子窟中J34nB306_p0413a13豈容埜干?栴檀林裏不著伊蘭?要得門墻清潔,直須J34nB306_p0413a14徹底掀翻。若更如何若何?莫怪拄杖子太無面目。」卓J34nB306_p0413a15拄杖,云:「不是為人難共住,大都緇素要分明。」
J34nB306_p0413a16上堂。「豁開頂門正眼,頭頭蓋色騎聲;拈提向上機關,J34nB306_p0413a17著著超今邁古。趙州略彴一蹋兩斷,有路卻成無路;J34nB306_p0413a18毘耶丈室一靠便倒,無門即是法門。向無門處透過,J34nB306_p0413a19鐵壁銀山通身無影像;於有路處踏著,本來田地步J34nB306_p0413a20步絕行蹤。便恁麼去,十方寬廓;纔恁麼來,水泄不通。J34nB306_p0413a21把斷要津則且置,一超直入又如何?埜色更無山隔J34nB306_p0413a22斷,天光直與水相連。」
J34nB306_p0413a23中秋,小參。「欲識佛性義,當觀時節因緣。時節若至,其J34nB306_p0413a24理自彰。」以拂子打圓相,云:「時節已至,佛性義顯。諸仁J34nB306_p0413a25作麼生觀?又如何識?有底道:『天上月圓,人間月半,總J34nB306_p0413a26是這個時節。』有底道:『開眼見明,合眼見暗,何曾離得J34nB306_p0413a27這裏?』全承自己力,不向外邊求。但一月真,中間自無J34nB306_p0413a28是月非月。與麼見解,秪知銀漢無聲,機輪密轉;不見J34nB306_p0413a29金波絕跡,動靜嘗圓。山僧要問:秪如盡大地是個,自J34nB306_p0413a30己向什麼處著這一月?盡大地是一月,自己又在什J34nB306_p0413b01處?這裏透去,入得月輪三昧,便可出沒神通,利生遊J34nB306_p0413b02戲,隨方隱顯無時,當處靈光迥脫。」揮拂子,云:「如今揮J34nB306_p0413b03開碧落,截斷清波,納須彌于芥子,擲芥子于無垠,十J34nB306_p0413b04方世界空索索,三千剎海夜沉沉,餬餅裏沒汁,呷茶J34nB306_p0413b05堂裏來,各與一盞。」
J34nB306_p0413b06上堂。「望州亭與汝相見了也,烏石嶺與汝相見了也,J34nB306_p0413b07僧堂前與汝相見了也,總是驀直示汝,無端驟步,歸J34nB306_p0413b08方丈,入僧堂,自成紆曲。大眾!向什麼處與古人相見?」J34nB306_p0413b09良久,云:「吽!」
J34nB306_p0413b10上堂。「吾本來茲土,說法救迷情,淨智玅圓,體自空寂,J34nB306_p0413b11廓然無聖,心如墻壁,庭前柏樹子,六耳不同謀,青絹J34nB306_p0413b12扇子足風涼。說法了也,便合頓悟,一華開五葉,結果J34nB306_p0413b13自然成。若也錯過,盲龜跛鱉空流浪,枉使漁翁把釣J34nB306_p0413b14竿。」
J34nB306_p0413b15晚參。「針眼裏放身,七橫八豎,縱步有餘;太虛中走馬,J34nB306_p0413b16千變萬化,措足無地。秪如藏身處沒蹤跡,沒蹤跡處J34nB306_p0413b17不藏身,朝行三千,暮行八百,因甚出這網子不得?參。」
J34nB306_p0413b18上堂。「大海不著死屍,徐六擔板;虛空具含眾象,擔板J34nB306_p0413b19徐六。王老師斬貓兒,鄧師伯打瓦鼓。擘開華嶽連天J34nB306_p0413b20秀,放出黃河徹底清。」
J34nB306_p0413b21上堂。「聞鐘鳴便上殿,聽板聲即過堂,喫粥了也,洗缽J34nB306_p0413b22盂去,便是廣額屠兒放下屠刀立地成佛底時節,便J34nB306_p0413b23是悉達初生指天指地作大師子吼底時節。」喝一喝,J34nB306_p0413b24云:「丈夫自有衝天志,莫向如來行處行。」
J34nB306_p0413b25上堂。「秋風涼,秋夜長,未歸客,思故鄉。故鄉則不無,地J34nB306_p0413b26頭在什麼處?莫是上是天、下是地麼?有什麼碑記?莫J34nB306_p0413b27是僧堂前、佛殿後麼?腳跟未點地在。莫是三條椽下、J34nB306_p0413b28七尺單前麼?十萬八千未是遠。若恁麼去,總是個無J34nB306_p0413b29地頭漢。畢竟如何?江千獨立向誰說?天際飛鴻三兩J34nB306_p0413b30行。」靠拄杖,下座。
J34nB306_p0413c01上堂。「束得虛空作棒,白拈賊措手無門;碾得大地為J34nB306_p0413c02塵,跛足師插腳無路。人人腳跟下有通天正眼,東廊J34nB306_p0413c03上上、西廊下下,階墀曲直、寮舍淺深,總瞞他一點不J34nB306_p0413c04得。古佛堂前有片嘗住方磚,汝輩暮去朝來因什不J34nB306_p0413c05鑑?」拈起拄杖,云:「如今直下指出去也。眼裏有睛底,各J34nB306_p0413c06自驗取好。」驀卓一下,便下座。
J34nB306_p0413c07上堂。「撞著道伴交肩過,一生參學事畢,料掉沒交涉。J34nB306_p0413c08然雖如是,貼貼地無縫罅底能有幾個?」喝一喝,云:「巷J34nB306_p0413c09尾街頭有什麼數?」
J34nB306_p0413c10上堂。「一切法不生,一切法不滅,若能如是見,祖佛嘗J34nB306_p0413c11現前。現前一機,能殺、能活,能縱、能奪,有實、有權,有照、J34nB306_p0413c12有用,面門有據,覿體無私,方便喚作無位真人。善能J34nB306_p0413c13現起,超方作略,赤肉團上七穿八穴,白拈手裏拋兩J34nB306_p0413c14放三,馬祖、百丈大機大用,德山、臨濟逸格提持,莫不J34nB306_p0413c15從這裏流出。攝五千餘卷為一句,詮註無從;總千七J34nB306_p0413c16百則為一機,顯示不及。今日落在月掌,將三百六十J34nB306_p0413c17骨節、八萬四千毫竅化作一道清風,吹向諸人面前,J34nB306_p0413c18嘗在頂門上、額角頭,出入縱橫,普天匝地。」連喝兩喝,J34nB306_p0413c19云:「策起眉毛看看。」
J34nB306_p0413c20小參。「若見拄杖子,便是眼中楔。不見拄杖子,亦是眼J34nB306_p0413c21中楔。拈卻拄杖子,拔出眼中楔。識得眼中楔,非關拄J34nB306_p0413c22杖子。於此明去,棒頭有眼,照破古今。於此不明,天高J34nB306_p0413c23莫測,地厚寧知。西河弄師子,陝府灌鐵牛。莫道不疑J34nB306_p0413c24好。珍重。」
J34nB306_p0413c25晚參。「山頭老漢尋嘗用一味沒意智手腳,打開閒門J34nB306_p0413c26破戶,使天下禪和子一個個灑灑落落,撩起便行、放J34nB306_p0413c27下便住,人人自謂超宗異目、大用現前,不知自家鼻J34nB306_p0413c28孔早被者老漢穿卻了也。當年洞山見雲門也便恁J34nB306_p0413c29麼了去,解向無人煙處接待,往來叢林中商量浩浩,J34nB306_p0413c30喚作目機銖兩、函蓋乾坤。若然者,總是依草附木鬼J34nB306_p0414a01家活計,不唯孤負洞山,亦且鈍置雲門。若是楊岐下J34nB306_p0414a02兒孫,更不如何若何,單刀直入來、撒手無依去、通身J34nB306_p0414a03鎧冑來、全體脫落去,總不恁麼來劈脊便棒,從教遍J34nB306_p0414a04界分身。月掌與麼檢點將來,也有一場過。且道過在J34nB306_p0414a05什麼處?具眼者試辨看。」
J34nB306_p0414a06重陽日,上堂。「捏聚主賓,從他日上月下;推開玄要,一J34nB306_p0414a07任山深水寒。明明一句該通,的的重陽九日。果能忘J34nB306_p0414a08言得意,自可越古超今。便見布地金花,不是從空放J34nB306_p0414a09下;擎天玉蕊,亦非步步登高。山僧今日向平坡上與J34nB306_p0414a10諸仁落草,要得應節及時,更須出一頭地始得。然雖J34nB306_p0414a11如是,若是陶淵明,攢眉便歸去。」
J34nB306_p0414a12上堂。「腳頭一路,寬處寬,窄處窄;面門一機,苦處苦,樂J34nB306_p0414a13處樂。秘魔於嵒下擎叉,普化向鬧市振鐸,南泉斬卻J34nB306_p0414a14花貓兒,趙州指出庭前柏。」喝一喝,云:「休向樽前唱鷓J34nB306_p0414a15鴣,座中盡是江南客。」
J34nB306_p0414a16施主諷經,請陞座。師豎起拂子,云:「大眾見麼?這一句J34nB306_p0414a17子,文字性離、心緣相絕,塞斷維摩口海、點破迦葉面J34nB306_p0414a18門,演出一大藏教,一大藏教詮顯無從;流出千七百J34nB306_p0414a19機,千七百機拈提不到。契機契理,白牯狸奴頓開五J34nB306_p0414a20眼;為瑞為祥,盲龜跛鱉直透法身。德山棒、臨濟喝,秪J34nB306_p0414a21是科頭條暢;馬鳴疏、龍樹論,也只註腳疏通。自餘縷J34nB306_p0414a22析條分、開宗列派,不向虛空填彩,便同入海筭沙,致J34nB306_p0414a23令旨趣淆訛、本文舛謬。如今撥開枝葉、直截根源,正J34nB306_p0414a24句現前如何讚頌?」擊拂子,云:「諦聽,諦聽。」
J34nB306_p0414a25晚參。舉:「米胡令僧問仰山:『今時人還假悟也無?』山云:J34nB306_p0414a26『悟則不無,爭奈落在第二頭?』」師云:「問處重若丘山,荅J34nB306_p0414a27處輕如毫末,一人平空展手,一人就路還家,可謂門J34nB306_p0414a28庭施設,顯露無私,入理之談,深固幽遠。今時有般杜J34nB306_p0414a29撰長老只管道:『悟則不無,爭奈落在第二頭?』與麼會J34nB306_p0414a30去,三十年後換手搥胸,未是苦在。」
J34nB306_p0414b01上堂。「未入門便棒,祖堂慣拶險機;纔開口便打,佛法J34nB306_p0414b02不是小事。聲前透去,三要印開,人天膽落;棒頭藨得,J34nB306_p0414b03萬機寢削,魔外潛蹤。欲明向上,驗在目前;逴得便行,J34nB306_p0414b04人間天上。」畫一畫,云:「石牛攔古路,一馬生三寅。」
J34nB306_p0414b05上堂。「天童一棒到底,襲其風者多,見其用者少;三峰J34nB306_p0414b06主持玄要,循其轍者眾,透其機者稀。要識天童麼?」拍J34nB306_p0414b07左膝,云:「這裏是。要識三峰麼?」拍右膝,云:「這裏是。」復云:J34nB306_p0414b08「一棒到底,打徹骨髓,玄要綱宗,佛祖的旨。天童搖頭,J34nB306_p0414b09三峰擺尾,金翅擘海,鵝王唼水,擇乳吞龍,只者些子。」J34nB306_p0414b10喝一喝,云:「眼孔定動,千里萬里。」
J34nB306_p0414b11月朔,上堂。「孟冬十月天漸寒,園林草樹風聲乾,目前J34nB306_p0414b12萬化機頓息,眼界寥廓心胸寬。唯有衲僧拄杖子,不J34nB306_p0414b13隨花葉相終始,雪壓霜摧節愈堅,昂藏徑截無倫比。J34nB306_p0414b14臨機殺活露全身,燁燁威光用轉新,自從春色來嵩J34nB306_p0414b15少,三十六峰青至今。」卓拄杖,下座。
J34nB306_p0414b16上堂。「無陰陽地上,高處高平,低處低平,信腳踏去,步J34nB306_p0414b17步不在空裏,秪貴當人草鞋緊峭,透過棘林,便可一J34nB306_p0414b18超直入,撒手到家。忽若踏破草鞋,腳跟突出,向平地J34nB306_p0414b19上滑倒,月掌與你拄杖子,莫言不道。」卓拄杖,下座。
J34nB306_p0414b20上堂。「眼隨色轉,耳逐聲迴,生死根本;鼻貪龍麝,舌味J34nB306_p0414b21甘酸,生死根本;戀其臭身,悅其癡心,生死根本。正恁J34nB306_p0414b22麼時,山僧下覷,大眾仰觀,知覺全消,見聞都泯,聲香J34nB306_p0414b23味觸又向甚處去也?大眾,冷地裏返手摸摸腳跟看。」J34nB306_p0414b24喝一喝,云:「生死根本。」
J34nB306_p0414b25廬山西林古嶷和尚訃音到,上堂。「斷衲僧命根底能J34nB306_p0414b26有幾人?活衲僧眼目底能有幾人?佛法下衰,叢林淡J34nB306_p0414b27泊,要得金剛正眼廓徹殺活,拄杖縱橫如我西林法J34nB306_p0414b28兄和尚者,直似星中揀明月,火裏覓浮漚。所以驢腳J34nB306_p0414b29纔伸,闢千餘年廢剎,足水足草;佛手略展,拶五百人J34nB306_p0414b30彊項,為鳳為麟。昨聞已遷化去也,得得上堂,舉似大J34nB306_p0414c01眾。」卓拄杖云:「還知麼?伏虎嵒吞卻漢陽峰,香谷泉衝J34nB306_p0414c02斷三笑澗,耶舍塔中敲鐵磬,天台雁宕絕人行。」
J34nB306_p0414c03上堂。舉:「雪峰示眾云:『南山有條鱉鼻蛇,汝等諸人切J34nB306_p0414c04須好看。』」師云:「說什南山,盡大地是條鱉鼻蛇,一切諸J34nB306_p0414c05人總在蛇口裏喫飯穿衣、蛇頭上行住坐臥,喪身失J34nB306_p0414c06命,阿誰免得?設有一人免得,敢保百骸潰散、一物不J34nB306_p0414c07存。且道利害在什麼處?」喝一喝,云:「毒氣深入。」
J34nB306_p0414c08上堂。「山僧二十年間擔囊負缽參訪知識,秪圖明取J34nB306_p0414c09一經一論,使正法流通、邪宗破壞,一時把不定,刺腳J34nB306_p0414c10靈山會裏,被法座上無面目老漢驀頭一拶,直得皮J34nB306_p0414c11膚脫盡、真實不存。看看!拖到今日更是不堪上眼,欲J34nB306_p0414c12為無所為、欲益無所益,波波挈挈且恁隨時,若論佛J34nB306_p0414c13法更無提掇處。還委悉麼?」良久,云:「三寸舌頭無用處,J34nB306_p0414c14一雙空手不成拳。」

J34nB306_p0414c24師誕日,眾設茶筵,請小參。「假借四大以為身,心本無J34nB306_p0414c25生因境有。」喝一喝,云:「心本無生,境從何有?是身無相,J34nB306_p0414c26四大何來?若是個漢,聞恁麼舉,直下頓了身心四大J34nB306_p0414c27性,復便見三千大千世界無有芥子許不是捨身命J34nB306_p0414c28處,一切地水是先身,一切火風是故體,不為四大所J34nB306_p0414c29轉而能轉用四大,攪長河為酥酪,變大地作黃金,噓J34nB306_p0414c30氣鼓毘嵐,吐唾滅劫火,一塵入正受,諸塵三昧起,男J34nB306_p0415a01身入定時,女身從定起,龍身入定天身起,東方入定J34nB306_p0415a02西方起,中涌邊沒,南涌北沒,得大自在,具大變通,開J34nB306_p0415a03大手眼,顯大機用。然雖如是,一期建化即不無,若約J34nB306_p0415a04衲僧門下,正是紅爐上一點雪,那有近傍分?且道衲J34nB306_p0415a05僧門下畢竟有何長處?」擊竹篦,云:「玉離荊岫寒光動,J34nB306_p0415a06劍出豐城紫氣橫。」
J34nB306_p0415a07上堂。「諸方把斷要津,我遮裏放行一路。諸方縱橫十J34nB306_p0415a08字,我者裏水泄不通。諸方也撿點月掌不得,月掌也J34nB306_p0415a09不點撿諸方。」
J34nB306_p0415a10上堂。「我心似秋月,碧潭澄皎潔,無物堪比倫,教我如J34nB306_p0415a11何說?寒山子通身露布、滿口含霜,引得無限人落在J34nB306_p0415a12陰魔界裏,至今抬腳不起。月掌別資一道,直指路頭,J34nB306_p0415a13諸人也須自生活計。」以拄杖一畫,云:「水流黃葉來何J34nB306_p0415a14處?牛帶寒鴉過別村。」
J34nB306_p0415a15小參。「向上一路,直下坦平,便恁麼去,早是打破狼藉J34nB306_p0415a16了也。若更說禪說道,正是平白地上釘樁搖櫓;舉古J34nB306_p0415a17舉今,亦是清涼池裏把纜放船。看他從上古德契證J34nB306_p0415a18之後,口如臘月扇子,十度發言,九度休去;心如古廟J34nB306_p0415a19香爐,火種不來,憑何發燄?直下無佛法身心,豈更要J34nB306_p0415a20撒沙撒土?而今事不獲已,向第二義門露個消息去J34nB306_p0415a21也。」拈起拄杖,云:「見麼?若道是見,未脫根塵;若道不見,J34nB306_p0415a22猶存鑑覺。鑑覺若存,未免虛空裏塗汙;根塵未脫,依J34nB306_p0415a23舊髑髏前見鬼。直饒脫卻根塵、透過鑑覺,出得荊棘J34nB306_p0415a24林,已顯好手;若落平地上,便是死人。何以?此人智眼J34nB306_p0415a25偏枯,情存向背,雖能坐斷千差,不解融通萬有。所以J34nB306_p0415a26動則影現,覺則水生。不動不覺,平沉死水;纔動纔覺,J34nB306_p0415a27犯手傷鋒。蓋為凡情雖盡,聖解未忘,不知但盡凡情,J34nB306_p0415a28別無聖解。不見德山和尚道:『聖名凡號,盡是虛聲;殊J34nB306_p0415a29相劣形,皆為幻色。』汝但無心於事、無事於心,則虛而J34nB306_p0415a30靈、空而玅。到者裏,果能歇下馳求、滅卻倒想,便見二J34nB306_p0415b01六時中更無一法當情,上無攀仰、下絕己躬,嘗光現J34nB306_p0415b02前,壁立萬仞。進一步,越過百千香水海,那邊更那邊,J34nB306_p0415b03轉個身來,綽有餘地;退一步,坐斷萬億須彌山,微細J34nB306_p0415b04甚微細,復歸元真,不資餘力。不進不退,現十方剎土J34nB306_p0415b05於毫端,毫端無本;攝十世古今於當念,當念無生。向J34nB306_p0415b06無生國裏拈示一機,機機頓赴;於無住本根立一切J34nB306_p0415b07法,法法圓明。法法圓明,故懸羊頭、賣狗肉,把定無星J34nB306_p0415b08秤子,絲毫不爽;機機互現,故騎佛殿、出山門,變化神J34nB306_p0415b09龍拄杖,吞吐隨時。」劃一劃,云:「住!住!似此說話,今日對J34nB306_p0415b10諸仁面前恰如暗中書字,文彩雖彰,也是水上卓旗,J34nB306_p0415b11根本何據?忽有個忍俊不禁的出來喝散大眾、掀倒J34nB306_p0415b12禪床,我也許你大膽。然雖如是,也須親到這個田地J34nB306_p0415b13始得;其或未然……」卓拄杖,云:「肯相辜負。」
