眾慶佛誕請上堂僧問:「除卻古人公案斬斷陳年葛J29nB229_p0236a19現前一著請師速道。」師曰:「大家相對面。」進曰:「恁麼J29nB229_p0236a20則覓火和煙得擔泉帶月歸。」師曰:「不孤今日。」乃曰:「J29nB229_p0236a21回法道振荊南祖席中興見大觀何幸於今同一會J29nB229_p0236a22儼然未散在靈山若問箇中端的意今朝四月是初J29nB229_p0236a23直下豁然非性燥休來擬議隔重關且豫慶釋迦J29nB229_p0236a24聖誕又作麼生一輪今古月空載幾人還?」

佛誕請上堂僧問:「年年四月八處處慶悉達即今釋J29nB229_p0236a26迦老子在甚麼處?」師曰:「有問有答。」進曰:「還當得慶賀J29nB229_p0236a27事麼?」師曰:「春風歲歲新。」乃曰:「城東老母雙眼華雲門J29nB229_p0236a28一棒也隨邪驀然識得自家寶將此身心獻釋迦J29nB229_p0236a29如指天指地又且如何?」良久:「結得恩深怨亦深J29nB229_p0236a30年惡水驀頭淋麻三斤兮乾矢橛誰道其中有指陳?」J29nB229_p0236b01乃作攜瓶灌水勢:「蘇嚕蘇嚕㗭利㗭利。」

結制上堂拈拄杖卓一卓:「爐韛從地起鉗錘隨手J29nB229_p0236b03有問向上事一擊頂門開還有赤身擔荷者麼?」J29nB229_p0236b04出一喝師曰:「近火先焦。」:「如何是奪人不奪境?」師卓J29nB229_p0236b05拄杖:「穿卻汝鼻孔。」「如何是奪境不奪人?」師曰:「擊碎J29nB229_p0236b06汝腦門。」「如何是人境兩俱奪?」師打:「天晴不肯走。」「J29nB229_p0236b07何是人境俱不奪?」師曰:「放待冷來看。」進曰:「人境J29nB229_p0236b08師指示末後一句又如何?」師復打:「還嫌少在。」:「J29nB229_p0236b09方同聚會箇箇學無為即今考鍾伐鼓如何是無為?」J29nB229_p0236b10師曰:「日輪當午照。」進曰:「大開爐韛又如何?」師曰:「烈燄J29nB229_p0236b11烜天紅。」進曰:「天王山上來雲紫悟祖堂前瑞氣騰。」J29nB229_p0236b12:「塞滿乾坤。」乃曰:「無位真人長長短短清淨法身高J29nB229_p0236b13高低低被天王捏作一團散向微塵國土要借諸人J29nB229_p0236b14鼻孔出氣因甚如此千峰勢到嶽邊止萬派聲歸海J29nB229_p0236b15上消。」

復舉:「龐居士曰:『十方同聚會箇箇學無為此是選佛J29nB229_p0236b17心空及第歸。』」師曰:「要見心空及第歸麼大千無知J29nB229_p0236b18獨露一身歸。」

天王海老和尚退棲賢之真州地藏有書至上堂。「J29nB229_p0236b20讀來書不舍遠去忍俊不禁舉似大眾。」良久曰:「一片J29nB229_p0236b21白雲橫谷口幾多歸鳥盡迷巢。」

菩提場監院同江居士請上堂僧問:「千林不耐凋寒J29nB229_p0236b23幸有庭前柏樹芳歷盡三冬無異志西來大意請J29nB229_p0236b24敷揚。」師曰:「昨夜六華添瑞彩。」進曰:「法鼓再撾宣億國J29nB229_p0236b25祖燈重朗照人寰。」師曰:「今朝杲日正當空。」進曰:「而今J29nB229_p0236b26借得東風力吹散浮雲見好天。」師曰:「是玉也大奇。」J29nB229_p0236b27:「萬象森羅主乾坤法界尊識得他住處便是當家J29nB229_p0236b28初在菩提場爾為監院僧荷眾而竭力精勤忘五J29nB229_p0236b29今也來天王見爾廣大心要見古今天地古今日J29nB229_p0236b30月麼憶昔楊岐會監院滿身霜雪播叢林。」

復舉:「龐居士曰:『難難難十石油麻樹上攤。』龐婆曰:『J29nB229_p0236c02易易百艸頭邊祖師意。』靈昭女曰:『也不難也不易J29nB229_p0236c03來喫飯倦來睡。』」師曰:「說難說易未免令人挂口今日J29nB229_p0236c04江公會麼一口吸盡西江水露出天涯星月孤。」

承天寺夏僧綱同眾請上堂僧問:「說有說無俱是諸J29nB229_p0236c06方常語論色論空亦是座主活計除此二途請師施J29nB229_p0236c07。」師曰:「我無一法與人。」進曰:「欲得梅華放須憑霜雪J29nB229_p0236c08。」師打曰:「一棒打不回。」乃曰:「華座未登法雨先施潤J29nB229_p0236c09大地真風纔扇四海波騰演上乘恁麼會去達磨不J29nB229_p0236c10必西來神光何須立雪殊不知滿口道不出分明在J29nB229_p0236c11目前水中鹽味色裏膠青恁麼不會今日有飯在缽J29nB229_p0236c12承天名剎主人賢不是尋常相恰好多生願力結J29nB229_p0236c13斯緣雖然汝等不得飯飽弄箸。」

佛成道日上堂僧問:「如何是天王境?」師曰:「御路如絃J29nB229_p0236c15。」進曰:「如何是境中人?」師曰:「相逢覿面親。」進曰:「人境J29nB229_p0236c16雙忘時如何?」師曰:「天邊一鴈飛。」乃曰:「夜睹明星阿誰J29nB229_p0236c17是聖是凡都靠倒唯有鼻孔無處藏碧稜稜底光J29nB229_p0236c18皎皎天王見得為他扭捏一上。」以手作扭鼻勢:「J29nB229_p0236c19迦老子隨手來也既曰一切眾生俱有如來智慧德J29nB229_p0236c20』,何故又要大驚小怪雖然不因樵子徑爭到葛洪J29nB229_p0236c21。」

久雪初晴上堂。「盡謂世間有誰道世間無飄飄成一J29nB229_p0236c23何處覓畫圖?」豎拂子曰:「會麼一輪紅日纜出現J29nB229_p0236c24然露箇舊面目且道那箇是舊面目開眼便見山河J29nB229_p0236c25大地。」

春日上堂。「春宵一刻值千金華有清香月有陰歌館J29nB229_p0236c27樓臺聲細細鞦韆院落夜沉沉古人觸境發情大有J29nB229_p0236c28損益春宵一刻值千金黃金難買華有清香月有陰J29nB229_p0236c29正好翫賞歌館樓臺聲細細樂在其中鞦韆院落夜J29nB229_p0236c30沉沉歡娛夜短若是抱道衲僧別有一番景況春宵J29nB229_p0237a01一刻值千金不可放過華有清香月有陰一種春色J29nB229_p0237a02歌館樓臺聲細細漏洩太多鞦韆院落夜沉沉切莫J29nB229_p0237a03瞌睡如此會得君親之恩三有之德一時酬畢其或J29nB229_p0237a04未然寸絲滴水須償宿債。」

除夕上堂僧問:「舊歲既云去新年又道來如何是不J29nB229_p0237a06動尊?」師曰:「一箇閒人天地間。」乃曰:「年月日時盡都言J29nB229_p0237a07一歲除人生營世樂未免有榮枯獨有道:『人心不入J29nB229_p0237a08他群隊。』既不入他群隊在甚處著腳隔塢梅華開正J29nB229_p0237a09攜笻看遍又歸來。」

元旦上堂。「本來無新舊未免應時節焚香祝堯天J29nB229_p0237a11天好風月焚香祝聖壽聖壽如天闊焚香祝大臣J29nB229_p0237a12武秉忠烈焚香祝國豐人民皆饒益更將此瓣香J29nB229_p0237a13恩三有盡酬畢。」且道:「者瓣香從甚處拈來地暖陽和J29nB229_p0237a14新氣象無邊艸木盡含春。」

解制上堂僧問:「如何是第一玄?」師曰:「乾坤未剖前。」「J29nB229_p0237a16何是第二玄?」師曰:「華開十丈蓮。」「如何是第三玄?」師曰J29nB229_p0237a17開口落言詮。」「如何是第一要?」師曰:「拄杖開口笑。」「如何J29nB229_p0237a18是第二要?」師曰:「虛空無孔竅。」「如何是第三要?」師曰:「J29nB229_p0237a19去收來妙。」僧曰:「三玄三要蒙師指今朝解制又若何?」J29nB229_p0237a20師曰:「艸溪筋斷任𨁝。」僧喝師曰:「亂跳。」:「如何是函J29nB229_p0237a21蓋乾坤句?」師便喝。「如何是隨波逐浪句?」師曰:「乾爆爆。」J29nB229_p0237a22如何是截斷眾流句?」師曰:「水漉漉。」僧禮拜師乃曰:「J29nB229_p0237a23旬結制今朝滿賴護天龍事事安撩起即行真快便J29nB229_p0237a24鼻頭爭奈柳條穿雖然今日山僧放開線道任汝J29nB229_p0237a25鞋緊峭。」

復舉:「芙蓉一日辭馬祖祖曰:『裝包了來與汝說一上J29nB229_p0237a27佛法。』次日芙蓉至方丈侍立少頃祖曰:『時寒善為道J29nB229_p0237a28。』芙蓉行至法堂上忽然有省。」師曰:「馬祖恁麼提持J29nB229_p0237a29芙蓉恁麼會去雖是鍼芥相投未免特地風波天王J29nB229_p0237a30者裏也無佛法可說亦無人來告辭且道與古人相J29nB229_p0237b01去多少?」良久:「此中無枝葉唯有諸真實。」

上堂。「靈雲見桃華眼裏添得沙玄沙道未徹鍼頭擬J29nB229_p0237b03削鐵借路還家處處通桃華何地不相逢於今不見J29nB229_p0237b04靈雲老孤負桃華滿塢紅。」

佛誕上堂。「初生滿口露冰霜天上人間不覆藏可惜J29nB229_p0237b06雲門棒頭短至今處處起餘殃雖則利益眾生未免J29nB229_p0237b07互相鈍置只如正令施行又作麼生?」拈拄杖:「無文J29nB229_p0237b08印子閒拋出千古熏風殿閣涼。」

上堂。「本無一毫許盡力提不起只饒諸佛來莫能動J29nB229_p0237b10著伊然雖如是卻在山僧手裏放之則彌於六合J29nB229_p0237b11之則退藏於密且道不舒不卷又作麼生?」以兩手作J29nB229_p0237b12拓空勢:「也只在裏許。」

馬太保同眾裝塑四大天王開光請上堂。「大道無形J29nB229_p0237b14越古今正眼圓明絕點塵莊嚴萬德河沙象原是河J29nB229_p0237b15沙萬德身證得此身方現天王人王宰官居士等身J29nB229_p0237b16而為說法化度眾生同明般若雖然風調雨順四王J29nB229_p0237b17國泰民安天下豐。」

臘八上堂。「瞿曇在淨梵王宮一日遊觀四門見有生J29nB229_p0237b19老病死忽自知覺憂愁恐怖子夜逾城特入雪山J29nB229_p0237b20行六年形同枯木面若死灰忽睹明星喜展眉宇J29nB229_p0237b21:『一切眾生俱有如來智慧德相只因妄想執著J29nB229_p0237b22能證得。』祇如今日釋迦老子不執著所證何事而有J29nB229_p0237b23此智慧德相?」良久曰:「會麼今日榮華人不識十年前J29nB229_p0237b24是一書生。」

誕日上堂。「年年臘月初十認取山僧眼橫鼻直看他J29nB229_p0237b26者箇模樣其中有甚奇特人人本具神通河沙諸佛J29nB229_p0237b27不別休認聖凡二途畢竟是何面目?」良久:「過去阿J29nB229_p0237b28僧衹劫也是者箇面目未來阿僧衹劫也是者箇面J29nB229_p0237b29即今聻?」喝一喝:「智者應須合自知無邊光景都J29nB229_p0237b30漏洩。」

上堂僧問:「逢人即不出出則便為人意旨如何?」師打J29nB229_p0237c02:「汝道山僧為人不為人?」進曰:「昨夜綠谿添瑞彩J29nB229_p0237c03朝杲日正中天。」師曰:「照破腦門。」乃曰:「善信營辦香齋J29nB229_p0237c04禮請舉揚箇事殊不知開口也在裏許不開口也在J29nB229_p0237c05裏許開口不開口總在裏許三世諸佛到者裏直得J29nB229_p0237c06口挂壁上歷代祖師到者裏緘口結舌天王到者裏J29nB229_p0237c07只得向無說中說去也。」卓拄杖一下:「啼得血流無J29nB229_p0237c08用處不如緘口度殘春。」

上堂僧問:「一華拈後五葉流芳第一義諦請師速道。」J29nB229_p0237c10師曰:「落二落三。」進曰:「如何是踞地獅子?」師卓拄杖一J29nB229_p0237c11進曰:「如何是全身獨露?」師曰:「且放過一著。」進曰:「J29nB229_p0237c12峰勢到嶽邊止萬派聲歸海上消。」師打曰:「好生計取。」J29nB229_p0237c13乃曰:「河沙世界河沙佛盡在毛孔八萬中三界蕩然J29nB229_p0237c14誰是主無位真人赤骨律等閒拈出無私語萬別千J29nB229_p0237c15差俱掀卻。」

復舉:「世尊陞座文殊白棰曰:『諦觀法王法法王法如J29nB229_p0237c17。』世尊便下座。」師曰:「文殊以己方人世尊隨風倒柁J29nB229_p0237c18天王今日上堂也是無可無不可。」

佛誕上堂。「分明一箇閒家具指天指地令人疑到頭J29nB229_p0237c20依舊成無用徒將惡水澆面皮雖然也要借他鼻孔J29nB229_p0237c21通箇消息。」良久:「劍去久矣勿勞刻舟。」

上堂。「盡大地是箇法身遍虛空是箇自己無彼無此J29nB229_p0237c23歷歷明明若能直下知歸便是那伽大定山僧不敢J29nB229_p0237c24委曲諸人只如緘眼裏魚吞卻嘉州大象又作麼生?」J29nB229_p0237c25良久:「莫守寒嵒易艸青坐卻白雲終不玅。」

誕日上堂。「僥倖世間若浮雲須知何事可長存分明J29nB229_p0238a01有箇無生話切忌隨他成巧名。」豎拂子:「會麼自從J29nB229_p0238a02迦葉分燈後須信人人稱獨尊。」

上堂。「世間之法必假莊嚴施設而成其美出世間之J29nB229_p0238a04不假莊嚴施設而能成就諸莊嚴者所以古人道J29nB229_p0238a05一念不生全體現六根纔動被雲遮斷除妄想重增J29nB229_p0238a06趨向真如亦是邪。』天王亦有箇方便處若向六根J29nB229_p0238a07動用處見得便能成就諸莊嚴者若向一念不生處J29nB229_p0238a08見得便能成就不假莊嚴者雖然如是猶是者邊消J29nB229_p0238a09如何是那邊消息?」拈拄杖卓一卓:「覿面現成休J29nB229_p0238a10擬議普天匝地一身歸。」

浴佛上堂。「指天指地獨稱尊攪得三千海嶽昏面目J29nB229_p0238a12從來含萬象鼻孔依然搭上唇但得年年齊出手J29nB229_p0238a13湯澆沐佛身塵。」

臘八上堂僧問:「昨夜抬頭望北斗明星出現眼睛枯J29nB229_p0238b24意旨如何?」師曰:「休來詐明頭。」進曰:「蹋翻銀浪千尋雪J29nB229_p0238b25天外縱橫得自繇。」師曰:「非汝境界。」乃曰:「灰頭土面似J29nB229_p0238b26著呆忽睹明星眼便開大千沙界能為主一微塵裏J29nB229_p0238b27一如來。」拈拄杖:「且道那箇是微塵那箇是如來?」J29nB229_p0238b28一喝:「一任顛倒。」
