J28nB203_p0165a15東家中毒西家發,豈料西家毒J28nB203_p0165a16更深?自此吞雲并吐霧,相將賣J28nB203_p0165a17弄老婆心。

J28nB203_p0165b08原夫五燈並照,單傳獨盛濟家,一葉分榮,正令全提,J28nB203_p0165b09密室欲觀撐天拄地之作略,須憑超情絕識之體裁,J28nB203_p0165b10慨今鸚舌蛙聲盡陳雜調,淺知薄解淆亂師承,惟有J28nB203_p0165b11風穴堂上雲峨和尚,太白擎峰、中流砥柱,宗壇銕漢,J28nB203_p0165b12風規丕著,於諸方汝海獰龍骨格迥超乎群趣,扶起J28nB203_p0165b13當年剎竿,直使歷代祖師口啞;全提斬新條令,從教J28nB203_p0165b14天下衲僧耳聾。參叩有神天,奔趨多龍象,鉗錘惡辣,J28nB203_p0165b15不假薪傳,玅用縱橫,打開正眼,將見兒孫遍大地,何J28nB203_p0165b16嘗佛法作人情?立謨範於萬仞之巔,振頹風於千秋J28nB203_p0165b17之日鐘,鳴樹裏疑他清韻,出山來鼓響煙橫,幻似雷J28nB203_p0165b18音驚夢起,十方坐斷,千里同風,說法深藏陷虎機,研J28nB203_p0165b19窮須具金剛眼。

J28nB203_p0166a04師在陽山受請,於順治七年庚寅十月八日進院。至J28nB203_p0166a05山門。以拄杖指云:「我此法門廣大甚深,不入而入,水J28nB203_p0166a06赴雲奔,且道:向上關捩子在甚麼處?」拽拄杖便入。
J28nB203_p0166a07佛殿。云:「三身、四智、八解、六通,若喚作佛,笑殺渠儂,畢J28nB203_p0166a08竟如何?」撒開坐具,云:「若向這裏親薦得,佛功德海讚J28nB203_p0166a09無窮。」大展三拜。
J28nB203_p0166a10方丈。據座,云:「釋迦掩室於摩竭提國,抱薪救焚。維摩J28nB203_p0166a11杜口於毘耶離城,喫鹽止渴。新普濟這裏平如鏡面、J28nB203_p0166a12峻若嶮崖,顧杼停機、欄腮劈脊,且道:為人在甚麼處?」J28nB203_p0166a13喝一喝,卓一卓,便起。
J28nB203_p0166a14即日,霍丘、固始兩郡緇素檀那請開堂。拈疏,云:「靈山J28nB203_p0166a15奧旨,少室真宗,一一顯露,分明須知,盡從這裏流出。J28nB203_p0166a16如其會得,不消重說偈言;脫或未委,輒煩表白,重為J28nB203_p0166a17宣讀。」宣畢,指J28nB203_p0166a18法座,云:「此名寶華王座,先聖據之說黃道白、指東畫J28nB203_p0166a19西,惑亂人未有了日。即今變作一塊良田,喜上座便J28nB203_p0166a20乃披毛戴角、拖犁拽耙,於中耕雲種月去也。還見麼?」J28nB203_p0166a21便陞,拈香,云:「此一瓣香,端為J28nB203_p0166a22支那帝主、北闕至尊,爇向爐中,祝延聖躬萬安,恭願J28nB203_p0166a23心燈了了而常光佛日,慧炬煌煌而永燭堯天。」次拈J28nB203_p0166a24云:「此一瓣香,奉為滿朝文武、天下官僚,伏願永作皇J28nB203_p0166a25家之柱石,恒為佛法之金湯,并及當山請主、護法檀J28nB203_p0166a26那、列剎耆舊、現前大眾,世世不忘般若之真因,生生J28nB203_p0166a27徹證金剛之種智。」又拈云:「此一瓣香,混融三際、含裹J28nB203_p0166a28十虛,二十年撥艸瞻風,後到天台峰頂禮見箇不近J28nB203_p0166a29人情老尊宿,直與一鎚擊碎,因茲痛恨難忘,今對人J28nB203_p0166a30天眾前拈出,奉為現住浙江寧波府天童堂上傳臨J28nB203_p0166b01濟正宗第三十一代J28nB203_p0166b02本師林野大和尚,爇向爐中,用酬法乳之恩。」斂衣就J28nB203_p0166b03座,陽山慧大師白椎云:「法筵龍象眾,當觀第一義。」師J28nB203_p0166b04云:「單提向上巴鼻,凡聖莫測其源,而況第一義空向J28nB203_p0166b05甚麼處著眼?如有解觀者,不妨眨上眉毛,出來相見。」
J28nB203_p0166b06問:「世尊陞座,文殊白椎,世尊下座,未審說何法?」師云:J28nB203_p0166b07「普濟岩前奔大壑,安陽頂上翫長空。」進云:「祖師西來,J28nB203_p0166b08當為何事?」師云:「只為汝鼻孔不正。」進云:「來後如何?」師J28nB203_p0166b09打云:「向這裏薦取。」進云:「和尚在這裏作麼生?」師云:「當J28nB203_p0166b10面蹉過。」
問:「一朝權在手,便把令來行,如何是普濟正J28nB203_p0166b11令?」師云:「放汝三十棒。」進云:「恁麼四大部洲皆仰望,十J28nB203_p0166b12方圍繞法中王。」師云:「少汝一箇不得。」僧禮拜,師便打。
J28nB203_p0166b13前僧復問:「大海有珠,誰人取得?」師云:「問了話又問話。」J28nB203_p0166b14進云:「一切諸法本來是有,那箇是無?」師豎起拄杖,云:J28nB203_p0166b15「且道:這是有?是無?」僧便喝,師便打。進云:「明眼人難瞞。」J28nB203_p0166b16師云:「瞎。」進云:「和尚又作麼生?」師云:「瞎,瞎。」乃云:「萬里晴J28nB203_p0166b17空,一天杲日,在處漁樵鼓舞,隨方物類欣歡,正是般J28nB203_p0166b18若流通之際、舉揚正法之時。就裏四句百非當頭坐J28nB203_p0166b19斷、迥絕淆訛,正眼洞明、十方寥廓,淨裸裸脫情塵、赤J28nB203_p0166b20灑灑無向背,恁麼也得、不恁麼也得,天高群象正;恁J28nB203_p0166b21麼不恁麼總得,海闊百川朝。然雖如是,且今日人天J28nB203_p0166b22普集,選佛場開,真俗和同,主賓契合一句又作麼生J28nB203_p0166b23道?」良久,云:「還委悉麼?兩輪日月光昭遠,萬古乾坤覆J28nB203_p0166b24載隆。」謝詞不錄
復舉:「寶壽開堂日,三聖推出一僧,壽J28nB203_p0166b25便打,聖云:『恁麼為人,瞎卻鎮州一城人眼去在。』壽擲J28nB203_p0166b26下拄杖,歸方丈。」師云:「這二大老,一挨、一拶,一抑、一揚,J28nB203_p0166b27可謂揭示當人正法眼藏,發揮從上佛祖家風。若或J28nB203_p0166b28放過,則彼此作家;簡點將來,猶欠一著。山僧今日開J28nB203_p0166b29堂,或有推出一僧,便乃一并打出法堂,不惟使他直J28nB203_p0166b30下知恩,貴與人天作箇眼目。」卓拄杖一下,白椎云:「諦J28nB203_p0166c01觀法王法,法王法如是。」下座。
J28nB203_p0166c02當晚小參。驀拈拄杖,卓一卓,云:「無孔銕鎚覿面拋,神J28nB203_p0166c03驚魔伏鬼哮啕,庭前露柱纔偷覷,萬象森羅已痛遭。J28nB203_p0166c04所以道:若論此事,如擊石火、似閃電光,搆得、搆不得J28nB203_p0166c05俱未免喪身失命。雖然如是,且轉身吐氣一句又作J28nB203_p0166c06麼生道?到頭霜夜月,任運落前溪。」
J28nB203_p0166c07開爐,小參。「結卻袋口,收拾闌殘,三條椽下,七尺單前,J28nB203_p0166c08不容學道,豈許參禪?饑餐渴飲、閒坐困眠,風頭稍硬,J28nB203_p0166c09爐火禦寒,隨緣自在,放曠翛然。是即是。」驀豎拂子,云:J28nB203_p0166c10「秪如這箇,喚作拂子則觸,不喚作拂子則背;不觸、不J28nB203_p0166c11背,畢竟喚作甚麼?」良久,云:「覿面相呈如不會,且從放J28nB203_p0166c12待冷來看。」擲拂子,下座。
J28nB203_p0166c13開爐,上堂。「寒則普天匝地寒,熱則普天匝地熱,雖則J28nB203_p0166c14寒暑遷流,當體本無生滅。是以丹霞燒木佛,燎卻院J28nB203_p0166c15主鬚眉,移花兼蝶至;百丈躬身撥火,突出溈山眼睛,J28nB203_p0166c16買石得雲饒。山僧今將盡十方世界為一火爐,以四J28nB203_p0166c17聖六凡作柴炭。」遂拈拂子,吹一吹,云:「秪憑這星子,三J28nB203_p0166c18昧火猛發,烈焰亙天,不容進前退後、卓立躊躇,汝等J28nB203_p0166c19諸人作麼生得箇出身之路?」以左手拍禪床。復舉:「趙J28nB203_p0166c20州示眾云:『我向南方行腳,火爐頭有箇無賓主句,直J28nB203_p0166c21至如今無人舉著。』」師乃召大眾,云:「還會麼?若會得,趙J28nB203_p0166c22州老漢無地容身;其或未然,不免重下註腳。『我向行J28nB203_p0166c23腳南方,火爐頭有箇無賓主句』,也是貧兒思舊債;『直J28nB203_p0166c24至如今無人舉著』,切忌揚聲止響。普濟恁麼批判,還J28nB203_p0166c25有為趙州作主底麼?」
J28nB203_p0166c26晚參。「加工益行,枉興兔角之樊籠;絕學無為,徒解龜J28nB203_p0166c27毛之繫縛。赤身擔荷,早涉程途;脫體承當,翻成鈍置。J28nB203_p0166c28大別山高、芙蓉山低,猶落時人窠臼;直須放出溈山J28nB203_p0166c29水牯,觸殺臨濟瞎驢,方能經天緯地,玉轉珠回。何故?J28nB203_p0166c30無滯自然隨水去,有聲多為不平來。」
J28nB203_p0167a01示眾。舉:「趙州云:『若從南方來者,我這裏為伊下載;若J28nB203_p0167a02從北方來者,我這裏為伊上載。』」師云:「山僧即不然,若J28nB203_p0167a03從南方來者,普濟為伊上載;若從北方來者,普濟為J28nB203_p0167a04伊下載。因甚如此?不見道『多處添些子,少處減些子。』」
J28nB203_p0167a05上堂。舉:「忠國師因丹霞來參,纔展坐具,國師云:『不用,J28nB203_p0167a06不用。』霞退後三步,國師云:『如是,如是。』霞進前三步,國J28nB203_p0167a07師云:『不是,不是。』霞繞禪床一匝出去,國師云:『去聖時J28nB203_p0167a08遙,人多懈怠,三十年後,求箇漢也難得。』」師云:「諸方盡J28nB203_p0167a09謂此二老有六韜三略之才、具武緯文經之作,仔細J28nB203_p0167a10簡點將來,總沒交涉。殊不知,丹霞被國師舌頭謾,國J28nB203_p0167a11師隨丹霞腳跟轉。若到普濟這裏,各與三十拄杖。何J28nB203_p0167a12故?蚌鷸相持,俱落漁人之手。」
J28nB203_p0167a13上堂。「破糞箕,禿苕帚,臥月眠雲;乾屎橛,死貓頭,超今J28nB203_p0167a14越古。恁麼舉唱,是汝諸人還簡點得出麼?如簡點得J28nB203_p0167a15出,山僧生陷無間地獄;脫或未然,雪峰輥毬,玄沙汝J28nB203_p0167a16虎。」復舉:「修山主云:『是柱不見柱,非柱不見柱,是非已J28nB203_p0167a17去了,是非裏薦取。』」師云:「釣魚放生。」下座。
J28nB203_p0167a18師一日牽一頭驢上堂,示眾云:「即今有箇現成公案,J28nB203_p0167a19拈來問汝諸人,若道得一轉語與山僧相契,拄杖、拂J28nB203_p0167a20子兩手分付。」遂抬腳,云:「我腳何似驢腳?」復舉手,云:「我J28nB203_p0167a21手何似佛手?」又云:「人人有箇生緣,上座生緣在甚麼J28nB203_p0167a22處?」眾下語皆不契。師代「我腳何似驢腳」處云:「但禮拜。」J28nB203_p0167a23師代「我手何似佛手」處:「但禮拜。」師代「上座生緣在甚J28nB203_p0167a24麼」處:「便騎驢去喫艸。更與頌出,頌云:我手何似佛手,J28nB203_p0167a25展縮拈提本有,庭前露柱呵呵,蟭螟吞卻北斗。我腳J28nB203_p0167a26何似驢腳,玄沙嶺頭築著,纔方擬議思量,鷂子新羅J28nB203_p0167a27已過。人人有箇生緣,晨昏舉止茫然,不是將心特地,J28nB203_p0167a28秪因要喫要穿。」復云:「錯,錯。」
J28nB203_p0167a29冬至,小參。云:「日往月來,光陰何倏忽?炎涼寒暑,節令J28nB203_p0167a30不相饒。時逢道啟元陽、景開南路,魯臺書五雲之篆、J28nB203_p0167b01漢殿添一線之長,石霜揭榜文,於堂上爻象分明;洞J28nB203_p0167b02山掇果桌,於筵中彖辭難決。普濟也要應箇時節。」以J28nB203_p0167b03拂子作圓相,復擊禪床,云:「將楊岐金剛圈、栗棘蓬一J28nB203_p0167b04并拈出,汝諸人還吞跳得麼?若吞跳得,不妨群陰剝J28nB203_p0167b05盡;若吞跳不得,依舊一陽復生。」乃舉:「僧問古德:『如何J28nB203_p0167b06是冬來意?』德云:『京師出大黃。』」師云:「古德雖有風馳電J28nB203_p0167b07卷之威、石裂岩崩之作,要且不能使這僧點首。今夜J28nB203_p0167b08或有問:『如何是冬來意?』山僧只向伊道:『印破虛空千J28nB203_p0167b09丈月,洗清天地一林霜。』」
J28nB203_p0167b10晚參。僧問:「普濟家風即不問,如何是春來景?」師云:「沙J28nB203_p0167b11暖睡鴛鴦。」進云:「恁麼則日月光天德,山河壯帝居去J28nB203_p0167b12也。」師云:「非公境界。」乃舉:「大慈示眾云:『說得一丈不如J28nB203_p0167b13行取一尺,說得一尺不如行取一寸。』洞山云:『說取行J28nB203_p0167b14不得底,行取說不得底。』雲居云:『行時無說路,說時無J28nB203_p0167b15行路,不說不行時,合行甚麼路?』洛浦云:『行說俱到即J28nB203_p0167b16本分事無,行說俱不到即本分事在。』」師拈云:「這幾尊J28nB203_p0167b17宿,雖則各明本地風光,共指當人要路;若據本分事,J28nB203_p0167b18俱未夢見在。普濟見處也要諸人共知,饑時餐、渴時J28nB203_p0167b19飲、閒時坐、困時眠,且道是何意旨?雲在嶺頭閒不徹,J28nB203_p0167b20水流澗底太忙生。」
J28nB203_p0167b21佛成道日,上堂。拈拄杖,云:「釋迦世尊睹明星而悟,只J28nB203_p0167b22悟得這箇。」復卓一卓,云:「眾生處塵勞而迷,只迷得這J28nB203_p0167b23箇。拈卻迷悟兩頭,坐斷凡聖窠臼,直得上無攀仰、下J28nB203_p0167b24絕己躬,淨裸裸、赤灑灑,無得、無失,無是、無非。」驀呈拄J28nB203_p0167b25杖,云:「且道:這箇是甚麼?有時閒把出門去,扶我歸來J28nB203_p0167b26靠壁東。」下座。
J28nB203_p0167b27晚參。舉:「黃檗禪師一日在鹽官佛殿上禮拜次,時唐J28nB203_p0167b28宣宗為沙彌,乃問云:『不著佛求、不著法求、不著僧求,J28nB203_p0167b29長老禮拜當何所求?』檗云:『不著佛求、不著法求、不著J28nB203_p0167b30僧求,常禮如是事。』彌云:『用禮何為?』檗便掌,彌云:『大麤J28nB203_p0167c01生。』檗云:『這裏是甚麼所在,說麤?說細?』隨後復掌,沙彌J28nB203_p0167c02便走。」師拈云:「黃檗禪師雖則臨機大用現前,覿面全J28nB203_p0167c03提迥絕,且不知鼻孔落在大唐天子手裏。何故聻?陣J28nB203_p0167c04雲橫海上,拔劍攪龍門。」
J28nB203_p0167c05示眾。「吾遠祖會和尚初住楊岐,老屋敗椽僅蔽風雨,J28nB203_p0167c06適臨冬莫,雪霰滿床,居處不遑,衲子投誠,願充修造。J28nB203_p0167c07會祖卻之曰:『我佛有言:「時當減劫,高岸深谷遷變不J28nB203_p0167c08常,安得圓滿如意自求稱足?」汝輩出家學道整頓,手J28nB203_p0167c09腳未穩已是四、五十歲矣,詎有閒工夫事豐屋耶?』竟J28nB203_p0167c10不從。翌日上堂,云:『楊岐乍住屋壁疏,滿床盡撒雪珍J28nB203_p0167c11珠,縮卻項,暗嗟吁,翻億古人樹下居。』先德恁麼可謂J28nB203_p0167c12不以飽煖適意,切將此道為尊。山僧方住普濟破院,J28nB203_p0167c13料理未妥,夜來遭一陣猛風盡底掀翻,亦成一偈,拈J28nB203_p0167c14來普示大眾。」乃云:「別山方住半餘年,收拾茅廬尚未J28nB203_p0167c15安,忽被狂風俱捲卻,禪床欹枕見青天,寬著肚謾,隨J28nB203_p0167c16緣逆順,安危總一般。」
J28nB203_p0167c17上堂。舉:「玄沙示眾云:『諸方盡道接物利生,忽遇三種J28nB203_p0167c18病人來,且作麼生接?患盲者,拈椎豎拂他又不見;患J28nB203_p0167c19聾者,語言三昧他又不聞;患啞者,教伊說又說不得。J28nB203_p0167c20且作麼生接?若接不得,佛法無靈驗。』當時,地藏出云:J28nB203_p0167c21『某甲有眼、耳,和尚作麼生接?』沙云:『慚愧。』便歸方丈。後J28nB203_p0167c22有僧請益雲門,門云:『汝禮拜著。』僧拜起,門以拄杖挃J28nB203_p0167c23之,僧乃退後,門云:『汝不是患盲。』復喚近前來,僧纔近J28nB203_p0167c24前,門云:『汝不是患聾。』門云:『還會麼?』僧云:『不會。』門云:『汝J28nB203_p0167c25不是患啞。』其僧有省。」師拈云:「玄沙夜半潑墨,地藏日J28nB203_p0167c26午挑燈,雲門好肉上剜瘡,三人各自擔板。山僧今日J28nB203_p0167c27露箇消息,也要諸人檢責。」遂豎起拂子,云:「若向這裏J28nB203_p0167c28薦得,即瞎卻你眼。」復擊禪床,云:「若向這裏薦得,即聾J28nB203_p0167c29卻你耳。若道總不恁麼,即啞卻你口。到這裏,也須眼J28nB203_p0167c30裏有筋、皮下有血始得。還會麼?鶯囀上林花滿地,客J28nB203_p0168a01遊三月艸侵天。」下座。
J28nB203_p0168a02晚參。舉:「座主問白馬曇禪師:『祖意、教意,是同?是別?』曇J28nB203_p0168a03云:『如車二輪,如鳥兩翼。』主云:『將謂禪門有奇特,元來J28nB203_p0168a04不出教乘。』遂回。後聞夾山盛化,遣小師馳問前語,夾J28nB203_p0168a05山曰:『鏤冰無琢玉之談,結艸乖道人之意。』小師回,舉J28nB203_p0168a06似主,主乃讚嘆,遙禮曰:『將謂禪門與教意不殊,元來J28nB203_p0168a07有奇特事。』」師召大眾,云:「二老恁麼荅話,且道是同?是J28nB203_p0168a08別?若同,鏤冰無琢玉之談;若別,結艸乖道人之意。畢J28nB203_p0168a09竟如何?」乃豎拂子,云:「還會麼?一把柳絲收不得,和煙J28nB203_p0168a10搭在玉欄杆。」
J28nB203_p0168a11化城菴見堂怨禪德病,請上堂。問:「如何是奪人不奪J28nB203_p0168a12境?」師云:「你似一頭驢。」進云:「如何是奪境不奪人?」師云:J28nB203_p0168a13「騎佛殿出山門。」進云:「如何是人境俱不奪?」師云:「薰風J28nB203_p0168a14自南來,殿閣生微涼。」進云:「如何是人境兩不奪?」師云:J28nB203_p0168a15「片雲橫谷口,歸鳥悉迷巢。」進云:「有意氣時添意氣,不J28nB203_p0168a16風流處也風流。」師云:「且緩緩著。」僧便喝,師便打。僧禮J28nB203_p0168a17拜,師驀拈拄杖,云:「提起金剛寶劍,直下不徇人情。」遂J28nB203_p0168a18卓一卓,云:「劈破三玄三要,放出無位真人,便乃手之J28nB203_p0168a19舞之、足之蹈之,欣欣然而說偈曰:『不思議,解脫力,妙J28nB203_p0168a20用恒沙也無極,四事供養敢辭勞,萬兩黃金亦消得,J28nB203_p0168a21粉骨碎身未足酬,一句了然超百億。』」遂召大眾,云:「且J28nB203_p0168a22道是那一句?還會麼?庭前之古柏微微濕露,嶺上之J28nB203_p0168a23白雲澹澹拖風。若向這裏薦得,不妨蹋破化城,親登J28nB203_p0168a24實所;脫或未然,當堂無影跡,遍界不曾藏。」以拄杖卓J28nB203_p0168a25一卓,喝一喝。復舉:「僧問曹山:『學人通身是病,請師醫。』J28nB203_p0168a26山云:『不醫。』僧云:『為甚麼不醫?』山云:『教汝求生不得,求J28nB203_p0168a27死不得。』」師云:「這僧正患入髓之沉痾,若不遇曹山老J28nB203_p0168a28漢,殆乎危矣,何足救哉?雖然如是,曹山只具診候之J28nB203_p0168a29手,而無瘥病之方。即今忽有問山僧:『學人通身有病,J28nB203_p0168a30請師醫。』山僧劈脊便棒。何謂如此?不見道:若藥不瞑J28nB203_p0168b01眩,厥疾不瘳。」下座。
J28nB203_p0168b02上元,立春,解制,上堂。「十五日以前,人人頭上頂青天;J28nB203_p0168b03十五日以後,目前法法皆仍舊。正當十五日,夜月燈J28nB203_p0168b04光燦虛碧,鑼聲戛戛鼓喧騰,村歌社舞快無極,風流J28nB203_p0168b05公子可憐生,翫賞佳人多啞啞,張公醉倒在街頭,元J28nB203_p0168b06是李公貪酒喫,林下道人復若何?摩訶般若波羅蜜。J28nB203_p0168b07普濟恁麼告報,鼓動僧堂裏憍陳如尊者邀劉郎先J28nB203_p0168b08生倒騎石虎,向四大部洲共賞元宵,一匝歸來,手舞J28nB203_p0168b09足蹈,打箇觔斗,走入三艸二木去也。」乃召大眾,云:「且J28nB203_p0168b10道:他二人有甚麼長處,得恁麼無礙自在?還會麼?」驀J28nB203_p0168b11豎拂子,云:「慇懃為解丁香結,放出枝頭自在春。」
J28nB203_p0168b12佛誕日,上堂。「性海汪洋,眾德以茲繫廣;真空窅寞,多J28nB203_p0168b13門由是圓融。契凡聖於一源,本非得失;了死生之莫J28nB203_p0168b14二,何妨去來?故我大覺世尊證寂滅體,開方便門,愍J28nB203_p0168b15炎宅之既焚,傷欲流之永鶩,遂爾離諸兜率,誕跡迦J28nB203_p0168b16維,運無作之神通,度有情之含識,正所謂淨法界身,J28nB203_p0168b17本無出沒,大悲願力,示現受生。雖然如是,且道:釋迦J28nB203_p0168b18老子即今在甚麼處?」驀拈拄杖,云:「來也,來也,向山僧J28nB203_p0168b19拄杖頭上誕生現瑞,是汝諸人還見麼?」復卓一卓,云:J28nB203_p0168b20「將正法眼藏涅槃妙心實相無相秘密法門直截吐J28nB203_p0168b21露了也。還聞麼?如其見處分明、聞處透脫,便能塞乎J28nB203_p0168b22天地、耀古騰今;脫或未然。」乃擲下拄杖,云:「大眾普同J28nB203_p0168b23到佛殿上香念誦。」
J28nB203_p0168b24中秋日,過霍丘福昌寺,眾請陞座。「平白地上拈起一J28nB203_p0168b25絲毫頭,盡大地人亡鋒結舌,未審利害在甚麼處?眾J28nB203_p0168b26中莫有知委者麼?不妨出來道看。」僧問:「日往月來即J28nB203_p0168b27不問,中秋佳節時如何?」師云:「當軒月正圓。」進云:「恁麼J28nB203_p0168b28則人人且慶中秋節,家家齊唱太平歌。」師云:「切忌瞻J28nB203_p0168b29望。」僧擬議,師云:「這鈍漢。」僧禮拜,師乃云:「秋風清,秋月J28nB203_p0168b30明,秋雲淡蕩,秋水澄渟,歷祖示為向上巴鼻,諸佛演J28nB203_p0168c01作妙淨明心,山僧直截指似,未審諸人惺不惺?急薦J28nB203_p0168c02取,莫沉吟,庭前秋色數株翠,額上眉毛八字橫。」復舉:J28nB203_p0168c03「僧問雲門禪師云:『樹彫葉落時如何?』門云:『體露金風。』」J28nB203_p0168c04師云:「雲門老漢雖則手親眼辨,善赴來機;仔細簡點J28nB203_p0168c05將來,猶欠一著在。山僧今日忽有問:『樹彫葉落時如J28nB203_p0168c06何?』只向伊道:『且隨老木同寒瘠,將逐春風入燒瘢。』此J28nB203_p0168c07語有兩負門,具眼者試辨看。」擊拂子,下座。
J28nB203_p0168c08福昌大眾請師開示。「若論斯事,人人具足、箇箇圓明,J28nB203_p0168c09本無遮障之緣,豈假開示之說?蓋為多生以來不覺J28nB203_p0168c10一念妄動,逐於諸塵蕩而忘返,故有生死苦海輪迴J28nB203_p0168c11不息耳。即今也無別等玄妙奇特所示,只要汝諸人J28nB203_p0168c12向二六時中、四威儀處回光返照,於一念未生已前J28nB203_p0168c13忽然知歸,方解念起而無所起、眼見而無所見、耳聞J28nB203_p0168c14而無所聞、心思而無所思,便爾頭頭不昧、剎剎圓融。J28nB203_p0168c15山僧如此告報,是汝諸人直下還會麼?若不會,歸堂J28nB203_p0168c16喫茶處薦得,方信不吾欺也。」
J28nB203_p0168c17晚參。舉:「南泉示眾云:『王老師自小養一頭水牯牛,擬J28nB203_p0168c18向谿東牧,未免犯他國王水艸;擬向谿西牧,亦未免J28nB203_p0168c19犯他國王水艸。不如隨分納些些,總不見得。』」師云:「南J28nB203_p0168c20泉老漢大似掩鼻偷香,不顧傍觀者哂。何故聻?夾路J28nB203_p0168c21桃花風雨後,馬蹄無處避殘紅。」
J28nB203_p0168c22上堂。「當頭拈出,充塞十虛;直下知歸,了無一事。即此J28nB203_p0168c23打破生死牢關,隨緣得用;掀翻識情窠臼,徹見根源。J28nB203_p0168c24不唯歷歷明明,更是綿綿密密。所以道:乾坤廓落無J28nB203_p0168c25邊表,杲日當天宇宙明。」
J28nB203_p0168c26赴光山請,謝別眾緇素,上堂。「玄機普應,妙密無方,充J28nB203_p0168c27滿十虛,貫通三際。所以道:無邊剎境,自他不隔於毫J28nB203_p0168c28端;十世古今,始終不離於當念。然則衲僧境界,信意J28nB203_p0168c29安排,是處家山而元無彼此,隨緣自在而何妨去來?J28nB203_p0168c30客秋到此,高桂缽囊,揭下笠子,今朝依舊橫擔拄杖,J28nB203_p0169a01緊峭艸鞋,行藏離合既各有時,用舍窮通俱皆分定,J28nB203_p0169a02向蒙一方緇素盛德資培,今者暫應他緣,特為登堂J28nB203_p0169a03致謝。然雖如是,且接物利生一句作麼生道?大別山J28nB203_p0169a04頭雲出岫,為霖蘇亢本無心。」下座。

J28nB203_p0169a12師於順治辛卯中秋二日進院,至J28nB203_p0169a13山門,云:「誰能出不由戶?何莫由斯道也?但能足下無J28nB203_p0169a14私,便可當陽直入。」喝一喝。
J28nB203_p0169a15佛殿。云:「三二一,一二三,文殊淈𣸩,普賢顢頇,釋迦鼻J28nB203_p0169a16孔皆相似,信把檀香一串穿。」遂上香,大展三拜。
J28nB203_p0169a17據室。云:「從上祖師向這裏說心說性,天下老和尚向J28nB203_p0169a18這裏舉古舉今,新普福又且不然,一任佛來、祖來、凡J28nB203_p0169a19來、聖來,各與三十白棒趁出。何故?斫卻月中桂,清光J28nB203_p0169a20應更多。」
J28nB203_p0169a21即日,陳衡山、杜弼直二居士率闔邑檀那請就當山J28nB203_p0169a22開堂。至法座,云:「此座高廣嚴飾,不假燈王借來,任從J28nB203_p0169a23上通有頂,盡在山僧腳下。」便陞座。拈香祝J28nB203_p0169a24聖畢,又拈云:「此瓣香,前在大別山道破,次第二回拈J28nB203_p0169a25出,爇向爐中,供養天童堂上本師林野老和尚,用酬J28nB203_p0169a26法乳。」遂就座。維那白椎竟,師驀拈拄杖,云:「一竿一笠J28nB203_p0169a27一輕舟,為覓金鱗四海游,今到中州垂一釣,有能負J28nB203_p0169a28命快吞鉤。」以拄杖作釣魚勢,云:「有麼?有麼?試出來𨁝J28nB203_p0169a29跳看。」僧問:「選佛場開,高賢聚會即不問,如何得人人J28nB203_p0169a30悟毘盧性海?」師云:「腳不離地走。」進云:「如何得箇箇入J28nB203_p0169b01普賢行門?」師云:「文殊與吾攜水去,普賢猶未摘花來。」J28nB203_p0169b02進云:「未涉樵子徑,已到葛洪家。」師便打,僧禮拜,師云:J28nB203_p0169b03「香已拈了,問荅已畢,肯向就中省事,各宜珍重而歸;J28nB203_p0169b04脫或未然,不免再打葛藤一上,謾汝諸人去也。」乃云:J28nB203_p0169b05「格外絕纖塵,正體不昧;當機無朕跡,法爾如然。非心J28nB203_p0169b06非佛而耀古騰今,即色即聲而超情離見。到這裏,一J28nB203_p0169b07任孤峰絕頂,嘯月吟風,鬧市紅塵,和光混俗,便乃放J28nB203_p0169b08行時把住,趁起溈山水牯牛;把住時放行,拽迴玄沙J28nB203_p0169b09箇汝虎。雖然,秪如是非泯盡、隱顯全該一句作麼生J28nB203_p0169b10道?」良久,云:「野老不知堯舜力,鼕鼕打鼓祭江神。」謝詞J28nB203_p0169b11不錄復舉:「三聖云:『我逢人即出,出則不為人。』興化云:J28nB203_p0169b12『我逢人即不出,出則便為人。』」師云:「諸仁者!還知二老J28nB203_p0169b13落處麼?一人手長腳短,一人面瘦耳肥。若有辨別得J28nB203_p0169b14出,正好喫山僧手中痛棒;若辨別不出,長連床上有J28nB203_p0169b15粥有飯。」白椎云:「諦觀法王法,法王法如是。」下座。
J28nB203_p0169b16檀越建方丈畢,請師上堂。僧問:「寶鏡當臺即不問,斬J28nB203_p0169b17新條令事若何?」師云:「天上有星皆拱北,人間無水不J28nB203_p0169b18朝東。」進云:「恁麼則普福堂前添意氣,不風光處也風J28nB203_p0169b19光。」師云:「誰人不瞻仰?」進云:「大地盡沾恩。」師云:「杲日當J28nB203_p0169b20空照。」進云:「謝和尚慈悲。」便禮拜,師便打。問:「昔日長者J28nB203_p0169b21布金造精藍於袛園,現前施主捐貲創方丈於普福,J28nB203_p0169b22且道:古今是同?是別?」師云:「箇箇皆登寶所。」進云:「恁麼J28nB203_p0169b23則財法二施原非二,福慧雙修始是修。」師云:「三輪空J28nB203_p0169b24寂。」進云:「不言福樹花開早,更有心空及第歸。」師云:「你J28nB203_p0169b25未識山僧話頭在。」乃以拂子劃○相,云:「大道本虛玄,J28nB203_p0169b26行藏絕對待[中-口+○],坐斷古毘耶,縱橫得自在[○@∴]。若向箇J28nB203_p0169b27裏親薦得分明去,猶未是作家行履處;更須知有轉J28nB203_p0169b28身一路格外提撕,然後可以深居丈室、高踞猊床,昂J28nB203_p0169b29藏鼻孔、擘開面門,放出三頭六臂、示現無量神通,提J28nB203_p0169b30向上鉗鎚煆凡煉聖、秉金剛王寶劍殺活自由,拈頭J28nB203_p0169c01掇尾,舉一明三。恁麼,恁麼,流通正眼;不恁麼,不恁麼,J28nB203_p0169c02把斷要津;恁麼、不恁麼暗裏抽橫骨;不恁麼、卻恁麼,J28nB203_p0169c03明中坐舌頭。然雖如是,忽遇著箇驚天動地作略奇J28nB203_p0169c04人來,又作麼生管待?」驀豎拂子,云:「駕與青龍騎出洞,J28nB203_p0169c05十方剎海任翻騰。」進方丈,據座,示眾。舉:「慈明禪師尋J28nB203_p0169c06常方丈內安一盆水,上劄劍一口,下面著艸鞋一緉,J28nB203_p0169c07纔有進門者便指,擬議便打。」師云:「慈明遠祖雖則闡J28nB203_p0169c08揚諸佛正宗,力提祖師巴鼻;仔細檢點將來,明眼人J28nB203_p0169c09前一場笑具。山僧亦無如許伎倆,惟拈一條黑漆拄J28nB203_p0169c10杖,道得、道不得,俱與本分艸料。何謂如此?寰中天子J28nB203_p0169c11敕,閫外將軍令。」遂喝一喝。
J28nB203_p0169c12開爐,小參。問:「爐鞴弘開,學人上來請師相見。」師云:「性J28nB203_p0169c13命也不顧。」進云:「爭奈腳蹋實地。」師云:「於戲尚饗。」僧便J28nB203_p0169c14喝,師便打。問:「本來一精明,如何好底好、醜底醜?」師云:J28nB203_p0169c15「庭前翠竹凝霜薄。」進云:「一切眾生現成是佛,因甚入J28nB203_p0169c16驢胎馬腹?」師云:「屋外黃花帶露寒。」進云:「出驢胎馬腹J28nB203_p0169c17又作麼生?」師云:「待你出來向你道。」僧擬議,師云:「驢年J28nB203_p0169c18出。」乃舉:「雪峰示眾云:『三世諸佛向火燄裏轉大法輪。』J28nB203_p0169c19雲門云:『火燄為三世諸佛說法,三世諸佛立地聽。』」師J28nB203_p0169c20云:「雪峰雖則直截指陳,未免畫蛇添足。雲門固爾冰J28nB203_p0169c21寒於水,也是承虛接響。普福今日開爐,亦不鑿穿常J28nB203_p0169c22住地,亦不過費檀越炭,秪教冷清清處卻要溫和、寒J28nB203_p0169c23威威時休嫌寂寞。若能如是體貼,不惟免致挑灰弄J28nB203_p0169c24火,且無佛見、法見可起。」以拂子劃一劃,下座。
J28nB203_p0169c25開爐,結制,上堂。問:「尋常拈香擇火而頭頭總現,運水J28nB203_p0169c26搬柴而物物全彰,為甚麼九旬禁足,三月安居?」師云:J28nB203_p0169c27「為你不薦。」進云:「畢竟以何方便接待?」師云:「腦後與三J28nB203_p0169c28椎。」進云:「設有純鋼打就、生銕鑄成底到來,又作麼生?」J28nB203_p0169c29師云:「也要過山僧銕門關。」進云:「謝師慈悲。」遂禮拜,師J28nB203_p0169c30云:「切忌撞頭磕額。」問:「千聖不傳之旨早向鉗鎚邊漏J28nB203_p0170a01洩,諸祖密印之機已從鐘鼓裏說破,今日和尚重登J28nB203_p0170a02寶座,諸人領略箇甚麼?」師云:「狗走抖擻口,猴愁摟搜J28nB203_p0170a03頭。」進云:「恁麼則隨緣消歲月,任運著衣裳。」師云:「未信J28nB203_p0170a04你在。」進云:「頂門擊碎金剛眼,簉破諸方銕面門。」師打J28nB203_p0170a05云:「須是山僧打你始得。」問:「十方同聚會,箇箇學無為,J28nB203_p0170a06畢竟如何是無為?」師豎拂子,云:「會麼?」進云:「恁麼縱橫J28nB203_p0170a07無不是。」師云:「汝向甚麼處見得?」進云:「覿面薦取。」師云:J28nB203_p0170a08「莫亂道。」問:「佛祖未出世時如何?」師云:「漏逗不少。」進云:J28nB203_p0170a09「出世後如何?」師云:「把住了也。」進云:「只如今時又如何?」J28nB203_p0170a10師云:「適纔向汝道、荅汝話。」乃云:「威音王以前有箇無J28nB203_p0170a11賓主句,縱饒十方諸佛出世橫說豎說,極盡神通,總J28nB203_p0170a12道他一字不著;歷代祖師出來全提半提,博施伎倆,J28nB203_p0170a13也動他些子不得。山僧尋常據箇木上座,朝打三千,J28nB203_p0170a14暮打八百,亦無奈他何。誰知?今朝被弼直杜文學不J28nB203_p0170a15費纖毫力將觀世音菩薩放下手來底饅頭一并拈J28nB203_p0170a16來,供養普福一會聖眾,諸人見這等奇特因緣,便乃J28nB203_p0170a17歡喜領受,細嚼橫吞,飽足高眠。大眾!喫既喫了,且道:J28nB203_p0170a18還知滋味麼?若知滋味,始信一飽忘百饑;苟或未然,J28nB203_p0170a19各歸衣缽下、火爐邊,朝三暮四著力回首覷捕看,忽J28nB203_p0170a20爾覷著,方信道嗄元來麥裏有麵。」下座。
J28nB203_p0170a21小參。「當陽一路,智者猶迷;公案現成,漆桶不會。看箇J28nB203_p0170a22話頭取證,猶如掘地覓天;打屏妄想發明,大似棄波J28nB203_p0170a23求水。即真即妄而張網捕風,非異非如而掉棒打月,J28nB203_p0170a24直下即是,打折驢腰,撩起便行,必死之疾。且道:如何J28nB203_p0170a25得恰好去?」驀拈拄杖,云:「知音不在頻頻舉,達者應須J28nB203_p0170a26暗裏驚。」
J28nB203_p0170a27晚參。舉:「法眼禪師一日因僧來參次,乃以手指簾,尋J28nB203_p0170a28有二僧齊去捲簾,眼云:『一得一失。』」師云:「這公案拈提J28nB203_p0170a29者甚多,錯判者不少。有者道:『法眼向是非海裏接人,J28nB203_p0170a30二僧於得失坑中活葬。』或曰:『不然,法眼如虫禦木,二J28nB203_p0170b01僧偶爾成文。』恁麼見解,總未夢見在。殊不知,法眼舌J28nB203_p0170b02頭無骨,二僧眼裏有觔。既然如此,因甚道『一得一失』?J28nB203_p0170b03仁義盡從貧處斷,世情偏向有錢家。」
J28nB203_p0170b04因雪,胡逸吾領眾請上堂。問:「過去心不可得、現在心J28nB203_p0170b05不可得、未來心不可得,那一箇心可得?」師云:「無孔銕J28nB203_p0170b06錘當面擲。」進云:「心不在內、不在外、不在中間,未審在J28nB203_p0170b07那裏?」師云:「且過一邊著。」進云:「不是心、不是佛、不是物,J28nB203_p0170b08是箇甚麼?」師打云:「且道:是箇甚麼?」乃云:「匝地漫天鼓J28nB203_p0170b09黑風,六花撩亂下長空,燈籠露柱冷相覷,無位真人J28nB203_p0170b10笑展容。山僧乃問無位真人云:『你笑箇甚麼?』他便稽J28nB203_p0170b11首於前,合掌而白言:『我見人人本有天真佛性,原來J28nB203_p0170b12無意、無必、無固、無我故,二六時中應緣之際,逆之則J28nB203_p0170b13怒、順之則歡、愛之則來、憎之則往,然而喜怒哀樂、憎J28nB203_p0170b14愛取捨,變化窮通,週而復始,動他當人本體一些兒J28nB203_p0170b15不著。所以道:無明實性即佛性,幻化空身即法身,法J28nB203_p0170b16身覺了無一物,本然自性天真佛,五蘊浮雲空去來,J28nB203_p0170b17三毒水泡虛出沒,是以哂之。』道了,纔禮拜,山僧劈脊J28nB203_p0170b18便棒。」遂召云:「大眾!且道:是賞伊?罰伊?具眼者試辨看。」
J28nB203_p0170b19復舉:「龐居士一日石頭和尚問曰:『子見老僧以來,日J28nB203_p0170b20用事作麼生?』士云:『若問日用事,則無啟口處。』乃呈偈J28nB203_p0170b21云:『日用事無別,惟吾自偶偕,頭頭非取捨,處處莫張J28nB203_p0170b22乖。朱紫誰為號?丘山絕點埃,神通并妙用,運水及搬J28nB203_p0170b23柴。』頭然之。」師云:「龐公恁麼道,可謂顯諸仁、藏諸用,鼓J28nB203_p0170b24萬物而不與聖人同憂,盛德大業至矣哉。」拍禪床。
J28nB203_p0170b25冬至,小參。「乾坤有象,化育無私,晷運推移,榮枯自在。J28nB203_p0170b26若能於斯薦得,方知箇裏非動、非靜,不變、不遷,無去、J28nB203_p0170b27無來,有準、有的,直得風清月皎、水冷雲寒,絕見絕聞、J28nB203_p0170b28不知不覺。然雖如是,猶有向上事在。且道:如何是向J28nB203_p0170b29上事?」良久,云:「還會麼?五九盡日又逢春。」復舉:「雲蓋問J28nB203_p0170b30石霜云:『萬戶俱閉即不問,萬戶俱開時如何?』霜云:『堂J28nB203_p0170c01中事作麼生?』蓋半年方道得,云:『無人接得渠。』霜云:『道J28nB203_p0170c02則太煞道,只道得八成。』蓋云:『和尚作麼生?』霜云:『無人J28nB203_p0170c03識得渠。』蓋於言下契悟。」師云:「且道:接得與識得,還有J28nB203_p0170c04優劣也無?若有優劣,佛法卻成兩般;若無優劣,因甚J28nB203_p0170c05麼雲蓋悟去?若緇素不出,更與一頌:豁開門戶達蒼J28nB203_p0170c06穹,接得何如識得中?萬象森羅無忌諱,一天明月照J28nB203_p0170c07東風。」喝一喝,下座。
J28nB203_p0170c08晚參。舉:「良遂初參麻谷,谷見來,將鋤頭去鋤艸。遂到J28nB203_p0170c09鋤艸處,谷殊不顧,便歸方丈,閉卻門。遂次日復去,谷J28nB203_p0170c10又閉卻門。遂便敲門,谷云:『阿誰?』遂云:『良遂。』纔稱名,忽J28nB203_p0170c11爾大悟,乃云:『和尚莫瞞良遂,良遂若不來禮拜和尚,J28nB203_p0170c12洎被經論賺過一生。』遂歸講肆,謂眾曰:『諸人知處良J28nB203_p0170c13遂總知,良遂知處諸人不知。』」師云:「良遂箇漢,秪知洎J28nB203_p0170c14被經論賺過一生,殊不知卻被麻谷賺到驢年,具眼J28nB203_p0170c15者試檢點看。」
J28nB203_p0170c16佛成道日,上堂。問:「未離兜率已降皇宮,未出母胎度J28nB203_p0170c17人已畢,又出頭來做甚麼?」師云:「利動君子。」進云:「既是J28nB203_p0170c18天上天下惟吾獨尊,夜睹明星又悟箇甚麼?」師云:「腰J28nB203_p0170c19纏十萬貫,跨鶴上楊州。」進云:「幾番揭露揚家醜,爭奈J28nB203_p0170c20時人認不真。」師云:「闍黎還夢見麼?」僧禮拜云:「這一拜J28nB203_p0170c21也少他不得。」師打云:「放過則不可。」乃云:「妙智圓明,即J28nB203_p0170c22纖毫而觀性海;真機朗現,因群象以眺全身。若能直J28nB203_p0170c23下承當,一際了無前後。所以道:昧之則念念輪迴,遺J28nB203_p0170c24失真性;照之則心心寂滅,圓證菩提。故吾佛世尊始J28nB203_p0170c25於正覺山前,臘月八日,忽睹明星出現,乃云:『奇哉,奇J28nB203_p0170c26哉!一切眾生俱有如來智慧德相,皆因妄想執著而J28nB203_p0170c27不能證得。』」驀豎拂子,云:「這箇是普福拂子,那箇是智J28nB203_p0170c28慧德相?」復擊禪床,云:「這箇是智慧德相,那箇是普福J28nB203_p0170c29拂子?智慧德相與普福拂子,且道:是一耶?二耶?一二J28nB203_p0170c30之義,其意云何?」擲下拂子,云:「匝座霜風輕𩖼𩖼,麗天J28nB203_p0171a01杲日照無寥。」
J28nB203_p0171a02除夜,小參。云:「一年三百六十日,一日十二箇時辰,七J28nB203_p0171a03十二候,六十甲子,從年頭一挨挨到今宵年尾。」驀拈J28nB203_p0171a04拄杖,云:「忽與山僧木上座驀面相逢,便乃生擒活捉J28nB203_p0171a05至普福堂前,直得進退無門,藏身無計。」遂召大眾,云:J28nB203_p0171a06「正當恁麼時,作麼生合殺?」卓一卓,云:「大膽駕頭沖突J28nB203_p0171a07過,小膽哀鳴告所由。」復卓拄杖,下座。
J28nB203_p0171a08解制,小參。拈拄杖,敲禪床,云:「打破生死牢關,掀翻佛J28nB203_p0171a09祖窠臼,遍界已絕形蹤,通身了無蓋覆。背手摸著枕J28nB203_p0171a10子,夜半天光如晝,翻身抹過太虛,面南好看北斗。是J28nB203_p0171a11大神咒,是大明咒,是無上咒,是無等等咒。且道:格外J28nB203_p0171a12一句作麼生道?」乃橫按拄杖,云:「生涯只在釣竿上,明J28nB203_p0171a13月扁舟泛五湖。」
J28nB203_p0171a14上堂。問:「把拄牢關,一任針鋒劄不入;放開一路,縱橫J28nB203_p0171a15遍界豈能藏?把拄放行俱不問,收因結果事如何?」師J28nB203_p0171a16云:「普天和煦,匝地春風。」進云:「家家共樂堯天日,處處J28nB203_p0171a17人仰舜日明。」師云:「頭上漫漫,腳下漫漫。」進云:「蹋著乾J28nB203_p0171a18坤無別路,一輪明月杖頭圓。」師云:「惱亂春風卒未休。」J28nB203_p0171a19僧喝,師便打。乃云:「始自十月十五日,若凡、若聖,若智、J28nB203_p0171a20若愚,若老、若幼,都盧放下腰包,眉毛廝結,於九旬之J28nB203_p0171a21內,行住坐臥處、千思萬想時,一一如片雪點紅爐,真J28nB203_p0171a22金烹大冶。正當此時,且道:功成果滿,佛事週圓一句J28nB203_p0171a23又作麼生道?」擊拂子,云:「解開布袋乾坤闊,放出金毛J28nB203_p0171a24獅子兒。」喝一喝,下座。

相,擲J28nB203_p0171b29拄杖,下座。師誕日,眾檀越請上堂。問:「世尊初生時見箇甚麼便J28nB203_p0171c01能指天指地?」師云:「皇天無親,惟德是輔。」進云:「是法平J28nB203_p0171c02等,無有高下,為甚又道『天上天下惟吾獨尊』?」師云:「仁J28nB203_p0171c03者自生分別。」進云:「雲門一棒打殺,過在甚麼處?」師云:J28nB203_p0171c04「▆歸有地。」乃云:「自來魯鈍懶磨礱,四十餘年頃刻中,J28nB203_p0171c05悔誤踏翻滄海月,只贏饒得一身窮。」拈拄杖,云:「然雖J28nB203_p0171c06如是,山僧始從出世以來,全憑這箇淨裸裸、赤條條,J28nB203_p0171c07顛拈倒弄,拄地撐天,隨緣立業成家,在處匡徒領眾,J28nB203_p0171c08列列挈挈,當陽顯示千差,昂昂藏藏,直下收歸一致,J28nB203_p0171c09拖泥帶水而知儉知豐,東擲西拋而毋意毋必,勦除J28nB203_p0171c10是非窠臼,𠞭碎生死根源,揮開佛祖頂𩕳,流通正法J28nB203_p0171c11眼藏。」遂召大眾,云:「且道:他利害在甚麼處?」卓拄杖,云:J28nB203_p0171c12「金雞唱曉瓊樓夢,玉樹花開浩劫春。」下座。
J28nB203_p0171c13觀音誕辰,會首陳國美、姜明甫領眾請上堂。云:「三春J28nB203_p0171c14雨過,萬彙滋榮,蝶舞芳藂,鶯啼柳陌,綠水溪邊漁人J28nB203_p0171c15鼓棹,白雲堆裏樵父謳歌,花下啕啕翫賞佳人,市中J28nB203_p0171c16隊隊風流公子。正當恁麼時,普天匝地,盡界含生,一J28nB203_p0171c17一顯發南海普陀大士三十二應之身,談說十四無J28nB203_p0171c18畏之法。若能於此薦得,便見慈風廣被而熱惱清涼,J28nB203_p0171c19願海弘深而拔苦與樂,塵塵獨露,剎剎圓通;脫或未J28nB203_p0171c20然,國祥更向第二頭破二作三去也。」遂豎拂子,召眾J28nB203_p0171c21云:「還會麼?妙湛明心,即諸緣而見,超色像之表;真空J28nB203_p0171c22覺性,會群響以聽,絕聲聞之塵。動靜本乎一源,體用J28nB203_p0171c23元非二致,無在、不在,神機豁爾,世、出世間,智鑒洞然。J28nB203_p0171c24所以,雲門大師云:『聞聲悟道,見色明心。觀世音菩薩J28nB203_p0171c25將錢來買胡餅,放下手元來卻是饅頭。』雲門老漢雖J28nB203_p0171c26則人平不語、水平不流,仔細檢點將來,也是平地裏J28nB203_p0171c27大驚小怪。且道:國祥又作麼生?」乃揮拂子,云:「風力扶J28nB203_p0171c28帆行不棹,笛聲喚月下滄洲。」
J28nB203_p0171c29天童林野老和尚小祥,師拈香指真云:「只這老尊慈,J28nB203_p0171c30生緣何殫述?示現比丘身,無意無必固。五坐大名藍,J28nB203_p0172a01於吳東浙西,十載據猊床,而訶佛罵祖,斷衲子之命J28nB203_p0172a02根兮虎驟龍驤,起濟宗之頹綱兮風飛雷怒。不肖當J28nB203_p0172a03年遭毒手,而今合笑寧堪哭。何以故?冷水浸冬瓜,秤J28nB203_p0172a04錘蘸生醋。」
J28nB203_p0172a05浴佛,上堂。僧問:「冒雨衝風去,披星戴月回,佛法在甚J28nB203_p0172a06麼處?」師云:「有勞闍黎。」進云:「忽遇冰清水冷時如何?」師J28nB203_p0172a07云:「通身骨毛寒。」進云:「恁麼則百艸頭邊西來意,紅塵J28nB203_p0172a08堆裏佛家風。」師云:「眼睛突出。」乃云:「即心即佛,牛皮鞔J28nB203_p0172a09露柱;非心非佛,銕錘被蟲蛀;不是心、不是佛、不是物,J28nB203_p0172a10醋煮須彌山。透熟此箇話端,遺來多少時也。自古至J28nB203_p0172a11今,縱具銅頭銕額、天眼龍睛的,并無一人奈何他,今J28nB203_p0172a12被山僧一一分明花判了也。汝等諸人還會麼?若能J28nB203_p0172a13于此會得,始知大道虛玄,真機朗映,縱橫自在,隱顯J28nB203_p0172a14優游。所以,世尊初生下時便乃一手指天、一手指地,J28nB203_p0172a15週行七步,目顧四方,云:『天上天下,唯吾獨尊。』後來雲J28nB203_p0172a16門大師云:『我當時若在,一棒打殺與狗子喫了,貴圖J28nB203_p0172a17天下太平。』世尊大似激濁揚清,不覺通身泥水;雲門J28nB203_p0172a18雖與指蹤諱跡,那知滿面埃塵?且道:國祥今日又作J28nB203_p0172a19麼生聻?下座,煩大眾各與當頭一杓湯,直教光前絕J28nB203_p0172a20後,耀古騰今去也。」喝一喝,下座。
J28nB203_p0172a21結制,示眾。「參禪徒妄想,打坐屈身勞,性海微風作,覺J28nB203_p0172a22浪拍天高。止息重增病,縱之轉飄颻,須彌入芥子,瓦J28nB203_p0172a23解與冰消。這裏薦得,且居門外,止宿艸菴;若要入室J28nB203_p0172a24陞堂,國祥未敢相許。何也?靈光不昧,萬古徽猷,入此J28nB203_p0172a25門來,不存知解。」驀拈拄杖,卓一卓,云:「國祥拄杖子聞J28nB203_p0172a26之,忍俊不禁,𨁝跳入諸人八萬四千毛孔裏去也,觸J28nB203_p0172a27著五臟神惡發,把毘富那山劈面一摑,殃及溈山水J28nB203_p0172a28牯牛,痛徹不已,急向新羅國裏藏身,進退逡巡,欲隱J28nB203_p0172a29彌露。當恁麼時,上天無計,入地無門。因甚如此?鼻頭J28nB203_p0172a30繩索盡在山僧手裏。」復卓一卓,下座。
J28nB203_p0172b01結制,上堂。「三春已過,九夏方新,聖制既爾時臨,豈可J28nB203_p0172b02違條越例?直得四來禪眾於國祥山中龍池寺裏,腰J28nB203_p0172b03包丟向一邊,芒鞋脫擲門外,高掛缽囊,拗折拄杖,將J28nB203_p0172b04盡十方剎海收入一毛頭許;只這一毛頭許,也須及J28nB203_p0172b05盡了不可得,促百千萬劫於一念頃;只這一念頃,本J28nB203_p0172b06自無生,然後據一大圓覺,為我伽藍身心安居平等J28nB203_p0172b07性智,於中行但行、坐但坐,機來喫飯、倦來打眠,語默J28nB203_p0172b08動靜、折旋俯仰,隨緣自在、任運騰騰,直教箇箇作一J28nB203_p0172b09員脫灑衲僧,豈不暢快生平者哉?」遂驀豎拂子,云:「雖J28nB203_p0172b10然,這箇喚作拂子,則頭上安頭;不喚作拂子,即斬頭J28nB203_p0172b11覓活。得失是非一齊拈卻,汝等諸人又作麼生會?」良J28nB203_p0172b12久,云:「薰風自南來,殿閣生微涼。」擊拂子,下座。
J28nB203_p0172b13示眾。「真機絕對待,蓋色騎聲;大道體周圓,隨緣隱顯。J28nB203_p0172b14利似太阿鋒,明於秋空月,當陽辨的而玉轉珠回,句J28nB203_p0172b15外明宗而經天緯地,凈裸裸絕承當,赤灑灑無向背,J28nB203_p0172b16直饒恁麼,更須坐斷毘盧頂𩕳,放出衲僧巴鼻,卷舒J28nB203_p0172b17自在,殺活縱橫,電光石火猶為鈍滯,德山臨濟倒退J28nB203_p0172b18三千。與麼即且置,秪如虛空粉碎、大地平沉,拽取東J28nB203_p0172b19洋大海與國祥山鬥額又作麼生道?待伊心肯處,是J28nB203_p0172b20我命通時。」舉:「修山主示眾云:『具足凡夫法,凡夫不知;J28nB203_p0172b21具足聖人法,聖人不會。聖人若會,即是凡夫;凡夫若J28nB203_p0172b22知,即是聖人。此語具一理二義,若人辨得,不妨於佛J28nB203_p0172b23法中有箇入處;若辨不得,莫道不疑好。』」師拈云:「修山J28nB203_p0172b24主雖善作家,大似拔貧作富,補短裁長。國祥即不然,J28nB203_p0172b25若凡、若聖,若知、不知,若會、不會。」驀拈拄杖,劃一劃,云:J28nB203_p0172b26「盡向這裏百雜碎了也。試問諸人:還有修山主說話J28nB203_p0172b27分也無?」良久,云:「參差杉檜煙凝薄,重疊峰巒月映微。J28nB203_p0172b28咄!莫動著,動著則打折你驢腰。」
J28nB203_p0172b29秀水樓真汶和尚至,上堂。拈拄杖,卓一卓,喝一喝,云:J28nB203_p0172b30「一喝分賓主,照用一時行,擊碎蟠桃核,得見箇中人。J28nB203_p0172c01箇中人既已見了,更復將何話會?昨夜南山虎咬大J28nB203_p0172c02蟲,今朝燈籠吞卻露柱,頭頭體用全彰,處處了無回J28nB203_p0172c03互,腳踏須彌,眼觀四海,手提南北,意在東西,賓則始J28nB203_p0172c04終賓,主則始終主,賓主歷然,通同合轍。弟應兄呼,藕J28nB203_p0172c05穿平地為荷葉;瞻前顧後,筍過西家作竹林。然雖如J28nB203_p0172c06是,且道:主賓契合一句作麼生道?漆桶相楷成底事,J28nB203_p0172c07空噇空即飽膨脝。」便下座。

相,云:「𭊭𠺗嘛耶J28nB203_p0172c19悉唎莎訶。」復卓拄杖,云:「急急如律令敕。」因事上堂。「金烏東上月西沉,寒暑遷流四序更,箇事J28nB203_p0172c21現成如未瞥,可憐虛喪好光陰。」遂召眾云:「諸禪德!秪J28nB203_p0172c22如沒溺生死之巨海、平陷是非之窠臼不得出頭的,J28nB203_p0172c23過在甚麼處?奈緣真心忽昧,妄見俄興妙覺,因斯而J28nB203_p0172c24迷淪塵緣,由是而日習,致使匍匐三界之長途、輪迴J28nB203_p0172c25四生之大苦者,蓋為此耳。豈不痛哉?豈不究哉?故永J28nB203_p0172c26嘉云:『嗟末法,惡時世,眾生福薄難調制,去聖遠兮邪J28nB203_p0172c27見深,魔強法弱多怨害,聞說如來頓教門,恨不滅除J28nB203_p0172c28令瓦碎。作在心,殃在身,不須怨訢更尤人。欲得不招J28nB203_p0172c29無間業,莫謗如來正法輪。』且道:如何是正法輪?」驀豎J28nB203_p0172c30拂子,云:「還會麼?若道這箇是有則為增謗,若道是無J28nB203_p0173a01則為減謗,若道非有非無則為戲論謗,若道亦有亦J28nB203_p0173a02無則成相違謗,畢竟如何得恰好去?青山只解磨今J28nB203_p0173a03古,流水何曾洗是非?」
J28nB203_p0173a04晚參。舉:「南泉示眾云:『法身還具四大否?有人道得,與J28nB203_p0173a05他一腰褌。』道吾云:『性地非空,空非性地,此是地大;三J28nB203_p0173a06大亦然。』泉不違前語,與褌一腰。」師云:「南泉不違前語,J28nB203_p0173a07秪見錐頭利;道吾贏得一腰褌,不見鑿頭方。既然與J28nB203_p0173a08麼,且道:法身還具四大否?」乃撫掌呵呵大笑,云:「侍者J28nB203_p0173a09記取這話,三十年後大行。」
J28nB203_p0173a10修路,小參。「向上一路,千聖不傳;學者勞形,如猿捉影。J28nB203_p0173a11東西南北,元來四闢六通;曲直低昂,竟絕纖塵隔礙。J28nB203_p0173a12不假修證,本自圓成,其奈祖庭秋晚,法社凌夷,心徑J28nB203_p0173a13荒唐,人天迥阻,致使平地孤堆嵯峨萬仞,從來家業J28nB203_p0173a14覿面千山,因斯各請直下回光,何妨親自出手?向無J28nB203_p0173a15方便中屈施方便、沒功勳處權立功勳。就下平高,是J28nB203_p0173a16處通途合轍;摧邪輔正,貴乎實地工夫,始見大道坦J28nB203_p0173a17然,靈機豁爾,不勞動步,達本還鄉。與麼,與麼,即心於J28nB203_p0173a18境頭頭妙;不與麼,不與麼,了境唯心法法同。與麼不J28nB203_p0173a19與麼、不與麼卻與麼則且置,秪如掀翻四路葛藤,直J28nB203_p0173a20截當陽一句又作麼生道?」驀拈拄杖,劃一劃,云:「一條J28nB203_p0173a21界破青山色,左右逢原得自由。」
J28nB203_p0173a22解制,小參。「至理非理,無在不在,推倒界墻,踢翻牢寨,J28nB203_p0173a23表裏一如,動止何礙?類絕比倫,古今超邁。且道:向上J28nB203_p0173a24還有事也無?」乃豎拂子,云:「國祥山下清溪水,流入龍J28nB203_p0173a25池聲一泒。」復喝一喝。

復說偈云:「三月護生J28nB203_p0173b05今已滿,一群水牯樂真機,打開欄圈無拘束,四野山J28nB203_p0173b06田飽復歸。」下座。上元日,眾請上堂。僧問:「質稟陰陽造化成,而今覺得J28nB203_p0173b08亦非真,不知末後何歸也,請問吾師作麼生?」師云:「日J28nB203_p0173b09月光天德,山河壯帝都。」進云:「恁麼則幾度白雲空聚J28nB203_p0173b10散,依前皓月復重圓。」師云:「未是你安身處。」進云:「早被J28nB203_p0173b11學人看破了也。」師云:「眼在甚麼處?」僧便喝,師便打。乃J28nB203_p0173b12云:「把住驢腮不敢聲,恐將佛法作人情,誰知日月燈J28nB203_p0173b13明佛,倒腹傾腸說與君。」遂拈拄杖,卓一卓,左右顧視,J28nB203_p0173b14云:「見不見?聞不聞?一溪流水帶天沉。」拋下拄杖。復舉:J28nB203_p0173b15「世尊一日陞座,文殊白搥,云:『諦觀法王法,法王法如J28nB203_p0173b16是。』世尊便下座。」師拈云:「世尊當道掘井,用意不臧;文J28nB203_p0173b17殊臨嶮推人,隨邪逐惡。且道:世尊便下座,又明甚麼J28nB203_p0173b18邊事?」良久,云:「昨夜東君潛布令,黃鶯啼出綠楊春。」喝J28nB203_p0173b19一喝,下座。
J28nB203_p0173b20師誕辰,玄章領眾請上堂。問:「寶蓋天垂籠法座,金蓮J28nB203_p0173b21地湧捧獅猊,且道:是何祥瑞?」師云:「須彌頂上擊金鐘。」J28nB203_p0173b22進云:「紅桃鶴頂盤庭柏,紫蕊鹿啣遶殿松,請問和尚:J28nB203_p0173b23今朝是甚麼日期?」師云:「海闊百川潮。」問:「青松翠竹真J28nB203_p0173b24如境,鬱鬱黃花古佛心,既是古佛心,和尚今日說箇J28nB203_p0173b25甚麼?」師云:「許多人向這裏著倒。」僧便喝,師便打。敖居J28nB203_p0173b26士問:「擊鼓上堂,未審說何法?」師云:「道人元是箇俗漢。」J28nB203_p0173b27進云:「只如眾禪師又作麼生?」師云:「僧家本是出頭人。」J28nB203_p0173b28進云:「勿謂無心云是道,無心猶隔一重關,如何是一J28nB203_p0173b29重關?」師云:「待汝出來即向你道。」士禮拜,師乃云:「春風J28nB203_p0173b30浩蕩,化日篩雲,景物蕭然,時清道泰,燕語鶯啼而深J28nB203_p0173c01談實相,花開柳綻而畢露真機。是處文殊、普賢渾身J28nB203_p0173c02賣俏,迥絕離微;隨方釋迦、彌勒脫體風流,踏翻光彩。J28nB203_p0173c03若隱若顯非向背,蓋天蓋地絕遮欄,但能眼底無私,J28nB203_p0173c04縱橫得大自在。正所謂:一處真,處處真,塵塵盡是本J28nB203_p0173c05來人,真寔說時聲不現,正體堂堂沒卻身。若向這裏J28nB203_p0173c06見箇落處,便見一切眾生本命元辰落處;見得一切J28nB203_p0173c07眾生本命元辰落處,便見歷代祖師本命元辰落處;J28nB203_p0173c08見得歷代祖師本命元辰落處,便見三世諸佛本命J28nB203_p0173c09元辰落處;見得三世諸佛本命元辰落處,便見汝諸J28nB203_p0173c10人箇箇自己本命元辰落處;見得汝諸人自己本命J28nB203_p0173c11元辰落處,便見山僧本命元辰落處;見得山僧本命J28nB203_p0173c12元辰落處,方知在聖不增、在凡不減,非彼非此,無滅J28nB203_p0173c13無生,一念平等,頓超十地,便乃隨處作主,遇緣即宗,J28nB203_p0173c14亙古亙今,若出若沒,要且動他當人本體一些兒不J28nB203_p0173c15得。然雖如是,秪如即境明心一句又作麼生道?」驀豎J28nB203_p0173c16拂子,云:「還會麼?八方寧謐歸吾道,萬古乾坤化育中。」J28nB203_p0173c17下座。
J28nB203_p0173c18天童林老和尚大祥,上堂。「多子塔前親分付,罕遇知J28nB203_p0173c19音;麟湖岸上絕承當,難瞞明眼。欲其正脈流通,貴在J28nB203_p0173c20源頭清楚,所以巴陵三轉語足可報德酬恩,興化一J28nB203_p0173c21爐香便見披肝瀝膽。山僧今朝一一對眾拈出,以作J28nB203_p0173c22天童先師忌齋,也不是將今視古,蓋為坐斷天下人J28nB203_p0173c23舌頭。且道:以何為證據?」乃躬身作梵云:「戒香、定香、慧J28nB203_p0173c24香、解脫解、脫知見香。」便下座。
J28nB203_p0173c25佛誕日,值雨,上堂。云:「驟地慈雲飛不斷,潑天風雨甚J28nB203_p0173c26稀奇,普令四海生欣悅,正是如來出世時。」下座。

J28nB203_p0174a05晚參。「珍重諸人聽指麾,古今一字兩頭垂,山青水綠J28nB203_p0174a06啼狂鳥,擬議不來苦怨誰?」復舉:「古德云:『結制得半箇J28nB203_p0174a07月日已,水牯牛作麼生?』又道:『結制得半箇月日已,本J28nB203_p0174a08分事作麼生?』」師云:「古德恁麼提唱,大似此地無金二J28nB203_p0174a09兩。國祥則不然,結制得半箇月日已,粥足飯足睡亦J28nB203_p0174a10足,四威儀中絕回互。且道:明甚麼邊事?」驀豎拂子,云:J28nB203_p0174a11「露。」擲下拂子,歸方丈。
J28nB203_p0174a12小參。僧問:「大通智勝佛,十劫坐道場,為甚麼不得成J28nB203_p0174a13佛道?」師云:「溝壑易填,人心難滿。」乃云:「時當五月中旬,J28nB203_p0174a14晝長夜短殊分,屋外鴉鳴鵲噪,寥寥山色溪聲,杏熟J28nB203_p0174a15桃甜李赤,田父耕種薅耘,安貧快樂無及,輸我林下J28nB203_p0174a16道人,若行、若坐、若臥,半睡、半醒、半昏,革蚤通身搜索,J28nB203_p0174a17虱乃暗地瞧人,蚊子唼入骨髓,臭蟲一飽膨脝。咄哉!J28nB203_p0174a18國祥瞎禿地獄,不知淺深,卻把現成公案拈來白當J28nB203_p0174a19人情,這等闡提罪業,驢年方得超昇,諸人急作方便,J28nB203_p0174a20救他速出苦輪。」遂就禪床偃臥,云:「啊㖿啊㖿,相救,相J28nB203_p0174a21救。」時斌雅云:「蒼天,蒼天。」師云:「因甚救不得?」雅呵呵大J28nB203_p0174a22笑,師云:「把手將他行不得,唯人自肯乃方親。」
J28nB203_p0174a23上堂。拈拄杖,卓一卓,云:「班白賓朋拔命標,丁當都的J28nB203_p0174a24動天韜,棒頭點破三千界,鬼伏神驚徹夜哮。山僧即J28nB203_p0174a25將從上來事八字打開,盡情分付了也。靈利衲僧聊J28nB203_p0174a26聞舉著,逴得便行;淈𣸩之流困於顢頇,何妨聽取註J28nB203_p0174a27腳?」遂靠拄杖,云:「切磋琢磨,傷今動古;元本具足,抱石J28nB203_p0174a28沉淵,何況領略於掣電光中,徒勞鈍置;薦取於嶮崖J28nB203_p0174a29句下,未足稀奇。」良久,云:「畢竟事作麼生?」以拄杖劃一J28nB203_p0174a30劃,云:「上士遊山水,中人坐竹林。」
J28nB203_p0174b01上堂。「直截單提向上機,頭頭本自絕離微,擬將心意J28nB203_p0174b02求玄旨,石火電光罔復追。然而,把斷要津,不通水泄;J28nB203_p0174b03放開一線,略許商量。」良久,云:「還會麼?攝十方法界於J28nB203_p0174b04一微塵裏,寬闊非外;促百千萬劫於一剎那間,寂寥J28nB203_p0174b05非內。絕彼絕此,表裏一如;無去無來,古今不二。常在J28nB203_p0174b06動靜之中,要且動靜中拘他不得。所以道:在胎為身、J28nB203_p0174b07處世名人,在眼曰見、在耳曰聞、在鼻香臭、在舌談論、J28nB203_p0174b08在手執捉、在足運奔,遍現俱該法界,收攝在一微塵。J28nB203_p0174b09識者知是佛性,不識喚作精魂。畢竟如何?趙州道底。」J28nB203_p0174b10擊拂子,下座。

J28nB203_p0174b13解夏,小參。拈拄杖,云:「智照雙流,觸事而真,原情屬物,J28nB203_p0174b14了絕纖塵,綿歷無間,貫古通今,若隱若顯,任運騰騰。」J28nB203_p0174b15驀豎拄杖,云:「過去諸如來,斯門已成就。」卓一卓,云:「現J28nB203_p0174b16在諸菩薩,今各入圓通;未來修學人,當依如是住。」復J28nB203_p0174b17擊禪床,云:「信手擊開不二門,當堂坐對秋空月。」喝一J28nB203_p0174b18喝,下座。

J28nB203_p0174c22師在龍池受請,於順治十二年,歲次乙未,八月二十J28nB203_p0174c23一日進院。至J28nB203_p0174c24山門,云:「其第一義門,廓通內外,道達靈府,出入自由,J28nB203_p0174c25腳跟點地貴當人,豁爾逢渠賓中主。」
J28nB203_p0174c26佛殿。云:「麻三斤,乾屎橛,殿裏的,別別別。杖林山下竹J28nB203_p0174c27觔鞭,龍池到此重漏泄。」乃上香,云:「聻。」
J28nB203_p0174c28據室。云:「全提正令,大整頹綱,把釣垂綸,頻拋香餌,來J28nB203_p0174c29龍赴鳳則鼓浪翻騰,透網離鉤者疏而不漏。」
J28nB203_p0174c30即日,眾請開堂,至法座。「毘耶寶座始從燈王借來,曲J28nB203_p0175a01彔木床今向∴堂突出,若要流通正眼,直下坐斷淆J28nB203_p0175a02訛,不須道箇六五四三,管教千聖拱手歸降。」便陞拈J28nB203_p0175a03香,云:「此一瓣香端為祝延今上J28nB203_p0175a04皇帝聖躬萬安,伏願道超盤古,德貫羲軒。」復拈云:「此J28nB203_p0175a05一瓣香,不假雨露之栽培,向無陰陽地生長,昔日南J28nB203_p0175a06方酬價,幾番巖穴難藏,今朝第四回拈出,奉為J28nB203_p0175a07天童堂上傳臨濟正宗三十一代林野先師大和尚,J28nB203_p0175a08爇向爐中,用酬法乳。」遂斂衣就座。維那白椎畢,師云:J28nB203_p0175a09「把斷要津,不遺涓滴;放開一線,塞壑填溝。總不漝麼,J28nB203_p0175a10聖凡乞命。還有知利害者麼?試出來道看。」僧問:「緊峭J28nB203_p0175a11艸鞋即不問,全身放下意如何?」師云:「看腳下。」進云:「赤J28nB203_p0175a12心片片無人會,種月耕雲自哩囉。」師云:「孟八郎漢。」進J28nB203_p0175a13云:「早被學人看破了也。」師云:「猶隔萬重關。」僧禮拜,師J28nB203_p0175a14便打。乃云:「問荅已畢,無勞更覓,各自歸堂,好箇消息。J28nB203_p0175a15若不知委,吾當再舉。」敘謝竟復舉:「法燈禪師開堂,謂J28nB203_p0175a16眾曰:『山僧本欲跧棲巖竇,隱遁過時,奈緣清涼老人J28nB203_p0175a17有不了底公案,今日出來為他分析。』僧云:『如何是不J28nB203_p0175a18了底公案?』燈便打云:『祖禰不了,殃及兒孫。』僧云:『過在J28nB203_p0175a19甚麼處?』燈云:『過在我殃及你。』」師拈云:「法燈老漢雖則J28nB203_p0175a20大開宗苑,流布真風;檢點將來,未免打作兩橛。山僧J28nB203_p0175a21始從出世已來,或行、或住,若隱、若顯,俱皆發明天童J28nB203_p0175a22先師未了底公案,何消更為分析?即今若有人問:『如J28nB203_p0175a23何是天童未了底公案?』山僧直棒打出,不唯免致互J28nB203_p0175a24相累及,亦令直下作箇脫灑衲僧。還會麼?千聖不知J28nB203_p0175a25何處去,倚天長劍逼人寒。」喝一喝。維那白搥,云:「諦觀J28nB203_p0175a26法王法,法王法如是。」下座。
J28nB203_p0175a27當晚小參。「庭柏搖風,簷前雨滴,長老登堂,袈裟打濕。J28nB203_p0175a28這裏會得,方知眉橫鼻直,眼色耳聲、坐臥經行,縱橫J28nB203_p0175a29得玅;苟或未然,山僧將第二杓惡水潑汝諸人去也。」J28nB203_p0175a30乃拈拄杖,云:「還會麼?棒頭有眼,喝下無私,敲唱雙行,J28nB203_p0175b01卷舒自在。點破生死牢關,冥通三際;掀翻得失窠臼,J28nB203_p0175b02洞達十虛。當陽勦絕淆訛,直下頓超諸有。拈起也,則J28nB203_p0175b03聲和響順;放下也,則海晏河清。處處為祥為瑞,頭頭J28nB203_p0175b04體用圓明,可以權衡佛祖正宗,便乃開鑿人天眼目,J28nB203_p0175b05有照有用,全主全賓,挽回上古之風規,光揚今時之J28nB203_p0175b06法社。且道:有何憑據,便恁麼游刃旁礡,得大自在?爛J28nB203_p0175b07研巴荳三千顆,瀉卻諸方五味禪。」
J28nB203_p0175b08十月十五,開爐,上堂。「節屆應鐘,日衡紀望,園林露枝,J28nB203_p0175b09春玉谿山,晚菊飄香。天道無私,作陰風而釀寒;人間J28nB203_p0175b10光辦,走離火以試煖。乾坤造化,律令無虞。法興今見J28nB203_p0175b11時節到來,亦不違條越例,也無禪道佛法與人談,唯J28nB203_p0175b12只就地開爐燒火,向飯飽茶餘頻添榾柮。雲來聚首,J28nB203_p0175b13叔世良緣,大家幸是了事衲僧,論甚麼南方無賓主J28nB203_p0175b14句?然雖如是,直饒贏得一團和氣,須防額上兩行眉J28nB203_p0175b15毛。若能於烈燄堆裏翻身,始可向紅爐中著腳。」驀豎J28nB203_p0175b16拂子,云:「這箇若喚作火則燒殺你,若不喚作火則凍J28nB203_p0175b17殺你,畢竟意作麼生?」良久,云:「還委悉麼?冷灰豆爆知J28nB203_p0175b18端的,兀坐蒲團樂太平。」下座。
J28nB203_p0175b19示眾。「江月照,松風吹,永夜清宵何所為?諸法從來不J28nB203_p0175b20相到,萬古晴空付與誰?所以,德山入門便棒、臨濟入J28nB203_p0175b21門便喝。臨濟喝處,德山棒頭耳聾;德山棒處,臨濟喝J28nB203_p0175b22中眼瞎。二先德鼻孔被山僧一串穿卻了也,汝等諸J28nB203_p0175b23人還見麼?」驀拈拄杖,卓一卓,喝一喝,歸方丈。
J28nB203_p0175b24晚參。「禪禪禪,午夜晴空霜滿天;道道道,無孔銕錘呈J28nB203_p0175b25巧妙;佛佛佛,混俗和光廝淈𣸩;法法法,明月清風誰J28nB203_p0175b26定價?禪道佛法無多子,秪要渠儂偷心死,鯨吞海水J28nB203_p0175b27盡無餘,露出珊瑚明月枝。山僧今將禪道佛法縛作J28nB203_p0175b28一束,拈來撒向諸人面前了也。若能於此薦得,便見J28nB203_p0175b29百艸頭上罷卻干戈,紅塵堆裏縱橫自在,笑他超凡J28nB203_p0175b30越聖,剜肉補瘡;即妄明真,朝三暮四。直饒東澗水流J28nB203_p0175c01西澗水,南山雲起北山雲,若到法興這裏,更要勘過J28nB203_p0175c02了打。」
J28nB203_p0175c03上堂。僧問:「承師有言:『禪道佛法無多子,秪要渠儂偷J28nB203_p0175c04心死。』偷心未死時如何?」師云:「水向石邊流出冷。」進云:J28nB203_p0175c05「偷心已死時如何?」師云:「風從花裏過來香。」進云:「若不J28nB203_p0175c06同床睡,焉知被底穿?」師打云:「切忌詐明頭。」乃云:「若論J28nB203_p0175c07此事,如將東弗于逮、西瞿耶尼、南閻浮提、北鬱單越J28nB203_p0175c08四至界畔早已盡情揭契分付與諸人了也,只是中J28nB203_p0175c09心樹子猶屬老僧在。何也?當頭如坐斷,一劍倚天寒。」J28nB203_p0175c10復舉:「疏山問洞山云:『未有之言,請師示誨。』洞山云:『不J28nB203_p0175c11諾無人肯。』疏山云:『還可切也無?』洞山云:『闍黎即今還J28nB203_p0175c12切得麼?』疏山云:『切不得即無諱處。』洞山深肯之。」師拈J28nB203_p0175c13云:「二老宿與麼酬唱,可謂正偏回互,兼帶協通,拱密J28nB203_p0175c14威嚴,誰敢正視?然雖如是,在洞上家風則可,若據法J28nB203_p0175c15興這裏,拄杖子未肯放過在。何故?無漏國中留不住,J28nB203_p0175c16月花影裏見應難。」
J28nB203_p0175c17晚參。「箇中誰解共揄揚?無位真人不覆藏,試把霜鐘J28nB203_p0175c18敲夜月,聲聲清韻落寒光。」
J28nB203_p0175c19示眾。「牛頭馬面虎狼肝,月骨風神海量寬,倒握龜毛J28nB203_p0175c20三丈二。」乃云:「請續末後句。」便下座。
J28nB203_p0175c21體監院誕辰,請上堂。僧問:「最後牢關即不問,主賓互J28nB203_p0175c22換意如何?」師云:「瑞艸生嘉運。」進云:「恁麼則推倒界墻J28nB203_p0175c23去也。」師云:「靈花報早春。」僧禮拜,師便打。問:「有物先天J28nB203_p0175c24地,無形本寂寥,能為萬象主,不逐四時凋。如何是萬J28nB203_p0175c25象主?」師舉拄杖,云:「會麼?」僧擬議,師便打。乃云:「天根栽J28nB203_p0175c26下無明種,銕樹芬芳博曉煙,智慧花開香世界,菩提J28nB203_p0175c27果熟劫空前。」
J28nB203_p0175c28示眾。舉:「昔城東有一老姥與佛同生,不欲見佛,每見J28nB203_p0175c29佛來即便迴避。雖然如是,回顧東西總皆是佛,遂以J28nB203_p0175c30手掩面,於十指掌中亦總是佛。」師拈云:「老姥不欲見J28nB203_p0176a01佛,無地藏身;世尊隨處偵之,何曾撞著?」遂驀拈拄杖,J28nB203_p0176a02云:「世尊與城東老姥即今來也,在山僧拄杖頭上,不J28nB203_p0176a03以佛見、不以法見,汝等諸人作麼生與伊相見?如向J28nB203_p0176a04這裏見得,不妨逸格超群,隨方顯現;脫或未然,山僧J28nB203_p0176a05重為頌出:婆婆年老鬢如霜,羞見同庚淚兩行,一念J28nB203_p0176a06纔興迴避處,撞頭磕額竟難藏。」
J28nB203_p0176a07佛成道日,呂總戎請上堂。僧問:「釋迦老子夜睹明星,J28nB203_p0176a08悟箇甚麼?」師云:「盜賊入空房。」進云:「五湖四海王化裏,J28nB203_p0176a09更無一物是塵埃。」師云:「閑言語。」乃驀拈拄杖,云:「道遠J28nB203_p0176a10乎哉?觸事而真。」卓一卓。「聖遠乎哉?體之即神。」復靠拄J28nB203_p0176a11杖,云:「還會麼?萬里雲收天宇廓,瞿曇午夜睹明星。」
J28nB203_p0176a12小參。「圓成正偏,智絕纖塵,寂寞幽閒,體周法界,應如J28nB203_p0176a13是知、如是見、如是信解,不生法相。直饒恁麼也秪是J28nB203_p0176a14箇黃連甜、甘艸苦,砒霜涼、甘露惡。豈不見道:莫行心J28nB203_p0176a15處路,不掛本來衣,何須正恁麼?切忌未生時。且道:法J28nB203_p0176a16興為人在甚麼處?頻呼小玉元無事,秪要檀郎認得J28nB203_p0176a17聲。」喝一喝,下座。
J28nB203_p0176a18除夕,小參。「金烏東上,玉兔西沉,寒暑遷流,窮通變化,J28nB203_p0176a19始見椒觴餞臘,俄然梅信傳春,爆竹吹煙,迎新送舊,J28nB203_p0176a20正當恁麼時,曾憶北禪老漢烹露地白牛分歲,闔院J28nB203_p0176a21▆肥;通玄先師煮透海烏雞過年,齊家省儉。然雖二J28nB203_p0176a22老各善因時致宜,仔細檢點將來,猶未稱衲僧本分J28nB203_p0176a23作略。法興今日臘月三十日到來,無可與諸人分歲,J28nB203_p0176a24也不忍害物傷慈,宰割生命,唯只薄㓟明月,細切清J28nB203_p0176a25風,醋煮森羅,薑調萬象,殷勤作一家宴,且不許貪滋J28nB203_p0176a26嗜味,貴圖諸人箇箇一飽忘百饑,免得倚他門戶傍J28nB203_p0176a27他墻,剛被時人喚作郎。山僧如此施設,汝等還曾知J28nB203_p0176a28足也無?」驀拈拄杖,云:「一言金石談來重,萬事鴻毛脫J28nB203_p0176a29去輕。」擲拄杖,歸方丈。
J28nB203_p0176a30堅白禪德製大法被回,上堂。「東君智巧,化母功深,把J28nB203_p0176b01住洪鈞密運,放開仁育無私,不假玉線金針,繡出雲J28nB203_p0176b02山疊翠,信乎天機梭意,織就花雨繽紛,氣含百億須J28nB203_p0176b03彌,等現微塵剎海,賽過吳綾蜀錦,拈來高掛∴堂,便J28nB203_p0176b04見牡丹、芍藥仗春光而鬥彩,師子、象王承法力以爭J28nB203_p0176b05雄,不唯祖室增輝,更乃人天交慶,何妨空一心而仰J28nB203_p0176b06望,盡五眼之奇觀?然雖如是,且道:憑誰恩力?」遂拈拄J28nB203_p0176b07杖,指法被云:「還會麼?卷舒方外乾坤廓,葉綴花王寶J28nB203_p0176b08座新。」下座。

J28nB203_p0176b11解制,上堂。僧問:「結制之時即不問,解制已後是如何?」J28nB203_p0176b12師云:「小慈防大慈。」進云:「恁麼則打開欄圈無拘束。」師J28nB203_p0176b13便喝。進云:「放出金毛獅子兒。」師復喝,乃云:「橫按吹毛J28nB203_p0176b14遶萬旂,∴堂山下破重圍,九旬戰罷成何事?贏得心J28nB203_p0176b15空及第歸。」下座。

J28nB203_p0176c06佛殿。云:「琉璃殿上,簸土揚塵,糞掃堆頭,紫金光聚,且J28nB203_p0176c07道:優劣在甚麼處?」撒開坐具,云:「看看。」便禮拜。

J28nB203_p0176c15中秋日,開堂。至法座前,以拄杖指云:「當陽一句,坐斷J28nB203_p0176c16毘盧頂𩕳;格外三玄,放出衲僧巴鼻。有利有害,全主J28nB203_p0176c17全賓,還見麼?」便陞座,拈香,云:「此瓣香端為祝延今上J28nB203_p0176c18皇帝聖躬萬安,恭願睿筭彌隆等乾坤而鞏固,龍圖J28nB203_p0176c19鳳曆同日月以常輝。」次拈云:「此瓣香奉為滿朝文武、J28nB203_p0176c20天下宰官、本郡諸衙勳貴,暨及鄉紳文學眾護法,伏J28nB203_p0176c21願壽等椿松之老,福於滄海之深,常為J28nB203_p0176c22聖主之股肱,永作法門之城塹。」又拈云:「此一瓣香,大J28nB203_p0176c23包無外、細入無內,渾圇無縫罅、收放絕形蹤,昔年棲J28nB203_p0176c24真第一句下承當,今日風穴第五回拈出,奉為浙江J28nB203_p0176c25寧波府天童堂上傳臨濟正宗第三十一世J28nB203_p0176c26林野先師大和尚,爇向爐中,用酬法乳之恩。」遂斂衣J28nB203_p0176c27就座。維那白槌,云:「法筵龍象眾,當觀第一義。」師云:「把J28nB203_p0176c28住牢關,點水滴凍,放開一線,塞壑填溝,拈頭掇尾,迥J28nB203_p0176c29絕名模,不屬見聞,還有解觀者麼?」良久,乃云:「摩訶衍J28nB203_p0176c30法透脫凡聖根源,般若智光洞明生死幽闇,直超物J28nB203_p0177a01外而不歷僧祗,跡溷塵中而遠離諸著,無在、不在,互J28nB203_p0177a02攝互融,觸處現成,全機獨露。諸佛以此度脫眾生則J28nB203_p0177a03無生不度,祖師以此提持心印則無法不圓,國王以J28nB203_p0177a04此化育蒼生則天長地久,賢佐以此保國安民則皋J28nB203_p0177a05夔稷偰,山僧以此拈提向上巴鼻則追迴人天寶所,J28nB203_p0177a06重興風穴道場,大闡玄音,恢弘祖道。然雖如是,且主J28nB203_p0177a07賓契合正令全提一句作麼生道?」驀豎拂子,云:「月籠J28nB203_p0177a08丹桂遠,星拱北辰高。」謝辭竟復舉:「當山遠祖沼和尚J28nB203_p0177a09云:『若立一塵,家國興盛,野老顰蹙;不立一塵,家國喪J28nB203_p0177a10亡,野老安帖。於此明得,闍黎與老僧亦能悟卻天下J28nB203_p0177a11人,亦能迷卻天下人。欲識闍黎麼?』右邊一拍,曰:『這裏J28nB203_p0177a12是。欲識老僧麼?』左邊一拍,曰:『這裏是。』」師拈云:「沼祖恁J28nB203_p0177a13麼施設,可謂文武兼備、將相雙全,傍敲正打而迥絕J28nB203_p0177a14離微,收放縱橫而光揚聖化。還知端的處麼?秋水長J28nB203_p0177a15天同一色,落霞孤鶩與齊飛。」維那白搥,云:「諦觀法王J28nB203_p0177a16法,法王法如是。」下座。
J28nB203_p0177a17汝州僧和菴同居士田鍚九、趙天雨、徐顯吾領眾請J28nB203_p0177a18上堂。僧問:「若立一塵,家國興盛,野老因甚顰蹙?」師云:J28nB203_p0177a19「風幡繚繞。」進云:「庭前生瑞艸,好事不如無。」師云:「燭影J28nB203_p0177a20搖紅。」進云:「不立一塵,家國喪亡,野老因甚安怗?」師云:J28nB203_p0177a21「贏得自幽閒。」進云:「海闊從魚耀,天空任鳥飛。」師云:「看J28nB203_p0177a22腳下。」進云:「放出銕牛耕夜月,展開木馬撞春風。」師云:J28nB203_p0177a23「天高地厚。」僧喝,師便打。乃云:「覺天朗耀、智海澄渟,了J28nB203_p0177a24無名相之端、頓絕是非之表,譬如獅子哮吼而壁立J28nB203_p0177a25萬仞、象王回顧而截斷群疑,大用現前,動入無作。風J28nB203_p0177a26穴恁麼提唱,直與八字打開,更不囊藏被蓋,十分顯J28nB203_p0177a27露,自然月白風清,頭頭不昧,剎剎圓融,世、出世間本J28nB203_p0177a28無二致。且道:如何是無二之旨?」以拂子擊禪床,云:「但J28nB203_p0177a29能萬法不干懷,一超直入如來地。」下座。
J28nB203_p0177a30結制,示眾。「參禪別無奇特,秪貴心頭休歇,稍有纖毫J28nB203_p0177b01情存,敢保驢年未瞥。所以道:靈光不昧,萬古徽猷,入J28nB203_p0177b02此門來,莫存知解。良由不識本源,迷其正覺便乃隨J28nB203_p0177b03情附物,逐境心生;但能一念情忘,自然真常體露。」驀J28nB203_p0177b04豎拄杖,云:「這箇是風穴拄杖,那箇是真常體?」擊禪床,J28nB203_p0177b05云:「這箇是真常體,那箇是風穴拄杖?」復作釣魚勢,云:J28nB203_p0177b06「還會麼?長竿夜靜頻垂釣,曉得金烏帶月收。」
J28nB203_p0177b07開爐,結制,河南府郭定宇請上堂。僧問:「龍象交參,高J28nB203_p0177b08賢聚會,今日郭居士覿面拈香,請師指示。」師云:「庭前J28nB203_p0177b09古柏參天秀,溪底清泉入海長。」進云:「畢竟如何?」師云:J28nB203_p0177b10「向陽花易發,背陰雪難消。」進云:「謝師指示。」師云:「錯。」問:J28nB203_p0177b11「高踞毘盧頂𩕳,直透威音那畔,猶是聖諦窠臼;秪如J28nB203_p0177b12杖林山下,竹筋鞭意作麼生?」師云:「山頭翻白浪,海底J28nB203_p0177b13起紅塵。」進云:「萬樹逢春皆翠色,百川到海一般聲。」師J28nB203_p0177b14卓拄杖,云:「這箇聻?」進云:「松環翠壑雲為伍,詩瀉泉聲J28nB203_p0177b15月共徘。」師便打。乃云:「今朝孟冬十五,祝聖搥鐘擂鼓,J28nB203_p0177b16長老拽杖登堂,四眾雲臻若堵。諸方說道談禪,風穴J28nB203_p0177b17一味愚魯,深深掘地開爐,秪要烹佛煉祖。不容擬議J28nB203_p0177b18踟躕,直截當陽薦取,虛空努目揚眉,覷見賓中之主。J28nB203_p0177b19燈籠拍手呵呵,庭前露柱作舞,門外案山點頭,老僧J28nB203_p0177b20未敢相許。為甚如此?從來重法有先賢,此道時人賤J28nB203_p0177b21若土。」復舉:「趙州諗禪師因真定王攜諸子入院,州坐J28nB203_p0177b22而問曰:『大王會麼?』王曰:『不會。』州曰:『自小持齋今已老,J28nB203_p0177b23見人無力下禪床。』王猶加禮重。翌日令客將傳語,州J28nB203_p0177b24下禪床受之,侍者曰:『和尚見大王來不下禪床,今日J28nB203_p0177b25將軍來為甚麼卻下禪床?』州曰:『非汝所知。第一等人J28nB203_p0177b26來,禪床上接;中等人來,下禪床接;末等人來,三門外J28nB203_p0177b27接。』」師拈云:「道尊德備,善能誘掖三根;縱奪可觀,到底J28nB203_p0177b28終歸一致,在趙州可謂建化之門至矣。若據風穴又J28nB203_p0177b29且不然,無論上、中、末等到來,一例看承。何也?不用抬J28nB203_p0177b30眸列賓主,相逢盡是箇中人。」下座。
J28nB203_p0177c01示眾。「三世諸佛說不著,歷代祖師提不起,天下老和J28nB203_p0177c02尚袖手傍觀,風穴不費纖毫力直下信手拈來,橫拖J28nB203_p0177c03倒拽,任其所為。且道:利害在甚麼處?」驀拈拄杖攛下J28nB203_p0177c04云:「一馬生三寅。」
J28nB203_p0177c05小參。「將心作佛,剜肉補瘡;了妄歸真,潑油救火。機前J28nB203_p0177c06荷負而平地千差,直下承當而白雲萬里;總不恁麼,J28nB203_p0177c07入無間獄。行但行、坐但坐,饑來喫飯、困來打眠也只J28nB203_p0177c08贏得一味平常,猶未是衲僧向上事。何也?三面狸奴J28nB203_p0177c09腳踏月,兩頭白牯手擎煙。」
J28nB203_p0177c10郟縣徐邑侯入山請上堂。師拈香祝J28nB203_p0177c11聖罷,復拈香,云:「此一瓣香,爇向爐中,奉為縣主徐居J28nB203_p0177c12士,伏願道心堅固,同日月以長明;福海淵深,並椿松J28nB203_p0177c13而永久。」攝衣就座,云:「把住則天寒地凍,涓滴無遺;放J28nB203_p0177c14行則耀古騰今,淆訛太煞。當恁麼時,不放行、不把住,J28nB203_p0177c15試出來道看。」僧問:「爐鞴宏開,高賢聚會,天廚始建,土J28nB203_p0177c16曠人稀,即今縣主徐公入山設齋,請師垂示。」師云:「瞻J28nB203_p0177c17之仰之。」進云:「財、法二施承普利,直截根源意若何?」師J28nB203_p0177c18云:「一把柳絲收不得,和煙搭在玉欄杆。」僧喝,師便打。J28nB203_p0177c19問:「橫按莫邪全正令,高提祖印喪全機,如何是傾湫J28nB203_p0177c20倒嶽的事?」師云:「險。」進云:「大冶爐中銷片雪,電光影裏J28nB203_p0177c21走轟雷。」師云:「纖毫竟不存。」進云:「掀翻獅子窟,倒捉玉J28nB203_p0177c22麒麟。」師便打,僧便喝,師復打。乃云:「兀坐虛堂適自饒,J28nB203_p0177c23庭前喜鵲噪聲高,山童報道無他事,幸荷文星慰寂J28nB203_p0177c24寥。當此之際,古寺崖房頓覺祥雲靄靄,僧堂寮舍偶J28nB203_p0177c25爾瑞氣騰騰。正恁麼時,全賓即主,蓋古通今,凜凜孤J28nB203_p0177c26危,澄澄光彩,廓示人天眼目,鼓揚佛祖家風,超出毘J28nB203_p0177c27盧頂𩕳,永證金剛種智,始從般若願力,得如是自在J28nB203_p0177c28威神,以此祝J28nB203_p0177c29聖則天長地久,以此修因則福慧圓明,以此治政而J28nB203_p0177c30教育生民,各各安家樂業,識法根源,俾其凡聖無二J28nB203_p0178a01無別。且全機一句又作麼生道?只將補袞調羹手,撥J28nB203_p0178a02轉如來正法門。」

,云:「混元雖剖道常存
,寒暑遷流日月新○,偶爾J28nB203_p0178a12群陰消剝盡⊙,嶺梅又放一枝春
。」喝一喝,下座。上堂。僧問:「深居方丈,正令已行,既出法堂,如何施設?」J28nB203_p0178a14師便打。進云:「梅花放出先春信。」師云:「節令不相饒。」進J28nB203_p0178a15云:「陣雲橫海上,拔劍攪龍門。」師云:「惹得清風動地來。」J28nB203_p0178a16進云:「野老不知王化,只解醉舞村歌。」師云:「好箇消息。」J28nB203_p0178a17僧便喝,師便打。乃云:「茲因雪兆知客偕登封空寂比J28nB203_p0178a18丘領彼一鄉善士,不憚溪山迢遞之勞,得得來山揮J28nB203_p0178a19金辦齋供養十方龍象,仍請山僧陞堂舉揚箇事,與J28nB203_p0178a20大眾結般若之良緣,以表財、法二施等無差別。若據J28nB203_p0178a21箇事,諸人未動腳跟以前、山僧未出方丈之際,元來J28nB203_p0178a22具足,大道天然,本自現成,靈光不昧,何須更覓談玄J28nB203_p0178a23說妙、指東畫西?恰似與缽盂安柄,有何益耶?如其向J28nB203_p0178a24這裏薦得,各請歸堂,不妨省力;苟或未然,山僧向土J28nB203_p0178a25上加泥去也。」遂以拂子作圓相,召眾,云:「還會麼?智鏡J28nB203_p0178a26光寒,一舉千差,同照燭心,淵澄徹圓。收萬泒,盡朝宗,J28nB203_p0178a27動止信其自由,行藏了無向背,隨緣不變,任運騰騰。J28nB203_p0178a28正所謂:似地擎山,不知山之孤峻;如石含玉,不知玉J28nB203_p0178a29之無瑕。在聖不增、在凡不減,居僧本淨,處俗無塵,二J28nB203_p0178a30諦融通,了無障礙。」下座。
J28nB203_p0178b01示眾。「道在尋常休自謾,當陽拈出與君看,冬風驀面J28nB203_p0178b02吹來急,無位真人徹骨寒。」擊拂子。
J28nB203_p0178b03均濟禪人同若愚領眾設齋,請上堂。師云:「南無清淨J28nB203_p0178b04法身毘盧遮那佛,圓滿報身盧舍那佛,千百億化身J28nB203_p0178b05釋迦牟尼佛。」遂召大眾云:「此三身中,且道:那一身合J28nB203_p0178b06受人天供養?」乃合掌,云:「心燈烈焰傳芳遠,一點無私J28nB203_p0178b07照古今。」下座。
J28nB203_p0178b08晚參。舉:「趙州示眾云:『金佛不度爐,木佛不度火,泥佛J28nB203_p0178b09不度水,真佛內裏坐。』」師拈云:「趙州恁麼舉揚,可謂盡J28nB203_p0178b10情剖露,徹底掀翻,大千沙界不立纖毫,一微塵裏全J28nB203_p0178b11身獨露,法法不相到,念念無所虧。且道:是何意旨?貧J28nB203_p0178b12無達士將金贈,病有閒人說藥方。」
J28nB203_p0178b13示眾。「風生大野,霧起長空,冰鎖寒泉,霜凝艸木,一一J28nB203_p0178b14正法眼藏,明明佛祖家風,卷舒本自一如,表裏元無J28nB203_p0178b15二際,普天匝地,徹古通今。所以道:一切法不生,一切J28nB203_p0178b16法不滅,若能如是解,諸佛常現前。然雖如是,有人於J28nB203_p0178b17此蹲坐,風穴打了趁出。」
J28nB203_p0178b18佛成道日,洛陽同源法師領眾請上堂。僧問:「橫抽寶J28nB203_p0178b19劍,亞豎青鋒,如何是萬象之中獨露身?」師云:「喪汝命J28nB203_p0178b20根。」進云:「大鵬直奮摩霄翼,誰顧崩騰六合雲?」師云:「看J28nB203_p0178b21腳下。」僧喝,師便打。乃云:「擊碎虛空,一一山河歸自己;J28nB203_p0178b22掀翻沙界,明明慧日照群生。超情越量而物我同源,J28nB203_p0178b23蓋色騎聲而古今不別,該羅萬有,及盡玄微,不離夢J28nB203_p0178b24宅而遠登真覺之場,匪隔幻身而直證金剛之體。正J28nB203_p0178b25所謂:即含靈顛倒之心,見諸佛圓常之性。是以釋迦J28nB203_p0178b26如來始於正覺山前,臘月八日,忽睹明星,廓然大悟,J28nB203_p0178b27乃云:『奇哉,奇哉,一切眾生俱有如來智慧德相,蓋因J28nB203_p0178b28妄想執著而不能證得。』且道:離卻妄想執著,喚甚麼J28nB203_p0178b29作智慧德相?下座,各具威儀,至大殿拈香諷誦。」
J28nB203_p0178b30除夕,小參。「白雲堆裏,風穴寺中,坐消日月,歲盡年窮,J28nB203_p0178c01我此一眾四來禪似,箇箇懷勇健之能,人人絕情謂J28nB203_p0178c02之見,隨緣著衣喫飯,坐臥經行自由,雖云春夏秋冬,J28nB203_p0178c03不被寒暑遷其本志,使得十二時辰,不被十二時辰J28nB203_p0178c04使。何故聻?今年今月今宵盡,明歲明春明日新。」
J28nB203_p0178c05解制,小參。「過去諸如來,斯門已成就,擔雪填枯井;未J28nB203_p0178c06來修學人,當依如是住,灘頭鳥作窠;現在諸菩薩,今J28nB203_p0178c07各入圓明,月巢空鶴夢。若能於此廌得,便見靈源玅J28nB203_p0178c08密,智體虛閒,及盡玄微,了無依倚。秪如打破生死牢J28nB203_p0178c09關,掀翻聖凡窠臼,又作麼生道?」驀豎拂子,云:「春色滿J28nB203_p0178c10園關不住,一枝紅杏出墻來。」
J28nB203_p0178c11元宵,永寧僧云何領眾請上堂。僧問:「一堂龍象眾,同J28nB203_p0178c12上白牛車,秪如車在這裏,牛在甚麼處?」師叱云:「快走。」J28nB203_p0178c13進云:「打開欄圈無拘束,一任東西自在遊。」師云:「看取J28nB203_p0178c14水艸。」僧喝,師便打。問:「三藏十二部,一切修多羅,學人J28nB203_p0178c15不會一字。」師云:「海墨書而不盡。」乃云:「十五日以前,東J28nB203_p0178c16西南北位依然;十五日以後,海潮東注皆仍舊;正當J28nB203_p0178c17十五日,天高地厚藏虛寂。夜月燈光徹曉寒,敲鑼擂J28nB203_p0178c18鼓絲絃吠,村歌社舞鬥施呈,幾能於此知端的,無位J28nB203_p0178c19真人笑點頭,萬象森羅皆惺歷。大眾!還委悉麼?」乃攛J28nB203_p0178c20下拄杖,云:「我見燈明佛,本光瑞如此。」
J28nB203_p0178c21本寺慧菴耆舊領眾為師慶誕,請上堂。云:「太陽溢目,J28nB203_p0178c22匝地韶光,覺海無涯,性天寥闊,艸木含紅綻綠,漁樵J28nB203_p0178c23鼓腹謳歌,人人喜氣盈眸,物物舒情暢意,不離見聞J28nB203_p0178c24知覺,當體越色超聲,即此便是華藏莊嚴毘盧境界,J28nB203_p0178c25塵塵顯露,剎剎圓明。正當恁麼時,且道:無位真人本J28nB203_p0178c26命元辰落在甚麼處?翠竹叢中歌款乃,碧崖深處臥J28nB203_p0178c27煙霞。」下座。
J28nB203_p0178c28慧泉禪人領眾,請上堂。僧問:「拈起吹毛劍,截斷葛藤J28nB203_p0178c29窠,請師向上機。」師便打。進云:「木馬衝開獅子窟,石虎J28nB203_p0178c30產下玉麒麟。」師云:「那裏見得?」僧便喝,師便打。乃舉:「黃J28nB203_p0179a01龍南禪師住歸宗日,因化主回,陞座示眾,云:『有五種J28nB203_p0179a02不易:一、施者不易,二、化者不易,三、變生為熟者不易,J28nB203_p0179a03四、端坐喫者不易,且道:第五不易是甚麼人?』良久,云:J28nB203_p0179a04『聻?』便下座。時翠巖真和尚為首座藏主,續問:『第五不J28nB203_p0179a05易是誰?』真云:『腦後見腮,莫與往來。』楚石琦拈云:『山僧J28nB203_p0179a06即不然。第五不易是誰?莫怪坐來頻勸酒,自從別後J28nB203_p0179a07見君稀。』」師拈云:「風穴又且不然。第五不易是誰?澗水J28nB203_p0179a08如藍花似錦,法身何處不相逢?」
J28nB203_p0179a09觀音會社首王化仁領眾,請上堂。「大道恢弘,神情莫J28nB203_p0179a10測其量;玄機玅密,聖智無以等階。統萬法而遇緣即J28nB203_p0179a11宗,會一心而歸根得旨。明如杲日,寬若太虛,動若行J28nB203_p0179a12雲,止猶谷神,以此津濟四生、梯航九有,法隨法行,法J28nB203_p0179a13幢隨處建立。所以道:若有國土眾生應以佛身得度J28nB203_p0179a14者,即現佛身而為說法;應以菩薩身得度者,即現菩J28nB203_p0179a15薩身而為說法;應以聲聞身得度者,即現聲聞身而J28nB203_p0179a16為說法;應以國王身得度者,即現國王身而為說法;J28nB203_p0179a17應以宰官、居士身得度者,即現宰官、居士身而為說J28nB203_p0179a18法;應以天、龍、夜叉、人非人……等身得度者,即皆現之而J28nB203_p0179a19為說法。由是悲心普運,慈濟無方,隨類現之,本無作J28nB203_p0179a20意。然雖如是,且道:大悲菩薩即今在甚麼處?」以拂子J28nB203_p0179a21擊禪床,云:「萬籟有心聞不得,孤崖無耳卻知音。」
J28nB203_p0179a22結制,小參。「萬年一念,一念萬年,性空寥廓,體最幽玄,J28nB203_p0179a23取不得兮捨不得,仰彌高而鑽彌堅,提起衲僧巴鼻,J28nB203_p0179a24穿透佛祖心肝,直指分明。如不薦,更與重重說偈言。J28nB203_p0179a25還會麼?須彌搥打虛空鼓,取之左右得逢原。」
J28nB203_p0179a26結制,上堂。僧問:「爐鞴未開,煙光寂寂;鉗鎚既動,烈燄J28nB203_p0179a27騰騰。假饒不涉肯綮的,又作麼生煆煉?」師云:「收歸自J28nB203_p0179a28己。」進云:「與麼則天地同春色,萬物盡含輝。」師云:「甚處J28nB203_p0179a29見得?」僧喝,師便打。問:「水天湛碧、夜月涵輝時如何?」師J28nB203_p0179a30云:「恰。」進云:「向上還有事否?」師云:「眉毛八字橫。」進云:「與J28nB203_p0179b01麼則一陣繽紛花雨落,依俙鳥宿不萌枝。」師云:「火官J28nB203_p0179b02頭上風車子。」問:「十方世界,智體全彰,性海流通,竟歸J28nB203_p0179b03何處?」師云:「速禮三拜。」乃云:「朔風凜凜掃林木,而葉落J28nB203_p0179b04歸根;彤雲羃羃作霜寒,以時還舊令。蠢動含靈,閉戶J28nB203_p0179b05森羅,萬象收聲,境物蕭然,乾坤肅寂。當此之際,五湖J28nB203_p0179b06衲子、四海遊人,脫下芒鞋、拋卻拄杖,同居風穴山中、J28nB203_p0179b07聚首白雲寺裏,無拘堂內、堂外,不容學佛、學祖,但以J28nB203_p0179b08無功用行,於十二時中行住坐臥、運水搬柴、著衣喫J28nB203_p0179b09飯,隨緣自在,如龍得水、似虎靠山,箇箇顯發莫大一J28nB203_p0179b10段威光。然雖如是,離四句、絕百非,上無攀仰、下絕己J28nB203_p0179b11躬。」驀豎拂子,云:「且道:這一著落在甚麼處?冷向地爐J28nB203_p0179b12燒煖火,來年春雪日輪銷。」下座。
J28nB203_p0179b13高平直指法師至,陞座。僧問:「虎生七子,為甚第七箇J28nB203_p0179b14無尾巴?」師云:「香煙合匝。」進云:「自有一雙窮相手,未曾J28nB203_p0179b15低揖等閒人。」師云:「太尊貴生。」問:「鉤頭有餌,句底無私,J28nB203_p0179b16如何是無私句?」師云:「一跳出洪波。」進云:「孤輪獨照江J28nB203_p0179b17山遠,長嘯一聲天地驚。」師云:「且喜上釣來。」問:「無上法J28nB203_p0179b18王有大陀羅尼門名為圓覺性海,如何是大陀羅尼J28nB203_p0179b19門?」師云:「如是我聞。」進云:「三世諸佛皆從此經出,是否?」J28nB203_p0179b20師云:「信受奉行。」乃驀豎拂子,召大眾,云:「還會麼?靈光J28nB203_p0179b21不昧,智體何依?觸處圓成,有誰鑑覺?於此薦得,竟虛J28nB203_p0179b22空以為體,三乘五教湛心源,遍法界以作身,頓漸偏J28nB203_p0179b23圓歸性海,豁開頂門正眼,直下爍破昏衢。你若採折J28nB203_p0179b24將來,直教頭破腦裂。何也?一句窮源,沉埋祖道,萬緣J28nB203_p0179b25寢息,獨露真常。」遂舉拂子,云:「這箇是色,那箇是真常?」J28nB203_p0179b26復擊禪床,云:「這箇是真常,那箇是聲?還委悉麼?欲得J28nB203_p0179b27不招無間業,莫謗如來正法輪。」
J28nB203_p0179b28晚參。僧問:「不得有言、不得無言,離四句、絕百非,直捷J28nB203_p0179b29一句,請和尚道。」師云:「省卻山僧多少力。」進云:「秪要和J28nB203_p0179b30尚恁麼道。」師云:「你不是知音。」進云:「須知雲外千峰上,J28nB203_p0179c01別有青松帶露寒。」師云:「瞎。」僧喝,師云:「瞎,瞎。」乃舉:「芙蓉J28nB203_p0179c02問歸宗云:『如何是佛?』宗云:『即汝便是。』進云:『且道:如何J28nB203_p0179c03保任?』宗云:『一翳在眼,空花亂墜。』」師拈云:「傍敲正打,豁J28nB203_p0179c04開向上玄關;語的言端,拽回衲僧巴鼻,歸宗可謂好J28nB203_p0179c05手。若是風穴即不然。如何是佛?嶺梅殘雪後,雲鬢未J28nB203_p0179c06梳時。且道:如何保任?森羅萬象,不礙眼光。」
J28nB203_p0179c07示眾。舉:「趙州和尚因僧問:『初生孩兒還具六識也無?』J28nB203_p0179c08州云:『急水灘頭打毬子。』僧復問投子青云:『急水灘頭J28nB203_p0179c09打毬子,意旨如何?』青云:『念念不停流。』」師乃召大眾,云:J28nB203_p0179c10「還知二老落處麼?如其知去,念念攀緣,心心永寂,圓J28nB203_p0179c11融法界,親證無生;脫或未然,更與頌出:急水灘頭解J28nB203_p0179c12打毬,波翻浪湧不停流,要知念念圓明處,萬象森羅J28nB203_p0179c13一鏡收。」擊拂子。
J28nB203_p0179c14焦應斗領眾,請上堂。僧問:「萬法從心生,諸緣唯性曉,J28nB203_p0179c15秪如一法不存時,心與性在甚麼處?」師云:「雲收天字J28nB203_p0179c16廓,紅日照無寥。」進云:「掬水月在手,弄花香滿衣。」師云:J28nB203_p0179c17「好箇神通玅用。」進云:「不勞讚歎。」師便打。問:「棒喝交馳,J28nB203_p0179c18衲僧茶飯,檀波羅密,便請垂慈。」師云:「蘇嚕蘇嚕。」進云:J28nB203_p0179c19「與麼則日月光照遠,乾坤覆載隆。」師云:「㗭唎㗭唎。」僧J28nB203_p0179c20喝,師便打。乃云:「有句無句,如藤倚樹,樹倒藤枯,南無J28nB203_p0179c21薩𠶒哆阿羯唎虎𤙖都盧雍。恁麼,恁麼,腰纏十萬貫,J28nB203_p0179c22騎鶴上楊州;不恁麼,不恁麼,艸枯鶯眼疾,雪霽馬蹄J28nB203_p0179c23輕。然後,恁麼中不恁麼、不恁麼中卻恁麼,顛拈倒用,J28nB203_p0179c24收放縱橫,隱顯隨宜,得大自在。這裏見得,著衣喫飯,J28nB203_p0179c25綿綿不漏纖毫;坐臥經行,歷歷了無回互。士農工商J28nB203_p0179c26各營本業,六凡四聖同證無生。秪如截斷四路葛藤,J28nB203_p0179c27獨露當陽一句又作麼生道?高懸日月乾坤廓,大闡J28nB203_p0179c28洪音唱祖機。」
J28nB203_p0179c29上堂。僧問:「人人本有靈光,為甚麼晝明夜暗,背覺合J28nB203_p0179c30塵?」師云:「紅霞穿碧落。」進云:「覺塵俱絕時聻?」師云:「猶在J28nB203_p0180a01半途。」進云:「有水皆含月,無山不帶雲。」師云:「且居門外。」J28nB203_p0180a02問:「雪滿峰頭寒色翠,喬松野鶴影團圞,且道:是明法J28nB203_p0180a03身邊事?明色身邊事?」師云:「江南三月裏,鶯囀百花香。」J28nB203_p0180a04進云:「與麼則直入雲霄外,不宿梧桐枝。」師云:「腳下黑J28nB203_p0180a05漫漫。」乃云:「今朝仲冬初一,萬里晴空,杲日峰頭,極目J28nB203_p0180a06無涯,就中好箇消息。若問此意如何,佛祖都盧不識,J28nB203_p0180a07風穴豈忍囊藏?特為登堂指示。人人頭頂青天,箇箇J28nB203_p0180a08腳踏實地,諸仁亟切承當,大事因緣了畢,莫怪山僧J28nB203_p0180a09多口,面赤不如語直。何謂?心同虛空界,示等虛空法,J28nB203_p0180a10證得虛空時,無是無非法。既無是法,又無非法,且道:J28nB203_p0180a11虛空作麼生證?萬象森羅影現中,摩訶般若波羅密。」
J28nB203_p0180a12河南府寧僧綱同灑輝敦請小參。僧問:「古人小參不J28nB203_p0180a13荅話,和尚今晚荅話不荅話?」師云:「靴裏動指頭。」進云:J28nB203_p0180a14「漏逗了也。」師云:「你那裏見得?」進云:「未向滄溟拋玉餌,J28nB203_p0180a15金鱗早已逐浪飛。」師云:「跳出浪頭高。」乃云:「觸著霜風J28nB203_p0180a16透骨寒,發明父母未生前,箇中如未知端的,白棒重J28nB203_p0180a17拈為指南。」乃卓拄杖,云:「大眾!會麼?第一義門脫體弘J28nB203_p0180a18開,諸三昧海當陽顯露,更不囊藏被蓋,何用吐膽傾J28nB203_p0180a19心?在彼在此以隨緣,若聖若凡而莫測,人人常光現J28nB203_p0180a20前,箇箇壁立萬仞。到這裏,須知轉身一路別有生涯,J28nB203_p0180a21大用全提,放出衲僧巴鼻始得。且道:如何是衲僧巴J28nB203_p0180a22鼻?掀翻海嶽無何有,明月清風福一生。」
J28nB203_p0180a23冬至,小參。「寒暑遷謝,日月循環,不動璇璣,周而復始。J28nB203_p0180a24茲乃陰陽莫測之神功,造化無私之妙理,豈非天有J28nB203_p0180a25顯道而厥類惟彰變化窮通應時及節者耶?」驀拈拄J28nB203_p0180a26杖,云:「雖然如是,爭似山僧拄杖子?列列挈挈,昂昂藏J28nB203_p0180a27藏,彌綸萬有,不涉春秋,觸事無為,榮枯自異。且道:把J28nB203_p0180a28定乾坤,滴水滴凍,包含法界,亙古亙今,又作麼生?」驀J28nB203_p0180a29豎拄杖,云:「獨有寒梅藏不住,隴頭花發笑春風。」
J28nB203_p0180a30佛成道日,示眾。「六載殷勤雪裏眠,忍饑受凍苦多端,J28nB203_p0180b01掀翻鬼窟無尋處,一點明星照膽寒。」
J28nB203_p0180b02值雪,孟津自奇禪人領眾請上堂。問:「掀翻海岳,永絕J28nB203_p0180b03囊藏,衲僧分上如何施設?」師云:「好手手中呈好手。」進J28nB203_p0180b04云:「頂門亞豎摩醯眼,肘後斜懸奪命符。」師云:「萬古長J28nB203_p0180b05空,一朝風月。」進云:「奮迅威獰輕哮吼,收來放去任縱J28nB203_p0180b06橫。」師便打,僧便喝,師云:「亂統。」乃云:「鐘聲纔動鼓聲催,J28nB203_p0180b07步步泥蹤上法臺,四眾臨筵齊側耳,天花繚亂點莓J28nB203_p0180b08苔。當此之際,人人意氣崢嶸,箇箇頂天立地,直得眉J28nB203_p0180b09橫額上,耳掛面傍,鼻孔下垂,通身布露,須知大事因J28nB203_p0180b10緣備在其中矣。更覓談玄說玅,害物傷慈;論性講心,J28nB203_p0180b11欺誣良善。恁麼會得,不辜上來;脫或遲疑,七七八八。」
J28nB203_p0180b12示眾。「黃梅密付,雪裏埋牛;鷲嶺明傳,石中含玉。德山J28nB203_p0180b13棒、臨濟喝,伎倆已盡;秘魔杈、子湖狗,笑殺傍觀。爭如J28nB203_p0180b14風穴一味樸實頭,饑來喫飯、困來打眠,熱則乘涼、寒J28nB203_p0180b15時向火,從來不將佛法二字殃及於人。何也?蓋為頭J28nB203_p0180b16腦相似,袈裟同肩,惻隱之心,其安在哉?」驀拈拄杖,云:J28nB203_p0180b17「山僧拄杖子𨁝跳上三十三天,下透一十八重地獄,J28nB203_p0180b18復向諸人六根門頭出入,還覺頂門重麼?」卓一卓,喝J28nB203_p0180b19一喝,下座。
J28nB203_p0180b20除夕,示眾。「碧天日月走如梭,一歲光陰撚指過,爆竹J28nB203_p0180b21迎春消息別,白雲堆裏笑呵呵。」
J28nB203_p0180b22解制,小參。「當頭坐斷,千眼頓開,舉必全真,繁興大用,J28nB203_p0180b23庭前露柱與古佛交參,殿內燈籠共聖僧鬥額,髑髏J28nB203_p0180b24常干世界,鼻孔摩觸家風,諸法圓融,性相平等,且道:J28nB203_p0180b25踢翻牢寨,打破漆桶,不是心、不是佛、不是物,又作麼J28nB203_p0180b26生?」擊拂子,云:「劈開華岳連天秀,放出黃河倒海聲。」
J28nB203_p0180b27元宵,解制,上堂。「十五日以前,水濕地堅固;十五日以J28nB203_p0180b28後,火熱風動搖。正當十五日,元宵美景,賞心樂事,處J28nB203_p0180b29處火樹挑燈,烈焰光騰三界,家家管絃沸月,清聲響J28nB203_p0180b30徹四維,憨醉佳人東倒西歪,風流公子狂歌大笑,一J28nB203_p0180c01一文殊普賢境界,頭頭釋迦彌勒家風,幽顯均瞻,都J28nB203_p0180c02緣有分。風穴始自結冬以來,幸喜大眾安享九十日。J28nB203_p0180c03今之告圓,曾不聞有一人半箇妄自見神見鬼,箇箇J28nB203_p0180c04眉毛依舊在眼上。然雖如是,且古風穴道祖師心印J28nB203_p0180c05狀似銕牛之機,去即印住,住即印破,秪如不去不住,J28nB203_p0180c06印即是?不印即是?九萬里鵬纔展翅,一千年鶴便翱J28nB203_p0180c07翔。」下座。
J28nB203_p0180c08禹州若愚禪人同大心領眾為師慶誕,請上堂。「東風J28nB203_p0180c09御柳撼啼鶯,春意綢繆花物榮,聲色堆頭親透脫,見J28nB203_p0180c10聞知覺了無生。所以道:欲識佛性義,當觀時節因緣,J28nB203_p0180c11時節若至,其理自彰。且作麼生是佛性義?莫是㘞地J28nB203_p0180c12一聲時喚作佛性義得麼?莫是不生不滅之理喚作J28nB203_p0180c13佛性義得麼?莫是春山鬱鬱、鳥語關關喚作佛性義J28nB203_p0180c14得麼?莫是慈雲靉靆、春雨雰霏喚作佛性義得麼?莫J28nB203_p0180c15是緇素雲集、雍穆無違喚作佛性義得麼?若恁麼會,J28nB203_p0180c16庭前露柱子未肯點首在。既然如是,且看木上座又J28nB203_p0180c17作麼生舉揚?」驀拈拄杖,卓云:「還會麼?揮開正法眼藏,J28nB203_p0180c18洞明十虛;切斷生死根源,冥通三際。心外無法,法外J28nB203_p0180c19無心,心法雙融,體用自在,可謂理隨事變,寬闊非外;J28nB203_p0180c20事得理融,寂寥非內。非內非外,坐斷淆訛;即事即理,J28nB203_p0180c21流通不絕。還會麼?臘雪連宵白,春風透戶寒。」
J28nB203_p0180c22鄧州華藏德然領眾設齋,請上堂。僧問:「毛吞巨海,芥J28nB203_p0180c23納須彌,為是神通玅用?法爾如然?」師云:「梅肥花影重,J28nB203_p0180c24腳瘦艸鞋寬。」進云:「恁麼則橫身當宇宙,遍界任縱橫。」J28nB203_p0180c25師云:「腳下漫騰騰。」進云:「竹密不妨流水過,山高豈礙J28nB203_p0180c26白雲飛?」師云:「且喜,且喜。」問:「婆生七子,為甚麼六箇不J28nB203_p0180c27遇知音?」師云:「水急魚行澀。」進云:「遮一箇也不消得聻?」J28nB203_p0180c28師云:「風高鳥不棲。」進云:「有意氣時添意氣,不風流處J28nB203_p0180c29也風流。」師云:「那裏得這消息來?」僧便喝,師便打。問:「學J28nB203_p0180c30人有一問,和尚還荅否?」師云:「不荅。」進云:「為甚麼不荅?」J28nB203_p0181a01師云:「在你腳跟下。」進云:「謝和尚荅話。」師云:「錯。」乃云:「支J28nB203_p0181a02那國中有一無位真人,燕坐汝海風穴道場,十方雲J28nB203_p0181a03集,悅豫和雅,搬柴運水,墾土掘地,清淨同居。爾時,善J28nB203_p0181a04護念諸菩薩虔備珍饈、香花、幔幢……種種供養,領諸眷J28nB203_p0181a05屬從彼西南方穰國大城而來恭敬圍繞,尊重讚歎,J28nB203_p0181a06慇懃禮拜,胡跪合掌,請求大法普度群生。即時無位J28nB203_p0181a07真人觀之,忍俊不禁,便乃因齋慶讚,云:『善哉,善哉!善J28nB203_p0181a08男子!若據大法,汝等未動腳跟已前、老叟未開口之J28nB203_p0181a09際,早已八字打開,盡情分付了也。只在日用二六時J28nB203_p0181a10中、行住坐臥之際,更擬馳求,大似與缽盂安柄、土上J28nB203_p0181a11加泥,復何益耶?』恁麼會得,信受奉行,作禮而去;苟或J28nB203_p0181a12未然,再打葛藤去也。」遂拈拄杖,云:「這箇木上座有權J28nB203_p0181a13有實,有利有害,無作無為。」乃豎起,云:「如向這裏薦得,J28nB203_p0181a14穿卻你眼根。」復卓一卓,云:「如向這裏廌得,穿卻你耳J28nB203_p0181a15根。若或進前退後,即穿卻你腳跟;若擬議思量,即穿J28nB203_p0181a16卻你意根;若道總不恁麼,即穿卻你舌根。且道:如何J28nB203_p0181a17即是?畢竟水須朝海去,到頭雲定覓山歸。」拋卻拄杖,J28nB203_p0181a18喝一喝,下座。
J28nB203_p0181a19開爐,知還監寺同慧泉知殿領眾請上堂。僧問:「重整J28nB203_p0181a20爐鞴,選佛場開,衲子到來,如何煆煉?」師云:「照顧眉毛。」J28nB203_p0181a21進云:「風穴上堂與靈山說法,是同?是別?」師云:「今之古J28nB203_p0181a22之。」問:「二六時中收來放去,出入自由,未審作麼生證J28nB203_p0181a23據?」師云:「清晨入古寺,初日照高林。」進云:「正恁麼時如J28nB203_p0181a24何?」師云:「分身萬象中。」問:「釋迦說法四十九年,又道止J28nB203_p0181a25止不須說,和尚陞堂是說?不說?」師云:「一箇鼻頭,兩孔J28nB203_p0181a26出氣。」乃云:「纔把鉗鎚輕歇下,叢林便覺日荒涼,今朝J28nB203_p0181a27重整舊爐鞴,佛祖從教盡放光。烈燄堆頭煆凡煉聖,J28nB203_p0181a28大火聚裏革故鼎新。雖然本自圓成,要在當人指出。J28nB203_p0181a29全體是佛,不遣悟裏之迷;即妄明真,那擇金中之礦?J28nB203_p0181a30直須坐斷情塵意路,乃可脫體親證無餘。所謂:萬法J28nB203_p0181b01是心光,諸緣惟性曉,本無迷悟人,只要今時了。且道:J28nB203_p0181b02如何是了底意旨?」驀豎拂子,云:「千山勢到嶽邊止,萬J28nB203_p0181b03泒聲歸海上消。」
J28nB203_p0181b04鄖陽茶芽南明供法衣并謝針工,陞座。乃舉永:「嘉云:J28nB203_p0181b05『江月照,松風吹,永夜清宵何所為?佛性戒珠心地印,J28nB203_p0181b06霧露雲霞體上衣。』」師云:「永嘉大師不合將盡大地人J28nB203_p0181b07的物以為自己受用。雖然,且道:風穴又作麼生?江月J28nB203_p0181b08照,松風吹,永夜清宵何所為?佛性戒珠心地印,霧露J28nB203_p0181b09雲霞體上衣。為甚如此?高山打鹿,見者有分。」
J28nB203_p0181b10示眾。「碧天明月照蘆花,雁叫霜寒境界賒,多少江湖J28nB203_p0181b11方外客?幾人就路得還家。逢緣理會,即境明心,撒手J28nB203_p0181b12歸來,了無別事。所以道:遊江海,涉山川,尋師訪道為J28nB203_p0181b13參禪,自從認得曹溪路,了知生死不相干。曹溪路且J28nB203_p0181b14置,秪如生死作麼生了?水流元在海,月落不離天。」
J28nB203_p0181b15菩薩誕期,心空禪人領河南府眾善信請上堂。僧問:J28nB203_p0181b16「臨濟瞎驢、溈山水牯,與學人是同?是別?」師云:「看取水J28nB203_p0181b17艸易,牽犁拽耙難。」進云:「如何是和尚親切處?」師便打。J28nB203_p0181b18僧以坐具摵云:「還有這一句道不破。」師連打退。乃云:J28nB203_p0181b19「爍迦羅心,靈然不昧;摩醯正眼,光照無窮。承般若力J28nB203_p0181b20而真機普應,奮那吒臂以大用全提,有權有實,或卷J28nB203_p0181b21或舒,無作無為,能殺能活,便可與人解黏去縛、抽釘J28nB203_p0181b22拔楔,流通正眼、迥絕羅籠。如獅子王奮迅吒沙,踞地J28nB203_p0181b23返擲,正所謂法王法力超群生,常以法財施一切,久J28nB203_p0181b24積正覺稱無量,導眾以寂故咸稽首。還會麼?莫怪從J28nB203_p0181b25前多意氣,他家曾踏上頭關。」
J28nB203_p0181b26郟縣應期回,眾新戒請上堂。僧問:「郟縣正堂鋪氈結J28nB203_p0181b27彩,請傳千佛大戒,歸來風穴上堂,未審二處道場是J28nB203_p0181b28同?是別?」師云:「戶外風搖竹,庭前雪壓梅。」進云:「看破了J28nB203_p0181b29也。」師云:「未具眼在。」僧便喝,師云:「瞎。」乃拈拄杖,卓一卓,J28nB203_p0181b30云:「打開多寶藏,拈出無價珍,權施方便門,呼為戒定J28nB203_p0181c01慧。洞明心體,亙古亙今,徹法根源,如理如事。行之在J28nB203_p0181c02己,秉受從師,但了情塵,聖凡不二。所以道:眾生受佛J28nB203_p0181c03戒,即入諸佛位,位同大覺已,真是諸佛子。雖然如是,J28nB203_p0181c04秪如風穴結制於開化、傳戒兩處道場,是同?是別?流J28nB203_p0181c05水下山非有意,白雲歸洞本無心。」下座。
J28nB203_p0181c06解制,小參。「結冬九十日內,晝夜二六時中,語默動靜,J28nB203_p0181c07折旋俯仰,喫飯穿衣,經行坐臥,工夫綿密,妄想綢繆,J28nB203_p0181c08仔細究竟將來了無巴鼻。行至水窮山盡處,做到羅J28nB203_p0181c09紋結角時,驀地回光,當頭撞著。」乃撫禪床,云:「㘞,元來J28nB203_p0181c10在這裏。是即是,秪如恁麼不恁麼總不得時如何?三J28nB203_p0181c11邊一箭收功後,萬里歌謠賀太平。」
J28nB203_p0181c12解制,上堂。僧問:「是法平等,無有高下,凡聖交參,如何J28nB203_p0181c13辨別?」師云:「㾃子相逢著,箇中無直人。」進云:「佛說一切J28nB203_p0181c14法,為度一切心,我無一切心,佛法何用?」師云:「省力。」乃J28nB203_p0181c15云:「打破情關,衲子頂𩕳開正眼;放行一路,芒鞋腳底J28nB203_p0181c16動春風。兩輪日月杖頭挑,去住縱橫沙界闊,隨緣得J28nB203_p0181c17玅,任運逍遙。雖然如是,前程忽有箇不近人情底漢J28nB203_p0181c18攔腮把住,云:『咄!還我風穴九十日落處來。』又作麼生J28nB203_p0181c19道?」眾無語,師云:「莫怪白雲山勢嶮,前途猶有最高峰。」
J28nB203_p0181c20師誕辰,眾請上堂。僧問:「如何是諸佛出身處?」師云:「春J28nB203_p0181c21到柳條青。」進云:「四路懸巖,一林荊棘,向甚處措足?」師J28nB203_p0181c22云:「八面玲瓏。」問:「善財童子五十三參,參箇甚麼?」師云:J28nB203_p0181c23「手執夜明符,幾箇知天曉?」進云:「未審音信何如?」師云:J28nB203_p0181c24「就路還家。」問:「世尊初生,手指天地,四顧周行,今日和J28nB203_p0181c25尚誕辰又作麼生?」師云:「天高有象,地厚無垠。」進云:「法J28nB203_p0181c26王座上全身露,覿面承當非古今。」師云:「切忌道著。」乃J28nB203_p0181c27云:「朕兆未分已前,極盡神思難考究;混元既剖之後,J28nB203_p0181c28高懸日月轉光輝。窅然冠古通今,卓爾超情越量,萬J28nB203_p0181c29法演靈源而不昧,一真該法界以無涯,綿綿密密盡J28nB203_p0181c30包容,物物頭頭皆顯煥,不拘動寂,體悟無生。正所謂:J28nB203_p0182a01在胎為身、處世名人,在眼曰見、在耳曰聞,在手執著、J28nB203_p0182a02在足運奔,遍現俱該法界,收攝在一微塵,識者知是J28nB203_p0182a03佛性,不識喚作精魂。」乃豎拂子,云:「還識這箇麼?秪知J28nB203_p0182a04事逐眼前過,不覺老從頭上來。」

J28nB203_p0182a14中元日,佛岩默云和尚至,引座。「金風蕩暑,玉律鳴秋,J28nB203_p0182a15雁唳長空,蟬吟古樹。屋外園林,朝來凝淑氣;庭前桐J28nB203_p0182a16葉,日午墜秋光。田疇黍穀皆登,岩桂含香欲吐,碧天J28nB203_p0182a17似水,素月如霜,一一絕纖塵,頭頭無滲漏。當此之際,J28nB203_p0182a18且道:喚作心耶?境耶?喚作時節耶?因緣耶?到這裏,風J28nB203_p0182a19穴亦不敢動著些兒。日昨幸承佛岩和尚到來山中,J28nB203_p0182a20箇箇歡喜無量,須知法遇之緣非同小小。下座,偕兩J28nB203_p0182a21序頭首率眾同伸拜請:『惟願不吝慈悲,直截道破。』」
J28nB203_p0182a22小參。「當陽拈出,智眼猶迷,徹底無私,有誰賞鑑?」僧問:J28nB203_p0182a23「風穴家風,佛來、祖來各與三十棒,有何長處?」師云:「今J28nB203_p0182a24日不打你。」進云:「山光澹蕩,皓月依稀,未審是神通玅J28nB203_p0182a25用?法爾如然?」師云:「鶴立孤松雪,猿啼澗下風。」進云:「千J28nB203_p0182a26聖喚不回頭,諸佛迥無巴鼻,和尚將甚麼號令人天?」J28nB203_p0182a27師云:「玉箸撐虎口。」問:「風穴重整爐鞴,四眾雲臻,未審J28nB203_p0182a28如何煆煉?」師云:「你是白銕漢。」乃云:「蒲團兀坐,事事不J28nB203_p0182a29干懷;山寺棲遲,心心無著處。家風冷澹而煞有生涯,J28nB203_p0182a30雲水相從而甘同寂寞。青山聚首,叔世良緣,莫當等J28nB203_p0182b01閒,光陰可惜。」遂顧左右,召大眾,云:「秪如頭上是天、腳J28nB203_p0182b02下是地,耳裏聞聲、鼻孔出氣,此意人人盡知,且道:眉J28nB203_p0182b03毛終日在眼上,因甚麼不見?參。」
J28nB203_p0182b04開爐,汝州眾鄉紳入山,東渤禪德領大梁觀察,沈內J28nB203_p0182b05翰營齋,請上堂。問:「高提祖印,爐鞴弘開,向上一機,如J28nB203_p0182b06何舉唱?」師云:「烈燄騰空。」進云:「十五日以前,鏡中明潔;J28nB203_p0182b07十五日以後,眼裏著沙。未審淆訛在甚麼處?」師云:「眉J28nB203_p0182b08毛八字橫。」乃云:「豁開正法眼藏,洞明十虛;透脫向上J28nB203_p0182b09玄關,冥通三際。理隨事變,寒梅漏墻角之小春;事得J28nB203_p0182b10理融,汝海涵天邊之皓月。卷舒自在,今古恒然。茲當J28nB203_p0182b11元英啟侯,孟冬謹時,碧瓦凝霜,千峰寒色,方外遊人J28nB203_p0182b12罷搖金錫,林間衲子掛搭開爐,著被青州布衫,焚燒J28nB203_p0182b13丹霞木佛,說甚南方火爐頭無賓主句?惟貴一團和J28nB203_p0182b14氣,大家共守白雲。且道:不是心、不是佛、不是物,畢竟J28nB203_p0182b15是箇甚麼?」良久,云:「失腳踏翻滄海月,大千沙界放光J28nB203_p0182b16明。」復舉:「道林禪師至秦望山,見一長松盤屈如蓋,遂J28nB203_p0182b17棲止其上,號鳥窠焉。一日白侍郎入山謁師,問云:『和J28nB203_p0182b18尚住處甚危險。』窠云:『居士危險猶甚。』白云:『弟子位鎮J28nB203_p0182b19江山,何險之有?』窠云:『晝夜薪火交煎識性不停,得非J28nB203_p0182b20險乎?』又問:『如何是佛法大意?』窠云:『諸惡莫作,眾善奉J28nB203_p0182b21行。』白云:『三歲孩兒也解恁麼道。』窠云:『三歲孩兒雖道J28nB203_p0182b22得,八十老翁行不得。』白作禮而退。」師拈云:「揚其湯者J28nB203_p0182b23莫若撲其火,止其流者莫若塞其源,侍郎拈出耀眼J28nB203_p0182b24精金,鳥窠大展作家爐鞴,可謂懷藏寶鑑遇智者以J28nB203_p0182b25增輝。如斯會得,便見善惡無根、真俗不二;苟或未然,J28nB203_p0182b26更與頌出:良哉因地有靈根,腰佩黃金叩上乘,善惡J28nB203_p0182b27兩頭俱剔脫,孔門日月照乾坤。」下座。
J28nB203_p0182b28上堂。問:「酬天地之深恩,報父母之盛德,未審恩德作J28nB203_p0182b29麼生酬報?」師云:「無明山上作雲雷。」問:「青山常舉足,緣J28nB203_p0182b30水轉無流時如何?」師云:「八臂那吒輥繡毬。」進云:「意旨J28nB203_p0182c01如何?」師云:「念念不停。」乃云:「茲因雲臺魏居士弟兄得J28nB203_p0182c02得來山,盥沐焚香,延請風穴闔堂清眾啟建七佛道J28nB203_p0182c03場,營辦香饈供養十方賢聖,乃復殷勤敦請山僧陞J28nB203_p0182c04於此座,舉揚正法,為眾結般若之緣,專為堂上萱慈J28nB203_p0182c05植福修因。山僧不辭牽枝引蔓,向錦上鋪花去也。」良J28nB203_p0182c06久,云:「還會麼?大智圓明,光通今古,靈源玅湛,澤及群J28nB203_p0182c07生,堅似金剛而不磨,寬若太虛而無盡,重重福德門,J28nB203_p0182c08種種壽量海,隨時應物,觸處現成,動止恒然,了無作J28nB203_p0182c09意。不是神通玅用,亦非法爾如狀,乃是當人從無量J28nB203_p0182c10劫來本自具足一段大受用境界,契券分明,直饒諸J28nB203_p0182c11佛出世各各放大寶光也則侵占他一星兒不得,唯J28nB203_p0182c12貴直下一念回光,親證毘盧藏海。然雖如是,且道:承J28nB203_p0182c13誰恩力便與麼鄭重?但得心空多快樂,經行步步踏J28nB203_p0182c14青蓮。」下座。
J28nB203_p0182c15太湖竺文侍者同紫峰陝西回,請上堂。問:「自入長安J28nB203_p0182c16風味別,歸來仍住舊家山,且道:成得甚麼邊事?」師云:J28nB203_p0182c17「芒鞋腳底活如龍。」進云:「恁麼則重沐和尚恩光去也。」J28nB203_p0182c18師云:「照天照地。」進云:「不得錯舉。」師云:「已遍天下。」僧喝,J28nB203_p0182c19師便打。問:「眼見耳聞,未起分別時如何?」師云:「青山常J28nB203_p0182c20突兀。」進云:「了了常知非內外,如何進步?」師云:「眼見耳J28nB203_p0182c21聞。」問:「絕塵寶鏡,衲僧臨臺,如何相見?」師云:「謝三娘秤J28nB203_p0182c22金。」進云:「若有聞法者,無一不成佛。」師云:「鄧道士磨墨。」J28nB203_p0182c23乃云:「今朝冬月初一,林間祝J28nB203_p0182c24聖雲集,長老稽首焚香,大眾歌揚佛事,風清月朗,星J28nB203_p0182c25稀霜寒,普天匝地。歸來宴息方安,又見竺禪催逼,懇J28nB203_p0182c26請為眾宣揚,鐘鼓喧騰不息。既然策杖陞堂,肚裏全J28nB203_p0182c27無半字,頻將麈尾高揮,人各眼眼相覷,有等不省禪J28nB203_p0182c28和喚作西來祖意,只饒虛空點頭,山僧向道:『未是不J28nB203_p0182c29信誠實之言。』苦哉!自暴自棄。拈棒打出,山門大事因J28nB203_p0182c30緣了畢。且道:是何意旨?」驀伸手,云:「還會麼?大千沙界J28nB203_p0183a01掌中觀,摩訶般若波羅密。」
J28nB203_p0183a02吳憲副入山,示眾。問:「正心誠意乃盡性之微言,嚥氣J28nB203_p0183a03吞精是修身之笨法,離此二途,請師荅話。」師云:「薄暮J28nB203_p0183a04鐘初動,開簾喜見君。」進云:「此猶是落艸之談,如何是J28nB203_p0183a05格外一句?」師云:「問荅自分明。」進云:「某甲即不然。」師云:J28nB203_p0183a06「你道看。」進云:「千峰勢到嶽邊止,萬泒聲歸海上消。」師J28nB203_p0183a07云:「三十棒待別時來。」乃云:「道遠乎哉?觸事而真。聖遠J28nB203_p0183a08乎哉?體之即神。」拈拄杖,豎起,召眾,云:「這箇是拄杖子,J28nB203_p0183a09還見麼?因甚麼喚作拄杖子?」卓一卓,云:「還聞麼?若向J28nB203_p0183a10這裏聞見分明,不用之乎者也;苟或未然,山僧更與J28nB203_p0183a11下箇註腳去也。玅淨明心,了見山河大地;離諸名相,J28nB203_p0183a12方知日月星辰,莫向外邊馳來,惟在當人本具,但自J28nB203_p0183a13情消,塵塵盡是佛國;若以智照,念念常見真人。蓋因J28nB203_p0183a14迷一心而跡困長途,悟萬緣而功歸大道。正所謂:萬J28nB203_p0183a15法是心光,諸緣唯性曉,本無迷悟人,只要今時了。且J28nB203_p0183a16道:如何是了底道理?」良久,云:「水歸大海波濤靜,雲到J28nB203_p0183a17蒼梧氣象閒。」下座。
J28nB203_p0183a18示眾。「現成公案,美玉無瑕,擬欲參尋,雕文喪德。何也?J28nB203_p0183a19聞聲悟道,道不是聲;見色明心,心不是色。打開東南J28nB203_p0183a20西北,一任豎抹橫該;若遇靈利衲僧,自然道頭知尾。J28nB203_p0183a21所以昔日溈山問仰山云:『《涅槃經》四十卷,多少是佛J28nB203_p0183a22說?多少是魔說?』仰云:『總是魔說。』溈云:『已後說法,無人J28nB203_p0183a23奈子何。』仰云:『慧寂即一期之事未密,行履在甚麼處?』J28nB203_p0183a24溈云:『只貴子眼正,不貴子行履。』看他父子酬唱,略露J28nB203_p0183a25風規,可謂獅子哮吼而象王回顧,大鵬展翅而丹鳳J28nB203_p0183a26翱翔。還會麼?」乃豎起拂子,復擊禪床,云:「水到灘頭連J28nB203_p0183a27月送,鳳飛天外帶雲歸。」
J28nB203_p0183a28魏夫人設齋,偕男信官魏雲臺請上堂。僧問:「昔日李J28nB203_p0183a29牧主請沼祖於郢州衙內陞座,今朝魏夫人領眷屬J28nB203_p0183a30請法於風穴山中,且道:是同?是別?」師云:「今之古之。」進J28nB203_p0183b01云:「秪如牧主道:『佛法與王法一般。』又作麼生?」師云:「左J28nB203_p0183b02之右之。」進云:「與麼則看破了也。」師云:「甚處見得?」僧禮J28nB203_p0183b03拜,師便打。乃云:「見聞不昧,指似覺源,根境雙融,打歸J28nB203_p0183b04性地,智鑑圓明而照諸群象,真空湛寂而迥絕端倪,J28nB203_p0183b05觸處卓爾現前,靈機了然獨運,不是心、不是佛、不是J28nB203_p0183b06物,脫體虛玄。當恁麼時,如靠一座須彌山,巍然不動,J28nB203_p0183b07拄地參天,歷歷無回互,明明絕覆藏,箇是解脫門,超J28nB203_p0183b08諸方便力,可以滅罪消愆、可以修因植福,改禾莖為J28nB203_p0183b09粟柄、易短壽作長年,為瑞為祥,有規有鑑。所以道:佛J28nB203_p0183b10真法身猶若虛空,應物現形如水中月。且道:如何是J28nB203_p0183b11應底道理?豁開玅淨圓明眼,識取吉祥安樂人。」
J28nB203_p0183b12若愚領南鄉眾施主請上堂。師良久云:「正令已行,十J28nB203_p0183b13方坐斷,千差合轍,一句流通。蓋天蓋地,迥絕遮闌,亙J28nB203_p0183b14古亙今,了無空缺。塵塵攝入,剎剎圓明,莫向外求,當J28nB203_p0183b15人本具。在聖、在凡,不增、不減;若僧、若俗,何淨?何塵?譬J28nB203_p0183b16如虛空包含萬象而不被萬象之所隔礙,又如蓮花J28nB203_p0183b17從淤泥而生不被淤泥之所染污,一段光明,體本淨J28nB203_p0183b18潔,無門無傍,四大皇皇。吾不知其名字,強名之曰道。」J28nB203_p0183b19喝一喝,下座。
J28nB203_p0183b20除夕,小參。「前年此日,去歲今宵,烏兔循環,光陰倏忽。J28nB203_p0183b21尋常放過,大似忘懷;檢點將來,渾如昨夢。由是高提J28nB203_p0183b22祖師心印,去即印住,住即印破,不去、不住,正恁麼時,J28nB203_p0183b23要知杷柄盡在當人手裏,心不思量過去事,亦不希J28nB203_p0183b24望未來法,不於現在有所住,三際平等,一心空寂,淨J28nB203_p0183b25裸裸絕承當,赤條條無向背,在彼在此、亙古亙今,任J28nB203_p0183b26運翛然,隨緣得玅。所謂:無邊剎境,自他不隔於毫端;J28nB203_p0183b27十世古今,始終不離於當念。然雖如是,且道:年窮歲J28nB203_p0183b28盡時又作麼生?爆竹一聲除舊臘,梅花幾點笑春風。」
J28nB203_p0183b29解制,示眾。「全提祖令鎮寰區,倒跨楊岐三腳驢,遊遍J28nB203_p0183b30剎塵三昧海,須知元在舊茅廬。於此薦得,直須向高J28nB203_p0183c01高山頂立,管教鼻孔遼天,深深海底行,倩取腳跟點J28nB203_p0183c02地,無去無來,不動不變,非彼非此,自在自由。所以修J28nB203_p0183c03山主云:『二破不成一,一法鎮長存,若作一二會,永劫J28nB203_p0183c04受沉淪。』修山主雖則遍界分身杳無蹤跡,正眼觀來J28nB203_p0183c05未免藏頭露面。風穴又且不然。」乃舉手,云:「舒則為掌,J28nB203_p0183c06五指參差;握則成拳,全體獨露。且道:不舒不握又作J28nB203_p0183c07麼生?動止行藏惟自得,縱橫收放更由誰?」
J28nB203_p0183c08解制,上堂。僧問:「大事未明時如何?」師云:「百鳥噪春光。」J28nB203_p0183c09進云:「明後如何?」師云:「皇風成一片。」進云:「現成公案蒙J28nB203_p0183c10師指,德山因甚不會末後句?」師云:「闍黎道處自分明。」J28nB203_p0183c11乃云:「汝海風穴寺,衲子雲來集,放下破蒲團,結冬九J28nB203_p0183c12十日。不學如來禪,那參祖師意?坐臥與經行,毋固亦J28nB203_p0183c13毋必。寒燒榾柮火,肚饑要飯喫,就裏問如何,最勝無J28nB203_p0183c14倫匹。元宵制克諧,心空而及第,大眾念摩訶,般若波J28nB203_p0183c15羅密。」下座。
J28nB203_p0183c16泉州召化桋菴和尚至,引座。「蕭瑟西風破暑威,庭前J28nB203_p0183c17喜鵲噪清暉,狼忙掃榻焚香竟,報道同門訪翠微。當J28nB203_p0183c18此之際,倒屣迎門,顧鑑開懷一笑;拱陞揖坐,奇逢酌J28nB203_p0183c19茗三盃。只知吐膽傾心,不覺忘前失後,非但主賓一J28nB203_p0183c20致,更是水乳相投,可謂千載一時,欣幸無量。所以道:J28nB203_p0183c21我本無心有所希求,法王大寶自然而至。」遂召大眾:J28nB203_p0183c22「如向這裏見得,世法、佛法一齊周備;其或未然,知事J28nB203_p0183c23頭首恭詣召化和尚座前,慇懃拜請,伏惟慈悲開示。」
